[Richardson Post] The U.S. Army did not conduct a raid in Germany on either Sctyl or Dominion offices or servers. They are foreign nationals and we must operate in accordance with German law. Moreover, the U.S. Army does not have law enforcement powers with respect to such entities.
So what happened?
I am reliably informed that a unit under the command of USEUCOM (i.e., United States European Command) did in fact conduct an operation to take control of computer servers. But these servers belong to the CIA, not Dominion or Sctyl. The U.S. military has full authority to do this because...
Routine DEPOT level maintenance or to be used to assist with the re-counting of fraudulent ballots in Georgia? Nothing to be seen here. Nothing will ever be seen here.
Such an operation would have been carried out with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence. That means that the evidence will be under the control of the Department of Justice through US Attorneys and can be used in court or other judicial proceedings. You'll just have to make do with those 'home brew' servers out in the CONEX, now get to it !
And guess who is still Executive over the Department of Justice for the foreseeable future? Emphasis added.
[IsraelTimes] Five years after being freed from prison, Pollard says he plans to move to Jewish state to care for cancer-stricken wife, thanks Israeli envoy Ron Dermer for assistance in effort.
A former civilian US Navy analyst, Pollard was given a life sentence in 1987 for passing secrets to Israel. His imprisonment was a longtime point of tension in Israeli-US relations, with Israeli and Jewish leaders petitioning their US counterparts for years in order to secure his release.
Pollard’s supporters argued for years that his sentence was excessive and that others convicted for comparable crimes received lighter sentences.
He was caught in November 1985 and given a life sentence two years later. There was no trial. Pollard, abiding by the prosecution’s terms, cooperated with FBI Sherlocks and pleaded guilty to one count of espionage, conspiring to deliver national defense information to a foreign government. The prosecution honored its commitment and requested a "substantial" prison term rather than life behind bars. Judge Aubrey Robinson Jr., not bound by the prosecution’s plea bargain and apparently swayed by secretary of defense Caspar Weinberger’s damage-assessment brief, nonetheless sentenced Pollard to life.

From Adm. Sumner Shapiro's (DNI 78-82) Wikipedia page:
Shortly into his career as an intelligence analyst, convicted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard had his security clearance reduced by Shapiro after presenting a plan to garner intelligence from South Africa. According to the Washington Post, Sumner dismissed Pollard as a "kook". "I wish the hell I'd fired him," Shapiro would later opine.[4]
Shapiro, who was himself Jewish, stated that he was troubled by the support of Jewish organizations for Pollard: "We work so hard to establish ourselves and to get where we are, and to have somebody screw it up... and then to have Jewish organizations line up behind this guy and try to make him out a hero of the Jewish people, it bothers the hell out of me".[4]
The Admiral was among four former directors of Naval intelligence (alongside William Studeman, John Butts and Thomas Brooks) who wrote a livid response to Israeli negotiations to free Pollard, which was published in the Washington Post:
We... feel obligated to go on record with the facts regarding Pollard in order to dispel the myths that have arisen from this clever public relations campaign... aimed at transforming Pollard from greedy, arrogant betrayer of the American national trust into Pollard, committed Israeli patriot[5]

I remember Pollard's skank wife (who did five years in the nick, IIRC) being interviewed by Mike Wallace. She compared prison to Auschwitz. Even Mike Wallace found that too much.
In any case, just get this f'n pig Pollard out of here.
[PJMedia] Last week, Oregon Governor Kate Brown (D-Portland) ordered a new set of lockdowns in an attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19, the virus unleashed upon the world by the Chinese Communist Party. Restrictions include no more than six people in one’s home (covering Thanksgiving gatherings), restrictions on capacity in retail stores, the closure of gyms and indoor activities, and restaurants restricted to take-out only. Brown also announced she will coordinate with Oregon State Police and local law enforcement to charge violators with a misdemeanor, subjecting them to possible jail time and/or fines. One Oregon County has announced that it will not participate in criminal enforcement of Brown’s lockdown orders.
Linn County is located in the central Willamette Valley in Oregon, a little south of Salem. In a post on Facebook, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Linn County DA, noted many businesses there are hanging on by a thread, their role is not to count how many individuals are at a private residence, and they will not interfere with any religious organization. “We understand the realities of Covid-19,” they said, “but we draw the line when we are dealing with decisions relating to individual residences, religion, or businesses.”
“We are going to continue to educate citizens, as needed,” they said, “and that is where we will stop. We trust citizens to assess risk and take precautions as appropriate given their individual circumstances. We are not going to criminally enforce the COVID-19 restrictions contained in the Governor’s order.”
UPDATE: The sheriffs of Crook and Klamath Counties in Oregon, and the Redding Police Department in California, issued similar statements. The Klamath County statement said:
“The Board of Klamath County Commissioners and the Klamath County Sheriff voice concerns over new state COVID-19 regulations and the 2-week ‘freeze’ stating it will be too much for already struggling businesses to bear.
“This statewide approach does not fit Klamath County,” said Commissioner Kelley Minty Morris. “We have a robust health care system, and we are confident the relationships in this community would ensure our health care professionals, and public health, would work together to decide what our community needs without the state’s interference. We do not need a top-down approach from the State; we believe we can navigate this challenging issue locally.”
“Citizens have spoken clearly, this is causing impacts that cannot be ignored, increases in suicide, domestic violence, and substance abuse, these are real consequences of shutdowns,” said Commissioner Donnie Boyd.
“We have a real fear business that close may never re-open, it’s already been the case for more than 2 dozen businesses in this county. Another shut down could increase the number of unemployed right before the holidays” said Commissioner Derrick DeGroot.
“The Sheriff’s Office will not be enforcing distancing, gathering, or masking restrictions. I have informed the local paper and that decision has been shared on other media platforms,” said Sheriff Chris Kaber. “It is the decision I made in the spring and remains consistent even though the governor indicated she is enlisting local law enforcement this time. The Sheriff’s Office is busy responding to calls for service of greater public safety concern.”

I was out violating the curfew at 0345 the other night, walking down empty streets of my town, and found 6 local residents also violating the curfew. They were not wearing masks, either. One of them had antlers, the others didn't. That is all.

The RINO governor of Ohio has imposed a 10:00 p.m. curfew on its citizens. Mrs. JQC observed that the Corona virus must be more active after 10:00 p.m. (she is such a cynic).
COLUMBUS, Ohio—Ohio lawmakers on Thursday sent Gov. Mike DeWine a bill that would strip his administration of the authority to issue statewide coronavirus orders, even though the governor said the measure would be “a disaster” and vowed to veto it.
Senate Bill 311, which passed 58-30 along party lines, would ban the Ohio Department of Health from issuing mandatory quarantine orders enforced against people who are not diagnosed as sick or directly exposed to disease. It passed the state Senate in September.
The bill would not void existing statewide orders, including the three-week 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew announced by the governor earlier this week, a renewed statewide mask mandate, and a “stay-at-home” order like the one DeWine ordered the state health director to issue last spring. But it would prohibit such orders from being issued in the future, and it would allow lawmakers to vote to rescind any existing state health order.
Supporters say the legislation provides a needed check on the DeWine administration’s authority to unilaterally issue health orders. Conservatives, in particular, have fiercely criticized many of DeWine’s coronavirus policies, arguing they infringe on personal freedoms and unnecessarily devastate the state’s economy....

It is interesting how county sheriffs around the country are refusing to go along with the lock-down game. Around here (MI) in a four county area, there are yard signs saying "Thank You Sheriff for standing up for our rights"
The various sheriffs caught quite a bit of heat for the local wokerati, including some delightfully hyperbolic letters to the editor, but they stood firm.
[NEWSGHANA.GH] Madam Cynthia Mamle Morrison, Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, has announced plans by her Ministry to adopt a three-pronged approach to address witchcraft accusations, violence against alleged witches and wizards, and disband witch camps in the Northern part of the country. She said the three-term approach would help to resolve challenges alleged witches faced including; reintegration, stigmatisation, re-accusation of witchcraft and the threat of death and violence in their communities.
She made the announcement when she visited and presented food and other assorted items to inmates of the Gambaga witch camp, in the East Mamprusi Municipality of the North East Region.
The items included; bags of rice, bags of maize, tubers of yam, some loaves of bread, gallons of cooking oil, cartons of tomato paste, mattresses, hand sanitizers and nose masks among others.
The donation was in response to an appeal made by inmates when the Minister visited some camps in the Northern and North East regions, earlier this year.
Madam Morrison said in the interim, the Ministry would provide basic needs to inmates, including; cash transfer, valid National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) cards and other assorted items to improve on their wellbeing.
The Minister noted that for the medium term, the Ministry would link inmates to social intervention programmes such as the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) to improve on their living conditions.
"As you can see, the residents are already being enrolled onto and provided with valid NHIS cards. Their current poor sanitation conditions and access to water supply will be improved and they will receive psycho-social support from the Department of Social Welfare".
For the longterm, she said steps would be taken to disband the camps in the Northern part of the country and ensure victims were reintegrated into their communities.
"The disbandment will be preceded by engagement with key stakeholders of their respective communities, extensive community sensitisation and empowerment of residents. The long-term measures will promote the acceptance of the return of the inmates, eliminate the incidence of witchcraft accusations and its associated violence", she added.

Will Joe Biden create his own Gender Ministry, or should I not give out such ideas?

I wonder how this is going to play out. Those witch camps aren't there for no reason--the accused aren't welcome back in their home villages, and they'd be strangers everywhere else.
But Madam Morrison will feel good about herself.

One reference suggests that most of the witchcraft accusations come from quarrels between wives in polygamous households. Good luck eliminating polygamy.

[Zero Hedge] - Pilots Draw Giant "Sky Penis" In Support For Russian Footballer After Masturbation Scandal
Two Russian Pobeda Airlines pilots are under investigation after they "chose a ballsy flight path" to show their support for Russian footballer team captain Artem Dzyuba, by drawing a giant c*** and balls in the sky, reported RT News.
Flightradar24 footage shows the Boeing 737-800 taking a quick detour from Moscow to Ekaterinburg on Nov. 11 to create a giant sky penis on flight radar maps.
"We don't know what you might see in our aircraft's flightpath, but probably Pobeda captains decided to express their support for Artem Dzyuba, condemning the madness around him," a Pobeda spokesperson said.
Dzyuba made headlines after a video of him pleasuring himself leaked online. The scandal has resulted in the footballer being suspended for three games.
The Federal Air Transport Agency said it is investigating the incident to determine whether the pilots had clearance to conduct such maneuvers.
While the pilot's support for Dzyuba is rather strange, readers may recall US military pilots went on a sky penis drawing spree in the last couple of years. We're not entirely sure why US pilots were drawing the penises (see: here & here & here), but it sure seemed as there was a competition of who could draw the biggest one.

I had to look that up, hoping it had to do with the French symbol being a coq in a sort of Pluk Yew! moment. What I found was first reference was early 14th century, which is not a Hastings or Agincourt moment. Maybe a Morning Delight sort of deal with the rooster crow?
[The Sun, Where America Gets its Penis Shaped News] - MERRY XXXMAS Mayor ’sorry’ for covering town in penis-shaped Christmas lights saying he ’didn’t realise until they were switched on’
A HAPLESS Mayor has apologised for covering his Belgian town in 90 huge penis-shaped Christmas lights.
Anthony Dumarey admitted he didn't know the bright white column lights with bulbous blue tips looked like phalluses "until they were switched on".
The red-faced bureaucrat quickly tried to fob off blame for the saucy lights, pinning the botch-up on council staff. Must be a Democrat!
They'd been roped in to design them on the cheap as part of cost-cutting efforts.
All 90 X-rated decorations were revealed during switch-ons in the municipality of Oudenburg in the Belgian province of West Flanders, and several local boroughs.
Dumarey said: "The first time I saw them during the day, I didn’t pay any attention to them.
"[However] once they were illuminated, I noticed immediately.
"Let’s just say that we will have the country’s most talked-about Christmas lights this year."
The Mayor noted "there has been a lot of reaction, but of course we did not intentionally set out to make them this way.
[PJMedia] The Democrats have been pushing for another massive pandemic relief bill since almost before the ink was dry on Trump’s signature on the last relief package. That was approved in March. The CARES Act authorized the appropriation of $2.2 trillion for an individual stimulus, small business loans, aid to hospitals, and various items related to the coronavirus emergency. The bill also gave the federal reserve a cushion by establishing several credit agencies that would have come in handy if we had another credit crunch as we did in 2007.
As it turns out, there’s still $477 billion in unused pandemic relief funds sitting with the federal reserve. And Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin wants it back.
Washington Examiner:
“I am requesting that the Federal Reserve return the unused funds to the Treasury,” Mnuchin wrote in a letter sent to Fed Chairman Jerome Powell on Thursday. “This will allow Congress to re-appropriate $455 billion, consisting of $429 billion in excess Treasury funds for the Federal Reserve facilities and $26 billion in unused Treasury direct loan funds.”
The money was included in the $2.2 trillion CARES Act that steadied markets at a time of unprecedented restrictions placed on travel and business by state and federal governments.
There are five facilities that Mnuchin wants to shut down, including the Primary Market Corporate Credit Facility, the Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility, the Main Street Lending Program, the Term Asset-Backed Security Loan Facility, and the Municipal Liquidity Facility.
Mnuchin said the facilities “have clearly achieved their objective.” Officials with the Federal Reserve, however, said it was wrong to let the facilities expire in a terse response to Mnuchin on Thursday.
“The Federal Reserve would prefer that the full suite of emergency facilities established during the coronavirus pandemic continue to serve their important role as a backstop for our still-strained and vulnerable economy,” the central bank responded.
In the arcane and complicated world of government finance, no “actual” money ever moves an inch. The virtual money is called into existence by the magicians at the Federal Reserve
