[NewsBusters] One America News Network (OAN) proclaimed that it will switch to Rumble, a free speech alternative to YouTube.
OAN announced it has "decided to #MakeTheSwitch to #Rumble, where we can freely report the news without restrictions or censorship," in a Dec. 3 tweet. Followers were then encouraged to "Subscribe to our channel at http://rumble.com/OANN or download the Rumble app!" This game-changing shift happened shortly after YouTube barred OAN from releasing new videos for an entire week in late November and faced other penalties.
"In making the move to Rumble, OANN has joined a growing movement of conservatives who are switching to the YouTube alternative that bills itself as ’free-speech friendly,’" the Washington Examiner summarized Dec. 4. Fortune Magazine acknowledged that the politicization of Rumble’s content has led to its meteoric rise in newfound popularity. "Three months ago, YouTube copycat Rumble was filled with home recordings of people’s family, friends, and pets. But after Republican Rep. Devin Nunes of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, joined the service in August, other conservatives followed, helping add tens of thousands of new subscribers," Fortune explained.
The Examiner noted the involvement of popular conservative commentator Dan Bongino, who "co-owns Rumble and says it is a place where ’conservative views won’t be discriminated against.’" Bongino also co-owns Parler, a platform celebrated as a free-speech alternative to Twitter.
OAN has been reportedly penalized by YouTube both for violating YouTube’s COVID-19 misinformation policy and for expressing concern about alleged presidential election problems.
Axios illustrated that the suspension is one of many ways in which YouTube has actively undermined OAN as a news organization:
"OANN is also suspended from the YouTube Partner Program, which means if it wants to monetize its videos again, it will have to re-apply.
"YouTube has a three-strikes policy before an account is terminated. This is OANN's first strike, but it has violated the platform's COVID-19 misinformation policy before, meaning it gets no more warnings if it breaks the rules again — just additional strikes.
"YouTube says it does not consider OANN an authoritative news source."
This censorship of OAN came as Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) led a group of liberal Senate colleagues on Nov. 24 urging YouTube to remove so-called "misinformation." In an open letter he and his allies, Sens. Mazie Hirono (D-HI), Gary Peters (D-MI) and Amy Klobuchar Senatrix from Minnesota, candidate for the Dem presidential 2020 nomination. You can tell the kind of husband a boy will make by the way he treats his mother. You can tell the kind of leader a politician will make by the way he treats his staff. Klobuchar is reportedly overbearing, snide, and dictatorial with her people. She see this as merely getting the best from them. Her name spelled backward in the Russian alphabet would be "Rachubolk," which sounds pretty daggone suspicious... (D-MN) demanded swift action to crush conservative dissent:
"Moreover, because the current president has not committed to a peaceful transition of power, misinformation and manipulated media content on your platform may fuel civil unrest."

Enough of the censoring by the tech tyrants who try to rig an election and choose presidential candidates via their games. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
[Washington Examiner] Fox Business host Lou Dobbs lashed out at Republican leaders who haven't defended President Trump's challenges to the results of the election.
In an interview with White House adviser Stephen Miller on Monday, Dobbs praised Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas for agreeing to deliver oral arguments to the Supreme Court should it agree to hear an appeal from Pennsylvania Republicans suing to flip their state's election results from President-elect Joe Biden to Trump. Dobbs asked why other Republicans weren't behaving similarly.
"The president warns for months and months and months about mail-in ballots and the potential for fraud, and the Republicans do nothing, Stephen. Nothing," Dobbs asked. "What’s wrong with the Republican Party?!"
Miller replied in agreement by asking, "It's an outrage. Where is the outrage?"
Still, Dobbs demanded an explanation from Miller. "Where the hell are the Republicans, Stephen? Where the hell are the Republicans? Where are they?" the Fox Business host asked.
Dobbs later asked Miller why the White House hasn't "jumped on" Cruz's offer to argue before the high court and "salute him." Miller changed subjects to discuss state legislatures, but Dobbs demanded an immediate answer from him.
"No, no, Stephen. I’m not going to let you do this! I’m not going to let you do that! ... I asked a question. You and I, we’re reasonably smart and decent fellows. Why don’t you answer me? That’s all I’m asking here, Stephen," Dobbs said. "Why don’t you guys jump and salute Ted Cruz and say, 'Yes, we want you on the team now'? My God, this is not a time for internecine nonsense on the part of the Republican Party, which is watching its blood drain into the streets because they’re gutless!"
Miller said he and Dobbs were "simpatico" on the matter, adding that he would "see to" that he would get an answer to his question. "As I sit here today, Lou, I'm not in a position to make that decision, but I'll get you that answer, Lou. But at the same time, we cannot let — the Constitution gives state legislatures the obligation to slate electors. And we cannot let our state GOP legislators off the hook," Miller said.

TRUMP has upset the GOP Gravy Train status quo.
He is costing too many in DC/Deep State, not just the RINO's and DINO's, MEGA Bucks $$$$$. Simply by taking care of the USA 1st. Instead of pumping BILLIONS$$$ in to other countries where chunks of that Taxpayer $$$ always seems to find its way back to Deep Pockets and/or filtered thru "extended" family.

^ Yes. No matter how much they profess to believe in the Constitution, in free and fair elections, in free speech and rule of law and equal protection, anyone who has made his living off of our established political system for ten years or more is not going to jeopardize his career for these principles. There's huge money at stake.
Even more, though, is reputational risk-- for not just the swampie but his or her spouse and children. Standing up for right and for justice would mean:
The termination of not just his swamp career but also any chance of post-swamp employment in any of the Woke sectors such as tech, finance, Big Law, media/entertainment, consumer products etc.
The ostracism of his family. Social relationships built up over decades will disappear in acrimony and personal attacks. His kids will suffer retaliation from their private school teachers and administrators.
The ruin of his children's future careers. Older children will be denied admission to top colleges. His adult children will be rejected by elite employers in the Woke industries listed above.
Not least-- in addition to all the above-- the potential to suffer actual physical attacks by armed thugs egged on by the shitty little jacobin monsters like Rep. Donkeyface, she of the "List," or that snarling bully on the elections board in Detroit, or any of a hundred howling media crybullies.
You would need nerves of steel and a willingness to risk serious injury, up to and including the death of your loved ones, to stand up to this mob.
Kavanaugh has such courage. Cruz, Sydney Powell, Lin Wood and Giuliani do. But few others have it.
But millions are beginning to realize that, as these sick bastards push us to the wall, and strip away what little chance at a free, independent, honest life remains, post-COVID and post-Grand Theft Electo, we have little to nothing left to lose. Thus are civil wars started.

Down here in the South
As seen on The Feral Irishman site a pointer to an interesting article that MSM has not covered which happened around Dec. 5th.
"An apparent car crash in Georgia – kills Harrison Deal. He was a staffer for Georgia Senator Kelly Loeffler. Harrison Deal was also dating Gov Kemp’s daughter."
"Neighbors in the area described the accident as an explosion. On the Pooler Police Dept social media, several residents commented they heard a LOUD EXPLOSION. "
[Washington Examiner] The left wing of the Democratic Party, along with liberal activist groups, is fighting to prevent President-elect Joe Biden from appointing senior administration officials who they perceive as beholden to corporate interests. This primarily includes blocking those with ties to Wall Street and the fossil fuel industry.
Nevertheless, a few high-level appointees with strong corporate ties have made it into the future Biden administration.
Two of Biden’s top economic officials, Brian Deese and Wally Adeyemo, used to work for Blackrock, an investment management corporation.
Biden’s pick for secretary of state, Antony Blinken, started a political strategy firm that worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies.
The former vice president’s new coronavirus coordinator, Jeffrey Zients, was the CEO of a large investment firm for years and was on the board of Facebook until earlier this year.
Additionally, Gary Gensler, the head of Biden's financial policy transition team, worked for the Wall Street investment bank Goldman Sachs for almost two decades.
[Breitbart] The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.
Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were "voting irregularities" in these states as a result of the above.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. The lawsuit says:

Excellent strategy. Denial of equal protection is exactly what's going on here. Democrats believe that anyone who in any way is affiliated with Trump, including over 70 million citizens who had the temerity to vote for the man, does not deserve rule of law.
This blatant and systematic denial of basic rights to approximately half the population is going to set off CWII.
Do these stupid fucks have any idea what they're playing with here?

The Dems have turned this election into a gigantic clusterf*&k for several reasons: 1. rampant cheating and rigging, 2. not following the Constitution, inviting foreign intervention into our election process, pushing mail-in voting, counting the votes until they got what they wanted.
They all ought to pay heavily for this phony-baloney election. Jail time for election officials, governors, Dems, and Pubs involved who corrupted this election.
[KSTP] Monday, the Minneapolis City Council Budget Committee approved amendments to the proposed 2021 budget from the Safety for All Budget Plan that was proposed by a number of council members.
The amendments would redirect $7.77 million meant for the police department to "other approaches to preventing violence and building community wellbeing."
If passed, the Safety For All Budget Plan would redirect some emergency calls to other departments, build a non-police mental health crisis response and violence prevention programming in the city.
Minneapolis city councilmembers propose 'Safety for All' budget plan to revamp city's public safety system
The Safety for All Budget was authored by Council Members Phillipe Cunningham, Steve Fletcher and Lisa Bender.
"It is our duty to protect the people of Minneapolis, and our current public safety system fails to do so. The Safety for All Budget Plan will keep the residents of our city safer by meeting the urgent safety needs in our city now while also laying a path towards much-needed transformation in our public safety system," Cunningham said.
The City Council will hold another public hearing on the proposed budget Wednesday. After the hearing, the council will debate and vote on the final passage of the budget.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey issued the following statement regarding the budget committee's approval of the amendments:
"Pre-emptively reducing the sworn capacity by 138 officers prior to having alternative responses in place or completing the mutually-agreed upon staffing study is irresponsible. We've given the Council every opportunity to join us in a both-and approach that gives Chief Arradondo the flexibility he needs to move forward and ability to scale up new safety solutions. Last week, we joined private, faith, and community leaders to launch a new, $5 million initiative that would better integrate mental health and social services into our emergency response system. We continue to stand ready to collaborate and support the safety beyond policing initiatives, but I am actively considering a veto due to the massive, permanent cut to officer capacity."

[GatewayPundit] During the ballot counting process in Atlanta numerous individuals were involved in various activities which appear very suspect, if not criminal. The ’USB Guy’ is one of the suspicious actors. His actions we uncover tonight are shocking.
In Atlanta a false water main break was reported on Election Day. Republicans poll observers were sent home early. Ballots were then pulled out from under a table and tabulated sometimes two and three times over with no observers or Republicans present. This whole scenario was discussed on Newsmax last week and aired at President Trump’s rally this past weekend:
One notable individual who was not present at the late night ballot from under the table tabulation was an individual known as ’USB guy’. This character gained this nickname when one of the late night ballot drop workers appeared to hand him a flash drive or USB:
This same ’USB Guy’ was seen in a video where he appears to have destroyed a ballot while in the vote counting center:
TheDonald.win identified the USB guy as Lawrence Sloan.
Now we have uncovered a video of Mr. Sloan, the USB guy, on Election Day in the infamous room where the late night ballot drop occurred, lift up the black tablecloth when no one was looking, observe and review the ballots under the table, and the raise his arms into to the air as if cheering ’Yes’.
This video indicates that a few insiders were aware of the ballots hidden in the ballot counting area under the table with the black tablecloth on it. It also indicates that these individuals knew these ballots should remain hidden for nefarious reasons and they looked at these ballots as a victory for them despite being most likely manufactured and illegitimate.
They all knew what they were doing was illegal and criminal — that’s why they hid it.
[APNEWS] President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020... will nominate retired four-star Army general Lloyd J. Austin
...until five years ago he appeared frequently in our archives as Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, head of US Central Command...
to be secretary of defense, according to four people familiar with the decision. If confirmed by the Senate, Austin would be the first Black leader of the Pentagon.Biden selected Austin over the longtime front-runner candidate, Michele Flournoy, a former Pentagon brasshat and Biden supporter who would have been the first woman to serve as defense secretary. Biden also had considered Jeh Johnson, a former Pentagon general counsel and former secretary of homeland defense.
The impending nomination of Austin was confirmed by four people with knowledge of the pick who spoke to The News Agency that Dare Not be Named on condition of anonymity because the selection hadn’t been formally announced. Biden offered and Austin accepted the post on Sunday, according to a person familiar with the process.
As a career military officer, the 67-year-old Austin is likely to face opposition from some in Congress and in the defense establishment who believe in drawing a clear line between civilian and military leadership of the Pentagon. Although many previous defense secretaries have served briefly in the military, only two — George C. Marshall and James Mattis — have been career officers. Marshall also served as secretary of state.
Like Mattis, Austin would need to obtain a congressional waiver to serve as defense secretary. Congress intended civilian control of the military when it created the position of secretary of defense in 1947 and prohibited a recently retired military officer from holding the position.
One of the people who confirmed the pick said Austin’s selection was about choosing the best possible person but acknowledged that pressure had built to name a candidate of color and that Austin’s stock had risen in recent days.
[PostMillennial] An Arizona lower court had already dismissed Ward's suit on Friday, but the state Supreme Court agreed to hear the case after Ward claimed that irregularities were found in a sample of ballots she was allowed to review.
The Arizona Supreme Court has agreed to hear a legal challenge to mail-in ballots in Maricopa County filed by the state's Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward.
Maricopa County is the largest county in Arizona, with a little over half the state's population. It is home to the state capital of Phoenix. The county went Democratic in the 2020 Presidential election for the first time since Harry S. Truman carried Arizona in 1948.
Winning Maricopa, Joe Biden was narrowly able to carry the state by less than 11,000 votes, or 0.3%.
An Arizona lower court had already dismissed Ward's suit on Friday, but the state Supreme Court agreed to hear the case after Ward claimed that irregularities were found in a sample of ballots she was allowed to review, the Washington Times reports.
The justices on the Arizona Supreme Court are appointed by the governor from a list of approved candidates drawn up by a bipartisan commission. All seven justices have been appointed by Republican governors, with the current governor, Doug Ducey, having appointed five of them.
Another lawsuit previously filed by the Trump campaign in the state in November had been dropped after the campaign concluded that Biden's lead was too large to overcome even with the lawsuit.
[PJMedia] On Monday, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said he’d make oral arguments before the Supreme Court if they agree to take up the case challenging the results of the Pennsylvania election.
“Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before the Supreme Court, if the Court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument,” Cruz said in a statement that appeared on Fox News. “As I said last week, the bitter division and acrimony we see across the Nation needs resolution. I believe the Supreme Court has a responsibility to the American People to ensure, within its powers, that we are following the law and following the Constitution.”
The lawsuit argues that Pennsylvania’s mass mail-in voting used during the 2020 election was unconstitutional, and therefore the election is void.
Sen. Ted Cruz served as solicitor general of Texas from 2003 to 2008 and has appeared before the Supreme Court nine times.
Not a follow up to this story from yesterday, which is set in Michigan. See also this.
[NOQREPORT] A shocking Twitter thread appeared today that presented an exceptionally disturbing piece of evidence showing the extreme likelihood of massive voter fraud through Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the heart of election irregularities across the nation.
The thread, posted by Robb Hurst, claims that Ware County, Georgia, tested Dominion Voting Systems tabulators by having them count an equal number of ballots cast for former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... and President Trump. But instead of spitting out the same number of votes for each candidate, it showed Biden winning by 26%.
Hurst, who is president of a CPA group, also claimed there is corroboration for their findings and asks whether these discrepancies are widespread across the nation
[TRENDINGPOLITICS] With one month to go until the Georgia runoff elections that will determine who controls the Senate, one candidate is being made to feel the heat over his extreme views.
Democrat Raphael Warnock is cut from the same cloth as Barack Obama How much damage could he do in four years?... Eight, then... 's longtime minister, the hatemongering, America hating Jeremiah Wright and he has a history of anti-white, anti-Semitic, and pro-Marxist demagoguery.
Those views sadly now make him mainstream in the radicalized Democratic party that is salivating over the chance to seize control of the entire federal government and then forever change America into something that will be unrecognizable.
On Sunday, Rev. Warnock faced off against Republican incumbent Kelly Loeffler in a high stakes debate held in Atlanta, ground zero for the Peach State's voter fraud operations that could prove decisive in allowing Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Joe's wife and daughter weren't killed by a drunk driver. He didn't graduate with three or even two degrees, wasn't in the top half of his law class, and his daddy didn't come home from a hard day's work in the mines and play football with the guys. The NAACP hasn't endorsed him every time he's run. If you believe Tara Reade you probably shouldn't vote for him.... to steal the election.
Loeffler put the purveyor of hate on the spot by giving him the opportunity to denounce the socialism and Marxism that have been commonplace in his sermons and writings.
Warnock then unpacked a word salad of talking points but did not denounce either of the two ruinous ideologies.
[REDSTATE] You may remember the strange case of Antrim County, the very pro-Trump red county, where the voting results professed to show that Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020... had won by a huge amount.
Well, the election officials knew something was wrong when they saw it, knowing there was no way that happened.
But when they investigated, they found that somehow the votes had been switched.
The Secretary of State, a Democrat tried to blame "human error" saying that an election official in the county hadn’t done an update which caused the result.
But then that immediately raised several questions. Was there a problem in the system that allowed for this to happen? Why would not having an update result in this? And could it have happened in other places that used the Dominion system both in the 47 counties in which it is used in Michigan as well as in other parts of the country?
Now, according to Townhall, Trump lawyers are excited that Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer has ordered a forensic examination of the machines used in Antrim County for the election. This might help explain more about the machines and any issues that may have occurred.
The case stems from a challenge by a voter that ballots were damaged during a recount of a village marijuana proposal that barely passed.
The judge said he would allow Sherlocks to examine 22 Dominion machines that had been used in Antrim. He also prohibited anyone from interfering with the machines beforehand.

If the systems were not disconnected and powered down immediately after counting. Then placed in a guarded lock and key limited access room. All bets are off.....
Otherwise:
1.any basic skill person could just insert a USB 4GB Flash Drive with auto-run then overwrite the Biden Friendly Counting App.
2. Or as we have seen where the Dominion Servers have developed "ISSUES" near the end of a recount. The IT Tech is quickly called in, knows what the issue is and has the correct board or App to fix on hand. Deleting the BIDEN-WINS APP and loading of the HONEST Count app. would only take seconds.
3. If not disconnect, then remotely re-programmed as needed.

theState of Michigan Bureau of Elections issued a memorandum to all county clerks from the Michigan Board of Elections mandating the destruction and deletion of software, data, files, materials, and other relevant physical evidence.
