[NotTheBee] Yesterday news broke from Axios that California Representative Eric Swalwell was closely involved with a spy, Christine Fang, from China who fundraised for his campaign and planted an intern in his office.
Today, in a Politico interview, instead of answering any questions about the depths of his involvement with the suspected spy, Swalwell used the opportunity to do his favorite thing and lash out against Donald Trump.
Really. This was his response.
"I've been a critic of the president. I've spoken out against him. I was on both committees that worked to impeach him," Swalwell said in an interview on Tuesday. "The timing feels like that should be looked at."
Swalwell added: "What it appears though that this person — as the story reports — was unsuccessful in whatever they were trying to do. But if intelligence officials are trying to weaponize someone's cooperation, they are essentially seeking to do what this person was not able to do, which is to try and discredit someone."
There you have it, according to Eric Swalwell the REAL story here is that the media is reporting at all on his dalliance with a Chinese spy. And Axios, which is not exactly a pro-Trump news site, is in cahoots with the Trump White House to undermine Swalwell's credibility. But, as we know, Swalwell is not always forthcoming and will often try to shift the blame when he makes a mistake.
[Right Scoop] Twenty-seven House Republicans have sent a letter to AG Barr asking him to appoint a special counsel to investigate election fraud:
NY POST — More than two dozen House Republicans have signed onto a letter sent Wednesday urging that President Trump direct Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to probe 2020 election "irregularities."
The letter, obtained by The Post, was originally written and sent last Thursday by Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas), two days after the nation’s top law enforcement agent said the Justice Department had not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would alter the outcome of the presidential race.
Gooden opted to resend the letter this week after dozens of GOP lawmakers agreed to add their names to it, including Reps. Andy Biggs of Arizona, Louie Gohmert of Texas, Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Mo Brooks of Alabama.
"Following widespread support from my House Republican colleagues, I am again requesting that you direct Attorney General Barr to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate irregularities in the 2020 election," Wednesday’s letter began.
"The American people deserve a definitive resolution to the uncertainty hovering over the outcome of our election, but legitimate questions of voter fraud remain unanswered," it continued.
Republicans point out that there hasn’t been much action on the DOJ:
The letter goes on to bemoan the lack of action by the Justice Department and Barr, who authorized federal prosecutors to investigate allegations of "voting irregularities" in the days after the election was called for President-elect Joe Biden, but said last week that no widespread evidence had been found.
"The Department of Justice has been asked on multiple occasions to launch an investigation into this matter, but inaction from the Department along with public comments made by the Attorney General indicate a lack of willingness to investigate the irregularities your campaign and other elected officials across the nation have alleged," Gooden stated in the letter, making specific reference to Barr’s comments last week on the probe.
The letter is just one page and you can read it below. I absolutely agree with them that this needs to be done in order to restore trust in our election systems. Democrats just investigated Trump for three years based on phony accusations, and this is far more important to the future of our republic.
[PJMedia] On Wednesday, former Vice-President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... ’s son Hunter Biden revealed that he is under investigation by Delaware’s top prosecutor over his taxes.
"I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs," Hunter Biden said in a statement. "I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors."
The Biden transition team also released a statement, declaring that Joe Biden "is deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the vicious personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger."
[TruePundit] The FBI has widened a criminal probe into 2020 presidential election fraud and are on the trail of 500,000 manufactured/phony ballots for Democratic candidate Joe Biden, according to high-ranking federal sources on the Thomas Paine Podcast.
At the Apple link, search for PAINE in the Morning -- WED -- DEC. 9. Or listen to the podcast at the True Pundit link in the headline.
The states in play? Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michicgan.
The fraud is massive and complex. Listen above or below for details.

^ no kidding b..the quickest way to bury something in the swamp is to control the narrative by owning the investigation..hey, it worked for Barr and Durham didn't it?

Biden did not win. There is no mathematically-possible way that this brain-addled buffoon, who didn't even campaign and whose people didn't knock on doors, defeated a rival who was drawing up to 60,000 people for a single event - in the deep blue Democrat territory of western Pennsylvania just days before the election.
Statistically and practically there us no way on God's green earth that Biden won Pennsylvania without absentee ballot fraud in a mass scale

Some may remember the comments about a month ago.
Where it was mentioned, at least 3 "known" illegal ballot printing sites were being discuss on back channels.
The (D) Media View. Biden won. On the The Promised Land!
[Dallas News]Texas AG Ken Paxton’s longshot suit asks high court to negate 10M votes in Georgia, Penn., Michigan and Wisconsin. Ted Cruz agreed to argue the case for Trump. Nope, no bias here!
President Donald Trump and 17 GOP-controlled states filed motions Wednesday backing Texas’ longshot legal effort to get the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn results in four states that helped deliver the presidency to Democrat Joe Biden. I thought it was a constitutional question, silly me! But wait - didn't Trump predict a SCOTUS issue weeks ago?
Trump called this "the big one" after losing more than three dozen cases in federal and state courts alleging ballot tampering and fraud. Are any cases still open? Giuliani's? Powell's?
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the lawsuit on Monday, effectively asking the nation’s highest court to negate 10.4 million ballots from voters who picked Biden over Trump in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Just the illegal ones. Officials in those states called the lawsuit a baseless stunt. The Supreme Court has given them until 3 p.m. Thursday to file responses.
Trump’s legal team has found no traction in court for his unsubstantiated claims that the election was rigged or stolen, and the president embraced the Texas case as the latest and possibly last potential vehicle to stave off defeat. At least they didn't say "inevitable defeat". A glimmer of hope.
The Supreme Court has signaled little interest in second-guessing state election procedures after the fact, though it offered Trump a glimmer of hope by not rejecting Texas' challenge out of hand.
Only the nation's high court has jurisdiction in controversies between state governments, though the idea that one state can challenge another's elections is novel. Sen. John Cornyn, a Republican who served as state attorney general before his election in 2002, was dubious. Not challenging the election, buddy, just the process. If the procedures are found to violate the US Constitution, then there's the question of what to do with the mail in ballots, not the whole "election".

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was passed over for Barr on the federal level. Paxton aggressively put several people in prison in Texas since then in Texas for election fraud.

It would never happen but it would be nice if whomever won called a special election, a Do-over that followed all the rules and restored faith in the system.

A mulligan is the only option that will prevent CWII.
Fail to overturn this monkey business, and we WILL have armed resistance.
Overturn this monkey business, and the Deep State will amp up its shenanigans, Blamtifa will start burning down 100x the number of neighborhoods they've done so far -- and we WILL have armed resistance to Blamtifa and the D.C. conspirators.
Either way, there is no alternative to mass violence in this country except for a do-ever. With ONLY in-person, supervised, verified, signed votes.
Purple ink on voters' fingers, tons of monitors -- the whole bit. If we have third world election nonsense then the only cure is the radical transparency that we impose on newly-democratic countries crawling out from the wreckage of totalitarian fraud

The USSC is asleep at the wheel. They don't like to interfere with "political" issues and, judging from their behavior on related issues, are blind to the significance of this election's chicanery. Our entire system of governance is losing its legitimacy among the real electorate.

It may be time for a Constitutional Convention. If for no other reason to re-affirm and strengthen the current document. IIRC the Constitutional Convention leading to the present Constitution went beyond its initial mission. The electorate and political class being what they are, a new and revised constitution could wind up being horrible. It did take a civil war and the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments to undo the Dred Scott decision.
[Federalist] House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff did not respond to The Federalist's questions about Intelligence Committee member and California Rep. Eric Swalwell's position on the committee in light of recent news revealing Swalwell's connections with a suspected Chinese spy.
When asked whether Swalwell's position on the House Intelligence Committee would be tainted or compromised by his relationship with Christine Fang, a suspected spy for communist China, Swalwell's office did not reply as of press time. According to a new report by Axios, Fang leveraged her position and connections in California's Bay Area for years to gather intelligence on Democrat politicians and government officials.
Schiff's office also did not respond when asked if he previously knew about Swalwell's involvement with Fang or if he was briefed about Swalwell's relationship with Fang.
Swalwell also refused to answer The Federalist's questions about the extent of his relationship with Fang, ignoring allegations from sources directly familiar with the counterintelligence investigation of Fang who told The Federalist that she and Swalwell may have had a sexual relationship.
According to the two sources, federal officials were so concerned about the romantic relationship between a U.S. congressman and a suspected Chinese spy that they even investigated whether Swalwell may have tipped Fang off about the counterintelligence investigation after he was given a defensive briefing on the matter shortly before Fang disappeared from the U.S. in 2015. A senior U.S. intelligence official told The Federalist that investigators only uncovered limited circumstantial evidence that Swalwell may have tipped Fang off after he was warned of her connections to Chinese intelligence.
According to Axios, Fang raised money and bundled donors for Swalwell, and even placed an intern in the congressman's Washington's D.C. office.
When contacted by The Federalist, Swalwell's office pointed to the generalized statement they gave Axios.
"Rep. Swalwell, long ago, provided information about this person ‐ whom he met more than eight years ago, and whom he hasn't seen in nearly six years ‐ to the FBI. To protect information that might be classified, he will not participate in your story," Swalwell's office said. [Sure, sure, reporting foreign contacts "might be classified". Uh-huh.]

Why did it take this long, and a leak from somewhere, for us to learn that the FBI had fingered the miserable Swalwell years ago? I suppose the answer to that is the FBI has and will cover for all Democrat miscreants. Second, Pelosi must have known about it; after all Swalwell represents the East Bay of California, just across the bridge from San Francisco.

Is it really this bad in Canada? BritIn, Australia, France?
Worse, as far as I can tell. Canada has Justin Trudeau, who is like a stupid Barack Obama without the exotic life story, though he does like to dress up in the clothes of the interesting backgrounds he was not born into. Britain has the acknowledged ass Boris Johnson; his great-grandfather was Ali Kemal Bey, whose own mother was a Circassian slave, which explains the unruly blond hair of the prime minister— and he is perhaps the best of the lot over there. The best France can do is Emmanuel Macron, who married his teacher and gets a gold star for effort every morning with breakfast.

Democrats have sold themselves to the Chinese Communist Party. For a long time after they all decided during the primaries to let Joe have it, I wondered who was on the committee that made that decision and who would have the power to enforce it, who could make all of those other candidates get behind a senile old creep who is so frail that he breaks his leg playing with his dog. At first I thought it was just a deal they made with Bernie Sanders. But Bernie doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would just step aside when he knew he could beat Joe in the primaries, especially after he knuckled under to Hillary's cheating in 2016. Who else would have that kind of clout? Clinton? Obama? Would Bernie listen to them? I don't think so. I now believe that committee is really the CCP Politburo in Beijing.

Congress is struggling to reach a consensus on another round of coronavirus relief as unemployment benefits and an eviction moratorium are set to expire.
State and local government aid, liability protections for businesses, unemployment benefits, and direct payments continue to divide Republicans and Democrats.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell criticized House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for rejecting the latest Trump administration offer, which did not include extra jobless benefits.
To summarize: If Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi can’t get everything she demands, nobody gets anything. Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is ok with the second alternative.

[Daily Caller] Democratic Michigan State Rep. Cynthia Johnson was stripped of her committee assignments Wednesday after she threatened supporters of President Donald Trump in a Facebook live video.
The Speaker of the Michigan House Lee Chatfield released a statement, explaining that Johnson had been removed from her committees and that there is an active investigation going on to determine if further action is necessary.
"Threats to Democrats or Republicans are unacceptable and un-American. They’re even more unbecoming of an elected official. Rep. CA Johnson has been stripped of her committees and we’re looking into further disciplinary action as the proper authorities conduct their investigation," Chatfield said in the statement.
In the video filmed Tuesday night, Johnson said Trump supporters better be careful and called on "soldiers" to "make them pay." The video was over three minutes long. Johnson took office on January 1, 2019. Her current term ends on December 31, 2020.
"So this is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful, walk lightly, we ain't playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough. And for those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right, be in order, make them pay," Johnson says in the video.

How is this different from what most other Democrats have been spewing lately.
How is this different from what Michelle Obama said when he won his 2nd term?
Seven states have already reportedly joined Texas in their lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
And the list has now grown to 17 states.
MO, AL, AR, FL, NE, ND, OK, IN, KS, LA, MS, MT, SC, SD, TN, UT and WV.

Texas AG Paxton vs Barr is what this boils down to. Here, the day after fraud became I said Texas would succeed. Looks like they are going out up a challenge first before opting out of a corrupt Washington DC.
[CLEVELAND] President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... will nominate Warrensville Heights Democratic Rep. Marcia Fudge ...Dem Congresswoman for Ohio's 11th congressional district since 2008. She won a special election to succeed Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who gave up her office when carried out feet first. The strangely-shaped, but really not gerrymandered, district includes most of the black-majority areas between Cleveland and Akron. Fudge was Chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus in the 113th Congress... to be the next U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Politico reports, citing "two people with knowledge of the decision."Spokesman for Biden’s transition team did not respond to requests for comment on the report, and a spokeswoman for Fudge said she could not confirm it and was trying to reach Fudge.
"Everybody is calling about it," said Fudge spokeswoman Denise Tolliver.
As news outlets began reporting that Fudge was picked for the job, Fudge told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named that it would be "an honor and a privilege" to be asked to join Biden’s Cabinet, though she didn’t confirm she had been picked.
"It is something in probably my wildest dreams I would have never thought about," said Fudge. "So if I can help this president in any way possible, I am more than happy to do it."
Fudge, who is a member of the House Agriculture Committee, originally sought to be Biden’s agriculture secretary, but reports from Politico and other outlets indicate that Biden is leaning toward appointing former Iowa Gov. Tom Vilsack, who served as agriculture secretary when Barack Obama If you like your coverage you can keep it... was president. If Fudge obtains the HUD job, she’d be the second African American woman to hold it.

One of the deeper dwelling denizens of the Deep State, probably the guy who lit the match that launched the Russiagate coup attempt... , who will be remembered by many as a defender of the use of "enhanced interrogation" practices on al-Qaeda* suspects, has recently grabbed worldwide attention after slamming the November killing of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh as "a criminal act."
The ex-CIA director under the Barack B.O. regime, John Brennan, said during the interview with Israel’s Haaretz that late Iranian Top General Qasem Soleimani was his personal "nemesis" during his work for the agency.
