[Real Clear Politics] More than 1,700 Georgians were singled out for illegally casting two ballots in 2020 elections — including last month’s hotly contested presidential race -- but their fraudulent votes weren't canceled out, according to state election officials. And so far, none of the cheaters has been prosecuted, raising concerns about continued fraud as Georgia prepares to vote again in twin U.S. Senate runoff elections next month.
The majority of double voters were Democrats who cast an absentee ballot either by mail or drop box and also voted in person on Election Day, officials said, which is a felony under state law.
The highest share of offenders were from Fulton County, which includes Atlanta -- many of whom were allowed to cast a second ballot by poll workers, officials said.
Hundreds of workers assigned to county poll sites were recruited and trained by the Democrat-run Georgia chapter of the ACLU and a minority-owned temp agency run by Democrat donors, according to documents obtained by RealClearInvestigations. Most of them were young and inexperienced.
Before the election, the ACLU urged anyone "threatened with prosecution" over double-voting allegations to contact the chapter for legal assistance. It is now signing up poll workers for the Jan. 5 runoff races. And the temp agency, Happy Faces Personnel Group, remains under contract with the county to supply workers for that critical election, despite complaints from poll managers and poll watchers that its recruits were "poorly trained" and "highly partisan." The Georgia runoffs will determine control of the Senate.
Though the number of suspected double-voting felons is the largest in state history, RealClearInvestigations has learned that no cases have been referred to the state attorney general for criminal investigation.

Kash Patel, the chief of staff to acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller, has filed a whopping defamation lawsuit against CNN, alleging the network published "unfounded left-wing political narratives" in efforts to paint him as a Biden smearing conspiracy theorist.
The complaint, which seeks $50 million in damages for Patel, specifically named network and five of its top reporters as defendants, according to Fox News. The reporters include Barbara Starr, Zachary Cohen, Ryan Browne, Alex Marquardt and Nicole Gaouette.
It claims CNN "deliberately or recklessly conveyed a false message" to sensationalize the "news" and humiliate Patel.
Explicitly, the suit brings to question several examples of the defamatory statements, including: "Trump loyalist connected to Biden conspiracy theories is leading Pentagon transition;" "Kash Patel, a Trump loyalist,...was connected to efforts to spread conspiracy theories about Joe Biden;" Patel "has also worked to discredit Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 201 presidential election;" and "Defense Department transition office...is led by a Trump loyalist connected to efforts to spread conspiracy theories about the President-elect."
The complaint alleges the network "attacked" Patel because "CNN was deeply invested in promoting the Russia collision hoax and the fraudulent ’dossier’ manufactured by Fusion GPS."
"The Defendants fabricated the Defamatory Statements and knew, therefore, that the statements were false. They knew that Kash was not the source of a single conspiracy theory and had no connection to any conspiracy theory about Biden," Patel’s attorney, Steven Biss, argued. "Defendants provide no evidence or example of any stories spread by Kash about Biden because there are none. CNN reported on the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry and read the Democrats’ report, and knew, therefore, that no evidence was uncovered connecting Kash."
Biss also argued that CNN "harbored extreme professional and personal animus, bias, spite, and ill-will towards Kash as a result of Kash’s revelations of CNN’s corrupt business practices and deceitful misreporting."
Patel is seeking presumed damages, actual damages, special damages and punitive damages, Fox News reports. He also wants a permanent injunction prohibiting CNN reporters from repeating the defamatory speech.

[RedState] To cap the day, Joe Biden came out to talk to the nation, to say that now was the time to "heal," that voting for him was battling for the "soul of the nation." And just as it was throughout the whole year, he spent more time attacking President Donald Trump than he did actually saying anything about what he would do or doing any actual "healing." The whole speech was actually pretty nauseating.
Maybe it was the end of the day, maybe at the end of a very long year, but sufficed to say, Biden was struggling and squinting to read the teleprompter for what should have been an easy speech.
But what people noticed first after the discombobulation of the speech, was the fact that he kept coughing and clearing his throat throughout the address.

I have struggled with how to impact-fully begin some non-violent action for every American that feels disenfranchised and violated by this election fraud. Consider the impact of 50 million envelopes mailed to the Office of the President Elect with just a picture of a teabag inside. No words, no threatening image, just a symbol of disbelief and refusal to accept the greatest political theft in our history. How do we create such a groundswell of refusal, making them know they cannot think we accept their efforts to legitimize their criminal act.

Further, someone smarter than me might know, but as I recall, every news outlet that uses the public airwaves, both television and radio, has a license from the federal government. As a condition of that license I seem to remember they have certain public service duties, amongst which is a requirement to provide news. In years past that was considered a duty, not a corporate profit center as it has become on cable. Can we not use this licensure regulation at the FCC to threaten their ability to broadcast for their failure to tell the truth and provide honest, factual, complete information to the public. The editorialized, omission-filled partial truths and outright lies of the "fake news" has become pure propaganda for one political side. Short of buying NBC, only the threat to their licenses seems to offer remedy for their in-kind political contributions to our national news landscape.

[Politico] Rep. Paul Mitchell is leaving the Republican Party, the Michigan congressman announced Monday, citing his dismay with President Donald Trump and the party’s efforts to delegitimize the 2020 presidential election.
Mitchell revealed his decision during an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, in which he said he’d asked the clerk of the House to change his party affiliation to "Independent." Mitchell plans to retire from Congress next month, at the end of this term.
"It became clear to me I could no longer be associated with a Republican Party that the leadership does not stand up and say the process, the election is over. It’s over today," Mitchell said. "This party has to stand up for democracy first, for our Constitution first and not political considerations. It’s not about a candidate. It’s not simply for raw political power and that’s what I feel is going on, and I’ve had enough."
In a letter to GOP Chair Ronna McDaniel and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, he called the election process this year "traumatic," and expressed concern for "the stability and strength of our democracy." He added that he would continue to raise money for individual candidates who are in line with his conservative values.

"It's our duty to the people of Michigan and to the U.S. Constitution to send another slate of electors if the election is in controversy or dispute‐and clearly it is." So if somebody is convince the Dominion machines are evil, the Pub electors get "standing"?
The Pennsylvania GOP said in a news release that electors met in Harrisburg to "cast a conditional vote" for Trump and Pence "at the request of the Trump campaign." Their vote comes as Democratic electors cast their Electoral College votes for Biden and Harris.
