#3  A national theme song. If the GOP Rhino leadership and the Democrats give 20 million Mexican Nationals here illegally the right to vote against real Americans, and then demand they steal from real Americans, through legislation, activist anti-constitution courts, this is what will have to happen in this nation.

GOP rhinos plan to give those 20 million Mexican nationals the right to vote in August, just before the mid-term elections, turning Texas and other states Marxist.

The people, their God, their guns, the last line of defense.

#4  And by the way, at the moment, one of the most powerful conservative states in America, Texas, has the uniquely American cowboy heritage of freedom/liberty, independence as well.

Come August, if the Rhinos assist the Democrats Marxists in granting the millions of Mexican Nationals the right to out vote Americans, Texas will no longer recognize the Federal Government either.

Saudis seek release of Shaboob recruiter arrested in Lamu
Kenya: The Saudi Arabia Embassy in Kenya is seeking the release of its national who was arrested recently by police in Lamu on allegations of attempting to cross into Somalia to join Al Shabaab.
Just another wayward son...
Saudi Deputy Ambassador Ibrahim Barnawi, who flew to Mombasa to secure the release of Ahmed Hanas, said the detainee has no links with the Somali rebel group. Hanas is being held in Mombasa by police after being arrested in Lamu on Thursday.

"This gentleman is a student in Holland who came to the country as a tourist. He was arrested in his hotel room in Lamu where he had gone to visit and not near the Somali border as the police claim," he said.
A student. A religious student. A heavily armed, religious student...
Police in Lamu County had claimed that Hanas was arrested in Kiunga, which is the border town between Kenya and Somalia and accused him of being an Al Shabaab member and recruiter.

The envoy added: "As a tourist, he has the right to visit Lamu, which is an attractive tourist site on the world map. It is unfair to accuse someone of terrorism simply because he is an arab."
Lamu doesn't pop up on my travel agent's website but perhaps it's one of the holier places in all Islam...
Barnawi said that the individual had arrived in the country on Tuesday using a tourist visa, being his first visit to Kenya. He denied reports attributed to Lamu police boss Samson Obara, who allegedly that the individual had no travel documents and had difficulty communicating in English.

"As a matter of fact, he had all his travel documents in order and speaks English fluently together with Dutch and Arabic.

Police should not be quick to accuse people of being terrorists before conducting thorough investigations," he said  Obara had said Hanas is suspected to be a link man for the regional Al Shabaab network and is responsible funding and recruiting local and foreign fighters.

"Our intelligence believe that the man is associated with illegal activities including terrorism. He will be arraigned in court once we are done with interrogating him," said Obara.

Egypt Court Jails 42 Morsi Backers for Up to 15 Years
[AnNahar] An Egyptian court sentenced 42 supporters of deposed president Mohammed Morsi
...the former president of Egypt. A proponent of the One Man, One Vote, One Time principle, Morsi won election after the deposal of Hosni Mubarak and jumped to the conclusion it was his turn to be dictator...
on Sunday to prison terms ranging from three to 15 years on violence-related charges, a judicial source said.

The verdict was delivered by Said Youssef Sabry, the same judge in the southern city of Minya who last month sentenced to death 529 alleged Islamists in a verdict that triggered international outrage.

Sunday's sentencing of 42 Morsi supporters come a day before Sabry is expected to issue a verdict on another batch of nearly 700 alleged Islamist defendants for the murder and attempted murder of several coppers last August.

Since the army ousted Morsi last July, a government crackdown has killed more than 1,400 people, mostly supporters of the deposed president, and placed in durance vile
... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not...
about 15,000.

At least 1,000 people have been sentenced since December, all in groups of 10 or more and in often speedy trials.

Morsi himself and the entire top leadership of his Moslem Brüderbund are also facing several trials.

Ethnic clashes kill 34 in Nigeria
[Al Ahram] Clashes between rival tribes have left at least 34 people dead with homes and barns torched in a village in central Nigeria, the state government told AFP on Sunday.

The violence erupted Saturday when a militia from the Eggon tribe attacked the Gwandara village of Egan following a dispute over farmland, said Nasarawa state front man Sani Musa Mairiga.

"All the victims were from Gwandara tribe whose village came under sudden attack from Ombatse cult members from Eggon tribe," Mairiga said.

"So far 34 people have been killed in the violence with several others injured."

Several homes and barns were burnt in the attack, sparked by a farming dispute in which an Eggon man was injured, he said.

Armed police were deployed to stop the bloodshed, Mairiga said.

Ethnic disputes linked to land are frequent in central Nigeria, despite efforts to mend relations between the region's different groups.

The fighting often has religious overtones, pitting Christian farmers against nomadic Moslem herder communities, although in Nawasara state the rival ethnicities are made up of both Christians and Moslems.

Turkey Detains U.S. Journalist, Syrians after Illegal River Crossing
[AnNahar] Turkish security forces on Sunday detained an American journalist and two Syrians as they tried to cross a river flowing from Syria into southern Turkey by raft, the army said.

The three were spotted on the Asi river near the border province of Hatay, the army said in a statement, without revealing their identities.

The journalist, said to be 60 years old, was taken to a cop shoppe for questioning and then flown to Istanbul for deportation, Hurriyet newspaper reported on its website.

Nothing was immediately known about the fate of the Syrians.

The army said in a separate statement that six Turkish F-16 jets performing air patrolling duties on the border had come under a radar lock by Syrian air missile batteries for 2.5 minutes.

Turkey, a staunch opponent of the Damascus regime, hosts about one million refugees from the three-year-old Syrian conflict, many of them in camps along the border.

But its open-door policy enables refugees, rebels and smugglers to cross the border easily, creating a huge security challenge for Turkey.

In its latest attempt to prevent illegal crossings and smuggling, Turkey started on Friday to raise a portable concrete wall in the town of Reyhanli in Hatay, which hosts many Syrian refugees.

Jew-Turned-Muslim Sentenced To 2.5 Years For Incitement Of Violence
[Ynet] New Jersey man who founded radical Islamic website encouraged readers to attack Jewish leaders, synagogues in NYC area.

The founder of a radical Islamic website that praised figures like Osama bin Laden and Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan has been sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison for using the site to threaten Jewish groups.

Born Joseph Leonard Cohen, Yousef al-Khattab, 45 from New Jersey, converted from Judaism to Islam in his late 20s, when he was living in the Middle East. Upon his return to the US in 2007, he started the Revolution Muslim website.

In a post from 2009, Khattab posted a photo of the Chabad headquarters in Brooklyn with a link to map, noting the main temple was always full during prayer time, the Washington Post reported.

Khattab admitted posting articles encouraging readers to take unspecified action against Jewish leaders and publishing names and addresses of Jewish leaders and synagogues.

Posting a video on YouTube in 2009 of violence in the Gaza Strip, Khattab encouraged Muslims angered by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to "deal with them directly at their homes."

'My behavior was stupid'
Renouncing the articles in court, he asked the judge to hold him responsible only "for what I say, not how people understood it," the Post reported.

In an interview with NPR, Khattab admitted that his actions were "stupid" and "wrong."

"They interpreted me giving the message of Islam as being a threat to the Jewish community, which it wasn't," Khattab told NPR, but could not explain how providing addresses and pictures of Jewish leaders after an anti-Semitic post could be misinterpreted.

Khattab claimed in court that he was a "clown" and "the Gilbert Gottfried of the Muslims," saying he did not intend to incite violence, according to the Post. He also noted he would not make the same posts today.

Prosecutors say numerous people who have been convicted of terrorism-related offenses were readers of Revolution Muslim, and NYPD terrorism expert Mitch Silber said the site was linked to almost every formal terrorism investigation opened in the New York City area.

"RevMuslim became very proactive in the New York City area," Silber told NPR, "both publicly, doing demonstrations on the streets on New York City, as well as online, having a pretty significant Internet component to their efforts. Khattab was one of the two leaders of the group, he was a chief propagandist, he was an organizer, he was a provocateur."

Defense lawyers said it is conjecture to assume people were inspired to plot attacks by Revolution Muslim. They also claimed Khattab was doing what he believed was legally protected as free speech.

"To hold his responsible for all the hate and anger that's out there is not correct. He was a block in that wall, but he's not the wall," Khattab's attorney, Alan H. Yamamoto, said.

"I thought we had stayed on the right side of the line with regard to free speech," Khattab told NPR. "But it appears we went over it, we went too far, and, I'll say it, we were wrong."

[DAWN] A key commander of the outlawed Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistain (TTP), was killed during a shootout, police sources claim.

The Station House officer (SHO) of Kulachi Police Station, Haroon Khan said one terrorist has been bumped off during the encounter as a probe into the incident continues.

Upon receiving a tip-off about the presence of the alleged Death Eater, the police conducted an operation in the Kulachi area.

During an exchange of fire between police personnel and the Death Eaters, the commander - also allegedly one of the criminal masterminds of the Dera Ismail Khan
... the Pearl of Pashtunistan ...
prison break - was killed. Dozens of heavily-armed Taliban bully boyz had freed nearly 175 inmates, including 35 'high-profile Death Eaters' in the prison break in 2013.

Lashkar-i-Islam threat forces tribal families to leave Bara
[DAWN] After threats from the Bara-based outlawed Lashkar-e-Islam, scores of Afghan and Zakakhel rustics from Khyber tribal region's Bara area on Sunday have started shifting to safer places.

Tribal and the official sources confirmed that the Mangal Bagh
...a former bus driver, now head of the Deobandi bandido group Lashkar-e-Islam and the Terror of Khyber Agency...
-led Lashkar-e-Islam had warned Afghan refugees and the Zakakhel Shinwari tribes, a sub-tribe of the Afridis, and known their tribal fierceness, living in the area to announce allegiance to the Lashkar or leave Bara where the banned group is still known to have stronghold.

Most of these people were settled in Akakhel, Sipah, Malikdin Khel and Shalobar areas in Khyber region who were given the deadline of April 27, 4 pm to take either of the options as their decision.

The tribals in Bara area said that the bully boyz of Lashkar-e-Islam had visited them personally and asked them to support the banned
...the word banned seems to have a different meaning in Pakistain than it does in most other places. Or maybe it simply lacks any meaning at all...
organization
while warning that they would have to leave the area in case they decided else wise.

An Afghan refugee Rehman Gul who was leaving from Bara via Bara Qadeem check post, to a safer place told Dawn that the banned outfit has threatened the refugees to vacate the area.

He said that they had been living in Bara for the past 27 years and now were forced to leave.

"I am moving to my relatives' place in Baghbanan area near Urmar, which is safer than here," he added.

Qayyum Khan, the in-charge of the Police checkpost at Bara Qadeem, on the border of restive Bara region said that so far between 10 to 15 families had crossed the border with their luggage and they were still many moving out from the area.

When asked about the reasons for the movement of these people, he said although the exact reasons were not known but many of the displacing people had said that they were forcibly evicted by some Bara-based Death Eater groups.

Another Afghan named, Abdul Qadeem who was also shifting his family said: "I was asked to provde fighters, or money, to Mangal Bagh, the chief of Lashkar-e-Islam, either of which I couldn't so I had to move out."

"We had been living peacefully for the past many years with the locals and now we don't want to become a party in their personal fight," he said.

He added that there were hundreds of Shinwaris and Afghans who would have to leave the region if they choose not to be a part of the fight.

A political administration official who wished not to be identified said that the Death Eater group wanted to recruit people forcibly from the areas and that's why they were forcing the Afghans and the other tribes to give them fighters or money to supplement their strength.

Iraq
Before Iraq election, Shia militias unleashed in war on Sunni insurgents
[Al Ahram] The Sunni gunnies who seized the riverside town of Buhriz late last month stayed for several hours. The next morning, after the Sunnis had left, Iraqi security forces and dozens of Shia militia fighters arrived and marched from home to home in search of turbans and sympathizers in this rural community, dotted by date palms and orange groves.

According to accounts by Shia tribal leaders, two eyewitnesses and politicians, what happened next was brutal.

"There were men in civilian clothes on cycle of violences shouting 'Ali is on your side'," one man said, referring to a key figure in Shia tradition. "People started fleeing their homes, leaving behind the elders and young men and those who refused to leave. The militias then stormed the houses. They pulled out the young men and summarily executed them."

The killings turned this town 35 miles northeast of Storied Baghdad into a frontline in Iraq's gathering sectarian war.

In Buhriz and other villages and towns encircling the capital, a pitched battle is underway between the emboldened Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant
... the current version of al-Qaeda in Iraq, just as blood-thirsty and well-beloved as the original...
, the turban Sunni group that has led a brutal insurgency around Storied Baghdad for more than a year, and Iraqi security forces, who in recent months have employed Shia militias as shock troops.

On the eve of national elections on April 30, Iraq is fast returning to the horrors of its recent past. Security officials, tribal figures and politicians fear ISIL might choke off the capital as an earlier incarnation of the group did in the years following the American invasion. Then, Sunni gunnies sent multiple boom-mobiles into Storied Baghdad on an almost daily basis, and killed Shias with impunity.

The vote this month and the race to form a new government will be contentious, with multiple Shia lists vying for the premiership - Sunnis and Kurds looking for plum posts - and Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki determined to stay in office.

Moderation is a rare commodity. Some of Iraq's Sunni politicians have denied ISIL's existence in Anbar and blamed all troubles on Maliki, even if it means ISIL continues to grow.

In turn, militia groups have joined the Iraqi military's combat missions against the myrmidons, and sent fighters to battle Sunni rebels in Syria.

Iraqi Helicopters Hit Jihadist Convoy in Syria
[AnNahar] Iraqi army helicopters attacked a jihadist convoy inside eastern Syria on Sunday as it tried to approach the border, killing at least eight people, an interior ministry front man said.

"The army struck eight tanker trucks in Wadi Suwab inside Syrian territory as they were trying to enter Iraqi territory to provide the (jihadist) Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant
... the current version of al-Qaeda in Iraq, just as blood-thirsty and well-beloved as the original...
(ISIL) with fuel," Brigadier General Saad Maan said.

It was the first time Iraq's military has said it carried out an attack in Syria, and Maan said "there was no coordination with the Syrian regime" over the strike.

"Our responsibility now is to protect our border and to protect the border from the other side, because there is no protection from the other side," Maan said.

ISIL emerged in Iraq in the wake of the U.S.-led invasion in 2003, and later appeared in Syria during the uprising against Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad
Before going into the family business Pencilneck was an eye doctor. If he'd stuck with it he'd have had a good practice by now...
The brutal methods its fighters used in Syrian areas under their control turned other opposition groups against them, and they were pushed back by other rebel groups into their stronghold in northeastern Syria, where they still hold territory.

The vehicles were traveling to the western Iraqi border province of Anbar, where ISIL has been battling Iraqi security forces and controls the city of Fallujah.

The group has also launched bombings in the capital Storied Baghdad, including an attack on a Shiite political rally on Friday that killed 36 people.

Syrian Warplanes Fire Four Missiles at Arsal's Wadi al-Ajram
[AnNahar] Syrian military aircraft on Sunday dropped four missiles at a rugged area in the outskirts of the Bekaa border town of Arsal, which has been targeted by several air raids since more than a year.

"Syrian warplanes fired four missiles on the Wadi al-Ajram area in Arsal's outskirts," state-run National News Agency reported.

On Wednesday, a Syrian warplane fired three missiles on the outskirts of of Arsal, according to a Lebanese Army statement. The raid did not cause any casualties.

The town's peripheries have come under frequent Syrian raids in recent months. Damascus says the Arclight airstrikes are targeting "terrorists" fleeing the Syrian region of Qalamoun.

Ever since the Syrian revolt erupted in March 2011, Arsal has become a key conduit for refugees, rebels and maimed people fleeing strife-torn Syria.

4 More Syrians Announce Presidential Run as Rebel Fire on Aleppo Kills 21
[AnNahar] Syria's parliament on Sunday said four more candidates, including one woman, have announced their candidacy in the June 3 presidential election widely expected to be won by Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad
Horror of Homs...
, as rebel shelling on regime-held parts of Aleppo left 21 people dead.

The new hopefuls bring the total number of candidates to six, though Assad has not yet announced his candidacy.

The opposition in exile and the West have said the election will be a "parody" of democracy, but the Syrian government says it aims to hold a "free and transparent" vote.

Assad, whose family has controlled the country for four decades, is expected to stand, despite more than three years of war that have claimed an estimated 150,000 lives.

The conflict has forced more than nine million people to flee their homes, and it remains unclear how the government will organize a vote in the middle of the war.

Parliament speaker Mohammad al-Lahham said during a live broadcast that Sawsan Haddad, Samir Maala, Mohammed Firas Rajjuh and Abdel-Salam Salameh have now put their names forward to contest the post.

They join a businessman, Hassan Abdullah al-Nouri, who studied in the United States, and independent MP and former communist Maher al-Hajjar as candidates.

Haddad, the only female candidate so far, was born in 1963 and is a mechanical engineer from Latakia province in the northwest, Assad's Alawite heartland.

Maala is an international law professor from Quneitra province in the south.

Rajjuh was born in Damascus in 1966 and Salameh, born in 1971, is from central Homs province.

The candidates are all largely unknown, with few details immediately available about their backgrounds or political leanings.

New election rules prevent anyone who has lived outside Syria in the past decade from running, effectively preventing the opposition-in-exile from taking part in the vote.

Assad told Agence La Belle France Presse in January there were strong chances he would stand, and there is no doubt that he will win if he does.

Would-be presidential candidates must win the support of at least 35 of Syria's 250 MPs to do so.

Of those, 160 are members of Assad's Baath party, which has ruled Syria with an iron fist for nearly 50 years.

The election will be Syria's first multi-candidate presidential vote, after a constitutional amendment did away with the old referendum system.

Meanwhile on the ground, at least 21 people were killed and 50 hurt on Sunday in a rebel mortar attack on regime-held districts of the Syrian city of Aleppo, a monitoring group said.

"The fire targeted regime-held neighborhoods, including some in the Old City where the rebels are trying to advance," said the Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Aleppo is divided between government and opposition control, and festivities on the ground, rebel fire and regime aerial bombardment have all increased there in recent weeks.

Rebels hold most of the eastern side of the city, but regime troops have managed to recapture much of the outskirts surrounding those areas and have been carrying out a relentless aerial campaign across opposition parts of Aleppo province for months.

Opposition forces have attacked regime barracks in the city, and tried to advance into the western Zahra neighborhood.

They have also cut power lines into the regime-controlled part of the city, where electricity has been out for more than a week.

Sunday's attack came after "Islamist rebel bridges blew up a building housing the Chamber of Industry in the Old City, which was being used as a headquarters by government forces," the Observatory said.

The group reported dead and maimed among soldiers in the building, and said there was fighting ongoing in the area.

State television meanwhile said that "terrorist groups have blown up several building... including the Chamber of Industry."

The Observatory also reported regime aerial bombardment with explosive-packed "barrel bombs" on opposition parts of Aleppo, including in Baidine district, where six people were killed.
