#1  Texas Ranch lists for 725 Million Dollars.

Amenities:
FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) -- One of the largest ranches in the U.S. and an icon for Texas horse and cattlemen has been listed for $725 million, marking the end of a decades-long courtroom battle among the heirs of cattle baron W.T. Waggoner, who established the estate in 1923.

The estate includes the 510,000-acre ranch spread over six North Texas counties, with two main compounds, hundreds of homes, about 20 cowboy camps, hundreds of quarter-horses, thousands of heads of cattle, 1,200 oil wells and 30,000 acres of cultivated land, according to Dallas-based broker Bernie Uechtritz, who is handling the sale along with broker Sam Middleton of Lubbock.

On July 24, Haram hard boyz began a daring attack in Bargaram that lasted into the next day. When it was finally over, an undetermined number of people had been kidnapped, among them Kesvere whose body was later discovered several miles away near the town of Kamouna.

Kesvere, 45, was sent to Bargaram by the Lutheran Brethren Church of Cameroon and served there for more than two years. He is survived by a wife and eight children.

In another attack on July 27, hundreds of Haram hard boyz wearing Cameroon military uniforms assaulted the town of Kolofata near Nigeria's border and began looting local homes. The hard boyz targeted the residence of Deputy Prime Minister Amadou Ali who had arrived earlier to celebrate the end of Ramadan.

When the looting was over, at last 18 civilians and security personnel were killed and about 22 were missing. World Watch Monitor reported that the bodies of Haram's victims — some unidentifiable because they were mutilated by machetes — were strewn along the approach to Ali's residence.
May some of those they so treat be infected by Ebola, that through their own actions they bring it back to ravage their camps.

According to the statement, the Special Forces are in the pursuit of the remnant of turbans in a mop exercise, which followed the operation which lasted over 40 hours.

on Wednesday (Aug. 6) killed an estimated 100 people in the predominantly Christian town, sources said.

The shooting, fire-bombing and slashing of men, women and kiddies in Gwoza, Borno state, as initially the military reportedly fled before an holy warrior force backed by international terrorist groups, began at about 4 a.m., producing eyewitness assertions that Boko Haram, which seeks to impose sharia (Islamic law) throughout Nigeria, had taken control of the town of more than 276,000 people. Local residents reportedly said at least 100 people had been killed.

The full magnitude of the attack and the Nigerian military response was unknown as most sources have been forced to flee to Cameroon

Bangladesh
Bandit leader killed in Sundarbans 'gunfight'
[Dhaka Tribune] A bandit leader has been killed in a "shootout" between the law enforcers and his gang members in Sundarbans' Khulna range early Friday.
Of course he was. Could it happen otherwise?
The dear departed is Moktarul Dhali, 32, the chief of bandit group Masud Bahini.
Oooohhhh, Bahinis! We haven't had Bahinis in a while, but they're a classic. When Bangladesh declared independence in 1971 due to Pakistani mistreatment -- somewhere between a major purge of all the significant sectors of Bangladeshi society and attempted genocide -- the Mukti Bahini ("liberation army") was the fighting force that developed, made up of the Bangladeshi professional military and paramilitary men, and civilian volunteers. After winning so decisively that the entire Pakistani army in Bangladesh surrendered, the Mukti Bahini was disbanded in 1972. It's not clear if the bahinis we're seeing now are sad criminal remnants of that long ago time, or mere puffed up criminals.
District Detective Police Inspector Rokonuzzaman said: "The police tossed in the clink
Drop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un!
Moktarul from Mostafa Mor area of Khulna city on Thursday morning. Later, acting on Moktarul's information,
No, of course torture was not used. How could you ask such a thing, dear Reader?! It was after a congenial sharing of Sergeant Belal's personal tea and biscuits that the man told all.
the police took him to Bhutmarir Char under Kaira upazila in Sundarbans in order to recover arms and ammunitions."
We wait with baited breath to discover if the shutter gun was removed from its velvet case for the occasion...
"At one stage of the drive, the cohorts of Moktarul opened fire on the law enforcers.
Unseen, but definitely not unheard. Someone's spidey sense was tingling, no doubt about it.
In retaliation,
...really, what else were they to do in such a situation?
the police also fired back that triggered a shootout between the bandidos and the police. Some 80 rounds of bullets have been exchanged during the shootout."

The inspector further said: "The bandidos managed to flee the scene.
... as though they had never been...
around 12 midnight. Later, the police found the bullet-hit body of Moktarul and sent it to Khulna Medical College Hospital."
Sarge had laid on a substantial tea to help the officers heal their shattered nerves. When they cleaned up they discovered the table board had been resting on poor Moktarul's bullet-hit body, which explained the wobbliness. The raw recruit was sharply spoken to, believe me!
Eight local guns, 15 rounds of bullets and six hand bombs have been recovered from the spot, said the police.
But no shutter gun. Perhaps next time, my dears.
Kaira cop shoppe Officer- in-Charge Subir Datta said: "Moktarul was wanted in six cases of robbery and extortion.
They missed mopery and dopery along the spaceways, but it'll have to do.
He was the second-in-command of Masud Bahini. After the death of Masud, he took the charge of the gang in 2013."
That explains the Masud part of the name, which is not in the 1971 table of organization seen here (scroll down).

#1  I knew Sundarbanes-Oxly caused quite a stir in the corporate accounting community, but I don't recall any gunfights over it.

As for the in-line, well played, Madame. Well played, indeed. I can just picture the miscreant sharing tea and biscuits with Sergeant Belal while the good Sergeant explains the ways of the world.

Mortars fired from within Afghanistan land in North Waziristan
[TRIBUNE.PK] BANNU: As many as 22 mortars fired across from Afghanistan landed in different parts of Data Khel tehsil of North Wazoo Agency on Friday.

An official associated with the security forces in the area said the mortars were fired from Paktia province of Afghanistan which landed in Pakistain.

Pointing out that this was a violation of terrestrial boundaries of Pakistain, he said there was no loss of life. Most of the residents have moved out of the area owing to the ongoing operation.

Two militants killed, several security personnel injured in Turbat
[TRIBUNE.PK] QUETTA: Two murderous Moslems were killed and several security personnel were maimed in a deadly clash between Frontier Corps (FC) and Baloch murderous Moslems in Nasirabad, 25 kilometres west of Turbat in Kech district, on Thursday.

According to an FC official, a convoy of paramilitary troops was on its way to Mand from Turbat when a group of gunnies opened fire on them.

"Several security personnel were maimed in the attack. Two murderous Moslems were killed after FC personnel retaliated," the official told The Express Tribune.

Local sources claimed two security personnel were also killed in the attack. However,
those who apply themselves too closely to little things often become incapable of great things...
an FC official denied these claims, saying no deaths of security personnel were reported.

The FC official added that security forces have launched a massive search operation in the area. The exchange of fire between murderous Moslems and security forces is still underway.

The local administration was found unaware of the incident when The Express Tribune called the Balochistan

Later today, spokesperson of the banned Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) Guharam Baloch grabbed credit for the attack saying several security personnel were killed.

Talking to local news hounds in Quetta from some holy man's guesthouse an undisclosed location, Guharam said the killings were in retaliation to the attack by security forces on the residence of a BLF commander in Turbat in which two BLF fighters were killed.

"BLF carried out the attack and later there was an exchange of fire. Several security personnel were killed," Guharam told the news hounds through satellite phone.

However,
man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them...
an FC spokesperson denied that any security personnel had been killed in the attack. "Five security personnel were maimed and one FC soldier is at death's door," an FC spokesperson said, adding that two murderous Moslems were killed in the exchange of fire.

Targeted attack: Blast kills Frontier Corps soldier, four others in Khuzdar
[TRIBUNE.PK] A Frontier Corps (FC) soldier was among four people killed on Saturday when a bomb strapped to a cycle of violence went kaboom! at Allahwala Chowk, the main intersection on Jinnah Road in downtown Khuzdar district, police officials said. Some 22 others, including four FC men, were also maimed.

Khuzdar Deputy Commissioner Waheed Shah said the FC personnel were the main targets of the attack and suspected the involvement of Baloch separatists in the attack.

The attack took place just as an FC vehicle was passing through a busy market in Khuzdar. The blast sparked a stampede in the area and some women and kiddies sustained minor injuries.

Additional FC troops and police cordoned off the area as rescue workers shifted the bodies and the injured FC men to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Khuzdar while civilian bodies and injured were transported to District Headquarters Hospital Khuzdar.

A state of emergency was imposed at Khuzdar hospital in order to cope with the situation. Shah said the four maimed FC men are in a critical condition while all the injured civilians are said to be stable.

"The bomb was planted on a cycle of violence parked alongside the road. It was went kaboom! through remote control when the patrolling vehicle came closer," said Waheed Shah, the administration chief in Khuzdar.

Another bigwig in the region confirmed the details.

No group has yet grabbed credit for the attack. But Baloch separatists are active in the area and often attack government forces and installations.

The DC said an investigation has been opened into the incident and a search operation will be carried out in the area to track down those responsible for the attack.

Khuzdar, one of the largest districts in Balochistan
...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it...
, has been witnessing a rapidly deteriorating law and order situation over the last five years and many civilians and politicians have bit the dust in assassinations or kabooms.

Unidentified gunnies carried out the attack near a check post located in the Ghundai area of Jamrud tehsil in early hours.

HC notice to state in terror accused Maulana Qavi's bail plea
[BUSINESS-STANDARD] The Gujarat
...where rioting seems to be a traditional passtime...
High Court issued a notice to Gujarat government today in connection with the bail application of terror accused Maulana Abdul Qavi who had allegedly taken part in anti-national activities with the help of terrorist outfits.

A High Court division bench, comprising Justice V M Sahai and Justice R P Dholaria, issued notices to the state government and posted the matter for further hearing on August 21.

Qavi, a Hyderabad-based holy man, had filed a bail application before the Gujarat High Court last month in the alleged 2003 Interservices Intelligence (ISI) conspiracy case after it was rejected by a special court under the Prevention of Terrorism Activities Act (POTA).

On July 2, Additional Prinicipal Judge of POTA court Geeta Gopi had rejected Quavi's bail application on the ground that he had remained absconding for more than 11 years.

Qavi had sought regular bail from the court arguing that since the probe agency has filed its charge sheet in the case, there is no reason to keep him behind the bars.

He said the witness, who had named him in the alleged case of terrorism, later turned hostile before the court.

Qavi, the founder of madrassa Jamia Ashraf-ul-Uloom in Hyderabad, was tossed in the slammer
Drop the heater, Studs, or you're hist'try!
from New Delhi airport on March 24.

Qavi had been named as a 'wanted' for the last 11 years under a case of Prevention of Terrorist Activities (POTA) Act which was repealed after UPA-I came to power in May, 2004.

A charge sheet against Qavi was filed last month saying that he took part in the proxy war with the direct or indirect support of Pakistain's ISI and also other terror outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiyaba (LeT) to avenge the post-Godhra riots.

It was also alleged that Qavi had sent several Moslem youth to Pakistain-based training camps run by LeT and Jaish- e-Mohammad to spread terror in India.

Iraq
U.S. warplanes and drone carry out 2nd round of attacks in Iraq
[LATIMES] The U.S. military carried out a second round of air attacks on snuffies in northern Iraq on Friday, using an armed drone and four warplanes to bomb artillery positions and a vehicle convoy near the beleaguered city of Irbil, the Pentagon said.
Irbil is the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan...
A missile launched by a U.S. drone struck a mortar position outside the city in late afternoon local time, Rear Adm. John Kirby, the Pentagon front man, said in a statement.
Still doiong "surgical" instead of "shock and awe"...
When fighters with the myrmidon Islamic State group returned to the site moments later, "the snuffies were attacked again and successfully eliminated," Kirby said.

A little over an hour later, four F/A-18 fighter jets bombed a convoy of seven vehicles and a mortar position, he said.

"The aircraft executed two planned passes. On both runs, each aircraft dropped one laser-guided bomb, making a total of eight bombs dropped on target, neutralizing the mortar and convoy," Kirby said.

The attacks followed a U.S. airstrike earlier in the day in which two F/A-18 fighters dropped 500-pound laser-guided bombs on a "mobile artillery piece" being used by the militants.

The Pentagon provided no details on how many militants were killed or wounded in the attacks.

It was the first major U.S. military action in the country since combat troops left three years ago.

Militants of the Islamic State have been advancing toward Irbil, the Kurdish regional capital where thousands of Iraqis have sought sanctuary from the breakaway Al Qaeda group.

#4  2S1 SP 122mm. ISIS is operating armor and "real military" equipment. Someone has paid money to train these people.

True no doubt, and it was likely the U.S. taxpayer. It is also likely that at least a few of these people had former service in the Iraqi army, or other armies...even our own.

Drones and bombing sorties targeting convoys and fixed positions are much the same methodology used in AFG. The other leg of the failed strategy is/was the JPEL [Joint Priority Effects List}. Think FBI's 10 most wanted multiplied by several hundred. Any JPEL effort requires an extensive intelligence support and documentation effort. The JPEL strategy in Iraq is long over and is a start-over that likely won't happen. Champ definitely does not wish to recreate another roster of detained Islamic militants.

What we are seeing from the regime is an entirely notional and short-term effort intended to combat the media coverage of Champ's doing nothing at all. A serious effort would be the arming of the Kurds or the re-opening of easily defendable FOB Speicher [Al Sahra Airfield near Tikrit], from which you could control the entire northern region of the Iraq with A-10's or Apache helo's. By the way, Speicher would have been an ideal launch or re-fuel/re-arm platform for attacks deep into Iran. It's closure provided a clear signal of the regimes future intent toward Iranian nuclear development effort.

Champ's focus is the reshaping of America. He has no regard for the leaders of AFG, Iraq, or Turkey. They can only detract from his primary domestic, socialist mission. Just my armchair assessment.

#6  I just listened to a clip of Champ saying "10,000 U.S. troops in Iraq would have likely not prevented what we see ISIS doing today." [paraphrasing as best as I can remember his exact words]

I wonder what the dull, indolent fok thinks "10,000 U.S. troops" as a stay behind force in Afghanistan will be able to accomplish? Does he actually proof read these bits of verbal diarrhea ?
Posted by: Besoeker || 08/09/2014 9:21 Comments || Top||

#7  Besides which, besoeker, he's completely wrong, of course. 10,000 troops still there implies a lot more - US trainers/coordinators with Iraqi military units, a lever on Maliki, etc.

What a pathetic, surreal shadow of itself the US has become, seemingly overnight. 100% self-inflicted degradation.

#8  Knocking our "A MORTAR POSITION" is just pissing on a bonfire.

When is he going to go all in on the air interdiction? Or does he think a couple of drones and a squadron of F-18s can do it? Seems he is ducking and dodging the reality of the consequences of his stupid decision to pull troops from Iraq in the first place. Hell, 10,000 of our troops, with our artillery, and firepower could run ISIL into the Caspian Sea if we wanted. Our Army in the field is a killing machine and had we stayed none of this would be happening.

#12  ISIS is allied with the old Saddam loyalists that formed the core of the former Iraqi army. They were no great shakes as a fighting force, but they certainly know how to operate "real military" equipment. Qatar still has a lot to answer for when it comes to financing these crazies, though. Even if we shut off the Qatari money flow, ISIS is now self-financing from looting all those captured banks. ISIS and the Baathists is a Sunni marriage of convenience that could come apart at some point. The biggest long-range threat to peace in the Middle East is still Iran with its missile program and nuclear ambitions. Qatar and its minions are not at that threat level by a long ways.

Were they Super Hornets?...with biofuel?

Seems to me these jihadi all stars have dropped everything in order to participate in the dream of islamic platypus, they have burned their passports and have tasted victory and submissiveness and blood. I don't think there is an off switch; much like paleos vs. Israel; only political delays. And like the paleos, these guys are going to use grandma and the grandkids (women enslaved, men murdered remember) tied to artillery and riding in trucks, as someone else mentioned today - tied to the trucks - and they will film it and distribute. So what do we have to steel ourselves as a people to prepare ourselves to watch grandma and the kids be killed in order to kill the bad guys?

Our CinC-O is hitting the links...which is fine, he seems totally incoherant. Is the Big Secret that a number of this ISIL troops are US trained and equipped? I saw one of their highlight flicks and saw US rifles, unusual for rabble isn't it?

Or is this the plan? In exchange for Iran putting on nice face, they get east Iraq protectorate, west Iraq goes to the Platypus, and the Kurds, well its against the law and stuff to supply them without first going through Baghdad, soo, good luck?

Iraq TV: Airstrike kills 60 militants in north
[BUSINESS-STANDARD] An Iraqi army Arclight airstrike in the myrmidon-held northern city of djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
today killed 60 fighters from the krazed killers Islamic State group, the Iraqi state television
... and if you can't believe state television who can you believe?
reported.

According to the report, the dawn strike targeted a downtown prison that was being used by Islamic State members as a religious court and detention facility.

The claim could not be independently verified and the area was inaccessible to most media.

Sunni turbans from the al-Qaeda-breakaway Islamic State group seized Mosul, Iraq's largest second-largest city, in a blitz offensive in June that also captured large swaths of the country's north and west. The myrmidon onslaught plunged Iraq into its worst crisis since the withdrawal of US troops in 2011.

The group has since imposed a self-styled caliphate in territory it controls in Iraq and Syria, imposing the militants' harsh interpretation of Islamic law.

Since then, Iraqi government forces and allied Sunni tribal Lions of Islam have been struggling to dislodge the myrmidons but with no apparent progress.

The TV report said 60 Lions of Islam were killed in today's strike and about 300 people who were in the myrmidons' custody were set free. The report cited intelligence officials but provided no further information.

A Mosul resident, speaking on condition of anonymity
... for fear of being murdered...
fearing for his own safety, told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named over the phone that families of the prisoners rushed to the site to help their kin.

"The prison was partly damaged in the Arclight airstrike," he said, adding that he did not know if there were casualties.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Gazans back in UN schools as Israel resumes blitz
[ARABNEWS] Cradling his baby daughter, Saeed Masri took flight Friday from renewed Israeli bombardment of Gazoo with little faith that even a UN facility can protect his family.

Three hours after a temporary cease-fire between Israel and Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, ended, a missile hit the roof of a building opposite the apartment in Jabaliya where he was staying with relatives after his own neighborhood was shelled.

"We were in Beit Hanun and were there during the war and the shelling, so after that I came to stay here with my cousins," Masri said as he trudged down the street with his family in tow.

It was only a small rocket fired by a drone, intended as a warning for civilians to leave, residents said.

It shattered the roof of the building and left no casualties, but an ambulance was parked around the corner in case it was followed by more attacks.

Masri heeded the message immediately, packing some food into plastic bags, gathering his wife and five children and setting off down the street to find safety.

His eyes darted as he spoke, looking back at the building just hit by the strike, his daughter silent in his arms and with the four other children milling around his legs.

He planned to take shelter in a UN-run school to keep his family safe, but he had little hope it would guarantee protection.

"The schools aren't safe either, they hit the schools," he said.

At least 153 schools in Gazoo, including 90 run by the UN, have been damaged by Israeli air strikes or shelling during the conflict, the UN children's fund UNICEF says.

"Why is the whole world sleeping, why?" asked Masri quietly. "Children and women are being targeted, and the world is sleeping."

Um Abdullah, 50, who did not give her real name, said she was reluctantly returning to the school she and her family had sheltered in.

"We were waiting for a second truce, but it did not come," she sighed. "We waited until the last minute, until 8 am, but it did not come."

She had only been able to pack a small bag of clothes and another with some flat bread and tomatoes before fleeing again.

She would now stay in the school until a lasting truce was reached.

In the Tuffah neighborhood of Gazoo City, families trickled back to another UN-run school after receiving news of the failed truce.

Hundreds of refugees from some of the worst-damaged areas have sheltered in the classrooms overlooking a central courtyard.

Laundry was hanging from the rooms overlooking the courtyard, where there was a strong smell of sweat and waste.

In the courtyard, Abdullah Abdullah
... the former foreign minister of the Northern Alliance government, advisor to Masood, and candidate for president against Karzai. Dr. Abdullah was born in Kabul and is half Tadjik and half Pashtun...
, 33, had just arrived back after spending the truce at home.

Like Masri, Abdullah was worried for his wife and children.

"I'm afraid because the schools were targeted, because young people died, women and kiddies," he said.

"We're all scared, I'm scared, my children are scared, my wife is scared."

#2  Grom, funny how Israelis taking shelter doesn't matter. Only the Paleostinians and their UN enablers - and never is it mentioned the UN "Schools" are unsafe because Hamas uses them to store munitions and fires weaponry from them as well.

How long can this outright lie by western media go on without consequence to said media? Do we have to start taking direct action against reporters and editors for lying to us?

#3  Heartwrenching. Most deliberately heartwrenching. And yet the bit

Laundry was hanging from the rooms overlooking the courtyard, where there was a strong smell of sweat and waste.

makes me wonder why the first order of business was not to organize toilet facilities, with regular dumping of waste into the outside rubble pits between bombardments. While the Palestinian refugees might arguably be too frightened to think beyond their immediate need to take a dump, as 'tis said, the UN personnel are supposed to be made of considerably sterner stuff.

Paleofactions refuse to extend Israel truce: Hamas
[Pak Daily Times] All Palestinian groups in the Gaza Strip have refused to extend a three-day truce with Israel, the militant Hamas group that dominates the enclave said Friday, as the ceasefire ended.

"All the Palestinian factions, including Hamas, have agreed not to renew the ceasefire because (Israel) is refusing to accommodate our demands, but negotiations continue in Cairo," Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhum told AFP.

#3  Hey Hamass: you don't get to make demands, LOSERS. You have two choices: live in peace with Israel, or die. Israel is getting tired of these "wars" every two years or so. All you and your "army" is good for is whining, bitching and complaining. Israel needs to grind you into the dust of Gaza, and plant it in sunflowers -- they're at least good for something.

#5  Rubblize them"

Yeah, they can use the rubble to rebuild the tunnels. No need to import all that cement.

Hey, maybe that's the "two-state" solution. The Israelis can live on the surface and the Mole People, oops sorry, the Paleostinians can live underground. I should be a diplomat!

Arrest warrants sought in Betong bombing
Thai police are seeking an arrest warrant for a Bannang Sata native, who was allegedly involved in a car bomb attack in downtown Yala's Betong district, according to a source on the investigation team.

Faosi Klupaewas reportedly identified by security camera footage as a person who allegedly drove the explosive-loaded pick-up truck to the location. The source said police also suspect that Bannang Sata native Lukman Pulaprapeh, who is wanted for another case in January 2008, was also in the vehicle with Faosi.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Abah Jehali and Makorseng Jehma for allegedly robbing a transport van that was later used as a getaway vehicle in the Betong attack.

Two people were killed and dozens injured in the July 25 attack, which also set nearby buildings and vehicles ablaze.

ISIL claims to have taken Syria military headquarters
[Iran Press TV] A video has surfaced in social media showing purported ISIL Lions of Islam claiming to have seized a military headquarters in north-central Syria.

The amateur footage showed the purported Lions of Islam from the Takfiri
...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed...
group claiming to have taken control of the 93th Brigade military base in the city of Raqqa.

It also showed the bodies of soldiers scattered around the scene of the battle.

The UK-based so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has said at least 27 Syrian forces were killed in an assault on the headquarters. The group said 11 ISIL Lions of Islam were also killed in the attack, including three who blew themselves up at the base.

ISIL Lions of Islam now "control major parts of the base," the opposition-affiliated observatory claimed.

The holy warriors have already captured a large part of the Raqqa Province.

The SOHR said some troops had already pulled out of the headquarters in July following the capture by ISIL of Division 17, another base in the region, where at least 85 people were killed in fighting or were summarily executed shortly afterwards.

Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. According to reports, the Western powers and their regional allies - especially Qatar, Soddy Arabia

The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
, and Turkey - are supporting the Lions of Islam operating inside the country.

Lebanese soldiers enter Arsal on Syria border
[Iran Press TV] Lebanese troops have entered the town of Arsal on the border with Syria after days of festivities with the country's foreign-backed Death Eaters.

On Friday, dozens of families were also streaming into the northeastern town along with the army following five days of fierce festivities with the ISIL Takfiri
...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed...
Death Eaters.

"I left the town because I was worried about my children and I wanted to protect them from the fire," said an Arsal resident.

An army checkpoint was also erected near the town's infirmary, which was used as a base for the Lions of Islam after their blitz that left at least 17 soldiers dead.

Violence erupted in eastern Leb on Saturday afternoon after soldiers enjugged
Don't shoot, coppers! I'm comin' out!
a Syrian man who the army said confessed to belonging to the ISIL. Angered by the arrest, the Takfiri Lions of Islam opened fire on army checkpoints and stormed a cop shoppe in a border area.

Following truce negotiations with the ISIL Death Eaters, they agreed to retreat from the town and freed some prisoners on Wednesday.

The army announced on Monday that 22 Lebanese soldiers were missing, possibly taken hostage.

The Takfiri Lions of Islam apparently infiltrated into Leb from Syria's mountainous al-Qalamoun region.
