1 Beheaded, 37 Gunned Down in Acts of Violence Champ Sez 'Don't Happen in Advanced Countries'
[Breitbart] On June 18--the day after the heinous attack in which nine were killed at Charleston's Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church--President Obama said, "At some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries."

On June 26, the world woke up to news of one person attacked and beheaded in a French factory and 37 gunned down at a Tunisia resort.

The beheading took place in Grenoble, France, where two men rammed the factory with a car, then set off explosives. One individual was then beheaded and his head placed on a fence.

In Tunisia, at least 37 tourists were gunned down, including five Britons. The incident happened as "Islamic terrorists reportedly 'shot people on sunbeds' along a beach packed with western holidaymakers at the popular holiday resort."

Again, on June 18, President Obama said, "Mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries." Yet even prior to the news of today's beheading and the resort attack in Tunisia, Obama's statement flew in the face of terrible, violent acts that had already taken place in countries like France, Denmark, and Norway.

For example, in Paris on January 7, two men completely ignored "restrictive" French gun controls and killed 12 people at Charlie Hebdo headquarters. On February 14/15, a man ignored Denmark's gun controls and attacked in Copenhagen, shooting and killing two civilians and wounding five others. And on November 18, 2013, there was firearm-related attack on the daily French newspaper Liberation.

Obama also overlooked one of the biggest massacre's ever--the July 22, 2011 attack in which Anders Behring Breivik killed eight people with a bomb in Oslo, Norway, then shot and killed 69 people at a youth camp in Utoya. CBSNews reported that Breivik's ultimate goal had been to "kill all 600″ people attending the camp.

Wrong demographics; none of this counts against Mr. Obama's narrative.

Reminds me of one of 1970's "ALL THE FAMILY"S ARCHIE BUNKER'S great rants vee Lib Daughter Sally Struthers > "WOULD YA FEEL BETTER, LITTLE GIRL, IFF THE [Non-Gun using Criminals + Bad Guys] THREW [Killed]YOU + THE MEATHEAD OFF A ROOF/OUT A HIGH WINDOW INSTEAD"!?

Because nuthin' sezzes Cold War Soviet/Commie-style, Classic Barbarian Rampage like using Axes, Knives, andor Clubs to commit mass or serial murder of civilians.

India-Pakistan
Militants' fundraising streams
[DAWN] THE month of Ramazan is one of the seasons which gunnies use to secure their yearly finances. While holy warrior and holy warrior groups are set to raise funds during the holy month, the government has not taken any concrete measures to stop them from doing so.
Not many steps taken to stop unholy warriors and their money laundering foundations either.
Apart from routine fund collection through charity and donations, banned groups have three major sources of financial supplies: zakat collection in Ramazan; collection of animal hides on Eidul Azha; and foreign funding. Even if one of these supply lines is blocked, it will have huge impact on the holy warriors' operations.

The holy warriors' media publications are still available, which carry appeals for donations. Pamphlets containing such appeals can also be found on noticeboards of some mosques. Banned groups are still operating in cyberspace and attracting people to contribute to their cause.

Weather change: a conspiracy?
[DAWN] PAKISTAN'S weather is getting more extreme, less predictable. Concomitantly there is rising temptation to put the onus upon some human agency. Unsurprisingly, sinister and malign forces bent upon reshaping this country's climatic pattern are being conjured up. But how well can they survive scientific scrutiny?
Have these people no faith in their loudly worshipped god, Allah, who is not bound by the laws of nature? Surely that is more likely than the agency of mere humans, whose science is written up for all who have library access to the published journals.
Yes, extreme weather is hitting Pakistain hard -- very hard. There wasn't enough refrigeration in Bloody Karachi
...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous...
's hospital morgues to store corpses this week after 1,000 people died from a monster heatwave that left Sindh sizzling with 50ºC temperatures. But April was unseasonably cold in the northern areas, where rain and hailstorms destroyed crops and fruit on a massive scale. All these pale before the abnormal events of 2010. Rains of biblical proportion followed a summer of extreme heat. Sheets of water poured from the skies for days leaving 2,000 dead, millions displaced, and 20pc of Pakistain under water.

What is responsible? Some ask a different question: Who did it? A new book, Reality of Floods in Pakistain, purports to give an answer. It echoes the conspiratorial notion, pushed by certain fringe academics in the West, that weather weapons are secretly being used by powerful states against weaker ones. In particular, this book holds India responsible for the 2010 catastrophe.

Expecting that my dissent would add variety, last week I was invited to be a speaker at its launch in Islamabad by the author, Waqas Ahmed, a young Pak telecommunications engineer. Glowing tribute is paid on the book's back cover by Pakistain's famed nuclear scientist, Sultan Bashiruddin Mahmood. Mr Mahmood, who also spoke, was awarded the Sitara-e-Imtiaz in 1998 for being the founder-director of the Kahuta Nuclear Enrichment Project. He is better known as Pakistain's 'jinn man' for advocating the capture of these fiery
...a single two-syllable word carrying connotations of both incoherence and viciousness. A fiery delivery implies an audience of rubes and yokels, preferably forming up into a mob...
beings, who would then duly add their contributions to our electricity grid. He achieved additional recognition after meeting the late Osama bin Laden
... who used to be alive but now he's not...
in Afghanistan in early 2001.

One argument in the book closely follows that of Prof Dr Atta-ur-Rahman, former chairman of the HEC and a Fellow of the Royal Society, which was published in this newspaper on Oct 17, 2010. Therein the good professor, quoting politicians and non-scientists rather than his own research in chemistry, alleged that the massive floods in July 2010, and possibly various recent earthquakes, were likely instigated by an experiment in Alaska called HAARP which directs radio waves at a part of the upper atmosphere called the ionosphere. My objections to this bizarre theory will not be repeated here. The interested reader can google the various subsequent public discussions on the topic.

Less bizarre, but no less wrong, is the book's contention that seeding clouds can lead to catastrophic floods. I say this is less bizarre because diddling with the ionosphere cannot have the slightest impact upon weather but seeding clouds might have some. The book hints that five years ago India prepared some combination of drones, aircraft spewing chemicals, ground-based cloud seeding generators, ionospheric heaters, and aerosol rockets that nearly drowned its unfriendly neighbour. But even if some of this paraphernalia could have been mustered without being detected, to cause massive countrywide rains is impossible. To understand this we first need to understand both the potentialities and limitations of cloud seeding.

Terror Networks
Islamic State's reach
[DAWN] FRIDAY'S deadly events illustrate the capacity of the self-styled Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
to wreak havoc across regions beyond its direct control, as well as the need for a coordinated response from the international community in order to neutralise the bad boy movement. At least two of the attacks -- in Tunisia and Kuwait -- have directly been claimed by IS, while it is unclear which group is responsible for the assault on a French gas factory. A fourth attack in Somalia was carried out by the Al-Shabaab
... the personification of Somali state failure...
outfit. The Tunisian and Kuwaiti attacks also illustrate the favoured targets of the so-called caliphate: Westerners and Shias, respectively. Nearly 40 tourists -- reportedly mostly Europeans -- were killed when a gunman opened fire in a Tunisian beach resort; the attack was confirmed to be the work of IS on Saturday, while this is the second major terrorist assault in the North African country this year. In Kuwait, a jacket wallah targeted a Shia mosque packed with worshippers during Friday prayers. Nearly 30 people were killed while over 200 were maimed. This is said to be the oil-rich sheikhdom's worst terrorist incident in many years while the atrocity mirrors two similar bombings of Shia mosques in Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
that occurred over the past few weeks.

Clearly, the threat IS poses is not limited to the territory it occupies in Iraq and Syria. These attacks show it has the capability to inspire cells and lone-wolf attacks much further afield. Only a few days ago, an IS 'front man' called for attacks during the month of Ramazan. On Friday we witnessed the destructive response to this call. The need is for countries which have suspected IS cells or sympathisers to pool their efforts in order to prevent coordination between bully boyz and the leadership. IS is a transnational threat, hence it requires a response that is not limited by frontiers. Along with a crackdown on the movement's ability to communicate with supporters, including through the internet and the media, perhaps the most important requirement is to dislodge the 'caliphate' from the territory it has occupied in Iraq and Syria. For this, regional states will have to shed their divisions and work with both Baghdad and Damascus. This may be easier said than done, but unless the physical safe havens IS has occupied are taken away from the organization and its leadership captured and neutralised, many more such atrocities can be expected.

Home Front: Culture Wars
Overthrow the Judicial Dictatorship
BLUF: [Kanuk Free Press] As Kengor notes, gay marriage is only the beginning of this cultural transformation. By redefining the historical institution, the Court has opened the door to multiple wives, group marriages, sibling marriages, fathers and stepfathers marrying daughters and stepdaughters, and uncles marrying nieces.

A country that descends to the bottom of the barrel morally and culturally will not be able to defend itself against its foreign adversaries and enemies. Indeed, we have the evidence all around us that, as the culture has degenerated, our ability to defend ourselves has simultaneously been weakened. The recent Pentagon gay pride event featured a male General introducing his husband, as a transgender Pentagon civilian employee looked on.

The next step, from the point of view of those objecting to this fundamental transformation of America, has to be to find those elected leaders willing to act. The presidential campaign of 2016 is an opportunity to find out who understands the crisis and whether they have a way out.

#6  Please recall that Executive Order 9066 has been upheld by SCOTUS and even Justice Scalia has said "the Supreme Court's Korematsu decision upholding the internment of Japanese Americans was wrong, but it could happen again in war time." #8  Worry not of the foolishness of 6 judges who tried to elevate themselves above God this past Friday of whom many churches told their congregations this morning to pray for and for the country. Worry about next Friday, when Imams in Mosques throughout America tell their male congregants just imported in by the same brainless liberals demand greater action for Sharia law to counter what they also perceive a debased liberal agenda, and he jihadists in their midst with duty on their murderous minds.
