[Daily Caller] Hansjorg Wyss -- a foreign billionaire with intimate ties to the United States' top Democrats -- wants authorities to imprison an American woman for speaking publicly about allegations of sexual abuse at his hands.
I recommend contacting a Federal judge in California and discussing a gag order. The revelations -- first reported by The Daily Caller News Foundation -- threaten to alienate female voters, a key constituency of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Wyss is a major donor to The Clinton Foundation, a director at The Center for American Progress, and once paid now-Clinton campaign Chairman John Podesta $87,000.
Jacqueline Long of Aspen, Colorado alleges that Wyss would demand sex, and then later shower her with expensive gifts and contributions to causes she, as a development officer, advised the foundation to support. At some point, the 'showering' appears to have come to an end. That's when the trouble generally begins, when the showering ends.
WASHINGTON, D.C -- The case of Juan Emmanuel Razo, an immigrant accused of murder and attempted rape Monday near Cleveland, could magnify the national debate over illegal immigration. The tragic news from Lake County, nearly 30 miles from Cleveland, comes just as Republican presidential candidates prepare to gather in Cleveland Aug. 6 to debate immigration and other issues of the day.
Details of Monday's events are still emerging, but police say that Razo, 35, of Painesville, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, fatally shot a woman at her home, wounded another woman nearby by shooting her in the arm, and attempted to rape a 14-year-old girl.
Police, who arrested Razo Monday and held him on a charge of attempted murder while they investigated the events, said that officers met him at least once before. It was on July 7, in response to a report of suspicious activity, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office. Chief Deputy Frank Leonbruno said Razo was "in an area he had no permission to be on." He said deputies called the "border patrol," who said there was no reason to hold Razo.
In a linked article: Veronica Dahlberg, the executive director of HOLA, a Hispanic advocacy group, released a statement Wednesday. Dahlberg decried the public outcry that followed word of Razo's initial encounter with local sheriff's deputies citing that Razo has been "standing in line" for his green card for more than 12 years and that he suffers from a serious mental illness.
"This is not an issue about immigration," Dahlberg said. "Rather, it is about the problems associated with adults with mental illness." When all else fails, change the subject
Why should we allow into our country someone known to be criminally insane? Let his own country keep him in a locked ward of their own insane asylum -- we haven't enough beds for ours, who end up in prison instead.

[Wash Times] President Champ has no intention of firing IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, the White House said Wednesday in response to Republican lawmakers calling for his ouster.
Mr. Koskinen "is a man of the highest integrity," said White House deputy press secretary Eric Schultz, who called him "the right person to lead this agency."
Rep. Jason Chaffetz, Utah Republican and chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Affairs, made his request Monday in a letter to Mr. Obama. He argued Mr. Koskinen has repeatedly "obstructed" congressional probes into the agency's political targeting of taxpayers, and that the president vowed in 2013 to "work hand-in-hand with Congress to fix the problem."
Mr. Chaffetz said that Mr. Koskinen, in more than two years in the job, has obstructed congressional investigations by failing to testify truthfully, comply with subpoenas and preserve as many as 24,000 emails related to congressional investigations.
Republican Reps. Ron Desantis of Florida and Jim Jordan of Ohio also said in an op-ed Monday in the Wall Street Journal that they'd try to impeach Mr. Koskinen if the president doesn't fire him.

Well the offshore accounts haven't been setup yet to help keep him silent and making sure his family can be taken out at any time in case he talks needs time to be set up yet.

Donations to the Clinton Foundation by Swiss bank UBS increased tenfold after Hillary Clinton intervened to settle a dispute with the IRS early in her tenure as secretary of state, according to a published report.
According to the Wall Street Journal, total donations by UBS to the foundation grew from less than $60,000 at the end of 2008 to approximately $600,000 by the end of 2014. The Journal reports that the bank also lent $32 million through entrepreneurship and inner-city loan programs it launched in association with the foundation, while paying former President Bill Clinton $1.5 million to participate in a series of corporate question-and-answer sessions with UBS Chief Executive Bob McCann.
