[THEHILL] Police in Ohio are reportedly investigating a bullying incident at a middle school where a group of boys allegedly told a biracial, female student "this is MAGA country and all black people should die."
The Canton Repository reports that school officials from Jackson Memorial Middle School and the Jackson Township police are investigating the incident after the student’s mother filed a report.
According to a police report reviewed by the local news outlet, the student and a friend were surrounded by 10 boys in the school cafeteria Tuesday after lunch.
The boys said they were "the wall" and that "this is MAGA country" and that "all black people should die."
The mother said the incident scared her child, neither of whom were identified. Police are investigating the incident.
Jackson Township Police Chief Mark Brink told the local news outlet the department is working with school officials, adding that police are reviewing video recordings from the school cafeteria.
The boys involved are in sixth grade, according to a statement from the school district. Sixth graders? Damn. They're vicious little beasts. No wonder they need a police investigation!

Where's the Swat team when you need them. Smollett copycat.
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) put Twitter on notice on Wednesday, calling on CEO Jack Dorsey to undergo a third-party audit of its suspension policies.
Conservatives have long complained about seemingly arbitrary suspensions of their accounts ‐ most of which come with no explanation or meaningful ability to appeal. Most recently, the Twitter account for the pro-life movie Unplanned was suspended just as the movie was hitting theaters. When the account was restored, its administrators discovered that nearly 100,000 followers had disappeared. Users (myself included) reported trying to follow the account and immediately being forced to unfollow.
Hawley mentioned the episode in his letter to Jack Dorsey, saying that it raised "yet more questions about your supposed commitment to free speech."
"In light of these events, and in view of Twitter's history of de-platforming conservative voices, it is time for Twitter to open itself to a third-party audit of how and when the company enforces its suspension policies," Hawley wrote.
The senator, who has been a vocal proponent of investigating big tech companies, said that conservatives who advocate for the "dignity of all persons, regardless of size or age" are used to being treated unfairly by corporations. "But platform companies like Twitter are supposed to rise above that partisan nonsense."
Hawley reminded Dorsey of his 2018 commitment "to serve the public conversation" by "defending freedom of expression as a fundamental human right" at Twitter.
Social media platforms have been given a "sweetheart deal," according to Hawley, which includes "immunity from liability for illegal content posted by third parties." They were given special consideration, he said, because they promised to provide "a forum for a true diversity of political discourse." Please. Twitter, Facebook and all their little inbred spawn need to be sued good and hard
The senator was referring to the telecommunication provisions in federal law that created separate rules for social media platforms that, unlike publishers, are not subject to civil liabilities for posting illegal material.
Hawley said that Twitter has repeatedly "abused" those privileges. "You often refuse to allow pro-life organizations to purchase ads because you deem it 'inflammatory' when these groups advocate for the right to life, but you allow those on the other side to advocate for late-term abortion‐a practice opposed by more than 80 percent of Americans," he said.

If you don't like Twitter, build your own platform. Then we'll see which one is more popular.

It’s time to treat them as a monopoly and break them up. They have deliberately been betraying the users’ trust with their treatment of half the population.

Podesta is such a moron, the Russians had to know this was a bad investment unless they had already received some quid pro quo from Hildebeast.

[Breitbart] Peter Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute and senior editor-at-large at Breitbart News, recalled how Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s second son, received millions of dollars from Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings while his father directed $1.8 billion in aid money to Ukraine as vice president during the Obama administration.
Schweizer joined Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with hosts Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak.
Schweizer said, "I think a deeper problem that [Joe Biden] faces is ‐ as has been reported on Breitbart and reported at the Hill, today ‐ which I think is far deeper is the fact that his family, particularly his son, cashed in while he was vice president of the United States."

Obviously, the Russians set this up. Like a honey trap, except baited with money.
Maybe that's sarcasm.

And then there was the $1.5 bn 2013 Biden sweetheart deal with the Bank of China subsidiary Bohai Capital. Another tale of the DS and "How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends" and covers it up. Hillary was supposed to win and bury all this and continue the enrichment process. That is one reason the left have all gone apeshit over the Trump win. The Golden Goose got croaked for them.
[BREITBART] Technology entrepreneur and 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Andrew Yang on Wednesday came out in favor of lowing the federal voting age to 16 years old.
“Lower the Voting Age to 16. Getting young people voting early makes them voters for life,” Yang wrote on Twitter. “Our politics will affect young people for decades to come. They should have a say in their own future.” I don't know about the rest of you, but I was never dumber than I was when I was sixteen.

"Getting young people voting early makes them voters for life". Add the unborn."They should have a say in their own future".

Why not raise the voting age? Age is not necessarily a good criterion for voting. What about a knowledge of the political process, government, the Constitution, history and those who are running as a criteria for voting?
let's clean-up the voting process to get rid of illegal voting and voting fraud. Let's also keep foreign money out of our elections. PACs aren't such a great idea either.
Yang and pandering for the youth vote. Whatever the Yin side is, I'll take that.
It was originally 21. Then because of the active draft and utes 18 to 21 were dying in Southeast Asia, they amended the law. Should have just restricted the lowering to those in the service. However, you know the Donks, they didn't let the opportunity to stuff the ballot box go by.

Honestly, I would be in favor of raising the voting age to twenty-one. Almost all legal rights besides voting cannot be exercised until a person turns 21 anyways. Why should people be allowed to vote when they are basically children (I know that an 18 year old is perfectly capable of being an adult, but that is in cultures that raise them to be adults, not in our culture, where they are babied and treated like children, sometimes until well after even they are 21).

The Dems next trick is to make it easy to vote by proxy so teachers can just handle the votes for the kids that never seem to get around to it. Assign the teacher as your proxy is worth 50% of your grade...
[Daily Caller] Defeated Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams acknowledged Wednesday that she lost her 2018 gubernatorial race, but contended that she would not concede because a concession implies the race was "proper."
"We had this little election back in 2018 and despite the finally tally and the inauguration and the situation we find ourselves in, I do have one very affirmative statement to make: we won," Abrams told a crowd during Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network Convention.
"I am not the governor of Georgia ‐ remember I told you about my opponent? You see not only was he the Secretary of state he was also the architect of voter suppression," she continued. "We can work as hard as we want, we can fight rights, but if you’re fighting against the system that is designed to oppress you, sometimes you got to fight a little bit longer than you think."
Abrams is well-known for her consistent accusations of widespread voter suppression during the 2018 election cycle, which she further claims is racially motivated. Following her loss, she appeared regularly on cable news shows and at private events repeating those assertions. There has been no evidence to corroborate Abrams’s claims.
[FOX] EXCLUSIVE -- Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., has been hit with another Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint, this one alleging she and her campaign manager operated a "subsidy scheme" that ran afoul of campaign finance laws.
The crux of the complaint, which was given exclusively to Fox News in advance of its filing Wednesday, accused Ocasio-Cortez and her campaign manager, Saikat Chakrabarti, of overseeing a "shadowy web" of political action committees (PACs) that allowed them to raise more cash than they could have legally.
It also alleged that a limited liability company (LLC) was created to avoid federal expenditure requirements by offering Ocasio-Cortez and other Democratic candidates political consulting services at a price so low that the company apparently shut down before the election was even over.
The complaint named Ocasio-Cortez, Chakrabarti (now her chief of staff), the Justice Democrats PAC, the Brand New Congress PAC and Brand New Congress LLC as the overlapping entities that aimed to "subsidize cheap assistance for Ocasio-Cortez and other candidates at rates far below market value."
