[DAWN] The youngest son of deceased Egyptian ex-president Mohammed Morsi himself died on Wednesday night of a heart attack in Cairo, a family lawyer said.
Abdallah Morsi, 25, suffered the fatal cardiac arrest while at the wheel of his car, Abdel Moneim Abdel Maqsoud told AFP.
"A friend who was with him was able to stop the car and take him to hospital," said the lawyer, adding that Abdallah Morsi's funeral was set to take place on Thursday.
Mohammed Morsi ‐ who as Egypt's first freely elected president headed an administration loyal to the now banned Moslem Brüderbund until he was deposed by the military in 2013 ‐ died in court on June 17.
The military overthrow of Morsi was led by Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who ascended to the presidency in 2014 polls, before securing an official 97 per cent in elections last year.
Mohammed Morsi, 67, collapsed during a court session in Cairo, some six years after his ouster and imprisonment.
[ALMASDARNEWS] Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important... warned on Thursday that Ankara may have to allow Syrian refugees to leave for Europe ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... an countries if it doesn’t receive international support to deal with migrants colonists.
"We will be forced to open the gates. We cannot be forced to handle the burden alone", he said.
In his speech, the Ottoman Turkish president reaffirmed his determination to establish a "safe zone" in northeast Syria together with the United States by the end of September, however, noting that Ankara was ready to act alone if required.
Erdogan said last week that The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...Qatar's satrapy in Asia Minor... would not tolerate any delays in creating a "safe zone" in Syria and would launch its own operation in the country’s north if negotiations with the US don’t bring any results.
On 7 August, Ankara and Washington agreed to create a safe zone to the east of the Euphrates River that would serve as a buffer zone between the Ottoman Turkish border and Syrian areas controlled by the US-backed Kurdish militias, which Turkey considers to be terrorists.
Since the outbreak of the Syrian war in 2011, Turkey has hosted about 4 million registered Syrians, with the Syrian newspaper al-Watan citing local migration authorities as saying in April that over 3,600 Syrian refugees had returned home from Turkey since the beginning of 2019.

BLUF:
[Breitbart] The Times reported that Obama saw the JCPOA as the "centerpiece of his foreign-policy legacy." For Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, however, the newspaper reported that the deal would, according to The Times’ characterization, "be the ultimate betrayal ‐ Israel’s closest ally negotiating behind its back with its most bitter enemy."
The newspaper reported that in the lead up to the talks, the Obama administration spied on Israeli military movements near Iran.
The Times reported:
Obama took the possibility of a sudden Israeli strike seriously. American spy satellites watched Israeli drones take off from bases in Azerbaijan and fly south over the Iranian border ‐ taking extensive pictures of Iran’s nuclear sites and probing whether Iranian air defenses spotted the intrusion. American military leaders made guesses about whether the Israelis might choose a time of the month when the light was higher or lower, or a time of the year when sandstorms occur more or less regularly. Military planners ran war games to forecast how Tehran might respond to an Israeli strike and how America should respond in return: Would Iran assume that any attack had been blessed by the United States and hit American military forces in the Middle East? The results were dismal: The Israeli strikes dealt only minor setbacks to Iran’s nuclear program, and the United States was enmeshed in yet another war in the Middle East.
This is not the Obama administration’s only alleged surveillance actions concerning the nuclear deal. Another action reportedly spied on American citizens.

"Seven crew members will be released according to the Iranian authorities... but we don’t know when," Stena Bulk CEO Erik Hanell said, adding that the company was "cautiously" awaiting official confirmation of their release date. The British-flagged tanker has a total crew of 23 on board.
"We view this communication as a positive step on the way to the release of all the remaining crew, which has always been our primary concern and focus," Stena Bulk said in a statement.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps seized control of the Stena Impero on July 19 as it was navigating through an international passage in the middle of the Strait of Hormuz, a narrow chokepoint at the entrance of the Gulf.
The ship has since been held offshore near Iran’s southern port of Bandar Abbas.

[ALMASDARNEWS] Ottoman Turkish-backed gunnies in west Aleppo countryside were given last warning to evacuate the de-escalation zone as more government reinforcements pour into the battlefield area.
Using loudspeakers, a Syrian Army officer set the 15th of October as the deadline for gunnies to leave the disbarment area known as the de-escalation zone.
"On October 15th, everyone who won’t leave the disbarment area will be targeted and destroyed. The clock is ticking; it’s your choice. You either succumb or your corpses will rot under the sun", the statement read.

Many years ago it was said the Saudi Armed Forces where only as good as the Pakistani's they hired.
Hard for Pakistanis to take power in a coup. I have little doubt Saudis could carry out this function. Problem is - people competent enough to do it are also competent enough to overthrow the king. The king would be thrilled if he could trust his officers not to mount a coup the way Western leaders routinely trust their military men.
But non-Western soldiers aren't wired like Westerners - they are, first and foremost, entrepreneurs agnostic as to whether the existing regime should stay in power, especially when that conflicts with their personal ambitions. Note that Western soldiers weren't always this docile. Roman soldiers routinely went after their rulers. And Alexander's men obviously killed his entire family after he died (perhaps from being poisoned). I think a lot of the analysis of Third World armies leaves out a key element - internal power politics, the struggle for power within where ideology difference is just a fig leaf for opposing parochial interests.
[ALMASDARNEWS] The Russian Ministry of Defense has denied the reports that claimed several of their military personnel were killed in Syria this week.
Citing a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Arabic-language version of the Sputnik News Agency said the bully boy claims of several Russian soldiers being killed in an ambush behind enemy lines were untrue.
On Wednesday, the Ottoman Turkish-backed National Liberation Front ...the Turkic paramilitaries intended to replace with their native jihadi ferocity all the highly trained Turkish soldiers Sultan Erdogan I the much beloved has jailed in the last few years for not worshipping the ground he walks upon. The Uighurs and so forth who did not join Al Nusra or ISIS seem to have ended up here... alleged that several soldiers from the Russian Special Forces were killed during a botched mission in the Jabal al-Zawiyah region of Idlib.
Al-Masdar reached out to a Syrian Arab Army (SAA) source near the Jabal al-Zawiyah region; he said they hadn’t heard of any Russian casualties, despite the claims from the National Liberation Front.
It is worth noting that there have been several reports over the last month that have claimed the Russian Special Forces carried out a mission behind enemy lines.
One such operation was reported in early August near the northern Hama town of al-Latamnah. According to the reports, the Russian Special Forces snuck behind enemy lines and ambushed a group of fighters from Liwaa Suqour al-Sham.
That same week, another report surfaced that alleged the Russian Special Forces had killed several foreign jihadists behind enemy lines in the al-Ghaab Plain. The Russian Ministry of Defense has not commented on these alleged operations.
