You know what President it won't be about? President Hillary Rodham Clinton
A Snark for the Ages!
A History Channel doc sounds boring, but I could totally dig a late-night cable series about those relaxing afternoons in the Oval Office.
The National Space Council is in discussions with @FCC and other agencies about new orbital debris mitigation regulations after the FCC deferred a decision last month on a controversial set of measures. https://t.co/0XykptT7VYpic.twitter.com/xPiaGYx74v
They were also insisting that SpaceX, in their current experimental tests on StarShip, could not receive a frequency allocation permit for 150 meter high flight unless they replaced the test raptor engine with a different test raptor engine! WTF does your engine in a test rocket have a damned thing to do with a frequency allocation for a short time over a very short distance?
[THEHILL] Former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... said Wednesday that if he’s elected president, he will reverse a rule issued by Education Secretary Betsy DeVos aimed at bolstering protections for students who are accused of sexual assault on university campuses.
In a statement, Biden said the new rule was an effort by the Trump administration to "shame and silence" survivors of sexual assault.
"It’s wrong," Biden said. "And, it will be put to a quick end in January 2021, because as president, I’ll be right where I always have been throughout my career — on the side of survivors, who deserve to have their voices heard, their claims taken seriously and investigated, and their rights upheld."
The new rule issued Wednesday narrows the definition of sexual harassment and requires schools to produce evidence and allow for the cross-examination of students who say they were assaulted.
The rule is meant to ensure that those accused of sexual assault receive due process.
"Too many students have lost access to their education because their school inadequately responded when a student filed a complaint of sexual harassment or sexual assault," DeVos said in a statement. "This new regulation requires schools to act in meaningful ways to support survivors of sexual misconduct, without sacrificing important safeguards to ensure a fair and transparent process. We can and must continue to fight sexual misconduct in our nation's schools, and this rule makes certain that fight continues."
The Trump administration and many conservatives believe that the Title IX rule changes implemented under the Obama-Biden administration robbed students of due process through unregulated campus tribunals that resulted in scores of lawsuits from the accused.
Critics of the B.O. regime rule said the accused operated under an assumption of guilt and were denied basic rights, such as the ability to question the evidence against them or question their accusers.
The Trump campaign gathered a roundup of criticism of Biden’s support for strengthening Title IX regulations in favor of survivors from prominent public intellectuals, such as Andrew Sullivan, Emily Yoffe and Bret Stephens.
The Trump campaign said that Biden is trying to hold students to a different standard than himself. Biden last week denied allegations of sexual assault made by Tara Reade, a former staffer in his Senate office in the early 1990s.
“Biden should cut the malarkey and provide an honest answer to Americans – why shouldn’t he be held to the same standards he spent years imposing on everyone else?” said Trump campaign spokesman Andrew Clark.

Hard to believe this buffoon actually wants to win in November. He was the bastard who created these Kampus Kangaroo courts in the first place.
Does he seriously want their record brought up during the race -- literally hundreds of boys railroaded, with nearly as many successful lawsuits or settlements paid out by the colleges to those plaintiffs who were screwed by these insane star chambers?
#3
He holds no illusion of victory. His candidacy is little more than a well choreographed Kabuki theater, a media screen to protect his son and prove to the world that he (Joe Biden) is medically unfit for testimony or trial.
#10
Sexual assault is a crime to be handled by the local DA. The problem for the bigoted intolerant academic community is that it calls for due process (you know the kind they insist for Biden). If you want to hold all of white America responsible for slavery they ended over a hundred and fifty years ago, let's hold all of academia responsible for clear violations of basic civil rights today.
#11
To progressives, the problem with using the DA is that too often, the accused "gets away" with whatever he has been accused of. The advantage of the kangaroo courts is that all it takes is the words of some disgruntled coed to convict the guy.

In this 2017 article, History prof KC Johnson summarizes the appalling record of Biden & Obama's show trials.
That Biden unleashed this scourge on the nation's youth is reason enough to disqualify him from running for POTUS.
That the man is doubling down on this nightmare policy shows he's lost all contact with reality.
Call his bluff. Make him do it
[WCBS 880] Mayor Warren Wilhelm Bill de Blasio warned Thursday that New York City may need to lay off first responders if a bailout does not come from Washington, D.C.
During his daily coronavirus press briefing, the mayor said that the city is losing money every day that the shutdown continues and if the federal government doesn’t help, the city will need to begin taking cost cutting measures.
"If it doesn't happen, then we are missing $7.4 billion in revenue, then all options are on the table," de Blasio said.
Police and fire unions, however, did not take the threat well. REALLY?
United Firefighters Association President Gerard Fitzgerald said it was a slap in the face to hear the mayor say he would be willing to fire first responders who have been essential to fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
"Our firefighters should not have to respond to respond to emergencies, fight fires and fight the fight and the epicenter of this global pandemic and weight unemployment at the same time," Fitzgerald said.
As different sectors of the city's economy gear up for re-opening, the mayor says City Hall has their back.
A total of 10 task forces covering multi-facets of the economy and varies neighborhoods will advise businesses when to reopen and how to keep their employees and customers safe.
Meanwhile, the city has begun to offer 140,000 COVID-19 antibody tests to everyday New Yorkers.
The mayor said the first round will start next week with 70,000 New Yorkers. Tests will be done by appointment only using a hotline that will launch Friday, de Blasio said "My wife, Future Borough President Chirlane Macray™, has burned through most of the ThriveNYC $1B Boodle and needs that bailout for her task force on racial inequity"

Garnish their pensions until each state's debt to the federal govt is repaid
[GatewayPundit] House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff released the documents after DNI Rick Grenell threatened to release the documents earlier this week.
The committee voted in 2018 to release the damning documents that show NO RUSSIA COLLUSION between the Trump Campaign and Russia. Adam Schiff was sitting on this exculpatory information. He never released these documents until forced by Acting DNI Rick Grenell to release them by saying "Release them or I will." Schiff, being the weasel he is, went ahead with a baseless impeachment anyway putting the country and Potus through weeks of more bullcrap. Grenell took a satchel of documents over to the DOJ yesterday as well. Expect more fallout. I like this guy

As Attorney Sidney Powell said: Sidney Powell: We’re both obviously relieved and gratified that we have an attorney general and other attorneys in the Department of Justice right now with enough integrity to bring the truth to light. And agents who were willing to dig for it before they found it and expose it so the public can see it… Mr. Schiff wouldn’t know the truth if it poked him in one of his bug-eyes! Because General Flynn’s plea was neither knowing or voluntary and both of those things are required for a guilty plea.

Look at Andrew McCabe's testimony. Haven't read through it all - it's 215pp - but beginning w page 21 it becomes clear that the handling of the Steele piece of garbage was a complete clusterfook involving McCain and reporter David Corn (the reporter misspells his name in the transcript as "Korn").
Per McCabe there was no FBI inquiry into who was paying Steele; also no skepticism about the absurd situation in which Steele was feeding nonsense to both McCain and Corn, who in turn was feeding nonsense to the public about evidence in the possession of the FBI - bogus "evidence" that he, McCain and Steele fed to the FBI.

[Wash Examiner] House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff excoriated the Justice Department for dismissing charges against President Trump's former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
"This dismissal does not exonerate him. But it does incriminate [Attorney General] Bill Barr," the California Democrat said in a tweet Thursday, calling the move indicative of "the worst politicization of the Justice Department in its history."
Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI about his illicit Russian contacts.
His lies do not now become truths.
This dismissal does not exonerate him.
But it does incriminate Bill Barr.
In the worst politicization of the Justice Department in its history.
‐ Adam Schiff (@RepAdamSchiff) May 7, 2020
In a court filing Thursday, the Justice Department said the "continued prosecution of this case would not serve the interests of justice."
Flynn, who served as Trump's national security adviser for less than a month, pleaded guilty in 2017 to lying to the FBI about his conversations with a Russian diplomat before Trump entered the White House.
Flynn cooperated with special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election but took a more combative approach after replacing his legal team. His new attorneys aggressively fought the charges against Flynn, who declared his innocence in January and claimed he was set up by the FBI.
Schiff, who led the impeachment investigation against Trump, criticized Trump in March for his "attacks" on the justice system after the commander in chief announced he was "strongly considering" a pardon for Flynn.
"He was an innocent man. He is a great gentleman," Trump said Thursday.

What possible legal basis could that ass use that will not be immediately demolished? How has he not been taken apart by the opposition? Someone needs to take him to court for defamation and lying.

Time for Trump to pull the plug on the deep state swamp and drain it completely. Trump said he'd take Flynn back into the WH. How about a position of Punisher-In-Chief?

The problem with doubling down is that, in the vernacular of our time, it's a multiplicative process. Too many applications and the once useful, throw away tactic becomes a de-facto strategy. Does the beady eyed congressman really want to plant his flag and die on this hill with all that's in the public domain?

[BIZPACREVIEW] White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany triggered rage among the media class Wednesday by exposing their known duplicity and hypocrisy.
Hit with a gotcha’ question from Rooters White House correspondent Jeff Mason, she replied by swinging a gotcha’ question right back at him.
"Kayleigh, in a previous life, before you were press secretary, you worked for the campaign. And you made a comment, I believe on Fox, in which you said President Trump will not allow the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... to come to this country. Given what has happened since then, obviously, would you like to take that back?" Mason asked during a briefing.
McEnany responded by arguing her Feb. 25th comments were taken out of context and listing off examples of the left-wing mainstream establishment media complex making glaringly false predictions about the coronavirus and its impact on American society.
"Well, first let me note, I was asked a question on Fox Business about the president’s travel restrictions," she said. "I noted what was the intent behind those travel restrictions, which is, we will not see the coronavirus come here. We will not see terrorism come here, referring to an earlier set of travel restrictions. I guess I would turn the question back on the media and ask similar questions."
She then turned to giving the media a dose of their own medicine.
"Does Vox want to take back that they proclaim that the coronavirus would not be a deadly pandemic? Does the Washington Post want to take back that they told Americans to, ’get a grip, the flu is bigger than the coronavirus?’ Does the Washington Post, likewise, want to take back that, ’Our brains are causing us to exaggerate the threat of the Coronavirus?'"
"Does the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... want to take back that, ’Fear of the virus may be spreading faster than the virus itself?’ Does NPR want to take back that the flu was a much bigger threat than the Coronavirus? And finally, once again, the Washington Post. Would they like to take back that the government should not respond aggressively to the virus? I’ll leave you with those questions and maybe you’ll have some answers in a few days?"
McEnany walked off after thanking the press for their time, provoking one unnamed news hound into yelling, "You were prepared for that!" THAT was awesome
Given how often modern "journalists" fail at their duties, it didn’t come as a shocker that they would take offense to someone being prepared for their job.

[FoxNews] President Obama was aware of the details of then-incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn's intercepted December 2016 phone calls with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, apparently shocking then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, according to documents released Thursday as exhibits to the government's motion to dismiss the Flynn case.
Obama's unexpectedly intimate knowledge of the details of Flynn's calls raised eyebrows because of his own history with Flynn. Obama personally had warned the Trump administration against hiring Flynn, and made clear he was "not a fan," according to multiple officials. Obama fired Flynn as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014.
On January 5, 2017, Yates attended an Oval Office meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey, then-Vice President Joe Biden, then-CIA Director John Brennan, and then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, according to the newly declassified documents. They were discussing Russian election interference, along with national security adviser Susan Rice and other members of the national security council.
After the briefing, Obama asked Yates and Comey to "stay behind," and said he had "learned of the information about Flynn" and his conversation with Russia's ambassador about sanctions. Obama "specified that he did not want any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information."
At that point, the documents say, "Yates had no idea what the President was talking about, but figured it out based on the conversation. Yates recalled Comey mentioning the Logan Act. ..."
The Logan Act is an obscure statute that has never been successfully used in a criminal prosecution; enacted in 1799 in an era before telephones, it was intended to prevent individuals from falsely claiming to represent the United States government abroad. In its motion to dismiss Flynn's case on Thursday, the DOJ noted that the law was an unserious dead letter.
Also released as an exhibit Thursday was a head-turning 2-page document outlining why the FBI opened its counterintelligence probe into Flynn in August 2016. The FBI offered only three reasons: that Flynn was "cited as an adviser to the Trump team on foreign policy issues February 2016; he has ties to various state-affiliated entities of the Russian Federation, as reported by open source information; and he traveled to Russia in December 2015, as reported by open source information."

"[Zero] specified that he did not want any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information."
WTF? So Zero "did not want additional information" even though he was "seeking additional information"??
What does that mean, in simple coherent English?
Also: what's going on with the weird fishing lure-like phrase, "treating Flynn differently" ... from January 5, with Trump's inauguration just two weeks away?
What does "treating him differently" mean here?
This comes off like a wink and a nod that Zero had no interest in Flynn per se, or in policy re sanctions, but was keen on signaling his approval of a plot to entrap Flynn and turn him against the real quarry, which was always Trump.
Very worrisome that we might have anyone in the DoJ that simple minded and naive. All evidence has pointed to Soetoro's full knowledge and complicity for years.
The first entitlement president shall not fail or be found guilty of malfeasance! It simply cannot be so.

Page wrote to Strzok in September, 2016 about prepping FBI Director James Comey on talking points for an update he was planning to give Obama that said: “potus wants to know everything we’re doing.”
#6
What does that mean, in simple coherent English?
It means he knew that he shouldn't have been told that, that whomever told him that shouldn't have known it, and whomever authorized it shouldn't have authorized it. And that he should be acting to correct the whole situation. But that would have been against his globalist interests, so to cover as much of his a$$ as he could, he just left it at that.

Zero is at the center of this conspiracy. He needs to be indicted.
We simply have to re-elect Trump and get to the bottom of this. It's surreal. Our democracy's at stake.

Calm down Woody. Revenge is a dish best served cold. I figure you will be right if by early October nothing hits the fan. However, dealing with people who know how to play the game, I'd wait till just before the election for the maximum effect on election day. Not only to motivate your side but to also demoralize and demonize the other. Trump knows how to play the media, forcing them to cover things they don't want to. If you do it now, it will be old news by November. They'll have months to bury the bodies and move the gullible to other entertainment.

Bye Big Mike!
[DISRN h/t Insty] In her newly released Netflix documentary "Becoming," former first lady Michelle Obama described having children as a "concession" that cost her "aspirations and dreams"
"My relationship with Barack was all about our partnership. If I was going to have an equal voice with this very opinionated man, I had to get myself up and set myself off to a place where I was confident that I was going to be his equal.
The thing that really changed it was the birth of our children. I wasn't really ready for that. That really made it harder.
Something had to give ‐ and it was my aspirations and dreams. I made that concession not because he said ‘you have to quit your job,' but it felt like, ‘I can't do all of this so I have to tone down my aspirations, I have to dial it back.'"

[Just the News] Review of Democratic House Intelligence Committee chairman's public statements finds many contradicted, some linked to Russian disinformation. Also don't make Sydney come over there:
[FOXNEWS] Earlier this week, House Republicans sought over 6,000 pages of transcripts pertaining to interviews conducted by the committee in 2017 and 2018, after the panel in September 2018 voted on a bipartisan basis to approve their public release.
A day later, acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell notified Rep. Adam Schiff ...Showboating U.S. Representative for California's 28th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Schiff has served in Congress since 2001. He currently serves as the chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. In a manner reminiscent of Joe McCarthy, on March 22, 2017, in a interview with Chuck Todd on MSNBC Schiff claimed there was “more than circumstantial evidence now” that Donald Trump's campaign colluded with Russia." Todd followed up by asking if he had seen direct evidence of collusion and Schiff responded that there was "evidence that is not circumstantial and is very much worthy of investigation"... , D-Calif., that the redaction and declassification process was complete, and that the records were ready for release, putting the ball in Schiff’s court.

[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing... said sex-change surgery is medically necessary for transgender people while pushing for changes that would require insurers to cover such procedures.
The former vice president and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee made the assertion during a Wednesday virtual event with the Human Rights Campaign. He received a question on how he would ensure gay and transgender people have access to affordable healthcare.
"As president, I'm going to protect and build on Obamacare ...aka the Affordable Care Act, an ineptly designed and worse executed piece of legislation designed to bring 17 percent of the U.S. economy under the direct control of the government. The previous iteration, known as Hillarycare, was laughed out of Washington. This stinker was passed on a party-line vote without being read... with a public option. That's the fastest way to get to universal coverage. Reverse Trump's actions and restore Obamacare protections for LGBTQ Americans. And cover PrEP [pre-exposure prophylaxis] so that people at high risk of getting HIV and AIDS, HIV/AIDS, do have — don't have to choose between covering their rent and staying alive," he said.
Biden then made a point about surgery for transgender people.
"And make sure insurance companies treat gender confirmation surgery as a medical necessary, which it is," Biden said.
He noted that the Affordable Care Act prevented insurers from charging individuals more based on sexual orientation.
"Trump has been trying to gut these protections since he took office," Biden said. "Anyone involved in patient care, from the board of directors to a receptionist in charge of scheduling, could put their beliefs above your healthcare."
Biden's campaign plan for helping gay and transgender people states that he aims to "ensure coverage for comprehensive care for LGBTQ+ Americans," including by "covering care related to transitioning — including gender confirmation surgery."
The Human Rights Campaign, a leading organization pushing for expanding gay and transgender rights, endorsed Biden on Wednesday, which marked the eight-year anniversary of Biden coming out in support of same-sex marriage before former President Barack Obama I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody... did in a Meet the Press interview.
"His dedication to advancing LGBTQ equality, even when it was unpopular to do so, has pushed our country and our movement forward," Human Rights Campaign President Alphonso David said in a statement.
