The D.C. Courts are showing their asses. They have created an abortion out of justice. The Appeals court was comprised of 70% Clinton and Obama appointments. Frickin bought kangaroo court.

EC, be more specific. Although Freisler sent men to their deaths, that it was a kangaroo court just like Sullivan's is different only in matter of degree.

On Rush's radio show this afternoon he did point out the DC Circuit packing during Obama's two terms in office. Conversely, Trump appears to have altered the formerly liberal bent of the infamous 9th Circuit Court on the left coast over the past four years. I chalk this sort of thing up as winner's perogative.

Win or lose, Sullivan will bleed Flynn dry. If his court finds Flynn guilty, the next stop will be the Supreme Court. They probably won't be happy with having to deal with Sullivan's $hit, and it will show.
European Conservative, I think you will find the link useful for future discussions as well, if you are not familiar with Tom Wolfe’s 1976 essay, “The Intelligent Coed’s Guide To America”. If you are, his Günter Grass anecdote nails it for me.
[SF Gate] SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California lawmakers are setting up a task force to study and make recommendations for reparations to African Americans, particularly the descendants of slaves, as the nation struggles again with civil rights and unrest following the latest shooting of a Black man by police.
The state Senate supported creating the nine-member commission on a bipartisan 33-3 vote Saturday. The measure returns to the Assembly for a final vote before lawmakers adjourn for the year on Monday, though Assembly members overwhelmingly already approved an earlier version of the bill.
"Let's be clear: Chattel slavery, both in California and across our nation, birthed a legacy of racial harm and inequity that continues to impact the conditions of Black life in California," said Democratic Sen. Holly Mitchell of Los Angeles.
She cited disproportionate homelessness, unemployment, involvement in the criminal justice system, lower academic performance and higher health risks during the coronavirus pandemic.
Although California before the Civil War was officially a free state, Mitchell listed legal and judicial steps state officials took at the time to support slavery in Southern states while repressing Blacks.

Noticed that they're calling it 'Chattel Slavery' now as to not include Sex Trafficking, Forced Labor or 'Indentured Slavery' (of course they now call THAT 'indentured servitude').

They should go after politicians and race huxters that pushed policies that created such disparities.
-I thought Clifornia was a Free State. Abdnd California went to Lincoln in 1860 in the name of waht would have Californains to pay reparations?
2) Someone can tell me a gfood reasion people whose ancestors wern't even in Ameica should pay anythiong
3) In the name of what people who were never slaves should receive anything from people who never owned slaves most of them without salve-owning ancestors?
5) How about the people who enslaved thel athis other Blacks and sold them t Whites paying reparations?
5) How about Muslam slavery where Black men were castrated and womens' fate was not to clean the master's house but to be raped by him in the harmes? Will California send delegations to Muslma states?

JFM, all good questions. And how about the blood that was shed by the northern Union soldiers?
My wife's father was born in Scotland in 1918; her maternal grandparents were born in England in the 1800s - should she have to pay reparations?

With at least one ancestor having given his life while fighting for the North, I find it very difficult to feel guilty about slavery. But this is not about guilt or justice. It's about showing everybody how virtuous you are by condescending to the victim class.

In descending order of size/share of US population today, a guess at the % of US population in 2020 that is ...
- descendants of post-1865/pre-1925 immigrants: ~30%
- recent (post-1965) arrivals to the US from abroad: ~13%
- children of above: ~10%
- mid-20c arrivals from abroad (1925-1965): ~10%
- descendants of above : ~10%
- descendants of pre-1865 US citizens who had no connection to the slave trade, slavery or the power structure of the Confederacy: ~10%
- mixed-race (50% or greater non-black) descendants of US slaves: ~9-10%
- predominantly (51%+) black descendants of slaves: circa 1-2%
- white descendants of slave traders or of pre-1865 slaveowners : <0.1%
If the above is correct, then the entire nation is being held hostage to a grievance against less than 0.1% of the IS population brought by, at most, 2% of the US population.

What if I'm mulatto. Do I pay myself? Do I get a tax deduction? If I make $200k/year and have to give up $50k, who pays the taxes on the $50k and at what rate? Does CA have to write off the difference in taxes?

Whee! That was fun, Ebbomoper Grumble4030. And a helpful exercise to work through to the end. :-)
[The Hill] House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Sunday that President Trump is "willfully fanning the flames" of violence amid clashes between protesters and counterprotesters over police brutality. How's your pal and major donor Ed Buck?
"The president is willfully fanning the flames of this fire," Schiff said on CNN’s "State of the Union."
"They believe this is helpful to him," Schiff said, referring to Trump’s allies.
"The president is only motivated by one thing: what is in it for him. He sees this violence and his ability to agitate more of it as useful to this campaign. What it does to the country, the loss of life, he doesn’t care," Schiff added.
Schiff’s comments came after police said one person in Portland, Ore., was fatally shot late Saturday after clashes between a Black Lives Matter protest and a caravan of Trump supporters.
Protesters in Portland have been demonstrating daily for months after the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis in May. Protests were reignited after the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wis., on Monday.

I think Pres Trump is going to Kenosha to meet with the people affected by the riots and stand with them, bypassing the mayor, city council, and governor, who did not stop the riots in its tracks.

Schiff is a politician of the lethal class. He has less morals than a drug dealing lawyer, he is willing to lie about anything and shrug off the truth. His means justify his owners ends that have him bought and sold on every issue. This is the poster child for corruption, greed, and self loathing.

And some people cling to every word he utters. Hard to believe, but then again, maybe not.
[KATU] Multnomah County Chair Deborah Kafoury issued a statement Sunday in response to the deadly shooting that took place in downtown Portland the previous night.
A man was shot and killed at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Southwest 3rd and Alder Street as a large protest and counter-demonstration were moving through the area.
According to the News Agency that Dare Not be Named and New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... news hounds from the scene, the man was white and had been wearing a hat with the logo of Patriot Prayer, a conservative group based in Vancouver, Washington led by activist Joey Gibson.
At this point, police have not said whether the shooting was connected to the protests occurring in the area.
On Sunday morning, Chair Kafoury released a statement about the shooting, saying in part, "those of us who believe in, and are working toward, a more just and equitable community must take an unequivocal stand against the violence that structural racism inflicts on Black and other people of color, against violence inflicted by police, and against violence between community members."
Mayor Ted Wheeler ...the incompetent but trendy leftist mayor of Portland... , Portland Police Chief Chuck Lovell, and Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt held a presser Sunday to address the shooting.
CHAIR KAFOURY RELEASED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT ABOUT THE SHOOTING:
"Last night, an event that was clearly intended to intimidate, provoke and endanger individuals resulted in a fatality. The loss of life is tragic and unacceptable.
"We are witnessing the self-perpetuating cycle of violence fueled by white supremacy ...the pernicious doctrine that laws were intended to be obeyed, that society works better when people don't pour shreiking from their places of worship every Friday for a weekend of rioting over insults real or imagined; and that cannibalism, beastiality, incest, murder, theft, rape, and similar activities are bad. A Dead White European (which invalidates his opinion) philosopher once opined that societies thrive when a person's word can be relied upon, and that a society which puts individual happiness first will invariably fail. Strangely enough, other successful societies, such as China, Japan, Korea, and those kinds of places could also be lumped with white supremacist societies, since they push the same values... . We cannot forget that the protests Portland has seen for more than 90 days began in response to the police killing of George Floyd, an unarmed Black man who was then the latest victim of a long and horrendous history of police brutality against Black people, itself a feature of the systemic racism that poisons our country.
"While the overwhelming majority of protestors have engaged in non-violent mostly peaceful demonstration to call for police accountability, racial justice and the dismantling of racist institutions, we have also seen instances of interpersonal violence, vandalism and destruction.
"Then last night — stoked by a president who has gone out of his way to demonize this city and encourage vigilantism in service to white supremacy and his own fragile ego — armed participants of a pro-Trump caravan terrorized downtown Portland, driving their vehicles and shooting paintballs and pepper spray directly at community members and journalists. They came to create confrontation and were able to do so.
"This tragedy will be used to justify escalating violence. It will be used to paint an entire movement with a broad and misleading brush. And sadly, it will be used by the occupant of the White House to deepen divisions and fear.
"Those of us who believe in, and are working toward, a more just and equitable community must take an unequivocal stand against the violence that structural racism inflicts on Black and other people of color, against violence inflicted by police, and against violence between community members.
"And the most effective way to do that is to stand for and build toward something better -- to engage in the hard work of transforming the public safety system, ensuring equal opportunity and making tangible progress toward racial justice. Multnomah County is doing that work now, and we are wholly committed to the long-term work ahead."

I can't remember hearing a cold blooded murder described in such terms. Their politicized thought process is actually quite amazing. Tragic, but amazing.

Concur - not getting shot is the trick and there are precautions that can be taken to minimize that possibility, which is why I'm continually frustrated when patriots get picked off after events because they did not return to rally points as part of a larger group. Still - everyone knows the risk and understands this is the environment. Currently there are 2 rallies planned between now and 9/26.

[NY Post] A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.
Mail-in ballots have become the latest flashpoint in the 2020 elections. While President Trump and the GOP warn of widespread manipulation of the absentee vote that will swell with COVID polling restrictions, many Democrats and their media allies have dismissed such concerns as unfounded.
But the political insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he fears prosecution, said fraud is more the rule than the exception. His dirty work has taken him through the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Paterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken and Hudson County and his fingerprints can be found in local legislative, mayoral and congressional races across the Garden State. Some of the biggest names and highest office holders in New Jersey have benefited from his tricks, according to campaign records The Post reviewed.
[VDare] Tesla doesn't make it easy to listen to conservative talk radio. Due to problems with electrical interference, they eliminated AM radio a couple of years ago. A Streaming service is available, but all of the political shows under News/Talk are on the radical left.
Are they afraid that the anti-American Stanford Deans and Professors and Antifa will burn and loot Tesla headquarters in Palo Alto if they offer one alternative?
Fortunately, there is a work-around. Tesla owners should sign up for a free account with Tunein Radio. Then search for conservative talk radio stations and mark them as favorites. In the Tesla, login to Tunein for the first time by scanning the QR code with a phone or tablet in which you are logged in to Tunein.

I get KFI in Los Angeles with iHeart. Tunein is good too. If the car stereo has Bluetooth, you can get iHeart or Tunein on your cell phone and play it on the stereo. What? You think I'd listen to the local FM stations?
