[Washington Examiner] Newly released internal text messages sent by FBI analysts working on the case against retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn in 2016 and 2017 reveal doubt and chaos inside the investigation against President Trump’s first national security adviser, including one missive that said "Trump was right" about a pivotal moment.
"These documents provide information long known to the agents and others at the highest levels of the Department of Justice and the FBI; information long concealed by the Special Counsel and FBI," Flynn’s legal team said in a Thursday court filing. "This evidence shows outrageous, deliberate misconduct by FBI and DOJ — playing games with the life of a national hero."
Flynn pleaded guilty in December 2017 to lying to FBI investigators about his December 2016 conversations with a Russian envoy, details of which were leaked to the press and generated the controversy that ended his tenure as Trump's national security adviser in the first several weeks of his presidency. But after changing legal teams, Flynn claimed he was innocent and had been set up by the FBI. Attorney General William Barr appointed U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen to review the Flynn case, after which a host of new documents deemed exculpatory by Flynn’s lawyers were discovered and Jensen said he "concluded the proper and just course was to dismiss the case" and recommended this to Barr. The Justice Department has moved to dismiss the case but has met resistance from the presiding judge.

Of course neither former Director Comey or the worthless fok in the graphic had any knowledge of the "doubt and chaos" within the bureau, or what might have prompted it.
I have the impression that there are a lot of good agents at the lower and mid levels, Theager Borgia1057, which is why the information was saved to reappear instead of being buried. And we know it anyway from the occasional comments on the subject by Rantburg’s members of that fraternity.
[PJ] Mail-in ballots from the military serving overseas were found in the trash in Pennsylvania. The ballots were discovered during an investigation into election issues in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. They were all votes for President Trump.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office Middle District of Pennsylvania released a statement on the situation on Thursday:
On Monday, September 21, 2020, at the request of Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis, the Office of the United States Attorney along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Scranton Resident Office, began an inquiry into reports of potential issues with a small number of mail-in ballots at the Luzerne County Board of Elections.
Since Monday, FBI personnel working together with the Pennsylvania State Police have conducted numerous interviews and recovered and reviewed certain physical evidence. Election officials in Luzerne County have been cooperative. At this point we can confirm that a small number of military ballots were discarded. Investigators have recovered nine ballots at this time. Some of those ballots can be attributed to specific voters and some cannot. All nine ballots were cast for presidential candidate Donald Trump.
While nine ballots have been recovered, it is not clear how many were actually discarded.
This announcement comes on the heels of a report that three trays of mail, including absentee ballots, were discovered in a ditch in Wisconsin.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany addressed both these stories on Thursday.

Detailed, specific, and massive evidence of millions of kickbacks to Biden's son from one of China's most corrupt high energy & military official's slush fund.
Also millions in direct payments to Biden's son from Russia's princess of corruption, the billionaire ex-wife of the corrupt mayor of Moscow.
All of it enabled by Biden's trips abroad during his dad's tenure as Vice President, often with official support (Secret Service details, flying in Air Force Two with the Vice President/dad, accompanying dad to official meetings with foreign leaders etc).
Clear obvious evidence of massive corruption - and The NY Times, CNN journalists try to dismiss this REAL and convincing evidence as some kind of a bogus "conspiracy theory."

It you were a participant in a conspiracy you too would describe it as a conspiracy theory and pooh pooh it.
In fact such behavior by reporters is excellent evidence that there is a conspiracy.

That kind of joking insult is legitimate humor between peers who served together and know each values the other but cloaks it in crusty rudeness to hide the affection. Joe does t have that right and is too fucking stupid and arrogant to get that!

I see this as an example that Joe Biden was already in mental decline 4 years ago. Today, the examples of Joe's physical decline and dementia are too frequent to ignore.
[Daily Wire] Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin threatened to run a primary challenge against GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski for refusing to back a nominee to the Supreme Court before the 2020 election. No Palin pics in the vault?
Palin posted a video to her Instagram account on Thursday addressed to Murkowski. In it, Palin is standing in front of her home in Alaska and says that she can "see 2022" from her house, a reference to when Murkowski is next up for reelection.
"Lisa Murkowski, this is my house," Palin begins. "I’m willing to give it up ... for the greater good of this country and this great state."
Palin tells Murkowski to "walk back" her position that the winner of the presidential election should nominate a Supreme Court justice to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Murkowski has already shifted away from her stated position on Sunday. On Tuesday, the Alaska Republican said she "can't confirm whether or not I can confirm a nominee when I don't know who the nominee is." Weasel.

And to think that scum bag McCain (and family?) snubbed Palin, his VP running mate. Well, we all knew GOP threw that race away, but that's beside the point.

But geeezus x-mas, I'm not calling for a bunch of Hooters waitresses to fill the halls of Congreß, but we gotta get these old bags out of there. They're pathetic.

I'm not calling for a bunch of Hooters waitresses to fill the halls of Congreß,
Me neither - they're both nth degrees of uselessness. The only time I went into a Hooter's was in in Sarasota FL, and these not-so-hot (trainers from corporate are the hot ones; the local talent, not so much) morons ignored me for fifteen - twenty minutes (I may as well have been waving semaphore flags at the waitresses), and all I wanted was a freakin' beer or two and some wings. I've never left a 'restaurant' so fucking pissed off in my life...

Murkowski is Grima Wormtongue McCain's heir to the "Maverick" fake conservative actual liberal swamp creature title.
Trunks need a strong conservative to start now, pulling in supporters and donors, and setting up not only for the primary, but for the General election as well. Have an ally start attacking and sliming Murkowski, continuously, immediately.
[The Wire] This week, one senator running for reelection responded to the death of former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg by deciding to trumpet this on her resume: "I’m the only Senator to have worked at Planned Parenthood."
Minnesota Democrat Tina Smith, who has worked as an executive at Planned Parenthood of Minnesota and North and South Dakota, tweeted, "I’m the only Senator to have worked at Planned Parenthood. I’ve seen first-hand how far Republican attacks on reproductive rights will go. If they get this SCOTUS seat, they WILL work to overturn Roe v. Wade."
Minnesota GOP senatorial candidate Jason Lewis responded, "Senator @TinaSmith made a career and fortune taking the lives of the unborn and she’s wearing it as a badge of honor. It’s disgraceful. She also said on the Senate floor that providing medical treatment to a newborn who survives a botched abortion attempt would be ’inappropriate.’"
[AndMagazine] The Lietieunent Governor of North Carolina, Daniel Forest, is reported to have sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General William Barr requesting that the Department of Justice investigate the "collusive attack on the integrity of North Carolina's elections by the North Carolina State Board of Elections and the office of North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein."
Forest sent the letter yesterday, 24 September. It further notes that "liberal groups from Washington, D.C. have swarmed into North Carolina to file lawsuit after lawsuit against North Carolina, seeking to change, by judicial and executive fiat, laws that were constitutionally passed by our General Assembly."
Forest also states that "this week, in the case of N.C. Alliance for Retired Americans, et al. v. N.C. State Board of Elections, et al. the Democratic Attorney General and the Democratic-controlled Board of Elections entered into a collusive agreement with the Democratic plaintiffs to enact, without the consent of the legislature, wholesale changes to the absentee ballot laws of North Carolina."
[JustTheNews] Post-election ballot acceptance could invite fraud, Trump 2020 campaign press secretary Hogan Gidley warned on the inaugural edition of the Just the News public affairs show "The Watercooler."
Noting that many states have extended the mail-in ballot-counting deadline well after Election Day, Gidley said the "dirty little secret" is how the U.S. Postal Service treats pre-paid postage on ballots.
"Prepaid postage is not date-stamped when it goes through the post office," he said. "Meaning you can wake up on Wednesday morning, and say, 'Look, Donald Trump is ahead by 100 votes, I can go find 101 [ballots] and by law send them in the mail, get them into the ballot box to be counted by Friday,' and it counts."
"They could literally overturn an election," he claimed. "We know that."

On a much smaller scale, my asshole CPA cousin used to pull shit like this. He'd run a bunch of envelopes through the Pitney Bowes machine on major deadline dates, then (for instance) mail all the extensions a week after the deadline date. Worked every single time it was tried.

[CA.REUTERS] Democrats in of the House of Representatives will introduce a bill next week to limit the tenure of U.S. Supreme Court justices to 18 years from current lifetime appointments, in a bid to reduce partisan warring over vacancies and preserve the court’s legitimacy.
The new bill, seen by Rooters, would allow every president to nominate two justices per four-year term and comes amid heightened political tensions as Republican President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... prepares to announce his third pick for the Supreme Court after the death on Sept. 18 of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, with just 40 days to go until the Nov. 3 election.
"It would save the country a lot of agony and help lower the temperature over fights for the court that go to the fault lines of cultural issues and is one of the primary things tearing at our social fabric," said Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, U.S. Representative Ro Khanna, who plans to introduce the legislation on Tuesday, along with Representatives Joe Kennedy III of Massachusetts and Don Beyer of Virginia.
Partly due to rising life expectancies, justices serve increasingly long tenures, on average now more than 25 years.

The primary qualification for public office is that they have to be dragged into office, screaming and kicking. Nobody who want's it is trustworthy.
Dem Candidate that won was charged also. This is not one of the larger metro counties either.
[FoxNews] Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced four arrests Thursday on dozens of felony charges in connection with an alleged vote harvesting scheme during the 2018 Democratic primary elections in Gregg County.
"It is an unfortunate reality that elections can be stolen outright by mail ballot fraud," Paxton said in a statement.
"Election fraud, particularly an organized mail ballot fraud scheme orchestrated by political operatives, is an affront to democracy and results in voter disenfranchisement and corruption at the highest level."
Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown, Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns and DeWayne Ward face 134 felony charges in total, according to Paxton’s office. The allegations include election fraud, tampering with a governmental record, mail-in ballot fraud and more.
"To increase the pool of ballots needed to swing the race in Brown’s favor, the group targeted young, able-bodied voters to cast ballots by mail by fraudulently claiming the voters were ’disabled,’ in most cases without the voters’ knowledge or consent," Paxton’s office alleged.
Of the total charges, 97 felony counts were leveled against Jackson, 30 of them for alleged election fraud.
Many of the charges accuse her of fraudulently marking applications for other people, claiming they were eligible for mail-in ballots due to disabilities when they were not disabled.
Commissioner Brown faces 23 counts, and Burns and Ward face eight and six respectively. Penalties range from six months in jail to 99 years in prison.
The primary race in question saw Brown beat a primary challenger by just five votes, 1,047 to 1,042, the Longview News-Journal reported — with 787 mail-in ballots cast.
And Brown is Jackson’s husband, according to the outlet.
"Those who try to manipulate the outcome of elections in Texas must be held accountable," Paxton said.
The arrests come weeks after Paxton sued in another county and warned them to stop sending unsolicited mail-in ballot applications to voters in a separate case.
That lawsuit accuses Harris County Clerk Chris Hollins of violating state election laws by preparing to send more than 2 million applications to voters "who do not qualify and have not requested to vote by mail," according to Paxton.

Hmm, no pics of the perps. Only that of the very WASPish TX AG Ken Paxton. Suspicious cat is suspicious of Fox News.
[FOXNEWS] President Trump’s plan for Black America designates the KKK and Antifa ...the armed wing of the Democratic Party... as terrorist organizations and calls for making lynching a national hate crime, while pledging to increase access to capital in Black communities by nearly $500 billion, Fox News has learned.
The president on Friday is expected to roll out details of what the campaign is calling the "Platinum Plan," which details "opportunity," "security," "prosperity," and "fairness" for the Black Community.
"For decades, Democrat politicians like Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... have taken Black voters for granted. They made you big promises before every election—and then the moment they got to Washington, they abandoned you and sold you out," the president is expected to say Friday, according to remarks exclusively obtained by Fox News. "The Democrats will always take Black voters for granted until large numbers of Black Americans vote Republican."
The president is expected to tout the plan as "a bold vision that we can and will achieve over the next four years."
The president’s plan, according to the campaign, will increase access to capital in Black communities by almost $500 billion, help to create 500,000 new Black-owned businesses, and help to create 3 million new jobs for the Black community.
[DETROITNEWS] The national and Michigan Republican parties filed suit Thursday against Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Attorney General Dana Nessel in an effort to stop the counting of late ballots prohibited by law and changes to the rules governing ballot collection.
The complaint filed by the Republican National Committee — headed by Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel of Northville — and the Michigan Republican Party asks state Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens to uphold the constitutionality of both laws. Stephens ruled last week that ballots received after Nov. 3 but postmarked by Nov. 2 could be counted.
"With no parties defending the enjoined laws, the Republican committees seek declaratory relief that the harvesting ban and ballot receipt deadline are enforceable," the Republican parties wrote in their suit.
Nessel's office is reviewing the complaint, spokesman Ryan Jarvi said. Both Nessel and Benson are Democrats.
Stephens ruled last week that Michigan clerks must accept ballots postmarked by Nov. 2, even if they arrive within 14 days after the election. She also declared that between Oct. 30 and Nov. 3, voters could choose anyone to help them submit their absentee ballots, contrary to a Michigan law that limits the assistance to family, people in the same household, mail carriers or clerk assistants.
The collection of ballots by people outside of those categories is sometimes called "ballot harvesting," and Republicans argue it opens the door for election meddling.
Within days of the ruling, the Michigan Legislature and serial litigant Robert Davis of Highland Park sought permission to intervene in the case after Benson and Nessel said they wouldn't appeal the decision to provide clerks certainty.
The RNC and Michigan Republican Party were denied intervenor status because of a court ruling in a separate case, but they hope their suit will have a similar effect. The lawsuit was assigned to Stephens, an appointee of Democratic former Gov. Jennifer Granholm.
[BIZPACREVIEW] Left-wing activist civil rights hustler Al Sharpton ...Tawana Brawley's spiritual advisor... had a "message" for social justice demonstrators who have been protesting after a Kentucky grand jury’s decision on the case of Breonna Taylor.
The MSNBC host urged activists to "continue protesting" during an interview Thursday with anchor Hallie Jackson, but as downtown Louisville descended into a second night of protests, sometimes turning violent mostly peaceful, Sharpton suggested that people keep the demonstrations "nonviolent mostly peaceful."
"My message to the protesters, and many of them I worked with, is to continue protesting but keep it nonviolent mostly peaceful," Sharpton responded when Jackson asked for his message to those demonstrating in Louisville, where two officers were shot during riots Wednesday after the announcement on the Taylor case.
"You do not want to become like the people we’re fighting," Sharpton added.
"And also, turn your pain into power, vote," he said, suggesting that activists hold a "voter movement" against Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who represents the state of Kentucky, claiming that "that would send a message."
"It won’t bring justice, it will send a message," Sharpton said.
Last weekend, angry protesters had descended on McConnell’s home to complain about his decision to move forward with nominating and confirming a Supreme Court justice, filling the vacancy left by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg last week.
[AMGREATNESS] Last year Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'... made it crystal clear that his son Hunter’s myriad business dealings were not a topic of conversation between father and son.
When Peter Doocy, a Fox News news hound, asked the former vice president about Hunter’s business deals, the elder Biden replied: "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings."
He continued: "I know Trump deserves to be investigated. He is violating every basic norm of a president. You should be asking him why he is on the phone with a foreign leader, trying to intimidate a foreign leader. You should be looking at Trump."
Yet, a report released by Senate Republicans on Wednesday detailed the web of foreign business entanglements threaded by Hunter Biden, connecting the former vice president’s son with oligarchs and politically connected Russians, Ukrainians, Chinese, and Kazakhs, all while his father served as Barack Obama I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody... ’s point man on foreign policy.
Despite Joe Biden’s insistence he has never discussed with Hunter his business dealings, testimony from Amos Hochstein, a former Obama State Department official, states otherwise.
Hochstein, on page 17 of the 87-page report, says he addressed his "concerns" regarding Hunter’s board connection to the controversial Ukrainian gas company, Burisma Holdings, a job which netted Hunter up to $50,000 a month for "consultancy" services.
It reads: "Shortly after his conversation with Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden contacted Hochstein and asked to meet. According to Hochstein, Hunter became aware of Hochstein’s West Wing conversation with the Vice President, who had mentioned it to Hunter."
So, the report says Joe Biden was briefed on the U.S. government’s concerns with Hunter’s Burisma connection. And that he "mentioned" this topic to his son. Yet the Democratic presidential nominee insisted last year he has never spoken to his son about his overseas business dealings.
