[Nat'l Justice] The European Union is moving to ban end-to-end encrypted communication.
An EU council of ministers resolution spearheaded by French Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron and Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz of the conservative Austrian People's Party would mandate that apps such as Telegram, Signal, and WhatsApp provide European intelligence services with backdoor access in order to allow them to better monitor the conversations of their citizens.
Encryption is an important tool used by dissidents, journalists and privacy conscious citizens around the world in an age of mass surveillance and strict social media censorship. Millions have started embracing the technology in the West as the rulers of the Anglosphere and Europe continue to lose public confidence and become more repressive.
The excuse being given for this effort is a spate of recent terrorist attacks in France and Austria committed by Islamic extremists. Rather than contend with the complex cultural, ethnic and immigration issues that lead to such violence, Macron, Kurz and the interests they represent see an opportunity to expand their eavesdropping power over their increasingly frightened population.
In recent years, laws passed by liberal governments under the guise of combating foreign Islamic terrorism have been utilized against citizens espousing nationalist, populist and dissident ideas, as well as adversarial political factions.
In the United States, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was founded after 9/11 to combat Al Qaeda operations domestically, but its unconstitutional powers today are largely focused on going after right-wing white men. The FBI's CIA-like power granted to them in the name of counter-terrorism lowered the bar for surveillance via the secret FISA court and was used by permanent bureaucrats to entrap and spy on members of Donald Trump's presidential campaign in 2016.
Figures struggling with low approval ratings like Macron have a vested interest in being able to spy on protest movements like the Yellow Vests, who have largely been shut down by Facebook and forced to migrate to Telegram.
In pursuing these measures, Europe will be following the lead of the Five Eyes intelligence network (United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada), which last October put out a call for an international plan to end accessible encryption for ordinary citizens.
In their statement last month, the Department of Justice claimed they were concerned with the proliferation of child pornography over these apps. This rationalization rings hollow since the FBI's budget for combating child exploitation and pornography has remained stagnant over the years and they continue to allocate meager resources to even investigate the record number of reports they receive.
Countries that ban encrypted apps are currently derided by neo-liberal institutions in Europe for being oppressive.
Last January, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that Russia's ban on Telegram following the app designer's refusal to provide a backdoor to aid in a terrorism investigation was a violation of free expression. Russia has since unbanned the app.
But litigation against a potential ban inside of Europe itself may not be as successful, according to the court's track record.
The ECHR exposed itself as a fraudulent propaganda tool when it ruled in 2019 that expressing skepticism on the "Holocaust" narrative is not a human right, while simultaneously affirming that Armenian genocide denial at the hands of the Turkish government is protected free speech.
Whatever comes of this EU effort, it's clear that the liberal elite's response to problems they create will be no different than what they criticize China or Russia for.

Chair of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots.
During a Friday appearance on Newsmax TV's "National Report," Trainor said locations not granting observers access to watch the ballot counting process could be involved in voter fraud.
"I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places," he said. "Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in."

This appears to be in addition to the Trump campaign lawsuit here.
[Breitbart] The election integrity group True the Vote is suing Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf (D) and Secretary of State Kathryn Boockvar (D), alleging that illegal ballots were counted in four counties across the state in the presidential election.
A lawsuit filed by True the Vote on Tuesday, on behalf of four Pennsylvania voters, alleges that ballots in Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, and Allegheny County were counted in the election despite having been invalid.
The lawsuit asks for ballots from the four counties to be invalidated if it is revealed that a significant number of illegal ballots were counted because such ballots were "mixed in with and cannot be separated from lawful ballots," according to a True the Vote release.
True the Vote officials said they have gathered evidence in Philadelphia County that accuses election officials of picking and choosing voters to cure their defective ballots as poll watchers were not allowed access to canvassing sites.
In Montgomery County, True the Vote alleges that a poll watcher witnessed election officials advising unregistered voters to return to vote under a name that was registered in the state's voter rolls. True the Vote also notes that voter turnout was 88.5 percent in Montgomery County, which is 19 percent higher than the statewide turnout of less than 70 percent.
True the Vote alleges that in Allegheny County, home to Pittsburgh, voters were told to fill out provisional ballots after election officials claimed they had been sent mail-in ballots, even though the voters said they had not received mail-in ballots. The lawsuit also claims that poll workers were too close to voters when they were casting their ballots. Turnout in Alleghany County was nearly 75 percent ‐ more than five percent higher than statewide turnout.
In Delaware county, voters that were recorded to have received mail-in ballots were given regular ballots and not required to sign the registration book. Additionally, poll watchers were granted extremely restricted access to a back room counting area, and ballots received on Election Day were not separated from ballots received after 8:00 p.m. that day, as ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court. Finally, voter turnout was 75.87 percent, 6.5 percent higher than statewide turnout.

Collect the Mail-In-Ballots and run a mass scanner fingerprint collection.
Fingerprint ALL Board of Election staff
who handled the ballots.
Using process of elimination, eliminate the Official Board of Election staff vote counters. Then collect and record any and all remaining fingerprints that point to unknown others.
When you get a group of fingerprints that match across ballots and the prints are NOT Board of Election staff. Locate, Interview, Investigate and Arrest.
Look whether you are on the Right, Middle or Left. The vote is the one thing we need to be 100% truthful.
ALSO
The SCOTUS needs to also issue an injunction stopping the Electoral College from voting in Dec. until the Counts are certified.
The speaker in Pennsylvania just showed us the high ground. The Republican legislatures follow his lead and say no certification without the following:
- a full audit, by hand of every vote
- any court or election official mandate not approved by the Legislature does not count — take out those votes
- voting machines: cough up the source code, the audit logs for our forensic teams
You get the picture.
If the Democrats challenge this, the clock works against them. Thirty days. Tick, tick.
Trump plays the Trump card. Seventy-one million people demanding a recount — fair, honest, transparent.
No recount, no certification. No voting machine code review, no certification.
No certification, and the House of Representatives makes the call, and Trump gets off the golf course and back to work.
This is the high ground. The Democrats have given it to us; let us gather together and say "thanks."

As a retire NON-LEO IT Forensics Investigator. I have had fingerprints collected and traced back to the IT Tech that installed internals several years prior.
However the question is:
How long does Paper retain fingerprints?
So I googled it for Sh*ts & Giggles.
Answer:
If not exposed to the elements or busted water pipes (Atlanta) up to many years and 40 years in some cases.

Wasn't the post office busted not too long ago lifting fingerprints off of the mail, under some sort of 'counter-terrorism initiative'?
This was a few years back.
Of course my search comes up with all recent news Trump Removes USPS Ability to Send Ballots!
I'd imagine paper designed not to bleed; that is, hold ink without blurring, would hold a fingerprint, especially if the finger had some extra oils on it.

TRUMP TWEETS: REPORT: DOMINION DELETED 2.7 MILLION TRUMP VOTES NATIONWIDE. DATA ANALYSIS FINDS 221,000 PENNSYLVANIA VOTES SWITCHED FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP TO BIDEN…
[ConservativeTreehouse] Project Veritas has released the full, unedited, audio of U.S. Postal Service whistleblower Richard Hopkins being questioned by federal authorities after he disclosed ballot manipulation in Erie, Pennsylvania.
The interview was conducted by USPS Office of The Inspector General, Russell Strasser, and Postal Inspector Charles “Chris” Klein. This is the interview where the Washington Post falsely reported that whistleblower Hopkins recanted his statement.

[Gateway Pundit] Rudy Giuliani reportedly confirmed today that Dominion software whistleblowers have stepped forward.
This is exceptional news.
Rudy Giuliani joined Steve Bannon on Wednesday they have witnesses from Dominion who stepped forward to testify.
Rudy Giuliani: Coleman has the community people and he’s got the Dominion people. And they were the ones who were the actual, not poll watchers, the actual observers who were excluded, who were lied to, two of whom stayed behind after all the Republicans had left out and they’re the ones who got the evidence of the 100,000 votes coming in. And they have some photographs also.

States like Florida count these ballots before the election and provide up to date results which enables them to provide final results on election night. Any state that doesn’t count ballots before the election when received so winners can be announced on election night appears to place ulterior motives ahead of transparency and timeliness.
But that's not direct evidence. But it is circumstantial evidence.

In Georgia 95,801 ballots only voted for Biden and no other race. In Georgia 818 people only voted for Trump and no other race. Forgive me if I find that very bizarre and suspicious.
[Breitbart] Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) on Wednesday announced that the state will conduct a "by-hand recount in each county" in the Peach State.
"At 1 p.m. today, I will make the official designation of which race will be the subject of the RLA [risk-limiting audit]. At that time, I will designate that the RLA will be the presidential race," Raffensperger announced, emphasizing that the RLA, in this case, will require a by-hand recount. Typically, an RLA involves officials examining "a statistically meaningful sample of ballots."
"The audit is mathematically designed to catch anomalies that would arise from misconfigured machines, procedural errors, or intentional attack," as NBC News reported.
However, it's easy to be generous with someone else's money... due to the narrow margins, Raffensperger is requiring a "by-hand" recount in all 159 counties.
"With the margin being so close, it will require a full, by-hand recount in each county. This will help build confidence," he said, adding that it will be "an audit, a recount, and a recanvass all at once."
"It will be a heavy lift, but we will work with the counties to get this done in time for our state certification," he continued.
"We have all worked hard to bring fair and accurate counts to ensure that the will of the voters is reflected in the final count and that every voter will have confidence in the outcome whether their candidate won or lost," he added.
Raffensperger’s announcement follows a request from Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA), who is leading the Trump campaign’s recount team in the Peach State.
In a November 10 statement, Collins formally requested a "full hand-count of every ballot cast in each and every county," attributing the request to "widespread allegations of voter irregularities, issues with voting machines, and poll watcher access." Just to be on the safe side, perhaps a second recount could be initiated for Fulton, Dakalb, Douglas, and Clayton with a quick bounce of the registered voter lists against the SSN Death Registry. Numbers of votes, numbers of registered, etc. That sort of thing.

[POWERLINEBLOG] Yesterday the Trump campaign and two Pennsylvania residents sued Pennsylvania’s scofflaw Secretary of the Commonwealth and seven county election boards in federal court. The lawsuit is premised primarily on equal protection; it alleges that some Pennsylvania counties, which were uniformly favorable to Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... , systematically violated Pennsylvania’s election laws, at times with the encouragement of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, while Republican-leaning counties followed the law. The result was systemic voter fraud that diluted the votes of Pennsylvanians in the law-abiding counties, and also the votes of those who voted in person rather than by mail.
You can read the complaint here. It is 85 pages long and is, in my opinion, quite impressive. It alleges that several Democrat-dominated counties violated Pennsylvania law by preventing Republican "watchers," as they are called in that state, from observing the ballot counting process. As far as I know, this is indisputably true.

[TRENDINGPOLITICS] As if lockdowns and forced mask mandates aren't enough, there is another chilling detail of the hellish authoritarian state that Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island... and Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... will preside over if he is installed into the White House.
Get ready for the creation of an army of political enforcers who will be imbued with the power of the federal government to act as "contact tracers" to keep tabs on Americans under the pretense of fighting COVID.
Despite what the media and Democrats claim, the election is not a done deal yet with several states still dragging out the process and multiple legal challenges being brought by President Trump and state officials to address irregularities that border on outright fraud.
But Biden is a Trojan horse who has nearly breached the city gates and the furious efforts are intensifying to finish the job by ordering Americans to accept their new leader and to surrender through pledging unity than speak out against the nullification of their votes.
Biden has already made it clear that he is going to threaten Republican governors in order to pressure them into lockdowns as well as forced mask mandates but the conscription of at least 100,000 "culturally competent" contact tracers is directly out of the playbooks of history's most oppressive totalitarian regimes.

A poxfinder general of Manningtree

By tasking all Essex

[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Joe Manchin said on Tuesday he is committed to voting against packing the courts or ending the legislative filibuster no matter what situation arises.
"Under no circumstances would I support packing the court or ending the filibuster if there is a 50-50 tie," said Manchin in an interview with the Washington Examiner.
In a deadlocked Senate, Manchin could be the deciding vote on a wide range of issues — somebody who could make or break Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... 's efforts to pass legislation.
In a wide-ranging interview, he laid out his views on the policy areas Democrats needed to focus on, and he was deeply critical of many items on the progressive wish list.
"Defund, my butt!" he said in response to the idea of stripping funding of police departments. He also criticized efforts to provide "Medicare for all" and said Biden needed to focus his presidency initially on fighting the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... , and after that, on rebuilding the nation's infrastructure.
Manchin's answer on the filibuster is a departure from Biden’s hedge last summer, when he told news hounds the firmness of his position "is going to depend on how obstreperous" Senate Republicans are when he is president.
[DAILYWIRE] The leader of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation recently wrote a letter addressed to "President-Elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... and Vice-President-Elect Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... " requesting a meeting to discuss the organization’s expectations and priorities.
BLM co-founder and executive director Patrisse Cullors said members are "relieved that the Trump era in government is coming to a close," adding, "As we celebrate his electoral demise, we also know that his political exit does not ensure an end to the intolerable conditions faced by Black people in America."
The letter was dated Saturday, November 7, the day several media outlets projected the Democratic ticket had won the presidential election. However, nothing needs reforming like other people's bad habits... President Donald J. Trump has not conceded, alleging voter fraud occurred in several swing states. Attorney General William Barr on Monday authorized the Department of Justice to investigate vote irregularities before the results are certified.

Must of heard Team Buythem is handing out Promissory Notes.
BLM and Antifa should not forget that the best, most popular way to get that federalized police force is to crack their heads until they are defeated, and on the other hand have a beer summit media presentation justifying the federalization. I can hear Fix News now.."Easter Offensive".
[CNSNEWS] A week after the 2020 presidential election, one thing is obvious about the United States of America: It is deeply divided.
With 148 million votes counted, President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... trailed former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing... by about 4.7 million votes.
But, according to the exit polls, there were some demographic groups that did pick Trump over Biden.
Who were they?
For starters, according to the network exit poll published by ABC News, there was the divide between people who worked full time and those who did not.
The exit poll asked the question: "Do you work full-time for pay?"
Voters who said no went for Biden over Trump by 57% to 42%. By contrast, voters who said they did work full time picked Trump over Biden 51% to 47%.
Why do people who don't work full time prefer Biden? Why do those who do prefer Trump?
Is it a good sign for the long-term well-being of the United States that the popular-vote winner in our presidential election was preferred by those who do not work full time and not by those who do?
Then there was the divide between married and unmarried people. The exit poll asked voters: "Are you currently married?"
People who said they are not "currently" married voted overwhelmingly for Biden. He won 58% of their vote, while Trump won only 40%. Meanwhile, ...back at the wreckage, Captain Poindexter wished he had thought to pack sun block... Trump won 53% of married voters, while Biden won only 46%.
It did not matter whether the married person was a male or female. A majority of both husbands and wives voted for Trump over Biden. Trump beat Biden 55% to 44% among married men and 51% to 47% among married women.
Why did the majority of married voters — both male and female — not want Biden to be president?
Then there was the massive gap between those who practice a religion and those who do not.
The News Agency that Dare Not be Named VoteCast survey interviewed about 140,000 voters on Election Day and the days leading up to it. It asked "how often ... if at all" a person attends church or religious services. The result: The more often a voter attends church or religious services, the more likely they were to vote for Trump.
In fact, Biden only won majorities among voters who said they rarely or never attend church or religious services.
Among voters who attend church or religious services once a week or more, Trump won 61% to 37%. Among those who attend a few times a month, Trump won 54% to 45%. Among those who attend about once a month, Trump also won 54% to 45%.
Among voters who only attend church or religious services a "few times a year or less," Biden won 52% to 47%.
Among voters who said they "never" go to church, Biden beat Trump 63% to 35%.
Based on these polls — and looked at purely from a political perspective — there are certain cultural trends in the United States that would be good for Republicans and bad for Democrats (and vice versa).
If more people decided to work full time to earn a living, that would be bad for Democrats — and good for Republicans. If more people decided not to work full time to earn a living, that would be bad for Republicans — and good for Democrats.
If more people got married and stayed married, that would be bad for Democrats — and good for Republicans.

Its like all they have time for is filling in circles, and not even enough time for that.
[PIX11] Puerto Rico’s elections commission says it has discovered more than 100 briefcases containing uncounted ballots a week after the U.S. territory held its general election, drawing criticism and scorn from voters who now question the validity of the outcomes of certain races.
Francisco Rosado, the commission’s new president, said Tuesday that the briefcases were found in a secured vault and blamed the situation on what he said was an underfunded and understaffed administrative board responsible for counting a record number of absentee and early votes.
[HOTAIR] Rep. James Clyburn is the House Majority Whip. Yesterday he told Axios that "defund the police" and other progressives slogans cost Democrats seats in the House and Senate.
"We were not able to discipline ourselves according to voter sentiment," Clyburn told Axios news hound Alexi McCammond. He continued, "We keep making that mistake. This foolishness about, ’You got to be this progressive or that progressive.’ That phrase — ’defund the police’ — cost Jaime Harrison tremendously."
Asked directly if he was blaming progressive members for Democrats’ losses, Clyburn said he wasn’t doing that but added, "I want everyone in my caucus to be as practical as I am. That’s the difference here."
He then offered this advice on how to do things differently, "Stop sloganeering. Sloganeering kills people. Sloganeering destroys movements. Stop sloganeering. And let’s go about the business of representing people and building hopes and aspirations for people."
Again, he’s talking about "defund the police" and the movement he’s worried about is Black Lives Matter. Later he explained that if you ask someone about that slogan "they will explain that’s not what we mean." But according to Clyburn, "the moment you start explaining what you mean, you’re losing the argument."
Clyburn is far from the only person pointing to that particular slogan as a problem for Democrats. Politico published a piece today in which losing Democratic Senator Doug Jones complained he’d been in the same boat as Jaime Harrison:
"We’re not some demonic cult like we’re portrayed to be," said Jones. "I was fighting the same battle that Jaime Harrison was fighting, that Mike Espy was fighting, that Cal Cunningham was fighting, that Steve Bullock was fighting. And Democrats have not been able to fully counter the Republican narrative."...
"It ain’t over," said Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.), who offered to go to Georgia to explain to voters that Democrats don’t agree with liberal activists on everything. "I don’t want anyone to think that I am trying to defund the police."...
"We always look at how we can do things better. But the map was the map," said Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), a close Schumer ally. "None of our candidates are supporting defunding the police, socialism. But we still got tagged by it. So the question becomes: How do you rise above that?"

I had the great honor of being arrested with our UN Ambassador on the streets of Soweto, trying to get to see him on Robbens Island... ’s margin of victory in the swing state, according to a report.
Biden has an edge of 45,673 votes in the Keystone State, surpassing the 44,292 votes President Trump won in Pennsylvania in 2016 when he defeated Crooked Hillary Clinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... The state Supreme Court extended the deadline for when mail-in and absentee ballots could be received in Pennsylvania until the evening of Nov. 6, as long as they were postmarked by Nov. 3.
The US Supreme Court declined to take action on the decision, but Justice Samuel Alito ordered those ballots to be kept separate.

Gateway Pundit says it looks like there was an organized conspiracy to interfere in the Presidential election and thwart the will of the voters.
It looks like this systemic conspiracy by the Dems is an extension of all the coup efforts that went on during the Trump administration. The scope is larger:
1. Rigging and vote tampering at the local level.
2. Coordination of vote stealing between Dems in the various States.
3. Assistance by the MSM to sell it and cover this up with fake news.
4. MSM debate moderators were a part of this also.
5. Big tech, social media and various search engines to censor and close off debate and dissent.
We're asked to suck this crap up and like it. Trump worked his ass off all across the country and Biden didn't come out his basement. Trump's crowds were enormous. When Biden did come out for his few rallies, he couldn't draw flies no less a crowd at these things .
Joe was never a particularly popular sort of guy despite the snow job narrative the leftwing media gave us.
[BREITBART] Georgia Senate Democrat candidate Raphael Warnock was arrested in 2002 for obstructing a police investigation into alleged child abuse at a church camp in Carroll County, Maryland.
Revs. Warnock and Andre Wainwright, who both worked at Douglas Memorial Community Church, were accused in court documents of attempting to prevent a state trooper from interviewing counselors at the church’s Camp Farthest Out in Eldersburg, Maryland, regarding alleged abuse at the church.
Warnock hopes to oust Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) during the January senate runoff.
A state trooper said that neither Warnock nor Wainwright were suspects in the child abuse investigation, although the trooper declined to describe the nature of the suspected abuse.
Warnock, the senior pastor at the church, said that the alleged abuse was not sexual.
Warnock and Wainwright interrupted a police interview of a camp counselor in 2002. After Sherlocks moved the interview to a picnic area, the reverends interfered against and tried to prevent one camper from directing police to other potential witnesses.
Maryland State Trooper Diane Barry of the state police Child and Sexual Assault Unit said, "I’ve never encountered resistance like that at all."
Barry contended that the counselors consented to be interviewed after they were told they were free to go at any time and were not obligated to answer Barry’s questions. After being arrested and charged, Warnock and Wainwright were released.
Warnock claimed that he merely wanted to ensure that lawyers were present during counselor interviews:
