[PJMedia] While the election hasn’t been certified, and the results are pending litigation, the media has effectively crowned Joe Biden the victor in the 2020 election, and voters have some strong opinions on the matter.
According to a Rasmussen poll conducted November 17-18, nearly half of likely voters, 47 percent, believe the election was stolen from Trump. If Joe Biden is ultimately certified as the winner, there will undoubtedly be a big fat asterisk on his presidency. This should be very concerning for Joe Biden. President George W. Bush had the 2000 election cast a dark shadow over his presidency, with many Democrats to this day refusing to acknowledge his presidency as legitimate. If Biden is confident in the legitimacy of the results as they stand now, he should be willing to let the process continue, and should publicly express his support for this.
But, Joe Biden’s problems are not simply because many Republicans believe the election was stolen. It’s true that the poll showed a significant partisan divide on this issue: 75 percent of Republicans believe it is very likely (61 percent) or somewhat likely (14 percent) that the election was stolen from Trump. But, according to the poll, while 69 percent of Democrats say it is not at all likely (61 percent) or not very likely (8 percent) that the election was stolen from Trump, 30 percent of Democrats believe it is very likely (20 percent) or somewhat likely (10 percent) that it was.
Despite the fact that nearly half of all voters believe the election was likely stolen from Trump, 61 percent believe Trump should concede. How many Democrats believe it is likely that the election was stolen, but think Trump should concede anyway? That’s quite a disturbing thing to consider.

They don’t care. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The meek, and innocent dupes think it was bad but maybe it will all be the way it used to be now that the bad man is gone. They still want to believe their moral superiority. The rest of them are plotting things to rule permanently in a Marxist paradise, and those of us on the right are buying more ammo and bunkering In.
As an aside, my bi weekly WalMart shopping increasingly is showing an increasingly wide range of shortages in pharmaceuticals, patent medi ation like eye care products and packaged meats. Prices are up and the unending shrinkage of product size show that inflation and shortages are on the rise.

If you regularly watch Fox News and have been noticing something feels “off” with their election coverage, you’re not wrong. Around a year ago, conservative political wonks turned off Fox News for good. The reason why has to do with events that unfolded in 2019. What did these conservative news junkies see that the rest of us missed? And, why does it matter now?
Event Number One: The Passing of the Torch
Rupert Murdoch was the media titan who built and developed Fox News into America’s conservative news juggernaut. Murdoch had six children. Of the six, his two sons Lachlan and James were in contention to take over Fox News even though both of them had openly repudiated Rupert’s conservative politics. In 2019, Lachlan officially took over the reigns of Fox News. James, the more liberal of the two, opted to invest a large portion of his multi-billion dollar inheritance in liberal media ventures. Once Lachlan took charge, his goal was to move Fox News left. His moves were no surprise to insiders considering his public ties to climate change activism, donating to the Clinton Foundation, and proudly taking responsibility for pushing Bill O’Reilley off the network. It’s worth noting that Fox Business is a separate entity from Fox News, even though both channels are owned by a new, scaled-back Fox Network.

Fox News when it was conservative was never exactly a beacon of professional, unbiased reporting. More like the political equivalent of pro wrestling... right wing version of the clownshow that is CNN MSNBC etc

Of course Grampaw - they showed both sides and simply allowed their viewers to decide. I would content that this is the way news should be.
The difference between Fox and CNN/MSNBC/... was that CNN/MSNBC/... channels would not show either side but simply tell their viewers what to think. Fox is becoming more like that.
Watch CNN or MSNBC (have a barf bag handy) and you will see what I mean.

[TrendingPolitics] One America News' Jack Posobiec reported that a Republican election official in Wayne County has been doxxed by Ned Staebler, a fellow Wayne County board member who went ballistic during the infamous zoom call.
"BREAKING: Wayne County election official Monica Palmer reports Ned Staebler has posted her home address online and told people to visit her there. Threatening election officials in a federal election is a federal offense," tweeted Posobiec.
[Jpost] Officials from President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... 's vaccine distribution effort have not briefed anyone on President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. The former Senator-for-Life from Delaware, an example of the kind of top-notch Washington intellect to be found in the World's Greatest Deliberative Body... 's transition team, and have no plans to do so, a Democratic U.S. senator said after a White House call Thursday.
"Just off a conference call with Trump Administration vaccine distribution team," Senator Chris Murphy (D., Conn) ...Junior senator for life from Connecticutt, foreign policy mastermind, a fast friend and a sympathetic ear to mullahs, ayatollahs, and similar riff-raff. The indigestable boilerplate on his website sez he has has dedicated his career to public service as an advocate for Connecticut families, which means approximately nothing. He's been a strong voice in the Senate fighting for job creation, affordable health care, education, sensible gun laws, and a forward-looking foreign policy. You can guess what that mess actually means, though the voters of Connecticutt can't... said on Twitter. "They confirmed that they have not briefed anyone on President-elect Biden's team and have no plans to do so. This is potentially catastrophic."
Or not, as the case may be.
The call, for all senators, was conducted on Thursday morning by General Gustave Perna and Dr. Moncef Slaoui, leaders of "Operation Warp Speed," the administration's vaccine-development effort, a Congressional aide said.
If only Joe Biden were still a senator, he would have been privy to the briefing without even having to pretend to run for president. Something for him to regret in the small hours of the night, it appears.
Asked for comment, White House front man Brian Morgenstern did not address whether Biden's team would be briefed, saying vaccine distribution plans from the Centers for Disease Control and state governors were publicly available.
At least for those still able to remember how to get onto the internet and how to read, anyway.
"Manufacturing is well underway, and Dr. Slaoui confirmed that 20 million Americans are on track for vaccinations in December with tens of millions per month thereafter," Morgenstern said.
A wave of coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... infection has gripped the United States and the corpse count surpassed 250,000 this week. A vaccine may be available in the coming months, but distributing it to over 300 million Americans might be complicated by special storage and transport conditions.
Except we already know that some very clever packaging means transport and storage at the receiving end are completely straightforward. Truly impressive.
Biden said on Wednesday that a range of information had not been made available to his campaign, including the distribution plan for COVID-19 vaccines. His administration is scheduled to take over the U.S. government on Jan. 20, when he is inaugurated.
If, anyway. And should a Biden victory be certified, that will be plenty of time to brief his COVID management team. But since Professor Ezekiel Emanuel, MD is involved, we already know that his answer is to let everyone not deemed important live or die as fate decides — so really there is no urgency.
Failure to promptly share critical COVID-19 data with Biden's team will cause needless, deadly delays in tackling the pandemic, leaders of the U.S. medical establishment said in a letter to Trump Tuesday.
Yeah, right.
Biden's transition team did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Emily Murphy, administrator of the General Services Administration, a generally little-known agency that keeps the U.S. government running, has so far refused to "ascertain" the winner of the Nov. 3 presidential election between Biden and Trump, a condition for releasing funds and resources to the winner.
Carry on, Ms Murphy. You’re doing fine.
Despite a clear margin of victory for Biden, Trump has refused to concede, and his legal challenges are fizzling.
Or not, depending on developments.
But he has been backed up by many of his fellow Republicans, both in Washington and around the country.

Joe seems to know better how to handle everything. Maybe he should tell Trump what to do. It's a shame Joe refused to share this with Trump's team last January.

According to reports Faucci gave the vaccine results to Biden before Trump. Why wouldn't he be in further contact with the Biden team? The Trump government is so full of leakers I doubt Biden has anything to worry about.
On the other hand, I believe the law requires Trump to brief Biden once the election is certified, which it isn't,

What Biden Administration?
Failure to promptly share critical COVID-19 data with Biden's team will cause needless, deadly delays in tackling the pandemic, leaders of the U.S. medical establishment said in a letter to Trump Tuesday.
The people who plan on giving our supply to other countries first? Let's talk that up a little bit.
[WashingtonExaminer] Republicans won all 27 House races the Cook Political Report rated as "toss-ups" in its 2020 election analysis, in addition to picking up seven of the 36 seats the outlet rated as "likely Democrat" or "lean Democrat."
"The House count stands at 221D-209R, and here are my information ratings of the five outstanding races following today’s developments," Cook Political Report editor Dave Wasserman said on Twitter. "#CA21 - Likely R, #CA25 - Lean R, #IA02 - Lean R (recount), #NJ07 - Likely D, #NY22 - Toss Up."
Before the election, the Cook Political Report listed 229 seats as either "solid Democrat," "likely Democrat," or "lean Democrat" to go along with the 26 toss-ups. As of Thursday, the party’s best hope is for 226 seats, though the Cook Political Report rates 223 as the most likely outcome.
The results represent a major disappointment for Democrats, who grew increasingly confident of a "blue wave" leading up to Election Day that would give them an expanded House majority.
Instead, Republicans look likely to pick up about 15 seats in the House, which would give Democrats a slim majority when the new Congress convenes in January.
Disappointment for Democrats wasn’t limited to races in the House. The party also had high hopes of flipping the Senate away from Republican control. Of the seven Senate races the Cook Political Report rated as "toss-ups," Republicans won five, as well as all four races listed as "lean Republican." The other two "toss-up" races still outstanding are both in Georgia, where runoff elections are being held in January.
Republicans currently hold a 50 to 48 Senate lead in the called races, needing one of the runoff races to maintain their majority.
News was even worse for Democrats further down the ballot where the "blue wave" was supposed to help loosen control of the Republican grip on state legislative chambers ahead of next year’s redistricting process. Yet, according to FiveThirtyEight statistician Nate Silver, Republicans won "almost every election where redistricting was at stake."
When the dust settled, Democrats did not flip a single state legislative chamber, while Republicans surprisingly flipped both the Senate and the House in New Hampshire.
"Republicans are set to control the redistricting of 188 congressional seats — or 43 percent of the entire House of Representatives. By contrast, Democrats will control the redistricting of, at most, 73 seats, or 17 percent," Silver wrote.
[ReformClub] E-mail from National Conference of State Legislatures to Seth Barrett Tillman:
That number is always the last to pin down [and not yet final] and the one with the most ’noise.’ Our current estimate is that Republicans netted at least 160 seats in the [2020] election. It is rare, but far from unprecedented, for the party winning the White House to lose seats in states. This is the 6th time that it has happened since 1960, and the most losses by the winning president’s party since then. In 1960, Democrats lost around 300 legislative seats even though John Kennedy won the White House.

Now that they have perfected vote counting the rest of the process is mere theatre. Redistricting is likely meaningless unless we return to paper ballots and voter ID Electronic voting is insane and the pathway to irreversible decline.
[PJMedia] Prosecutors in Hawthorne, Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, are alleging that a voter fraud scheme involving two men trying to submit 8,000 fraudulent registrations to the clerk’s office involved the cross-border narco gang MS-13. The purpose appeared to be an effort by the gang to elect one of their cronies to city office.
Carlos Montenegro and Marco Arevalo pleaded not guilty "Wudn't me." to numerous charges relating to the fraud, including "eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, and four misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit."
Montenegro, who was running for mayor of Hawthorne, set up what appears to be a fake non-profit group, "Homeless Votes Matter" in July.
OAN:
Montenegro and his accomplices began sending out the voter registration applications in July and continued up until October when election officials flagged a suspicious amount of ballots registered at the same address.
The prosecutor revealed the operation was being funded by notorious street gang MS-13 in order to place Montenegro in office so they could have an ally in the city.
Thankfully, the two crooks had no idea how registration verification works. They were easily caught and the registrations invalidated.
ABC7:
The conspiracy charge alleges that Montenegro submitted and filed signed nomination papers containing 41 signatures and addresses to the city clerk this summer and that just 18 of the names, addresses and signatures on the nomination papers were validated by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s Office.
The conspiracy charge also alleges that Montenegro was subsequently issued write-in candidate nomination papers and that he "submitted and filed signed write-in candidate nomination papers containing 32 signatures and addresses for fictitious, non-existent or deceased person" with the city clerk’s office.
Not very bright. He didn’t even know enough to use real people’s names and addresses on the nomination papers.
It further alleges that he and co-defendant Marcos Raul Arevalo "and other unknown co conspirators" used three post office boxes in Hawthorne as well as Montenegro’s home address "as mailing addresses for over 8,000 voter registration applications for fictitious, non-existent or deceased persons, that were submitted for processing to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder’s Office and the California Secretary of State."
This was a wholly amateur operation from start to finish and authorities had no problem catching the fraud and the fraudsters. There are far more sophisticated efforts that are not as easily detectable.

You mean other than Kamala ?
Why aren't there more secure voting systems in the richest, most tech savvy nation? Offline, hack-proof, just a box with keys to press. And voter lists with only registered citizens with valid biometric IDs? Officials come and check the box, the numbers fed directly into a districtwise database and the results updated.
The most chaotic, thoroughly inept democracy in the world conducts the largest election exercise of the world more securely. Maybe America should outsource its elections to the Indian Election Commission.
[EpochTimes] Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey announced the state’s election isn’t over until all court cases have been settled, as the Trump campaign and state GOP filed lawsuits in Maricopa County in a bid to block officials from certifying the election results due to alleged voter irregularities and improprieties.
"There are legal claims that are being challenged in court and everybody on the ballot has certain access rights and remedies and if they want to push that they are able. Once those are adjudicated and the process plays out, I will accept the results of the election," the Republican governor said in a news conference on Wednesday. It was the first time he held one since the Nov. 3 election.
"We can trust our elections here in Arizona," Ducey said, but he stipulated moments later: "There are questions and those questions should be answered."
Ducey has not called Democratic challenger Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... the winner of the election. The governor noted that he heard about voting issues in the state but hasn’t personally seen any evidence.
Arizona state law gives all Arizona counties until Nov. 23 to certify the results of the election. Then, the counties are to send in their results to the Secretary of State’s office, which then has another 10 days to certify the statewide results.
While several news outlets have described Biden as the president-elect and declared him the winner, The Epoch Times has not pending the outcome of lawsuits and other processes needed to complete the election and finally declare a winner. The Electoral College votes next month, and Congress will hold its Joint Session to formally count electoral votes and declare official election results in early January.
According to the unofficial vote count, Biden is ahead of Trump by about 11,000 votes in Arizona.
Earlier this week, the Arizona GOP moved to halt county officials in the state to delay certifying their results.
"The party is pushing for not only the county supervisors but everyone responsible for certifying and canvassing the election to make sure that all questions are answered so that voters will have confidence in the results of the election," said Zach Henry, a front man for the Arizona Republican Party, reported The News Agency that Dare Not be Named.
The party also filed a lawsuit to request a hand-count in Maricopa County, which includes Phoenix, of a sampling of ballots. They also are seeking a court order prohibiting the county from certifying results until that case is decided.

Because of the mail-in ballot voter fraud committed by Democrats in Maricopa County (Phoenix) the Arizona legislature should sent Trump delegates (eleven) to the Electoral College.
Biden 306 - 11 = 295
Trump 232 + 11 = 243
Because of Stacey Abrams mail-in ballot fraud in Georgia (16 delegates) and Democratic wide spread fraud in Pennsylvania (20 delegates) the Supreme Court should invalidate both Georgia and Pennsylvania election results.
Biden 295 - 16 - 20 = 259
Neither candidate reaches 270 required delegates.
[PostMillennial] The Wisconsin Elections Commission has decided to go ahead with a recount in two counties in Wisconsin, comprising more than 800,000 votes.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission has decided to go ahead with a recount in two counties in Wisconsin, comprising more than 800,000 votes. The recount was requested by the Trump campaign, and the elections commission met on Wednesday night so deal with how this recount would go ahead, according to the AP.
The Trump campaign will have to pay $3 million for the recount in Wisconsin. There are six people on the commission, split evenly between Republicans and Democrats. including two Republicans who were outspoken about their determination to make sure the recount process is fair and transparent.
The lengthy meeting saw Democrats and Republicans arguing over changes to the manual that illustrates the rules with regard to how the recounts should be conducted. The order that was issued, verifying that the recounts would go forward, did not ultimately include reference to the manual that was at issue.
On the table before the commission, whose meeting was streamed live, were concerns over changes that would limit observance of the recount due to public health concerns. These were changes that would have gone into effect after the recount was requested.
Absentee ballot applications will also be reviewed as part of the recount, to make sure that those requests line up with actual ballots cast, and that no one was either turned away because they were told they had voted by mail when they had not, or that ballots were sent to people who did not request them.
Ann Jacobs, board chair, did not believe that the Trump campaign's request for a recount was based in fact. She said that his allegations that voters who did not ask for absentee ballots received them was "absurd," "factually bizarre" and a "vague, paranoid conspiracy."
"What we ought not be doing is watering that plant of baloney," Jacobs said.
Dean Knudson and Bob Spindell, two Republican commissioners on the board, had concerns that observers to the recount would be blocked due to the injection of a clause about their being restrictions on observation due to a public health crisis.
Spindell and Knudson had concerns about the voting machines in Wisconsin as well, and cyber-security.
Knudson spoke out as well, saying that the staff proposals do not supercede the decisions of the election board with regard to changes being made to the manual. He refused to allow changes to be pushed through and rubber-stamped by the board without input.
"In the state of Wisconsin, you can cast an absentee ballot without showing voter ID. Last election, 72,000 people did that. This election 240,000 people did that, presumably using Covid and fears of Covid as an excuse. It was a way to circumvent voter ID," Kayleigh McEnany said on Sean Hannity Wednesday night.
"We alleged that we need to see the absentee voter applications because it's an important aspect of Wisconsin law and they weren't doing this they were just giving people ballots. And as we speak right now, you have the election board trying to change the way the recount laws work to make sure we're not able to count to those applications for absentee ballots."
The recounts in Milwaukee and Dane counties will begin on Friday, and should be finished by Dec. 1.

The problem is that once fake mail in ballots get are separated from their envelopes and mixed in with other ballots, it is impossible to separate them. I doubt even the supreme court will invalidate even the "Just Joe and no one else" mostly fake ballots.

Even if Trump wins Wisconsin (10 EV) in the recount, the mess in Georgia (16 EV) is enough to stop his reelection unless he can get either MI(16) or PA(20), and then AZ(11). If he gets WI, MI and AZ, then its a 269 to 269 tie, which goes to the house and Trump will win there.
Interesting is that 12,000 seems to be the margin in GA, and that Libertarian got 62,000 votes. I wonder how many of those voters now wish they have voted for Trump? if just 20% had, Trump would have carried Georgia.
[TRENDINGPOLITICS] The unhinged Democratic left continues to put skin color and ethnicity first and foremost in terms of qualifications for public office, not whether a person is the best one for the job.
This identity politics is on full display once again as Black Lives Matter officials demand — demand — that Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Gov. Gavin can't be Bee'd Newsom ...mayor of San Franciscoas it transformed itself into Poopville, currently governor of Californiaas it transforms itself into Cinderland... appoint a black woman to succeed Sen. Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... if, in fact, she ascends to the vice presidency.
Oh, and they don’t want to discuss it, either.
"Appointing a Black woman to this seat is nonnegotiable — this must be done," Black Lives Matter Global Network wrote, instructing the Democratic governor to appoint either U.S. Reps. Karen Bass or Barbara Lee to fill the seat for the remainder of Harris’ term.
"If there is not a single Black woman in the Senate, then the Senate is simply not a proper representation of the people," the petition states.
Really?
Since when did ’representation’ depend on the color of the representative’s skin? And consider this: While both Bass and Lee were obviously elected to their respective offices, no one will have elected them to fill a Senate seat. So, it’s ludicrous to say that either one of them would truly ’represent’ Californians.
But wait, you say. Senators aren’t in office to represent voters; they’re supposed to represent states.
That would be true were it not for the fact that, in 1913, states ratified the 17th Amendment, changing the manner in which senators are selected.
When the framers wrote our founding document, U.S. senators were selected by state legislatures (thus they represented states — and, of course, the people elected the state politicians). But the 17th Amendment changed that and allowed for senators to be elected by the people.

I know this has been talked about already…If Evan Bayh can sell out for $1m/year in corporate boards, have to believe JRB can do quite well with just non-oil, non-Goldman boards that are consistent with his career (Bloomberg, GM, cancer hospitals, etc.).
-Bayh made nearly $! million from serving on corporate boards last year. Bayh earned $939,319 from sitting on corporate boards in 2015, according to SEC records. He sits on the boards of Fifth Third Bancorp, Marathon Petroleum, RLJ Lodging Trust and Berry Plastics Group. RLJ paid him $177,573 in 2015. Marathon paid him $300,000, Fifth Third paid him $243,564 and Berry Plastics Group paid him $218,182.
[TRENDINGPOLITICS] Several House Republicans are imploring majority Democrats to conduct hearings into violence directed at supporters of President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... who, last time we checked, were still American citizens deserving of equal protection under the law.
The call comes following several attacks against the president’s backers over the weekend after they attended the "Million MAGA March" in which one observer, Bennie Johnson of chief creative officer for Talking Points USA and a Newsmax TV host, said there was easily that many who attended.
The attacks, as they always are, were posted online and went viral, so there’s plenty of evidence.
GOP politicians also are demanding to know why Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, didn’t authorize her police department to do more to protect Trump supporters and really, just any American who has a different political viewpoint, while authorizing the creation of "Black Lives Matter Plaza."

So there are still people out since the Clinton & Obama Administrations that trust the government does not keep firearm purchases beyond XX number of days?
How can any Democrat claiming to have read the Constitution, ignore the clear wording of "Shall not be infringed."
[DAILYWIRE] A Philadelphia attorney who was representing President Trump’s campaign has been reportedly placed under official protection after threats were made against her.
Noting court papers filed on Wednesday, the New York Post reported, "Philadelphia lawyer Linda Kerns ’has been the subject of threats of harm, to the point at which the involvement of police and U.S. Marshals has been necessary to provide for her safety,’ the filing says." The Post added, "The stunning revelation came two days after Kerns, a solo practitioner, sought sanctions against a lawyer from the firm representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar for leaving her an ’abusive voicemail on Saturday night.’"
The phone call came from a junior attorney at Kirkland & Ellis. Daniel Donovan, Kirkland’s lead attorney on the election suit targeting Pennsylvania, told the court on Monday, "That associate was acting unilaterally, in his personal capacity, without the knowledge or authorization of undersigned counsel or the Firm ... The associate provided a personal email and had a baby babbling in the background during the voicemail," according to Politico.
The document filed Monday seeking sanctions showed Kern’s claim: "Since this case was filed, undersigned counsel has been subjected to continuous harassment in the form of abusive e-mails, phone calls, physical and economic threats, and even accusations of treason — all for representing the President of the United States’ campaign in this litigation."
"It is one thing for members of the public to break the laws of decorum, or even laws of Pennsylvania or the United States, by engaging in such harassment," Kerns continued. "This Court’s role is not to protect counsel from such attacks. But it is another thing for a lawyer in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis, Secretary Boockvar’s outside counsel, to do so. And yet that is what happened. It is quintessentially the Court’s role to police and appropriately sanction law firms appearing in front of it for such conduct. It is plaintiff’s obligation to defend its counsel, and it does so now by respectfully moving for an order for Kirkland & Ellis to show cause justifying the conduct of its lawyers."
"Contacted about this message, Secretary Boockvar’s counsel first opined that despite the caller identification on the voicemail the call may not have been placed from Kirkland & Ellis," Kerns wrote, adding:
Confronted with the fact that the firm issues cell phones to its lawyers and it should be easy to check a directory to confirm that this number belongs to one of his colleagues, opposing counsel finally admitted that it did, but then excused the conduct by saying the lawyer (who works in the same office) does not work on this case or in litigation, and offering that the call was "discourteous" and apologizing for wasting time.
That is not good enough under the Rules of this Court or the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct, and this Court’s authority to issue sanctions exists in order to protect litigants, counsel, and the Rules themselves. It is sad that we currently reside in a world where abuse and harassment are the costs of taking on a representation unpopular with some. It is sanctionable when that abuse and harassment comes from an elite law firm representing the Secretary of State.
After she submitted the document seeking sanctions on Monday, Kerns submitted papers with the U.S. District Court stating that she wanted to withdraw from the effort the Trump campaign was making to challenge the results in Pennsylvania, ABC News reported.
Would she still get protection after withdrawing from the case?
In an unrelated note, Politico reported, "Some of the most prominent figures urging law firms to back out of Trump’s legal defense are associated with the Lincoln Project, a group of current and former Republican political consultants and activists who ran ads against Trump during the campaign and promised a similar media fusillade against the firms."

[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Lawyers for President Trump's campaign alleged a plot by his opponents to "rig" voting machines in the presidential election, delivering the race for Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier... .A news conference held at the Republican National Convention headquarters in Washington on Thursday grew heated as three Trump attorneys alleged "a massive well-funded, coordinated effort to deny" voters their constitutional voting rights.
"In terms of the level of corruption we are looking at here, we have no idea how many Republican or Democratic candidates ... paid to have the system rigged to work for them," said Trump attorney Sidney Powell.
"This is enough to overturn any election," said Rudy Giuliani, citing affidavits and allegations of election fraud in several states, including Pennsylvania.
Fraud was carried out by "Democratic bosses," he added. "They made significant mistakes, like all crooks do, and we caught 'em."
"Trump won by a landslide, and we are going to prove it, and we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom," Powell said. She encouraged the public to download and "read" the voting software.
"This is not a Law and Order episode that can be wrapped up in 60 minutes," said Trump 2020 attorney Jenna Ellis, in effect pleading for more time. Ellis called the charges laid out "an opening statement."
if Trump doesn't win the election, "no election will be secure from here on out."
The Trump campaign has charged voting irregularities in dozens of lawsuits since Election Day in a bid to slow the certification of state vote counts.
Earlier in the day, the campaign said it was withdrawing a federal lawsuit in Michigan after securing its intended "relief" to halt certification of Wayne County's election results.

before going much farther, the Trump lawyers will need to ID a specific perpetrator who is willing to confess and ID others
I doubt any court will be persuaded by statistics and testimony about software vulnerability

That is the prroblem. Maths and common sense prove there was massive fraud but courts don't work like that
[DAILYCALLER] New York Democratic congressional candidate Jackie Gordon conceded Wednesday afternoon to Republican candidate Andrew Garbarino.Garbarino released a statement after Gordon called him saying: "Jackie Gordon has just called me to concede and offer her congratulations. I look forward to getting to work." Republicans will hold on to the seat which was vacated by former Republican New York Rep. Peter King ...U.S. Representative for New York's 3rd (central Long Island) congressional district, serving since 1993. He is of the Publican persuasion and is known for his active support for the IRA Irish republican movement... The Daily Caller released a report on Gordon which included military records that show she was subject to two investigations during her time in the U.S. Army, resulting in two separate recommendations that she be relieved of command, one of which was acted upon in Afghanistan.
"Sometimes you do right by your soldiers and things still happen. It’s complicated. It was a complicated situation," Gordon said when asked about the report in a local ABC 7 interview released Thursday.
The Caller published an article Oct. 19 after obtaining an unredacted Department of Defense document from a source with direct knowledge of an investigation into Gordon’s behavior as a lieutenant colonel from December 2011, as well as a redacted Department of Defense document, described as "interim findings," that shows Gordon was again under investigation in Afghanistan and was subsequently relieved of duty.

Nutjob. Wakandan race-monger. Typical BLM wacko seeking to grift and grab power. From the investigation:
The first investigation started after Gordon made a complaint about “four horsemen” when she was serving as a battalion commander. She alleged the four white men under her command were causing trouble. However, the investigation says there was no evidence of any wrongdoing by the four and that others on the base had never heard of the “four horsemen.”
The report then concluded Gordon should be relieved of duty:
“LTC Gordon’s relationship with her current command team is becoming increasingly dysfunctional, causing a sensed polarization of her Battalion and impacting the Battalion’s cohesiveness. It appears that ever since the Battalion’s leadership conducted their Pre-Deployment Site Survey in Afghanistan, the Battalion Commander has increasingly estranged herself from her entire command element,” the investigation document into Gordon’s behavior states.
“The existing climate involving the Battalion Commander and her staff cannot be described as anything less than toxic and nonconducive to the efficient execution of the Battalion’s wartime mission,” the document reads.
“Based on the above facts, I recommend that LTC Gordon be removed from the battle roster and relieved from command. ..."
That would be very unwise, though it would certainly be interesting if they were to try. We’ve learnt from history, you see. See also here.
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] California Democrat David Atkins this week called for Trump supporters to be “deprogrammed” in “post WWII” type reeducation camps.
“No seriously…how *do* you deprogram 75 million people? Where do you start? Fox? Facebook?” Atkins said.
“We have to start thinking in terms of post-WWII Germany or Japan. Or the failures of Reconstruction in the South.” he added.
Atkins called the 75+ million people who voted for President Trump a “belligerent death cult against reality.”
After taking heat for his tweets, David Atkins gaslighted by claiming he doesn’t really mean “re-education camps” (he does).
Many unhinged leftists agree with David Atkins.
One leftist called for churchgoers to be re-educated.
One Fascist suggested the German way is the way to go..
David Atkins previously said he couldn’t wait for white Republican voters to die.
David Atkins’ unhinged tweetstorm calling for conservatives to be put into reeducation camps comes after Democrats began compiling lists of Trump supporters, suggesting they will be used to hold the president’s supporters accountable.

This guy is seriously brainwashed with left-wing garbage. He would have gotten along well in Stalin's Russia and the U.S.S.R. He should get re-educated himself.

A smart California conservative with violent instincts would have voted lefty in every election where it didn't matter so that they could punch guys like this in the face and get away with it.
