[DailyWire] A photo emerged of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti posing next to one of his top advisers in 2017 giving a thumbs up while that advisor had his hand near another man’s crotch. The photo raises new questions about Garcetti’s claim that he had no knowledge of inappropriate conduct by the adviser.
The adviser, former Deputy Chief of Staff Rick Jacobs, was accused of sexual misconduct by journalist Yashar Ali, who said that Jacobs used to "forcibly kiss me when I worked in politics."
Garcetti, a Democrat, has recently worked for Joe Biden’s vice presidential search committee and has been floated as a potential cabinet pick in a Biden administration.

(RedState) While some in mainstream media have attacked the Trump campaign and Americans raising questions about voter fraud and/or irregularities in the election, the Federal Election Commission Chair Trey Trainor said that the Trump campaign is bringing "legitimate accusations" to court in the form of affidavits of credible witnesses and other evidence in their challenges in various states.
From Just the News:
Trainor said his review of evidence, including numerous affidavits claiming voter fraud and a sworn statement by a prominent mathematician flagging up to 100,000 Pennsylvania ballots, met the first level of legal scrutiny under what’s known as motion to dismiss or "Rule 12(b)(6)" of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which would dismiss less credible claims. [....]
"When considering a motion for summary judgment, a judge will view all evidence in the light most favorable to the movant’s opponent," explains Cornell University Law School’s Legal Information Institute website.
"What I would be concerned with, if I were on the other side of these election contests that are going on around the country, is that if you look at the level of evidence that has been provided by these affidavits — hundreds of affidavits that corroborate events that have happened on the ground — in a summary judgment phase of these cases, you have to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true," Trainor told "Just the News AM" television show Friday morning.
Trainor said that the massive amounts of affidavits shows there was indeed fraud that took place and "the other side really needs to answer these questions."
Trainor said these are "legitimate accusations" that are going to be tried in court and that we should "let the legal process play out." He hoped that they were able to come to conclusion that everyone would think was "legitimate."
As we reported previously, there have been all kinds of affidavits submitted showing problematic issues, from machines appearing to have been wrongly opened/tampered with prior to use in the election, counters giving Trump votes to Biden and hundreds of pristine non-creased ballots suddenly showing up all marked "Biden." Some of those affidavits are even from people who say they are Democrats. Clearly there was fraud/irregularities. The question is: can you show that there was sufficient issues that will change the results?
One of those questions that could show sufficient issues is questions about uncounted votes and the Dominion systems that happened in Georgia for example and the transposition of votes in Antrim County, Michigan. How do you get a transposition of votes in Antrim County because an election official didn’t do a system update? That’s what the "explanation" was. Then we were told that the system crashed temporarily in one county in Georgia when they did do an update. So it begs the question: how could you have such a transposition and what’s going on with the "updates?" Those would have been good questions to ask Dominion Voting Systems. But they begged out of a public hearing in Pennsylvania and according to the GOP representatives there, the company has "lawyered up." The GOP representatives blasted the company, declaring, "Why are they hiding?"
"Don't you want the elections to be fair? If so, help us investigate, if all the claims of fraud are false the investigation will strengthen your mandate."

[The Hill] One of the biggest tests awaiting President-elect Joe Biden after he takes office is how his Justice Department will handle calls from some Democrats to investigate and prosecute President Trump. The hits just keep on comin'!
Trump will lose expansive legal protections after Jan. 20, and the new administration will have to decide whether to follow up on congressional and local law enforcement investigations or try to turn the page on the Trump era and avoid the political risks that could come with such an unprecedented court case.
No former president has ever been charged with a crime after leaving office, but Trump is already the subject of a number of probes. In New York, the state attorney general and the Manhattan district attorney are conducting fraud investigations into his past business practices.
And Biden will likely face pressure from some Democratic lawmakers and voters to go after Trump for what they believe has been a presidential term rife with abuses of power.
"Donald Trump along with his worst enablers must be tried for their crimes against our nation and Constitution," Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.), a veteran of the House Ways and Means Committee, said in a statement this past week. "Importantly, any further abuse of the sacred pardon power to shield criminals would itself be obstruction of justice, and any self-pardons would be illegal."

If they do, it will slow any other actions and guarantee a Republican majority in Congress in 2022, and a Republican backlash in state legislatures and the public which could be leveraged for election reform to prevent fraud again. And it will pave the way for a GOP president in 2024,

is how his Justice Department will handle calls from some Democrats to investigate and prosecute President Trump
I've seen some of this in the media. They'd best not unless they want to kick off a shit storm the likes of which they have never before seen. Most likely, those lefties who are sitting cozy now will be at risk too. Not a threat, just a prediction.

I think the establishment deep state knows the minefield that is a Trump prosecution. They will launch investigations, sure. It will appease the rabid amongst them for a time. Drag it out a year and then end with a slap on the wrist and then sweep the whole thing under a rug.
Any real push towards a full lockup of Trump and his main supporters will move the needle full into civil war.
The real test is keeping the New York rabid idiots in check.
Once the decision is made to criminalize opposition to the Democrats, there's no reason to obey due process. No doubt the crimes will be "too serious" to waste effort on things like discovery -- and we've already had the Do"J" hiding exculpatory evidence during a political prosecution.
Any attempt to touch Trump in anyway has to be treated as beyond the pale -- a modern crossing of the Rubicon.

There is enough dirt on Hunter to be sent to prison for life. Some of those illegal acts were done in Republican jurisdictions with Republican district attorneys.
[Townhall] Sidney Powell joined Larry O'Connor for an exclusive interview about her legal case on behalf of the Trump campaign in the 2020 presidential election. In her much talked about press conference with Rudy Giuliani on Thursday, she claimed that President Trump won re-election in a landslide, and they were going to prove it.
O'Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.
"It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue," Powell said. "Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they're shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet."
She also claims that they have testimony from witnesses opening military ballots and trashing them if they were for Trump, and substitute ballots were put in for Biden.
"I'm essentially staking my personal and professional reputation on these allegations, and I have no hesitation from what I've seen in doing so," she noted. "In fact, I think it would be irresponsible if not criminal of me not to come forward with it."

Are there any volunteers who will do the work of archiving these sites related to voting systems and their employees before the sites get deleted from Google search.
And also to collect this information from archiving sites like the Wayback Machine before they get deleted from these archiving sites.
Also there needs to be a purge in the CIA, FBI and NSA because there must be many people in there who knew about this voting fraud and covered it up for Biden.

This certainly doesn't smell right. When I worked for a large bank, I would get notices from Legal NOT to shred or erase or delete anything for a period of time. Where is Dominion's Legal Department? Or are they just way more corrupt than I can imagine?

You think may Sidney has someone or someones on the inside?
The US Justice Department is silent. Bob Barr runs it.
The CISA outfit Trump created signed off on a clean election, then Trump fired the man.
Damn people, this is obviously a bunch of low grade propaganda. This Powell woman is a liar and has no data( like FoxNews had to report after they tried to get her on), her and Guiliani are being paid to keep us inflamed so Trump can make a fortune off "Trump TV" starting here in about 4 months, watch and see.

Panicked management CYA decision by people whose ethics were long since badly tainted by the business they engage in, Tom, about which the Legal department was deliberately not consulted or informed. Because everyone knows they are legally obliged to advise not to do such things. Legal may well be doing shredding of their own, thinking that convictions are much harder without physical evidence.
My apologies, Sheque Flereting6003 — your article was hit with a stray gamma ray attack. I was able to reconstitute everything except your pithy comment, so if you would add that in the comments below, I would be grateful.

Apparently, Governor Brown deciding that Antifa rioting is legal has given conservative Oregonians -- of whom there are very many outside of Portland -- the idea that this whole law and order thing is a lot more flexible than they had thought.
[OregonLive] Gov. Kate Brown has imposed a new round of statewide restrictions on businesses and social gatherings -- just in time for Thanksgiving. The emergency orders, intended to slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, include limiting gatherings to six people even in private homes.
But Oregon’s sheriffs and other local officials are struggling to figure out how to enforce the orders -- or whether they should enforce them at all -- as the deadly virus rages through their communities. A few sheriffs and police chiefs have said they will disregard the orders and not make arrests or otherwise seek to punish people.
Clackamas County Commissioner Tootie Smith gained national attention this week for saying she will hold a large Thanksgiving celebration with "as many family and friends" as possible, despite the governor’s orders.
"We are adults. We do not need to be treated like second-rate slaves," she said. Tootie, what part of being a conservative in Kate Brown's Oregon are you not understanding?
Another county's commissioners said "We cannot in good conscience condone citing or potentially arresting people for gathering with family to give thanks on Thanksgiving or for attending Church services." Which would cause the NYT to call them "far-right extremists".
A local mayor said one of the most surprising comments that the Governor made was, "I am not asking you, I am telling you." Hey Antifa guys things, here's some actual fascism for you. Knickers on full twist!
She also has said that she is working with the Oregon State Police who will be working with local law enforcement to enforce her orders. "Mein Fuhrer! I can valk!"
[THEEPOCHTIMES] Law firm Kirkland & Ellis has requested withdrawal from representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar in a lawsuit brought forward by the Trump campaign, with Kramer Levin attorney Barry Berke stepping in as a substitute.Kirkland & Ellis attorneys made the request in a notice of substitution of counsel filed on Nov. 20 (pdf), noting that Boockvar would be represented by law firm Kramer Levin, Myers Brier & Kelly, and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, until the end of legal proceedings.
This is not the first time Berke is to confront President Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... ’s legal team, with the National Law Journal reporting that Berke served as special counsel to the House Judiciary Committee as it built its impeachment case against Trump.
The move to switch legal representation comes after Linda Kerns, a lawyer leading the Trump campaign’s efforts to dispute the election results in Pennsylvania, complained to a federal court that she received an abusive voicemail from a Kirkland & Ellis attorney, with Kerns saying the message "by any measure falls afoul of standards of professional conduct."
In a response, Kirkland lawyer Daniel Donovan said he thought the call was "discourteous and not appropriate" but disagreed with how Kerns had described it.
He said the company associate was "acting unilaterally, in his personal capacity, without the knowledge or authorization of undersigned counsel or the firm."
Kerns has been placed under official protection after allegedly being subjected to various forms of harassment, with a Nov. 18 filing (pdf) saying she was "the subject of threats of harm, to the point at which the involvement of police and U.S. Marshals has been necessary to provide for her safety."
She wrote on Nov. 16 that she had "been subjected to continuous harassment in the form of abusive emails, phone calls, physical and economic threats, and even accusations of treason—all for representing the President of the United States’ campaign in this litigation."
Kerns later sought permission to quit working on the case, and Judge Matthew Brann allowed her to be "withdrawn as counsel" for the Trump campaign, according to a court filing.
There have been reports of harassment targeting lawyers representing Trump in election-related legal challenges.
The Trump campaign and Republican allies have filed several lawsuits in Pennsylvania, including challenging a deadline extension that allowed mail-in ballots received up to three days after Election Day to be counted, another alleging poll observers were kept too far away from vote counters and that Democrat-majority counties received preferential treatment, and another challenging Boockvar’s deadline extension for absentee voters to provide missing proof of identification.
[REDSTATE] It looks like Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, 21 is another District that has flipped from Blue to Red. Republican David Valadao has defeated first-time incumbent Democrat TJ Cox for the U.S. House of Representatives seat. After the latest update from Kern County, Valadao’s lead of 2,644 votes in the race shrank on Friday to 1,618 votes. The number of votes left to count from Fresno, Kern, Kings, and Tulare counties has dwindled, the lead was enough for Dave Wasserman, U.S. House editor for the nonpartisan Cook Political Report and NBC News contributor to call the race.
Like Young Kim in CA-39, this District was another one stolen by ballot harvesting in 2018. David Valadao was elected in 2012, and had already served three terms. In the 2018 race, the AP had already called the race for Valadao, when late-counted ballots put TJ Cox ahead of him by 862 votes. After two years of Cox, a businessman with a trail of corruption in his wake, voters appear to once again want Valadao to represent them.
AP has not yet called this race, but local publications like the San Joaquin Valley Sun are already making the call:
"Nov. 20, 2020, 4:21 p.m.: With an update of 11,472 provisional ballots breaking 53.67 percent for Rep. TJ Cox (D—Fresno) and putting an insufficient dent into his deficit, The San Joaquin Valley Sun is projecting that former Rep. David Valadao (R—Hanford) will reclaim his seat in Congress.
"Current estimates for remaining uncounted ballots in Kern County — the bluest portion of the south Valley district — sit in the 8,000 ballot range, requiring Cox to win more than 80 percent of remaining ballots."

[TOWNHALL] Trump Team attorney Sidney Powell on Friday told Newsmax's Howie Carr that once the campaign drops evidence of voter fraud there will be a number of people who will need to be in witness protection. "When are we going to have some positive developments in the president's case here?" Carr asked.
Powell said evidence of fraud will be released this coming week.
"This was very widespread, very deliberate, well-funded and everybody and their pet rock is trying to stop me from exposing it," the attorney said.
According to Powell, the various election software that was used went far beyond just the presidential election and was used so specific people were put in government positions. She believes it was also used against John James, the Republican candidate for Senate in Michigan, and Leon Benjamin, the Republican candidate for Virginia's 4th Congressional District.
"I think they did it to any particularly strong Republican candidate this time around," she said.
When Carr pressed the former federal prosecutor about whether or not there will evidence of a "smoking gun," Powell stated the Trump Team has it.
"We have a number of smoking guns," Powell said. "And we may have to get witness protection for them."
Powell has repeatedly said software and election officials have the ability the flip votes, in this case from Trump to Biden. She claimed the Trump Team also has evidence of dead people voting in the election, something Corey Lewandowski talked about in Pennsylvania earlier this month.
Based on her estimates, Powell believes roughly seven million votes were purged from President Trump and given to former Vice President Biden. She estimates that Biden received at least 10 million fraudulent votes. Although the Trump Team is still verifying the data they were provided with, Powell said if it ends up being solid, several million dead people voted in the 2020 election.
"We've also got evidence of people being paid, check stubs of people being paid to ballot harvest and do fraudulent voting," she said.

I keep hearing that the good guys will win and great things are coming.... but I have lost hope. Latest example is the fizzle that was Barr and his swamp poodle "prosecutor", and that lawless judge in the Flynn case running the clock all the way past the election.

And the snow is starting to fall
Then my eyes go southward knowing
That's the place that I love best of all Venezuela I've been blue
Since I've been away from you
Venezuela, here I come
Right back where I started from
Where boxes of ballots arrive overnight
Each evening the shock troops assemble and fight
A nonbinary freak said "Don't be late!"
That's why I can hardly wait
Open up that hellish gate Venezuela, here I come
Venezuela, here I come, yeah
Right back where I started from
Where fortunes for swampies arrive in the chute

I fear a civil war is coming. At least my kids are young and given where we are it shouldn't be much to us but I get the feeling for many, if Biden steals this election, it's a line too far. And I suspect many democrats will regret all they've done to normal people over the years as they will discover that mercy and compassion got beat out of us and the answer to their treason will be disciplined, ruthless rage. They made it war to the knife and will reap what they've sown.
Before the other side's thugs beat us into submission.
Before every election in this country becomes suspect.
Before the borders are opened up to hordes of COVID-positive illegals.
Before we permanently hand over our industry supply chain including (all our active pharmaceutical ingredient production) to Biden's Chinese handlers.
Before the fracking industry is destroyed and we revert to endless wars in the Middle East.
Before our historical memory is effaced entirely from the schools and our children are branded as racists along with Mincoln, Jefferson, Washington and Martin Luther King.

Hey Dims, it's gonna be a low down cryin shame for you in GEORGIA baby.
* Joe Biden votes being "weighted" at 1.25 times and President Donald Trump votes being parsed at 3/4.
* Algorithms that gave Democrats 35,000 extra votes.
* Modifications made to voting machines after statutory cutoff dates for changes.
* Past election victories, including Hillary Clinton's primary victory over Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., being forced decided by Dominion Voting Systems.
* Alleged pay-for-play kick backs to public officials, potentially even Georgia GOP Gov. Kemp for a late grant to use Dominion Voting Systems.
"Georgia is probably going to be the first state I'm gonna blow up," (Sidney) Powell said rhetorically with her pending lawsuits alleging massive voter fraud.

The Leftist Mainstream Media is of course in full spin mode here. Sidney never worked for the campaign.

[REDSTATE] It appears someone in the Georgia secretary of state’s office got a bit over their skis, after Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced today that Georgia had certified former Vice President Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Joe's wife and daughter weren't killed by a drunk driver. He didn't graduate with three or even two degrees, wasn't in the top half of his law class, and his daddy didn't come home from a hard day's work in the mines and play football with the guys. The NAACP hasn't endorsed him every time he's run. If you believe Tara Reade you probably shouldn't vote for him.... as the state’s presidential winner, which our own Streiff reported earlier on Friday.
Now, the office is backtracking on that. In a live update, under a banner reading, "Georgia secretary of state issues correction, saying certification of its general election results is still under way," the Washington Post reports:
Despite an earlier announcement, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) said the office is still completing its certification. The office issued a correction, reversing an earlier announcement that had declared the certification was complete. Raffensperger said he expects certification to be completed later Friday.
A revised update from WaPo included this depiction of the "error":
His office then stumbled on the final step, prematurely announcing that the certification was complete while only unofficial results remained on the public website. Forty minutes after the big news, the secretary of state’s office corrected its news release and said the results would be released later.
[...]
State law requires Raffensperger to certify the election results by 5 p.m. Friday. Then, Gov. Brian Kemp has until 5 p.m. Saturday to certify the state’s slate of 16 presidential electors.
There was also this more reality-based take from the Washington Examiner:
The snafu was just the latest embarrassing turn in what has been a chaotic electoral process in the traditional Republican state.
Earlier at the state Capitol, Raffensperger had declared: "Working as an engineer throughout my life, I live by the motto that numbers don’t lie."
"As secretary of state, I believe that the numbers that we have presented today are correct. The numbers reflect the verdict of the people, not a decision by the secretary of state’s office or of courts or of either campaign," he said.

How could anyone certify an election that used the same corrupt system and processes for the recount?
[PJMedia] Thursday evening, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted to approve an audit of the 2020 election.
The Republican-controlled chamber voted 112 — 90 to instruct the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct the audit and report back by early February or hire a contractor to do so. House Democrats objected to the measure, calling it unconstitutional.
The resolution doesn’t require approval by the state Senate or Democrat Governor Tom Wolf.
The Trump campaign is currently contesting the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the committee will generate a report which will include county-by-county and statewide audits.
• For both absentee and mail-in ballots, the number of applications received, the number that were approved by the county board of elections, and the number returned by voters that were subsequently canvassed.
• The number of qualified voters who used provisional ballots.
• The number of applications for absentee ballots from people who were not registered to vote, but subsequently did submit a voter registration application in time for the election — and the same information concerning mail-in ballots.
• For each county, the date and time that the county board of elections began pre-canvassing absentee ballots and mail-in ballots.
The report will also include "reviews of incidents with voting machines; of ’any inconsistent treatment’ of mail-in ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day; of any inconsistencies in the way counties processed ’deficient’ ballots; and of access given to poll watchers and ’authorized representatives.'"
