I have asked the FBI for a briefing on Rep. Swalwell's ties to a reported-spy from China. Twice it has been scheduled. Twice it has been canceled by the FBI.
Swalwell is a national security liability. This is too important for the FBI to continue to stonewall.

Both Washington and Andrew Jackson would have taken the 7th floor and hung Wray by now. They either have dirt on Trump (head IRS etc.) or he's gone full idiot coward on us.
Nathan Hale is rolling in his honored grave. Personally I'm done with this shit show. We've all held our breath for the Don, he's pussied out leaving us fully screwed.

None of this passes the smell test. Within the past few days a whore or sex problem was discovered in the ranks of the bureau - Politico story. Only one article, then it all went quiet.
Swalwell was quoted as having stayed in touch with Christina Fang and family after she left the US. Looks to me like a plea deal of sorts.
"Hey, work with us on this. You keep us posted on these SOB's on a regular basis and we'll make sure the kak level remains low on yours truly."

So far Black Charlie Tingle comment is 100% right. Someone should determine what is the craziest, scariest thing they've accused Trump of and investigate the Dems on those lines.

OK I'll play. How about
FALSE: Trump's hitting on ... his daughter!!!
TRUE: According to text messages exchanged with his former bedmate, the woman who married his brother, Biden's son was that woman's 14 year-old daughter -- IOW his underaged niece
FALSE: Trump wants to break the sanctions and do private business deals with the Russians!!!
TRUE: The Bidens' Chinese business partners in CEFC traveled to Moscow and signed a deal to buy 14% of Russia's state-owned oil company Rosneft.
In a separate transaction, Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million interest-free "loan" -- for what legitimate business purpose no one can say -- from a corrupt Russian billionaire, the ex-wife of Moscow's notorious thief-mayor Yuri Luzhkov.
FALSE: Trump doesn't just flatter Putin; he's actually an agent for the Kremlin!!!
TRUE: The Bidens' Chinese business partners work for a front organization that has been used repeatedly by Chinese intelligence to bribe politicians in Africa and other nations as a way of compromising them. Trump's junior accuser, the ranking member in the House intelligence Committee, was trapped by a Chinese honeypot for years.

Possible scenario: Dems turn on Plugs following inauguration. Plugs goes down hard over Hunter problem. Plugs resigns within the first 90 days due to "medical issues". Kam moves to Oval Office. Deep State picks the Hildebeest to be Kam's VP.

Well it's at least 50/50 odds that Plugger doesn't last through 2021. He's obviously mentally decrepit and just as obviously implicated in his son's crimes. Perhaps he can hang on till the midterms in 2022 but the GOP will take the House and impeach him in 2023.
So one way or another it's very likely that he won't finish his term. No tinfoil needed to support that statement.

Some people believe that if Biden croaks or is ousted, the deepState won't accept a Kamala, and they might JFK her. It's ridiculous at face value, but in these times not implausible.
With absolute decison-making power to the chicoms, the deepState players may still benefit, way more than in a Republican administration. But with loons and crims [especially wimmin] in charge, there is just chaos. Nobody wants chaos. Not Langley, not China, not the DNC.
Of course, this may be just the wishful fantasy of old analysts without a bearing on the dynamics of today.

Agreed they want docility and predictability. That's Plugs.

[DocumentCloud.org] STUDENT RETENTION AT THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE: MEETING STUDENTS' NEEDS at the link
It is rather boring. She starts with a history of community college which goes on for far too long. The amount of original research is quite slim and there are some other problems.
However, I've seen worse; much worse. For one thing this paper was not 'woke'. It frankly admits that most minority students come ill prepared for college level work.
Her first suggestion for improvement was to move from MLA to APA format because it was easier for students in community college. I think that is actually a good suggestion.

[Free Beacon] House Democrats stripped down an anti-China bill that unanimously passed in the Senate by removing language reining in Chinese government influence on U.S. campuses.
The Senate's National Defense Authorization Act included a provision that authorized the Department of Education to withhold funding from U.S. universities that host Chinese government-backed Confucius Institutes on campus. House Democrats removed the measure from the final version of the bill following negotiations. Louisiana senator John Kennedy (R.), who helped write the anti-Confucius Institute measure, said Democrats led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) had "gutted" a key weapon to counter Chinese influence in academia.
"Communist China is still buying influence on U.S. campuses," Kennedy said. "Yet Democrats gutted an NDAA amendment that would protect academic freedom and give U.S. colleges control over what Confucius Institutes teach on our soil."
The NDAA provisions were originally part of the CONFUCIUS Act, which unanimously passed in the Senate in June. The House Democrats' decision to water down the provisions comes after Pelosi stonewalled action on the CONFUCIUS Act for months, pushing her caucus to vote down Republican attempts to put it on the House floor. The attitude is consistent with Democratic leadership's ambivalence when it comes to China-related issues: Pelosi and others have thus far ignored Republican requests to remove Rep. Eric Swalwell (D., Calif.) from the House Intelligence Committee after a report revealed that he unknowingly interacted with a Chinese spy.
[LI] Long before Joe Biden became the Democratic presidential nominee, reports circulated that the then-77-year-old former VP signaled he’d only commit to serving one term if elected. This came after months of Democrats and media figures raised the issue of his age and cognitive health after a series of gaffes and flubs made during the primaries.
Even after he officially secured the nomination, the questions about Biden’s mental fitness to lead persisted. At one point when he was point-blank asked about it by a reporter in early August 2020. Days later, he announced Sen. Kamala Harris as his vice-presidential running mate.
Along with his choice of Harris came the inevitable speculation from Republicans that Biden, who was still made several incoherent statements from the comfort of his basement, would be a mere figurehead if elected. At the same time, Harris would effectively take the reins and officially take them in the event Biden was already making plans to step down after the election.
Such speculation was further fueled by reports from pro-Biden news outlets like CNN, who suggested the reason Biden chose Harris was to have someone ready to step up "if and when" he "decides to step aside."
A month later, both Harris and Biden each talked within a day of each other about a "Harris administration." Harris corrected herself, but Biden did not. Some suggested they’d been caught accidentally saying the quiet part out loud.
Now here we are, a month and a half after Election Day. Literally, just one day after the Electoral College voted to make the victory "official" for Biden and Harris, there are already calls from liberal circles to give Harris a "more important" job than "just the vice president."
So a corrupt old zombie clown who wasn't elected but will nonetheless take office - thanks to massive, brazen ridiculous fraud - is about to step aside for a whore who also wasn't elected. She only became VP because he needed someone who could tick off identity boxes. This came after she failed to win even a single primary race.

Why is this situation tolerated?
Good question, JS3078. Several potential answers:
1) Because the Normies are in shock - a state of Denial that eventually will give away to Bargaining, Acceptance and finally Death.
2) Because the mostly peaceful protestors (MPPs) have terrified the law-abiding Normies into submission. They value Peace more than honesty and integrity-- a perfectly rational choice, bolstered by the evident fact that many of those charged with interpreting the laws fear violence by the MPPs if the laws are upheld.
3) In contrast to 1) and 2), this madness actually won't be tolerated much longer. The Normies are merely keeping their powder dry and will soon engage in mass civil disobedience and nationwide strikes.
Which is it? Place your bets, folks

[PJ] Explosive testimony at a Senate hearing on the 2020 election Wednesday will make you wonder if Joe Biden really did win the state of Nevada by some 33,600 votes. An attorney for Donald Trump repeated a disputed claim Wednesday that there were four times more fraudulent votes than Biden’s margin of victory.
Nevada certified its vote for Joe Biden on November 23rd and the Electoral College has elected Joe Biden the winner of the election, but the count has been in dispute since Election Day and beyond.
In testimony before the U.S. Senate Homeland Security Committee, Trump attorney Jesse Binnall claimed that his statisticians, using open source information and databases, determined that 130,000 votes cast in the November 3rd election were fraudulent—nearly four times Biden’s win margin.
A judge threw out his lawsuit on behalf of President Trump alleging the fraud, as The Nevada Independent reported.
[The judge] summarily dismissed its claims of voter fraud and request for an overturn of election results in a ruling on Friday, writing that the campaign’s evidence provided "little to no value" based on questionable or "unsound" methodology, adding that the evidence failed to show any "credible or reliable evidence that the 2020 General Election in Nevada was affected by fraud."
The Trump campaign nonetheless appealed the decision to the state Supreme Court on Monday, saying in filings that the court failed to take into account "expert" testimony provided by the campaign and applied a higher evidentiary standard than required to prove sufficient voter fraud had occurred.
However, ABC News reported that Senator Rand Paul said that the judges "didn’t rule on whether there was fraud, as many cases were dismissed on procedural grounds before they were argued on the merits."
Like many I see a collection of Politically aligned Judges acting in an unison and openly Politically Bias manner to violate State laws and constitutions. All of which meets RICO Act standards for prosecution.
All with the End goal of helping the Socialist-Democrats ousting Trump before he can further dismantle the DC/Globalist Click. Bypass the Dept of State and fix the middle east and return DC to a Constitutional run government answerable to the Citizens.

Legal wrangling aside, the simple obvious fact is that the man our elites claim as president-elect wasn't elected by anything like a fair or honest process.
The election was a bad joke. Everyone in the country can see that.
Ballot stuffing. Obviously fraudulent ballots arriving after midnight in the tens of thousands. Dead voters, voters with identical birth dates, people getting ballots they never requested or being told they'd already voted when showed up to polling places etc.
Ridiculously slanted media coverage. Media censorship of any and all stories about the most flagrantly, obviously corrupt presidential candidate's family that this nation has ever seen in its 232 year history. A candidate who has almost certainly been compromised by our greatest foreign enemy. Which is now preparing to launch another war in Asia against one of our close allies.
And we the people are supposed to shit up and accept this nightmare as a normal occurrence?
#3
No matter what the media says or ignores, this will be coming to light. 'Move along and unite' isn't going to work. I ask again, just what happens when it all gets hashed out, oh, say around next Memorial Day?
Which means every political candidate and political operative will now be mastering the techniques of ballot harvesting and ballot manufacturing, fiddling and double or triple-counting.
If these results are not overthrown, we'll never see honest elections again in this country

It seems the battlefield has been being prepped for
September 12, 2018 EO 13848 “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.”
[PJMEDIA] In a stunning upset, Republican Mackenzie Kelly defeated Democrat incumbent Jimmy Flannigan in Austin’s District 6 runoff Tuesday. Kelly ran on a platform that includes restoring police department funding and ending the city’s permissive homeless camping ordinance. She won with 52% to Flannigan’s 48%, a margin of just about 700 votes overall.Kelly’s win, and Republican Jennifer Virden’s near-win in District 10, may signal a major shift in Austin voters’ thinking. The Democrat-dominated city was already up in arms over the homeless camping ordinance, which allows homeless people to camp just about anywhere they want all over the city (except city hall) since the council passed it unanimously in the summer of 2019. That has led to encampments under overpasses and even on the fringes of neighborhoods all over Austin. Those camps are unsanitary and unsafe; one of them recently burned.
Then the pandemic struck, and Mayor Steve Adler took an authoritarian approach that has, among other things, badly damaged the city’s once-vibrant live music scene (and his own credibility). #SaveOurStages became a force in the city because Adler and the city council’s policies are harming one of Austin’s trademarks, destroying many residents’ ability to make a living at all.
Then the riots struck, and the Austin city council sprinted without thinking at all toward defunding its already short-staffed police department. The city council sliced about $140 to $150 million, about a third, from that budget. The mayor and city council never considered the likely consequences on crime rates or the city’s living and business climates. They just did what the radical activists told them to do. Crime soared. The city council has shown no signs of caring about it. They have instead promoted a woke "social contract" that is, well, infantile.
Kelly and Virden ran against incumbent Democrats Jimmy Flannigan and Alison Alter respectively. Both made the runoff and now Kelly has unseated Flannigan. Virden narrowly missed by a few hundred votes, which should encourage other Republicans to challenge in other districts in a couple of years. Both ran on pro-law enforcement, anti-homeless camping platforms.
Kelly’s win and Virden’s near-miss are significant. So what’s on the front page of the city’s major newspaper, the Austin American-Statesman, today?
Nothing about the city council earthquake. Not a word.

[RT] Facebook has reversed its election-season policy of prioritizing mainstream media stories in News Feed after a similar move from Twitter. This is as Mark Zuckerberg ...the Peewee Herman clone who owns Facebook. He's got more money than Croesus and thinks he should be regulated by the government because it does such a nifty job with all the other stuff it regulates.... is sued for allegedly helping tip the vote in favor of Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... An algorithm tweak that saw Facebook users deluged with mainstream media stories following last month’s elections has been reversed, the social media behemoth told the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... on Wednesday, insisting that the change — which significantly boosted traffic for establishment outlets like CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... , NPR, and the Times itself while suppressing alt-media and right-wing sites — was never meant to be permanent.
Boosting the importance of "news ecosystem quality," essentially a reputational score applied to news outlets, was "a temporary change we made to help limit the spread of inaccurate claims about the election," Facebook front man Joe Osborne told the outlet. He explained that the platform was still prioritizing so-called "authoritative and informative news" on "important global topics like elections, Covid-19 and climate change."

[RT] Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer ...Her Excellency, the dictator of Michigan, 2020 Dem VP contender... used a Zoom call with Santa and six groups of children — complete with Covid-19 questions by the little ones — to teach kids not to visit grandparents and other family members for Christmas.
"Another way to stay safe during the holiday is to stay home, but call your grandparents and your cousins and your family," Whitmer said in a video of the call posted on Wednesday. "It's the safest way to tell the people you love how much you care about them."
The call began with Whitmer introducing Santa to the children and inviting them to ask him questions. Rather than asking about toys or reindeer, the children all stuck to the Covid-19 theme. One asked whether Santa had to wear a mask (of course he and the elves are following government guidelines), while another asked if coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... had spread to the North Pole (no, but Santa and the elves are testing regularly and taking every precaution).
One helpful young boy said he would leave out hand sanitizer for Santa to use when he's done with the milk and cookies — a suggestion that the Democrat governor praised.
Gretchen Whitmer always sounds like a Saturday Night Live impression of Gretchen Whitmer. https://t.co/uzgOh25PkW
[THEHILL] Pity Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... . He is the dog that finally caught the bus and he is soon to be political roadkill. While he celebrates his victory in the Electoral College, powerful forces already are engaged to doom him and his presidency. His two central problems are that he has set the wrong expectations and that his policies will not work in the current domestic and international political, economic and military environment.
The only message in his "I’m-not-Trump" political campaign was that President Trump made a mess of domestic and foreign policy and that Biden would fix all of that. The deadly trap is that Trump did very well on many key measures and Biden inevitably will do much worse, creating a failed Biden presidency.
His Day One issue of COVID-19 already is a loser. Researchers developed vaccines in record time, under Trump’s direction, and are rolling them out. The complex issue of distribution now goes to Biden. Any significant number of deaths among the vulnerable communities of nursing homes, the elderly in general, minorities, and those with pre-existing conditions will fall solely on Biden’s team. Similarly, sustained economic damage resulting from lockdowns will fall on Biden and Democratic officials.
The other Day One issue is Biden’s budget. He has proposed tax increases that will affect all income groups, with a disproportionate impact on high-income earners. Compounding that increase will be the "hidden tax" of an inevitable increase in inflation from the multitrillion-dollar COVID-19 relief bills. These combined tax increases will trigger investment capital flight, much as they did under former President Obama. The inflation will drive up both interest rates and unemployment, and increase the wealth gap in spite of Biden’s tax policies.

If prices are rising and Congress is stimulating demand artificially with their firehouse-stimulus, and if supply has been reduced thanks to the lockdown and layoffs, then you will have much higher than average inflation, sure as G-d made little green helicoptered greenbacks

Their disaster is that they didn't wait 4 years to pull this shit where there wouldn't be a metric to measure against.
As it is, old white man potato garnished more votes than Obama - totally unbelievable by either side - and the plan to hoist woman of color will be equally unbelievable as a first, especially as she proves the onion everyone knows she is.
Overheated their cloak on the cheat system, and anyone on that side who can understand a three year plan must secretly be wondering how to exit and save face. [The Last Refuge] During the Texas presidential electors legislative session there was a debate over an amendment to wording where the Texas House would rebuke the Supreme Court of the United States for "moral cowardice" in not allowing the Texas challenge to be heard.
During the amendment debate Texas Congressman Matt Patrick (CD-32) put into the ¹record a report from a claimed "Supreme Court staffer" about an internal debate taking place within the high court where justices were arguing the reasons for not allowing the Texas election challenge to take place. As outlined by Patrick Chief Justice Roberts was worried about riots in the streets if the court heard the Texas arguments and evidence.
#1
Of course. Not shocking at all -- this was widely reported material FACT.
Every major city's police force expected left-wing riots on Election Night. Downtown merchants made a run in plywood for backing up their shop windows. Mayors warned merchants to brace for impact.
Antifa and BLM flyers went up in multiple cities' downtown areas promising to "Burn it down if Biden's not elected."
Given the weakness and cowardice Roberts has shown, it's totally plausible that he has influenced the liberals and is trying to influence the new Justice and mom of kids from Haiti to avoid any decision that might ignite still more political violence.
IOW the mob now has veto power over our political and juridical systems.
How much longer will the normies tolerate this situation?
If the courts are cowed by these thugs, what remedy is left?
#6
I agree it seems (a little bit) unlikely, if believable, but the opinion cited in #4 concludes with - the effort to undo the election is fundamentally a mob action
Just speaking for myself, I just want to have the illegal votes disqualified and the cheaters punished.

I also doubt the authenticity of the overheard report.
If true however Roberts should be pressured to step down. The Supreme Court can't let the mob veto the Constitution. What happens beyond the very strict confines of Constitutional legalities is beyond their concern. Maybe warn the authorities a day or so before passing judgement likely to cause riots would be the closest they should ever come to non-constitutional concerns.
#12
Do you want riots from a ragtag gang of anarchists or 75-80 million pissed-off voters?
That said, that should not be the concern of SCOTUS. If they are intimidated by Antifa or BLM, they should not be sitting on the Court. We don't need the faint of heart sitting on the bench who can be manipulated by a bunch of street thugs.

Look, whatever evidence there may be, the central fact is that we have about 6,000 or so elite individuals in this country - across both parties' professionals, top editors and publishers and broadcast execs, and Big Tech and Wall Street and other corporate CEOs, and judges and top officials in the federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies - who were hell-bent on ejecting Orange Nosferatu from the White House.
They told us so. They wiretapped him and lied about it. They fabricated garbage about him and lied about it. They hounded and persecuted his people, refusing to stop even when the government itself withdrew the case. They went on the airwaves and bleated outlandish lies about him, 24/7, for four years. They impeached him on made-up charges. And then they suppressed a mountain of hard evidence implicating his opponent in every single charge they'd falsely accused the OrangeMan of.
At this point it simply doesn't matter what Roberts might have said or not said in a private conversation. He's one of the 6,000 who have made a joke of our democracy. He does not deserve our defense or support.
And if he isn't careful, he and the other elites will find they don't have our compliance either. It's coming, soon.
Petty tyrant and Grandma killer strikes again
[NY Post] Big Apple eatery owners ‐ already struggling to cope with a second shutdown of indoor dining amid the coronavirus pandemic ‐ were thrown into a panic Thursday night when the Cuomo administration dropped new rules that barred patrons in outdoor spaces from using their indoor bathrooms.
The initial guidance, released publicly by Kapil Longani, counsel to Mayor Bill de Blasio, stated that "customers are not allowed to enter the inside of an SLA-licensed establishment for any reason while the guidance is in effect."
To the dismay of some eatery owners, the guidance indicated that even the bathrooms would be off-limits.
"If my SLA-licensed establishment is offering outdoor dining, may I allow customers to use the bathroom inside?" reads one of the questions on the document.
"No," the reply states. "Customers may not enter the inside of the establishment for any reason."
The regulation threw one city restaurant, Il Posto Accanto on the Lower East Side, into a tailspin.
"The NYSLA new guidance for indoor dining states that customers may not enter the restaurant to use the restroom!!!" said a post on the eatery's Instagram page. "Please Contact Governor Cuomo and all of our elected officials….This is not human!!!!!"
Andrew Rigie, executive director of the New York City Hospitality Alliance, blasted the guidance as "another example of why restaurants and bars feel like government is purposely kicking them in the gut and then stopping on their hand when they're already down."
