Hate Hoax: Police say no hate crime in viral high school hijab incident
Green on green, as it turns out, with accusations of Islamophobia by CAIR and petitions and student walk-outs for extra drama
.[PostMillennial] Following a viral altercation involving a hijab that occurred at Fairfax High School on Dec. 14 that prompted CAIR-backed student protests, the Fairfax Police Department have concluded that there is no evidence of a hate crime.

On Dec. 14, student Ekran Mohammed
...identified by her lawyer as Somali...
said she was called racist slurs, was pushed by two male classmates, and had her hijab pulled, revealing her hair.

In an Instagram video posted several days ago by a woman identifying Mohammed as her niece, Mohammed described the incident.

She said during a monthly meeting with marketing classes, a male Egyptian student "drew the Islamic flag and put a cross on it, like a red cross, like an X."

She added that the male student then specifically looked at her and her two female Moslem friends. After class ended, Mohammed said she walked to see a friend, and her backpack accidentally hit a male student. Mohammed said the male student's friends told him she said he was "ugly and little."

Following that, the male student tried to grab Mohammed's hijab from the back, she said. She turned around and grabbed his hair, and punched him in the stomach. Mohammed said that the male student then threw her into a desk, resulting in bruising to the left side of her body. Paramedics were called because Mohammed collapsed on the floor because she couldn't breathe. The paramedics were called for what the school said was a panic attack.

Fairfax police began an investigation into the matter as advocacy groups, primarily the Council on American-Islamic Relations
... the Moslem Brüderbund's American arm ...
(CAIR), called for an investigation into the alleged hate crime at the local high school.

"The police investigation determined the physical altercation between two Fairfax High School students was not a hate crime. The investigation revealed there were no racial comments made by either student," a Fairfax Police Department blurb stated. "The female student confirmed her hijab became partially undone during the altercation, exposing her hair. The female student advised that the information posted on several social media websites, stating that racial comments were used during the altercation were false," it continued.

Fairfax police determined that there was no evidence of a hate crime. The investigation into the altercation in ongoing.

Following the altercation last week, a petition was created urging for accountability on the school's part. "As the victim forever has this moment engraved in her mind, has already returned to school with no consequences. This is not right, this should have never happened, and the school is covering this up. As you sign this petition we plan to show whoever we can that and the school needs to take accountability for this disgusting incident. We plan on doing whatever we can to get justice and make our schools feel safe again," the petition's description states.

The petition is currently at 25,362 signatures.

On the Thursday morning following the incident, hundreds of students walked out of Fairfax High School in protest. Fairfax County Public Schools told WTOP that at 8:10 am around 350 students at the school "exercised their right to protest following an incident between two students that took place in school on Tuesday afternoon ... Fairfax County Public Schools and City of Fairfax Schools support the rights of students to peacefully protest."

So why hasn't the instigators of FALSE Hate Crime been arrested for creating a physically threatening civil disturbance at a school no less?

BTW: isn't what they have done actually a Hate Crime in itself and should the students be expelled?

National Fraternal Order of Police Blasts NFL's Donations to ‘Defund the Police' Groups
[Breitbart] The National Fraternal Order of Police blasted the National Football League after reports showed that the league has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to anti-police groups that advocate for the end of American police departments.

A recent review of the NFL’s “Inspire Change” social justice spending by Fox News found that the leagues have given hundreds of thousands to at least three anti-cop groups. In addition, the review shows that the NFL is proudly supporting the Vera Institute of Justice, the Oregon Justice Resource Center, and the Community Justice Exchange, all of which support defunding and abolishing the police.

Egypt proudly hosts 6 million migrants, refugees: Foreign Ministry
[AlAhram] Egypt is proud to host 6 million migrants colonists and refugees and is keen to provide them with decent life just as Egyptian citizens, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said on Saturday on the occasion of the International Moslem colonists Migrants Day.

"Egypt has always considered migration as a positive phenomenon and an important means to achieve development in origin and destination countries, and it [migration] contributes to the convergence of civilizations and cultures, which leads to the strengthening of tolerance and the spread of a culture of peace and understanding and acceptance of the other," the statement added.

In October, Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi said at the Visegrad Group (V4) summit in Hungary that he does not allow his country to be a transit point for irregular migrants colonists seeking to reach Europe.

El-Sisi stressed that Egypt had no camps for those refugees, but it, from a human rights
One man's rights are another man's existential threat.
-based approach, treats them as guests on its soil, allowing them at the same time to join its schools and universities as well as being covered in its coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
vaccination campaign.

According to the UN Refugees Agency (UNHCR), Egypt hosts officially more than 265,000 refugees from 65 countries above them Syria, followed by Sudan, Æthiopia, South Sudan, Eritrea
...is run by the People's Front for Democracy and Justice (PFDJ), with about the amounts of democracy and justice you'd expect from a party with that name. National elections have been periodically scheduled and cancelled; none have ever been held in the country. The president, Isaias Afewerki, has been in office since independence in 1993 and will probably die there of old age...
, Æthiopia, Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
, and Somalia.

According to other sources including official statements, Egypt has hosted not less than 500,000 Syrians alone since the start of the crisis in Syria.

International Organization for Migration "IOM" states that there are around 3 million migrants colonists in Egypt.
Clearly, the correct number is lots. For perspective:

Egypt's population increased by 750,000 over past 160 days: CAPMAS
From last Monday.
[AlAhram] Egypt's population increased by 750,000 over the past 160 days to reach 102,750,000 on Monday, according to the Central Agency for Public Mobilisation and Statistics (CAPMAS).

The country’s population reached 102 million people on 5 July 2021, and 250,000 more babies were born over the following 50 days, CAPMAS said.

Cairo is the governorate with the highest population with 10.1 million people, followed by Giza with 9.3 million people and Sharqiya governorate with 7.7 million.

In February, President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi warned of the risks of overpopulation, saying that "unprecedented population growth is Egypt's biggest challenge."

The president added that the country would need to lower the annual population growth rate to 400,000 before Egyptians can reap the fruits of recent development efforts.
They’ve been vaccinating as fast as they can afford with a variety of vaccines, both purchased and domestically produced, so any impact on birthrate/miscarriages should become visible within six months.

Acting Muslim Brotherhood leader Mahmoud Ezzat sentenced to life in prison for espionage
The hellish process continues.
[AlAhram] A Cairo Criminal Court sentenced Mahmoud Ezzat — the acting supreme guide of the Moslem Brüderbund — in a retrial on Sunday to life in prison for collaborating with the Paleostinian group Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", and other foreign organizations and disclosing information pertaining to Egypt’s national security.

According to the prosecution’s investigation on the case that dates back to 2013, Ezzat, along with others, is charged with committing acts that undermine the independence, unity, and territorial integrity of the country.

A life sentence in Egypt carries 25 years in jail.

The official charges levelled against the defendants are communicating with foreign organizations with the aim of committing terrorist acts inside the country and financing terrorism to achieve the purposes of the international organization formally known as the Moslem Brüderbund.

Investigations showed that the defendants cooperated with elements affiliated with a terrorist group in Sinai and qualified others to spread rumors to influence public opinion.

Ezzat, who was arrested in 2020, was first handed a death sentence
...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead...
in absentia in 2015.

Under Egyptian law, in absentia convictions must be re-tried once the defendant is apprehended.

Today’s ruling against Ezzat, who is currently standing trial in other cases, can be appealed.
The Times of Israel adds:
Ezzat was arrested in August 2020 in Cairo, after being on the run for several years.

In April 2021, he was sentenced to life imprisonment on terrorism charges in a separate case.

In 2015, Ezzat was sentenced in absentia to death, as well as given life imprisonment, after being found guilty of having supervised the killing of soldiers and government officials.

He was accused of involvement in the murder of the state prosecutor Hisham Barakat, who died in hospital after a boom-mobile tore through his convoy in Cairo in 2015.

The Brotherhood was blacklisted in Egypt in 2013 and deemed a terrorist group, months after the army overthrew Morsi who hailed from the movement.

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi was defense minister when Morsi was removed from power.

Founded in 1928, the Brotherhood later established itself as the main Islamist opposition movement in Egypt, and spread regionally with ardent offshoots from Tunisia to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
Ezzat is reported to have joined the Brotherhood in the 1960s, and spent time in jail under Egypt’s late presidents Gamal Abdel Nasser, Anwar Sadat and Hosni Mubarak

I can see the lawsuit filing now:

By publishing facts, he has caused great harm to the public images of Anti-FA & BLM.

He has used freedom of the press in ways that have caused a deeper unwanted public review of our political agenda.

His factual reporting has caused peaceful protesters to be arrested for conducting social justice activates.

He has used the freedom of the press and has cost the ANTI-FA, BLM, a peaceful grass roots Social Justice movement, great property acquisition and monetary losses. By causing unwanted awareness of our social property equalization activities .

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Hamas, Islamic Jihad announce pact to increase terror attacks against Israel
It was a busy weekend of tit for tat and vice versa in that particular corner of the country. See details of the arrest and a retaliation attack on the local Palestinians here.
[JPost] Parents of Jenin terrorists suspected of killing Yehuda Dimentman: ’We are proud of our sons.’

Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) have reached an agreement to step up terror attacks against Israel, especially in Jerusalem and the West Bank. The Iranian-backed groups also agreed to increase coordination between their military wings, Izaddin al-Qassam Brigades, and al-Quds Brigades. The agreement was reached during meetings of leaders of Hamas and PIJ in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

The agreement is seen by Palestinian political analysts as yet another challenge to the Palestinian Authority, whose security forces are continuing to wage a massive crackdown on Hamas and PIJ members in the West Bank.

IDF issues new rules of engagement for West Bank - report
[JPost] The new rules come following protests among some IDF soldiers that the rules of engagement overly restricted them.

The IDF has released new rules of engagement when dealing with those throwing stones and Molotov cocktails in the West Bank, relaxing the rules to allow for soldiers to fire even after the assailants throw their weapons, KAN reported Sunday.
Good.
The new rules require this to still be done in the immediate aftermath, but can also be done even as the assailant is escaping, according to KAN.

The new rules also allow for the IDF to fire at people stealing live ammunition and weaponry. This is especially relevant, as 70% of all criminal shootings in Israel are carried out with stolen military weapons, according to Walla.

In addition, the rules will also apply to the Egyptian border, which deals with cross-border smuggling, KAN reported.

The new rules come following protests among some IDF soldiers that the rules of engagement overly restricted them, which some claim resulted in the death of Border Police officer Barel Shmueli on the Gaza Strip border.

This is a developing story.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Six killed by IS in Syria's Al-Hol camp this month: Monitor
[AlAhram] Six people, including four women, were killed in Syria's al-Hol camp for displaced persons by the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
group in December, a Britannia-based war monitor group said Sunday.

The camp, which is controlled by the Kurdish-led autonomous administration in northeastern Syria, houses about 62,000 displaced persons, including relatives of IS fighters.

About 93 percent are women and kiddies, and about half come from Iraq.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which has a wide network of sources in Syria, "six liquidations were committed" in the camp by IS cells since the start of December.

The last victim to date was rubbed out on Saturday.

The victims include three Iraqis, two men and one woman as well as two Syrian women and one woman whose identity is unknown, the observatory said.

Since the start of the year, the number of killings in the camp has been on the rise.

Some 86 people were killed, including 63 Iraqi refugees who resided in al-Hol, according to the monitor's toll.

Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman warned that "chaos and insecurity persist within the camp", labelling it a "ticking time bomb" in comments to AFP.

In March, the Kurdish-led authorities launched a major operation in the camp during which they arrested 125 alleged IS members.
