[ISSUESINSIGHTS] Robertson was a Utah man killed by numerous FBI agents during a surprise raid. The raid was conducted because of his implied or direct threats towards Pseudo-President Biden and others. Robertson owned several guns.
I will not dwell on whether the alleged threats were sufficient for a raid, especially when the numerous threats to kill Trump were overlooked by the corrupt FBI during and after his presidency. Nor will I dwell on whether the shooting was justified, or sufficient self-identification by the authorities were given. Such points are moot for the deceased, just as any objections became moot after the Waco massacre.
The point I want to make is that it is high time that the Second Amendment gun nuts to pry their heads out from where the sun doesn’t shine. Robertson’s murder should serve as a reality check.
Before you arch your back, I am not for gun control and I am not against owning guns, though I don’t own any and have no desire to do so. But I want to take a sledgehammer to the delusions that the 2A gun nuts embrace so fervently.
And, at this point, to establish my credentials so there will not be any doubt where my allegiance lies at, I would like to point to dozens and dozens of articles where I damn liberals/Democrats/communists (they’re all the same) for their relentless hatred of America and their desire to establish a bizarre communist utopia, in the process erasing the Constitution, free speech, and the Supreme Court — not to mention masculinity. Also, having come from Cuba my hostility toward communists has no bounds.
But I have also criticized conservatives — harshly — on several occasions for their uninterrupted string of defeats due to their laziness, their lack of cojones, their inability to organize and proselytize, their mutual backstabbing, and, what angers conservatives the most, their stupidity. Nor am I the only one who has pointed out the same and that the reason the communists have gotten this far is the fault of conservatives.
Here, I want to zero in on one particular group of conservatives, the 2A gun nuts. The Robertson killing should be a wake-up call for them.
Anyone who has spent any time around them will have heard their ominous, strutting, comment "They’ll take away my guns from my cold, dead, hands."
Oh, they will, baby! They will!

I took from the story that as long as Biden is in power, and beyond maybe, the FBI, DOJ and some LEO are going to use overwhelming force and shoot first, ask questions later, (adjust crime scene as needed).

I disavowed my loyalty to the US government at the Bundy standoff. Completely loyal to the United States of America and its Constitution, but the government, no. A big reason I no longer work for the DoD.
[RedState] The chief of the National Sons of Confederate Veterans heritage operations told RedState he urges his members and supporters to comment at Wednesday’s virtual hearing hosted by Arlington National Cemetery regarding the woke Pentagon-recommended removal of the Confederate Memorial.
“That hearing, it’s part of their environmental impact study, and they're having to give people give their opinion about whether or not is advantageous or disadvantageous to take that monument down,” said James Ronald Kennedy, who with his brother Walter Donald Kennedy, wrote the book “Jefferson Davis: High Road to Emancipation and Constitutional Government.”
“We, the Sons of Confederate Veterans, have a suit that we filed to try to prevent it,” Kennedy said. “That’s sort like the Ukrainians going into the courts of the Soviet Union expecting to get a fair hearing.”
Congress charged the Pentagon's Naming Commission to rid the entire military inventory of roads, buildings, installations, awards, insignia, memorials and any other manifestations of references to the Confederacy and Confederate combatants who served the South voluntarily.
President Donald J. Trump vetoed the fiscal year 2021 Pentagon budget because it included the Naming Commission, but his veto was overridden.
In the commission’s third and final report, the panel recommended that the Army, which runs the cemetery, strip the monument of its bronze, including the 32 figures, the plaques honoring the 14 states who sent soldiers to fight for the Confederacy and the large female figure holding the wreath of olive branches at the top.
There is also a recommendation to destroy the bronze work created by sculptor Moses Ezekiel.

All that would remain would be the granite base with educational signage. Congress specifically put grave markers outside the commission’s remit, so while the artwork is removed, the grave marker function of the memorial’s base remains.
Kennedy said the monument serves many purposes.
The first is that it commemorates the more than 400 Confederate soldiers and their wives laid to rest at Section 16, along with all the other Southern soldiers who never returned home, buried in unmarked graves scattered all over the South, he said.
Kennedy said President William McKinley first authorized Confederate soldiers to be given rest at Arlington. McKinley was taken by the sacrifices of Southerners in the Spanish-American War.
"It is also the fact that despite this horrible war that we went through and the horrors of reconstruction that we went through as a nation, we came out on the other side as a united people," he said.
“McKinley was so moved because most people don't realize that when the Spanish-American War was being threatened, a lot of people, especially in the North, were concerned, well, would the South even support us?” he said.
He said there were suspicions in the North that Southerners might join with Spain against the U.S. These suspicions were quickly dispelled as Confederate veterans volunteered t to fight for the reconciled country.
“Not only Confederate veterans but also the sons of Confederate veterans served right beside the Union veterans and the sons of Union veterans,” Kennedy said.
In 1906, Secretary of War William Howard Taft, the future president, and Supreme Court chief justice, authorized the United Daughters of the Confederacy to fundraise for the memorial.
When President T. Woodrow Wilson spoke at the monument’s June 4, 1914, dedication; he spoke about the reconciliation the monument represented as only possible in a democracy.
My privilege is this, ladies and gentlemen: To declare this chapter in the history of the United States closed and ended, and I bid you turn with me with your faces to the future, quickened by the memories of the past, but with nothing to do with the contests of the past, knowing, as we have shed our blood upon opposite sides, we now face and admire one another.
Kennedy said one of the signals that a war is over and peace is achieved is when the defeated enemy is allowed to honor their war dead.

Watch for Antifa and FBI agents provocateures at any demonstration sponsored by the Sons of Confederate Veterans. Having seen the way these people operate, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the whole purpose of the proposed removal.

Residents of the scarred island told me that everything on the news is a lie. The mayor of Maui, Richard Bissen, said that 850 people are still missing. The same day the governor said 1,100 are missing. If they actually know how many are missing, then they must know who is not. Where are the children of Lahaina?
The truth is they have no idea how many people are missing because there is no way to gauge how many tourists were in Lahaina when the fire swept through. And in 2022, according to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Hawaii had the fourth highest homeless rate in the nation and most of them, I am told, were in Lahaina.
Bissen was asked by reporters ten days after the disaster how many children were missing. He responded: "I don’t know." When pushed by increasingly angry reporters he said he’d tell them if he knew. He knows or has a good idea. His body language says so.
It is now common knowledge that the schools were closed that day and children were either home alone or with grandparents since their parents were all at work.
We have all seen the hundreds of burned-up cars lining the single road in and out of Lahaina, yet the politicians claim that only 111 people have died. So where are all the elementary-aged kids? The inept mayor doesn’t want people to know.
We are told that cars melted in the heat in the 2000-degree heat. A body is cremated at between 1400-1600 degrees. The smaller the body the less time it takes. Ashes and bones were shoveled into body bags, according to residents, and they ran out of the 450 bags they had. But only 111 people died?
Stationed on the neighboring island of Oahu are 27,000 military troops who could have been sent immediately to help:10,000 Marines at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, 12,000 Navy sailors, and 5500 Air Force personnel at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. That was not done.
When President Joe Biden finally showed almost two weeks after the fire, he made things worse. Biden told the crowd: "Jill and I have a little sense of what it's like to lose a home," and then tells the story of when lightning struck his house in 2004 and says "I almost lost my '67 Corvette and my cat." It was a kitchen fire that was extinguished within minutes.
He told that to people who lost everything except the clothes on their backs and still hoping to find the bodies of their loved ones.
The biggest lie came from now-unemployed Emergency Manager Herman Andaya about why he didn’t activate the siren warning system. He claimed they were used for tsunamis and he was afraid people would run uphill into the fire. He also did not regret not using them. The governor parroted what he said about using them for tsunamis.
Maui County has 80 sirens and from its instructional site it says.
The all-hazard siren system can be used for a variety of both natural and human-caused events; including tsunamis, hurricanes, dam breaches, flooding, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, terrorist threats, hazardous material incidents, and more.

The CDC has released guidelines once again encouraging social distancing and the wearing of masks. "It's the best way to love your neighbor," said Mr. Cohen. "The government will let you know just as soon as it's safe to end quarantine, which we project to be immediately after the next election is over. Just to give Americans an extra sense of assurance, we are calling Dr. Fauci back out of retirement so everyone knows they can trust our word. Stay home, stay safe!"
As of press time, millions of middle-class liberal women had already sewn their N95 masks directly onto their faces as a precaution.

Don't wanna say "I told you so" but when they first introduced cheat by mail balloting I figured covid was nothing but a bioweapon to keep Biden from having to campaign and keep Trump from winning in 2020. Universities are as well as demanding people have 3 vax sticks. A TSA leak stated that the feds will start masking in their buildings next month and require it for travel in October. Expect full push for lockdowns by December.

Masks and Covid restrictions are the next step in the escalation of provocations by the Puppet Show. They NEED public disorder/pushback to justify lockdowns and harsh controls on movement and gatherings in the run up to the election.

After indicting former President Donald Trump earlier this month for claiming the 2020 election was rigged, the Department of Justice (DOJ) is now fighting to schedule the trial right before the 2024 GOP presidential primary.
It’s fairly obvious what the DOJ is doing. By having the trial set in early 2024, the agency can try to kneecap Trump right before the Iowa caucuses and ultimately the 2024 general election, should he be the Republican presidential nominee. Meanwhile, the DOJ also plans to drag Trump into court over a separate set of charges, related to his handling of classified documents, in a trial that’s been scheduled for May of 2024.
As nefarious as it is, the DOJ’s targeting of the former president is hardly the only way the corrupt federal law enforcement apparatus seeks to benefit Democrats ahead of the 2024 contest. Over the past several years, the DOJ has made a habit of filing and joining leftist-backed lawsuits against Republican states’ election integrity laws.
The strategy is reminiscent of the left’s legal bombardment against election integrity laws leading up to the 2020 election, in which Democrat-backed legal groups filed a bevy of lawsuits aimed at altering state election laws in their favor. Whether it was ballot signature verification or voter ID requirements, no commonsense provisions were safe from Democrats’ legal assault.
Now, with Joe Biden in the White House, the DOJ has been able to further Democrats’ election interference by piling on the legal jihad against Republican-backed election laws at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer.
THE LAWS AND CASES
Following a chaotic and messy 2020 election, Georgia’s Republican-controlled legislature and governor implemented SB 202, a benign law designed to enhance the integrity of Georgia’s electoral process. Included in the measure were voter ID requirements for absentee voting — a provision the majority of Americans support — and safeguards on giving voters gifts or money while in line to vote or within 150 feet of a polling place.
Despite the temperate nature of SB 202, Democrats and their legacy media allies began baselessly smearing the law as a GOP-orchestrated effort to “suppress” nonwhite voters. President Joe Biden grossly referred to SB 202 as “Jim Crow on steroids” and called on Major League Baseball to relocate its 2021 All-Star Game from Atlanta in protest. The MLB ultimately acquiesced, condemning the law and relocating the event to Colorado. The move cost the Peach State an estimated $100 million in revenue.
Contrary to Democrats’ claims the law would suppress Georgians’ ability to vote, the state saw record early voter turnout for the 2022 midterms and the state’s subsequent Senate runoff election. A poll conducted after the midterms further revealed that zero percent of black Georgia voters said they had a “poor” experience voting in the 2022 contest.
But the Democrats’ propaganda blitz had already served its purpose. With the groundwork laid by their political and media allies, the DOJ had the justification it needed to launch a lawsuit against SB 202 in June 2021, in which the agency parroted the lie that Georgia’s election law was designed to “deny[] or abridg[e]” nonwhite Americans’ right to vote.
“[T]he cumulative and discriminatory effect of these laws—particularly on Black voters—was known to lawmakers and that lawmakers adopted the law despite this,” the agency baselessly alleged in a press release. The lawsuit prompted the Republican National Committee (RNC) and National Republican Senatorial Committee to intervene in the case to defend the law not long after.
But Georgia was just the beginning of the DOJ’s legal crusade against Republican-backed election laws. In September 2021, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed SB 1, a measure that expanded poll watcher access, mandated voter ID requirements for mail-in voting, and banned paid ballot harvesting in Texas elections. The law also included provisions ensuring only citizens are included on the state’s voter rolls, banning “drive-thru” voting, and prohibiting Texas from “sending out mail ballot applications to people who did not request them from election officials.”
Predictably, Democrats vilified SB 1 as “Jim Crow 2.0,” prompting the DOJ to file suit against Texas in November 2021. As in the DOJ’s lawfare against Georgia’s SB 202, the RNC and other conservative groups intervened to uphold the statute.
A federal district court judge issued a preliminary ruling in the case last week, claiming the provision of SB 1 “requiring that mail voters provide the same identification number they used when they registered to vote” violated the Civil Rights Act, according to NBC News. A final decision on the case is expected in the coming weeks.
The DOJ also joined a Democrat-backed lawsuit last month against a recently enacted election law passed by Florida Republicans.
THE 2020 PLAYBOOK WITH A TWIST
Contrary to its claims, the DOJ’s election lawfare has nothing to do with “protecting democracy” and everything to do with inserting itself into elections to benefit the Democrat Party. It’s an obvious strategy aimed at undercutting widely supported election safeguards that ensure a fair and transparent process in which all eligible voters can participate.
Of course, Democrat partisans have never cared about transparency. The only thing they value is acquiring government power and doing whatever it takes to maintain it.

In the vast expanse of the Altai Mountains, where Russia, Mongolia, China, and Kazakhstan converge, there exists a world frozen in time. What happened to her possessions and her companion horses? How could someone so young pass away? Was it a suicide or a sacrifice of a human?
My curiosity about this mysterious woman who passed away more than 2500 years ago was sparked by these queries.
Harnesses, saddle parts, and a table where a feast of fatty mutton had been preserved for 2500 years were found as the archaeologists started to melt the ice with buckets of hot water.
