Joe Biden's Classified Docs Provide More Evidence Hunter's Pay-To-Play Was A Family Affair
[Federalist] The special counsel report on Joe Biden’s unauthorized removal and disclosure of classified documents exposed much more than our president’s mental deficits and the breadth of his irresponsible handling of top-secret and classified information. The report revealed a close nexus between Hunter Biden’s influence peddling and his father’s responsibilities and access to intel during the elder’s term as vice president.

On Thursday, Special Counsel Robert Hur released the results of his investigation into the president stemming from the discovery of top-secret and classified documents at Biden’s D.C.-based Penn Biden Center, his private Delaware home, and the University of Delaware. While the specific details in the recovered documents remain unknown, the nearly 400-page report provided an extensive enough summary of the materials to confirm an overlap in the timing and topics of Joe Biden’s vice presidency and Hunter Biden’s "business" enterprises.

UKRAINE OVERLAP
Appendix A of the report provided a table summary of the documents recovered. Many of the top-secret and classified documents concerned Ukraine during the time frame when Hunter Biden acted as an intermediary between Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, and the vice president. Recall that Hunter’s business partner, Devon Archer, told the House Oversight Committee that in early March 2014, he met Zlochevsky while in Moscow. And soon after, he and Hunter Biden joined Burisma’s board, receiving $83,000 per month.

The following month, Hunter Biden sent Archer an email dated April 13, 2014 — one week before Joe Biden would travel to Ukraine and meet then-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Referring to "my guys upcoming travels," Hunter then elaborated on "22 points about Ukraine’s political situation, with detailed information about the upcoming election and predicting an escalation of Russia’s ’destabilization campaign, which could lead to a full-scale takeover of the eastern region, most critically Donetsk,’" according to the New York Post.

#3  As a direct result of the above incident, the following was written to Vice President Biden in specific to advise him on handling of classified information. It is instructive to note what behaviors of his it is clearly written to address! Emphasis added:

“Classified information of any kind may only be reviewed or discussed in secured locations, and never in a public place such as on a train.”

“The [classified briefing] books must remain in your custody, or that of your cleared staff, at all times unless they are in your safe. Classified material must be returned to your national security staff as soon as you are finished with them.”

“Classified materials may never be left unattended, but must be secured in an appropriate safe or transferred to an individual authorized to transport them in an appropriate locked bag whenever they are not in your personal custody.”

“Whenever possible, classified materials should remain at the White House complex…. If you need to receive classified materials while at your residence at NAVOBS or in Delaware, the military aides will bring the material to you and then wait to take the material back when you are finished so that it can be stored safely.”

Senate passes $95.3 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan after rare all-night session
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate early Tuesday passed a $95.3 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, pushing ahead after months of difficult negotiations and amid growing political divisions in the Republican Party over the role of the United States abroad.

The vote came after a small group of Republicans opposed to the $60 billion for Ukraine held the Senate floor through the night, using the final hours of debate to argue that the U.S. should focus on its own problems before sending more money overseas. But 22 Republicans voted with nearly all Democrats to pass the package 70-29, with supporters arguing that abandoning Ukraine could embolden Russian President Vladimir Putin and threaten national security across the globe.

"With this bill, the Senate declares that American leadership will not waiver, will not falter, will not fail," said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who worked closely with Republican Leader Mitch McConnell on the legislation.

The bill’s passage through the Senate was a welcome sign for Ukraine amid critical shortages on the battlefield.

VOTER FRAUD ALERT: Georgia Specialist Finds Thousands of Illegal Votes in 2020, 2021, and 2022
[DailySignal]
Mark Davis, president of Georgia-based Data Productions Inc., has pushed for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office to investigate his data since May 2021. Davis says he inquired again earlier this month after finding evidence of the same problems in Georgia’s 2021 and 2022 elections.

"The same thing is going to happen again in 2024," Davis, who earlier this year scored a legal victory over the Stacey Abrams-founded group Fair Fight Action– told The Daily Signal. “I first brought this up to the State Elections Board in 2002. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t admit you have a problem.”
Yet the GA. Sec. Of State Raffensperger (rino)’ and GA Gov Kemp and WEF member (rino) have done nothing.

Grassley, Johnson press DOJ on apparent 'significant factual omission' in special counsel report
[JustTheNews] In March of 2023, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) confirmed that it had retrieved nine boxes from the office of Biden attorney Patrick Moore that had been taken from the Penn Biden Center in Washington.

Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley and Wisconsin GOP Sen. Ron Johnson on Monday asked that Attorney General Merrick Garland account for special counsel Robert Hur's report on President Joe Biden's handling of classified materials making no mention of a batch of materials the National Archives recovered from the president's attorney's office in Boston.

Hur's report became public last week and stated that "[o]ur investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." It further declined to bring charges against the president, in part, on the basis of his poor memory.

Writing to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Hur, the GOP lawmakers asserted that "[t]here appears to be a significant factual omission in Special Counsel Hur’s report on his office’s investigation into President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents."

In March of 2023, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) confirmed that it had retrieved nine boxes from the office of Biden attorney Patrick Moore that had been taken from the Penn Biden Center in Washington. Those materials were then transferred to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library. At the time, NARA had not reviewed the materials.

"Oddly, Special Counsel Hur’s report did not mention NARA's retrieval of the nine boxes from Mr. Moore's office," the pair wrote. "This apparent omission is significant given that, according to NARA, the Department of Justice requested that NARA recover the boxes. In fact, in March 2023, NARA informed our offices that 'while NARA has not yet reviewed the contents of the nine boxes, the FBI has.'"

"If the FBI did review the contents of the boxes, it is unclear what was found, to include any classified information, and whether the FBI informed Special Counsel Hur’s office of its findings," they went on. "Further, it is unclear if Special Counsel Hur had any awareness of or reviewed the information contained in these nine boxes. It would be extremely troubling if Special Counsel Hur failed to investigate the contents of these nine boxes particularly given that we first publicly revealed the existence of these specific boxes on March 27, 2023—nearly one year ago."

The Republicans set a deadline of Feb. 23 for the DOJ to answer whether Hur reviewed the nine boxes in question and to document their contents.

Confused Biden looks lost as he wanders behind podium, stares at the floor as Jordan's King Abdullah II speaks
[NY Post] A confused-looking President Biden paced back and forth behind King Abdullah II of Jordan Monday, apparently unsure of where to stand ahead of the royal’s remarks.

“Your majesty, over to you,” Biden, 81, told the king after welcoming him to the White House.

As Abdullah prepared to deliver his speech, the president shuffled around behind him and the podium, gazing down at the floor as if looking for a mark indicating the proper place for him to stand.

Biden waffled between two spots before settling on what was initially his first choice, to Abdullah’s left and in front of the Jordanian flag.

The president’s indecision appeared to throw off the king, who at one point looked over his left shoulder expecting to see Biden, who wasn’t there.

“I switched sides on you,” Biden said, before moving over to the left side of the now-smiling king.

Biden’s latest episode of onstage confusion comes days after special counsel Robert Hur opted against recommending criminal charges against the president related to his handling of classified White House documents, in part because a jury might view Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

Sanctuary City Mayor Cuts Services for Americans, Blames Trump
[Breitbart] The Democrat Mayor of Denver, Colorado, is imposing wartime-like “shared sacrifice” on Americans rather than curbing his welcome for tens of thousands of illegal migrants.

Mayor Mike Johnston (D-CO) — like other Democrat big city mayors — is also hoping his imposed sacrifice on Americans will spur voter turnout against former President Donald Trump.

Johnston spoke at a February 9 press conference, three days after a Republican revolt blocked the more-migration deal pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY). McConnell’s deal opened Americans’ border to the government-directed mass inflow of migrants and also provided $5 billion to help the migrants settle in a myriad of cities and towns.

“This is a plan for shared sacrifice,” said Johnston — who has already granted aid and support to 35,000 illegal migrants — as he slammed the Republicans’ defense of Americans:

I’m here to talk a little bit about the devastating impact of the failure of Republican leadership in Congress this week to pass regime change, and the impact that will have on both city budgets and on services that we can provide for newcomers in the city … we will start to have to greenlight a set of hard decisions on budget reductions across the city to meet those costs that we know will continue to arrive.

A report by the Congressional Budget Office in February provided more evidence that the establishment’s migration policy shifts family wages and workplace investment toward Wall Street, real estate, coastal states, and government, while also diverting politicians’ focus away from American communities.

In Denver, for example, the 20,000 hospital visits by the Democrats’ wave of poor migrants forced the partial shutdown of a city hospital, Breitbart News reported in January.

In a February 7 speech to Democrat voters, Johnston excluded any criticism by pretending that everyone believes Americans must welcome Biden’s huge flood of illegal migrants, whom he described as neighborly “newcomers … people”:

Today is the day that residents of Denver should be heartbroken and they should be furious because we know we have a humanitarian crisis in this city trying to welcome newcomers to build a new life … We actually had a bipartisan Senate deal that would have addressed the needs that we have …[Trump] intervened with House Republican leadership to kill that bill just so this crisis would continue just because he thinks he has a better chance of reelection.

Johnston portrayed himself as a wartime leader:

Imagine that, folks, an elected official who has taken the oath of office to protect and serve this country, who intentionally damages the country and hurts cities like ours for their own political gain. … It would be like George Bush after 9/11 saying, “Maybe I’ll stand down security so we get one more terrorist attack that would then increase my chances of reelection.”

Johnston slammed the Republicans’ very popular defense of Americans’ borders as “cynical” while pushing a progressive-style defense for the migration that sidelines and impoverishes millions of ordinary Americans:

That kind of cynicism, that kind of mean-spirited intent to make Americans suffer and to make cities struggle, should disqualify you from ever seeking office in this country … If you want a government that serves our cities and our people [including migrants], we have to pay attention to folks that refuse to do that. And we have to remember when it comes time to vote, I know I will. I hope you do the same.

The strategy of blaming Trump and Republicans for President Joe Biden’s mistakes is central to the Democrats’ 2024 turnout plan.

“If the bill fails, I want to be absolutely clear about something,” Biden told reporters at the White House on Tuesday, shortly before poll-watching Republican senators united against McConnell’s giveaway. Biden continued:

The American people are going to know why it fails. I’ll be taking this issue to the country … Every day between now and November, the American people are going to know that the only reason the border is not secure is Donald Trump and his MAGA Republican friends.

“We are going to campaign on this and we’re going to remind the American voters that — given a chance to solve the border crisis — Republicans walked away from the table out of subservience to Donald Trump,” Rep. Jacob Auchincloss (D-MA) told a Boston TV station on February 9. “It is shameful that Republicans torpedoed it out of subservience to Donald Trump,” he said.

The Democrats’ blame-transfer strategy is made possible by the establishment media’s effort to blame Trump for unpopular Democratic policies.

White House Refuses Biden Cognitive Test as Part of Upcoming Physical.
[Nat'l Pulse] Turnip confirmed. No further info provided
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed Monday that Joe Biden will not receive a cognitive test during his upcoming physical exam, despite increasing concerns about the 81-year-old’s mental faculties.

"I’m just gonna say what Dr. O’Connor said to me about a year ago when [Biden’s physical] was released," Jean-Pierre responded when asked if the notion of Biden’s taking a cognitive test was a legitimate idea. "The president proves every day how he operates and how he thinks, by dealing with world leaders, by making difficult decisions on behalf of the American people — whether it’s domestic or it’s national security," Jean-Pierre said.

In the year since Biden’s last physical, however, several stories have emerged that seriously call into question both Biden’s memory and general cognitive abilities.

Last week, Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report following an investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. The report recommended against charging Biden with a crime, describing him as an "elderly man with a poor memory." Hur also revealed that Biden could not remember the date of his son Beau’s death nor when he was Vice President. The same week, Biden told a crowd that he spoke with deceased French President Francois Mitterrand and deceased German Chancellor Helmut Kohl at the G7 Summit. Immediately following the release of Hur’s report, Biden also appeared to imply that Mexico borders Gaza.

A recent poll found that nearly nine out of 10 Americans believe Biden is too old to serve a second term as President.

Kamala Harris 'ready to serve' as Democrats sound the alarm about Biden's age: report
[FoxNews] Harris was asked about the scrutiny surrounding Biden's age in a recent Wall Street Journal interview, last week before the Thursday release of Special Counsel Robert Hur's report on Biden's mishandling of classified documents, which described the president’s memory as having "significant limitations."

"I am ready to serve. There’s no question about that," Harris told The Wall Street Journal, adding that everyone who observes her work "walks away fully aware of my capacity to lead."
