The Mayor's Office said the trip was covered by DC's Chamber of Commerce which wasn't true and then it said it was paid by the U.S. Conference of Mayors which was also not true....
Her office is asking Qatar to sign a Donation Agreement two years after the trip.

They were so confident that their grift would continue into Biden's second term that they didn't even bother to cover their tracks.
With luck, we'll need a new federal prison to house of the Democrat felons. Or maybe just build a wall around DC and move the Capitol of the US to somewhere else.
We were so lucky. Wish people would stop thinking we are winning. We didnt win, they missed. What else do they planned and will luck keep on course? I doubt it. We need political offense and mass arrests.
[JUSTTHENEWS] America First Legal has filed a state bar complaint against New York Attorney General Letitia James over her alleged mortgage fraud.
The complaint was filed in New York on Thursday — 10 days after U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William J. Pulte sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department.
Pulte alleged that James, a Democrat, "in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government-backed assistance and loans and more favorable loan terms."
"This has potentially included 1) falsifying residence status for a Norfolk, Virginia-based home in order to secure a lower mortgage rate and 2) misrepresenting property descriptions to meet stringent requirements for government-backed loans and government assistance," Pulte also said.
In the first instance, James purchased a property in Norfolk, Va., two years ago and indicated it was her primary residence even though she was serving full-time in New York as the attorney general, Pulte alleged.
In the second instance, James was accused of understating the number of housing units in a property she owned in Brooklyn in an apparent attempt to get it treated with a better mortgage interest rate, according to Pulte's letter.
If James committed mortgage fraud, then AFL alleges that should would have violated Rules 8.4(b) and 8.4(c) of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct.
The two rules prohibit attorneys from ''engag[ing] in illegal conduct that adversely reflects on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer,'' and from ''engag[ing] in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.''
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Courtney Knill is running for city council in Charles Town, WV, but you wouldn't know that from her Facebook page, which has been locked. The candidate for Ward 3 told The Post Millennial that she woke up late last week to discover that her Facebook page was disabled. A message told her that she was in violation of community guidelines and she was accused of impersonating herself.
She was given the opportunity to appeal, and she went through that process. "All they had me do was record a video of myself where they had me point my face in a different direction, basically just showing that you are who you say they are," she said.
"They reviewed it, and then just today I got the notice: We disabled your account... reviewed your account. It still doesn't follow our community standards on account integrity. You cannot request another review of this decision, and you can download your information if you want. And that's it," she said, "done. Campaign Facebook page shut down." Knill's Instagram page and X account are still live.

In addition to impersonating herself, she is probably guilty of targeting members of a vulnerable community and making them feel unsafe, along with other buzzword thought-crimes.
WHAT IF
Courtney Knill sues Facebook, State and Federal Election Commissions, and the FCC for failure to act and/or enforce existing rules.
After several lower level Obama appointed judge rulings and a few appeals they will face the SCOTUS. Which will Vote along political and DC Swamp agenda lines 5/4 for her.
OR!!!
Facebook will make her an Undisclosed offer to drop it.
[THECENTERSQUARE] An Illinois state politician is pushing to move the United States Department of Agriculture out of Washington D.C., and into the heart of farm country.
State Rep. Regan Deering, R-Decatur, has introduced House Resolution 177 urging President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... and the U.S. Congress to begin the process of relocating the USDA from Washington, D.C., to central Illinois.
Deering emphasized that crops don't grow in a swamp, they grow in the fertile plains of central Illinois. She added that it's time the government relocated the USDA to a place where people are focused on planting crops, not just pushing paper.
''Bloomington and Decatur are home to major agribusiness giants like Archer-Daniels-Midland, Gromiant, Gromark and nearby universities such as [Illinois State University] and [University of Illinois]. These areas are hubs for agricultural innovation and some of the best producers in the country,'' said Deering.
Deering is the granddaughter of Dwayne Andreas, who helped build ADM into an agribusiness giant.
According to Deering, the Strategic Withdrawal of Agencies for Meaningful Placement (SWAMP) Act, originally introduced in Congress, aims to move agencies out of the bureaucracy of Washington, D.C., and into ''the heartland, closer to the people they impact the most.''
Good. The ones who don’t like hanging out with, and caring for farmers should not be working for the Department of Agriculture. Better for themselves and the country when they take their huge brains and apply them in more congenial surroundings.

All that sounds like a good reason not to put it in Illinois. I vote for Iowa too.

Outside of California and NYC, Chicago Illinois is ground zero for American Marxists. University of Chicago provides an education in the Chicago Machine which is the blueprint for commie democrats. Illinois is a horrible Idea. I concur, Iowa or Idaho.
[FOXNEWS] A bill that would decriminalize welfare fraud under $25,000 in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, for simple administrative errors is being pushed by a Democratic politician.
State Sen. Lola Smallwood-Cuevas introduced Senate Bill 560, which would delete criminal penalties for welfare fraud below $25,000, and delete a provision for criminal penalties for any attempt at welfare fraud below $950, according to the legislation, which was introduced in February.
"California's safety net should lift families up, not trap them in poverty," Smallwood-Cuevas told Fox News Digital. "Right now, a missed deadline or paperwork mistake can lead to felony charges that tear families apart — even when there's no intent to deceive."
The politician said the bill "offers a smarter, more humane approach by allowing counties to resolve most overpayment cases administratively, holding people accountable without criminalizing poverty."

Sodom and Gomorrah are awaiting an appeal if this keeps going on.
Only a Liberal Democrat would think write a law saying it is ok to steal up to $25,000.00
But remember if it is ok steal $25K from 1 place by law. Then the next lawyer will be arguing a person arrested for stealing private property is innocence (Shoplifting, looting, car thief, etc.)
[REDSTATE] Former second gentleman Doug Emhoff got some pretty brutal news from President Trump on Tuesday: You're fired. Emhoff, along with a slew of other high-profile Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... , was summarily dismissed from his role on the board that oversees the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC.
And Emhoff, who is Jewish, is not one bit pleased, accusing the president of playing politics with "Holocaust remembrance and education." Here's what Emhoff told one outlet after learning of his dismissal:
''Today, I was informed of my removal from the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. Let me be clear: Holocaust remembrance and education should never be politicized. To turn one of the worst atrocities in history into a wedge issue is dangerous — and it dishonors the memory of six million Jews murdered by Nazis that this museum was created to preserve,'' Emhoff said in a statement to The Hill.
''No divisive ...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled... political decision will ever shake my commitment to Holocaust remembrance and education or to combatting hate and antisemitism. I will continue to speak out, to educate, and to fight hate in all its forms—because silence is never an option,'' he added.
Emhoff was just one of a handful of prominent Democrats who got the boot. Also sent packing were:
Ron Klain, former chief of staff to Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Gave an airbase and billions in military hardware to the Taliban and called it an extraordinary success...
Susan Rice, Biden's director of Domestic Policy Council of the United States
Tom Perez, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee
Anthony Bernal, who was an advisor to former First Lady Jill Biden
Here's the thing, though, about Emhoff's claim that the dismissals were politically motivated: The now-dismissed slate of lefty politicos were appointed by Joe Biden on his way out of the White House. Yes, the appointments were made on January 17, 2025, in what can only be described as a last-minute, overtly political attempt to stack the Holocaust Museum board with leftists.
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] It seems that the Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... have finally figured out which way they're going to go. In the months since Kamala Harris former senatrix from California, 2020 Dem presidential hopeful and ultimately Joe Biden's intended successor lost the presidential election to Donald Trump

[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Women's rights groups are hoping that after Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... blocked two bills to restore sex-separated sports in schools, they might be persuaded to at least prohibit trans-identified male prisoners who have committed sex offenses from preying on incarcerated women. Republican state Senator Shannon Grove, known for her steadfast protections for women, authored Senate Bill 311, the ''Incarcerated Women's Protection Act,'' that is set for a committee hearing on Tuesday, April 29. The bill seeks to prevent male sex offenders from being transferred to women's prisons, a practice that has led to state-enabled abuse, sexual violence, and institutional betrayal.
This bill takes direct aim at Senator Scott Wiener's controversial 2021 "Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act" law (SB132) that has been flooding female prisons with male inmates. Sen. Wiener sits on the committee that will decide whether to kill the bill or let it move forward. Wiener has stood solidly with the transgender community even, or especially when that stance is harmful to females. Wiener recently lashed out at Governor Gavin Governor Hair Gel Newsom ...mayor of San Franciscoas it transformed itself into Poopville, currently governor of Californiaas it transforms itself into Cinderland... for stating that allowing transgender athletes to compete in women's sports is "deeply unfair," saying that the governor's stance is "profoundly disturbing" and standing with ''a vile bigot" a reference to Charlie Kirk who raised the issue on Newsom's failing podcast.
Any male prisoner can simply claim a transgender identity and can apply for a transfer request, moving them to women's quarters, regardless of their rap sheet or anatomy. Latest prison statistics reveal a shocking 45 trans-identifying males already housed with women, another 206 transfers pending, and with 871 requests awaiting processing. Even the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation recognizes that there is no shortage of men who find themselves looking at prison time who suddenly adopt a transgender identity. The floodgates are wide open under current rules, with zero restrictions on which ''trans-identified males'' get access to females. A 2022 public records request revealed that one in three male inmates seeking transfer to a women's facility is a registered sex offender.

[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Tuesday said that revenues from tariffs will be able to provide income tax relief and made a number of points addressing countries getting to better trade deals with the United States.
When asked what President Donald Trump ...So far he's been unkillable, and they've tried.... 's plan was with the tariffs, to either increase tax revenues for the US or create better trade deals with other countries, Bessent said that the administration is aiming for both points.
"So we're going to take in long term tariff revenue. We put a process in place. We have 18 important trading relationships. We will be speaking to all of those partners, or at least 17 of them, over the next few weeks, many of them have already come to Washington. What President Trump is referring to is the ability for tariff revenue to give income tax relief.
"And I think there's a very good chance that we will see this in the upcoming tax bill. The President campaigned on no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, no tax on overtime, and restoring interest deductibility for autos, for American made autos, so tariff income could be used for tax relief on all those immediately," Bessent added.
When asked if there was a "role for significant tariff revenue in US fiscal policy," Bessent answered that tariffs will be able to "bring back American manufacturing and generate substantial revenues" in the US.

I got three different numbers researching how much the middle class pays in income taxes per year.
First it gave me a $500 Billion figure. Then a $1T and $1.5 Trillion figures. We'll go with $1.5 Trillion. We need $4 Billion a day in tariff revenues to successfully offset our contributions to income tax.
