Good. The ones who don’t like hanging out with, and caring for farmers should not be working for the Department of Agriculture. Better for themselves and the country when they take their huge brains and apply them in more congenial surroundings.

All that sounds like a good reason not to put it in Illinois. I vote for Iowa too.
