Illegal Migrants Explain Why They're Coming To The US As They Cross Private Land
[DailyCaller]
  • Illegal migrants said they’re coming to the U.S. because of President Joe Biden, natural disasters and violence in their home countries.

  • A landowner where migrants frequently cross on their way to a processing facility said they tell him they’re here because Biden invited them.

  • Some of the migrants said they did not want to leave their countries but had to because of corruption and a lack of opportunity.

#3  Basically, they can't be asked to make their countries free and prosperous, so they're coming to leech off the work of generations of Americans.

As for natural disasters -- can you imagine if every time the US was struck by a tornado or hurricane or earthquake or blizzard, the population picked up and moved to Central America?

Minneapolis cashier tells jury Floyd was chatty, appeared ‘high'
[Aljazeera] A cashier who was one of the last people to speak with George Floyd before his deadly arrest on May 25 last year has testified at Derek Chauvin’s murder trial in the US city of Minneapolis that Floyd appeared to be high on drugs but was able to make friendly conversation.

Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer, is being tried for murder and manslaughter in the death of Floyd on May 25, 2020. Floyd died after Chauvin pressed his knee on his neck for about nine minutes. The prosecution alleges Floyd died because of Chauvin’s actions, the defence is expected to argue that drugs and pre-existing medical conditions caused his death.

Return of Syrian fighters recruited by 'Wagner Company' is still suspended
[SYRIAHR] In light of the suspension of the return of Ottoman Turkish-backed Syrian mercenaries from Libya. Similarly, the return of Russian-backed Syrian mercenaries is still suspended, who were recruited by the Russian company Wagner and sent to serve Russian interests on Libyan territory in return for money.Russia is exploiting Syria’s disastrous living conditions, and taking advantage of the young men and men’s need for work, where some 2,000 Russian-backed fighters still in Libya.

On February 19, reliable SOHR sources confirmed the death of a Syrian mercenary affiliated to the Russian-backed security companies, succumbing to his wounds sustained a few days ago in Libya, as he remained in the hospital for a few days before he died on February 14.

According to local sources, the dead fighter was aged 50 and he hails from al-Suwaidaa province. The Syrian fighter had joined the Russian-backed mercenaries due to his poor living condition.

Accordingly, the number of Syrian mercenaries recruited by the Russian company of "Wagner" and killed later in Libya has risen to 8

On February 4, Observatory sources documented the death of seven Syrian mercenaries recruited previously by the Russian company of "Wagner" and sent to Libya to protect oil installations and other facilities. The seven Syrian fighters were killed by a landmine explosion in a car distributing food in Libya. The fatalities were: six fighters from Homs and its countryside, and one fighter from al-Ariqa in al-Suwaidaa countryside.

How Has Libya's Central Bank Governor Remained in His Position For Over Ten years?
[LIBYAREVIEW] During Sidiq al-Kabeer’s tenure as the Governor of Central Bank of Libya (CBL), allegations arose that the bank was fraught with corruption, and was being used to finance militias and hard boy groups.Libya has recently witnessed significant political changes, which culminated in the election of the Government of National Unity (GNU). This is set to lead the country until general elections on 24 December 2021.

The CBL governor, however, is still among the officials who are reluctant to hand over their duties to the GNU. This is despite the agreement on the distribution of sovereign positions signed by the 13+13 Committee during the Libyan dialogue in Bouznika, Morocco.

Al-Kabeer was born in 1951 in Tripoli
...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn...
. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ummah Bank from 1990 to 2000, during which it went bankrupt.
In 2000, he was arrested and spent 6 months in prison due to his administrative and financial corruption. In 2004 the Libyan People’s Court sentenced al-Kabeer to three years in prison for financial corruption and embezzlement of state funds.

In 2009, he was appointed as General Manager of IBC Bank in London, before he was appointed governor of the CBL two years later.

Al-Kabeer has been involved in numerous corruption scandals since he took office, and has consistently been accused of squandering Libya’s wealth.

In 2014, the Libyan Parliament issued a decision to dismiss him from his post, and announce Ali al-Habri as his successor, but he rejected the parliament’s decision. In 2016, al-Kabeer’s term expired, but he refused to hand over his duties, insisting to remain in his post. In December 2017, the Libyan Parliament appointed Mohammed al-Shukry as the new CBL governor, but al-Kabeer refused to resign from his post.

During his reign, the Libyan economy collapsed, and the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Libyan dinar skyrocketed. He was also blamed for the delay in payment of the salaries of public sector employees.

In February, Global Witness issued a report about al-Kabeer’s corruption, saying that Libya appears to be losing tens of millions of dollars a year through the fraudulent use of its Letters of Credit (LC) system, run by the CBL. While a vital cog in meeting Libya’s import needs, the LC system has been plagued by abuse, which evidence suggests is continuing.

Khalid Al-Mishri Honours IS-Linked Militiaman in Libya
[LIBYAREVIEW] On Wednesday, Head of the Libyan High Council of State (HCS), Khaled al-Mishri honoured the commander of the Isnad force militia, Mohammed Salem Bahroun also known as al-Faar (the rat) in Zawiya city, west of Tripoli
...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn...
This comes despite an arrest warrant being issued by the Libyan Prosecutor General in 2017, against the militia commander for his involvement in supporting IS.

The Ministry of the Interior of the outgoing Government of National Accord (GNA), which has recently handed over its duties to the Government of National Unity (GNU), appointed al-Faar to the Public Security Directorate in Zawiya. This caused widespread anger among Libyans who strongly rejected the decision.

Evidence of al-Faar’s links with IS was corroborated by the confessions of his comrades in the organization. These confessions included those by Ahmed Salem al-Falah, known as Abu al-Laith al-Libi, and Ahmed Mesbah Jaber, who were members of the IS cell in the city of Sabratha. They managed to escape from the city and were arrested later in Zawiya. They confirmed that al-Faar was cooperating with the terrorist organization and provided logistical services and shelters.
Possibly they’re telling the truth. Possibly not.

Mozambique's extremist violence poses threat for neighbors
[DW] In just three years, an Islamist insurgency in northern Mozambique has killed an estimated 2,600 people. Last week's attack on the town of Palma, which lasted days, should concern neighboring countries, experts say.

On October 5, 2017, gunnies carried out a pre-dawn attack on three cop shoppes in Mocímboa da Praia, a district in Mozambique's northern province of Cabo Delgado. The attackers killed 17 people and made away with guns and ammunition. They reportedly told the villagers that they don't believe in Western education and would not pay taxes.

Since that first ambush, the attacks have spread to several districts in the region and have become more frequent. The attack last Wednesday claimed dozens of lives and lasted several days. Three years later, the mystery surrounding the identity and motivation of this group persists. Locally, they are known as al-Shabaab

Europe
Niqab ban: Swiss Muslims fear growing hate
[PRESSTV] Moslem women across Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
are finding life more difficult amid growing Islamophobia
...the irrational fear that Moslems will act the way they usually do...
. Switzerland
...home of the Helvetians, famous for cheese, watches, yodeling, and William Tell...
is the most recent country to ban the niqab on the continent, forcing Moslem women to give up a key aspect of their faith by force. The European wide Islamophobia epidemic has shown little sign of curbing as more countries join the criticized burqa ban.

Swiss Moslems have been the latest to feel the effects of hate, after a referendum passed banning all face coverings in public spaces.

The ban isn’t the first anti-Islam move adopted by the Swiss, according to the Islamic Central Council of Switzerland.

Local campaigners and activists have vowed to fight back against the ban. However,
some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them...
with global Moslem attention fixed elsewhere, the defenders of Islam in Switzerland have yet to receive the support they deserve.
A deportation flight
Reasons for banning the niqab vary from country to country, with some claiming it’s a security threat, while others say it offends western values. Whatever the excuse, the traumatizing affect the ban has on devout Moslem women has been made clear by those who suffer from its enforcement.

Fashion Muslim Style:

This reminds me of a movie "The Thomas Crown Affair", where the police were onto an art heist, and were distracted from catching the thief in the act of stealing the art works because several dozen accomplices were wearing the exact same wardrobe, black suit, white shirts, green ties, black shoes, and Boler hats. Each accomplice was approximately the same height, weight and carried an umbrella. The police could not keep track of anyone, as the crooks crossed each others paths within the art museum numerous times.

My point is as people wear similar outfits, with only the eyes showing, who can tell who is who ?

Really, people in the West would have a hard time trying to describe a person who is wearing a niqab.

EU to Sanction Iran Militia, Police, 3 Entities over 2019 Protests, Diplomats Say
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
will target eight Iranian militia and police commanders and three state entities with sanctions next week over a deadly crackdown in November 2019 by Iranian authorities, three diplomats said on Wednesday.

The travel bans and asset freezes will be the first time the EU has imposed sanctions on Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. for human rights
...which are often intentionally defined so widely as to be meaningless...
abuses since 2013 and are set to be put in place some time next week after the Easter holidays in Europe, the diplomats said.

The individuals to be targeted include members of Iran's hardline Basij militia, who are under the command of the Revolutionary Guards.

Rooters reported on Tuesday that the EU was planning the sanctions. The bloc declined to comment on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Iran has repeatedly rejected accusations by the West of human rights abuses. The Iranian Embassy
...You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy!...
in Brussels was not immediately available for comment.
"I can say no more!"
nor were other Iranian officials.

About 1,500 people were killed during less than two weeks of unrest that started on Nov. 15, 2019, according to a toll provided to Rooters by three Iranian interior ministry officials at the time. The United Nations
...a formerly good idea gone bad...
said the total was at least 304.

Iran has called the toll given by sources "fake news".

On March 9, UN special rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran, Javaid Rehman, presented a report saying Tehran used lethal force during the protests and chided it for failing to conduct a proper investigation or for failing to hold anyone accountable.

The Grand Turk
Turkish Court Sends Indictment Seeking Ban of Pro-Kurdish Party back to Prosecutor
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
’s top court sent an indictment calling for the pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party
(HDP) to be banned back to the prosecutor on procedural grounds, state-owned Anadolu Agency said on Wednesday.

The Constitutional Court ruled that the indictment had procedural omissions and returned it to the Court of Cassation, it said. The Court of Cassation can re-submit the indictment after completing the necessary details.

A top prosecutor filed the lawsuit earlier this month demanding a ban on the HDP for alleged ties to Kurdish Death Eaters, as well as a five-year political ban on more than 600 party members.

The prosecutor’s move was the culmination of a years-long crackdown on the HDP under which thousands of its members were tried on mainly terrorism charges.

The HDP, parliament’s third-largest party, denies links to terrorism and called the move a "political coup". Party officials said they would re-group under a different name if banned, as previous Kurdish parties have done after being closed down as part of Turkey’s long history of party bans.

HDP co-leader Mithat Sancar said earlier on Wednesday the indictment was "an embarrassment in the name of the law and democracy".

"This attack does not just target the HDP and us, it targets the destruction of the will of the Kurdish people through the HDP. At the same time, it aims to destroy what is left of democracy and the state of law in Turkey," he said.

Turkey’s Western allies condemned the action to shut down the HDP. President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important...
’s ruling AK Party and its nationalist MHP allies, which have repeatedly called for the party to be closed down, defended the move.

They accused the HDP of ties to the Death Eater Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which is designated a terrorist group by Turkey, the United States and European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
. It has fought an insurgency in mainly Kurdish southeast Turkey since 1984 in which more than 40,000 people have been killed.

Iraq
U.S. Extends Iraq's Sanction Waiver ahead of talks
[AnNahar] The US has granted Iraq the maximum extension to a sanctions waiver allowing it to import Iranian gas ahead of talks next month, an Iraqi official told AFP on Wednesday.

Iraq buys gas and electricity from Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
to supply about a third of its power sector, worn down by years of conflict and poor maintenance, and unable to meet the needs of the country's 40 million population.

The US blacklisted Iran's energy industry in late 2018 as it ramped up sanctions, but granted Baghdad a series of temporary waivers, hoping Iraq would wean itself off Iranian energy by partnering with US firms.

Since the imposition of its sanctions against Tehran at the end of 2018 by former US president Donald Trump
...His ancestors didn't own any slaves...
, Washington has continued to extend the time allowed for Baghdad to find other suppliers.

In January, Trump's administration granted a three month exemption, and US President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences...
's team has now granted a further four months, the official told AFP on condition of anonymity.

The extensions, the maximum that can be offered, comes ahead of the start of a "strategic dialogue" between Washington and Baghdad, slated to open via videoconference on April 7.

Baghdad wants to tackle its energy problems ahead of the intense heat of the summer, often a time of social protest exacerbated by electricity shortages.

Tehran has demanded nearly $6 billion in unpaid gas bills from Baghdad.

While American exemptions allow Iraq to obtain supplies from its neighbour without risk of reprisals, they still prevent it from paying its Iranian bills in dollars -- a currency that Iran, choked by sanctions, badly needs.

However,
by candlelight every wench is handsome...
Western and Iraqi security sources have told AFP that Iraqi officials got the green light from US officials to release funds owed to Iran for gas imports into a Swiss bank account.

Rabaa Allah: The Latest of God's Representatives— So Far!
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The founding of religious parties is not new, neither in the Arab and Islamic worlds nor anywhere else. In the Arab world, the Moslem Brüderbund was the first of these parties to emerge in 1928. Then, various parties, like the "Hizbut Tahrir
...an al-Qaeda recruiting organization banned in most countries. It calls for the reestablishment of the Caliphate...
Alislami" (Islamic Liberation Party), "Al Jamaa Al Islamiyya" (Islamic Group) and "Ibbad al Rahman" (Worshipers of the Merciful) appeared in other Arab countries.

All of these parties avoided mentioning God’s name, though, naturally, they are familiar with the ayyah mentioned in the Koranic surah, al-Ma’idah: "Behold, it is they, the partisans of God, who shall be victorious!" Even those who adopted one of the "Al Asma Ul Husna" (99 names of God in Islam), such as "al rahman" (the merciful), affirmed that they worship Him without claiming that they represent Him or that He is the leader of their party.

Barghouti Forms Separate Electoral List in Blow to Palestinian President
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Prominent Fatah member, Marwan al-Barghouti, who is imprisoned by Israel, announced the formation of a separate electoral list that will run in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

The move is a major blow to Paleostinian President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
...aka Abu Mazen, a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial. While no Yasser Arafat, he has his own brand of evil, just a little more lowercase....
and the movement’s leadership.

Barghouti instructed his close associates to form a list consisting of Fatah-based figures who were excluded from the movement’s official list, a Fatah source told Asharq al-Awsat.

Fatah supporters and members were surprised by the extent of the rift within the movement during the list formation process, with several figures venting their outrage on social media.

In theory, no one in Fatah could pose a challenge to Abbas, except Barghouti, who is widely popular in the movement, especially among the youth.

Upon the announcement, Barghouti’s name dominated the debate among decision-makers in Ramallah, within Fatah and Paleostinian and Israeli media, in the streets and on social media.

Minister of Civilian Affairs and member of the Fatah Central Committee, Hussein al-Sheikh, who is close to Abbas, was earlier granted approval to visit Barghouti in jail to discuss the upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections.

Barghouti had previously bid for the presidency in 2005, running against Abbas, before withdrawing from the race.

Barghouti, 63, hails from the village of Kobar in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. He has been imprisoned by Israel since 2002, serving five life sentences for leading Fatah’s military wing and killing Israelis during the Second Intifada that erupted in 2000.

The new list limits the movement’s chances of winning the elections, especially after some former Fatah members, including Nasser al-Kidwa, the 67-year-old nephew of late Paleostinian leader Yasser Arafat, and Mohammed Dahlan, a former senior Fatah official, have already announced that they would be fielding separate lists.

French IS Widow in Syria Camp, Veil-Free, Wants to 'Go Home'
[AnNahar] In a Syrian detention camp for people linked to the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....

In Mufti
Betcha she still has the Moving Black Object outfit on a hook by the door so she can throw it over her French clothes when she leaves the house. Those ISIS morals police wives reportedly get difficult when their little rules are challenged.
The 36-year-old widow -- who is on UN and US blacklists of dangerous bully boys, accused of recruiting IS fighters and inciting attacks in the West -- says she's now desperate to go home.

Islam is the second most widely professed religion in France (behind only Christianity).<- Wikipedia Link France has the largest number of Muslims in the Western world, primarily due to migration from Maghrebi, West African, and Middle Eastern countries. These numbers also correspond to the CIA estimates for number of Muslims in France. French polling company IFOP estimated in 2016 that French Muslims number between 3 and 4 million, and claimed that Muslims make up 5.6% of French people older than 15, and 10% of those younger than 25. According to the latest Eurobarometer poll (2019), on the other hand, the Muslim population in France is 5% of the total population.
The majority of Muslims in France belong to the Sunni denomination. The vast majority of French Muslims are of immigrant origin, while an estimated 100,000 are converts to Islam of indigenous ethnic French background.

So Emilie Konig might be a native convert to Islam, given her name and a relatively naïve person in that she did not perceive the terrorist lifestyle as a detrimental to her or the society she left behind her when she first traveled to the Middle East for the Jihad Dating Service™ nearly 17 years ago.
So after 9-11-2001, she was just clue less then, and remains clue less now, no remorse. All I read was me,me,my,me,me .... What is the French word for Sociopath ?

Lebanese President Aoun Fears Chaos as Crisis Bites
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Leb
...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
’s President Michel Aoun
...president of Leb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah...
said on Wednesday the country could face chaos before it can recover from a financial meltdown.

Crushed under a mountain of debt and decades of graft, Lebanon has plunged into its worst crisis since the 1975-1990 civil war.

Aoun, a former army commander, and Saad al-Hariri, a three-time premier who was designated prime minister in October, have been locked in a standoff over the makeup of a new cabinet as the crisis worsens.

Scenes of shoppers brawling over goods, protesters blocking roads, and shuttered businesses are now commonplace.

"I will hand over the country better than when it was handed to me ... but I fear the cost will be very high, ‮)‬there‮(‬ may be chaos before that," Aoun said in comments published by Lebanese television channel al-Jadeed. Aoun’s term expires in 2022.

The president, whose party run by his son-in-law Gebran Bassil leads the biggest bloc in parliament, told a news hound at al-Jadeed he feared the dangers looming over Lebanon threatened its very existence.

The currency has lost most of its value, making more than half the population poor. Last August’s port blast, which devastated parts of Beirut and killed 200 people, deepened the country’s misery.

The deadlock has persisted since Aoun warned in September that the country was going "to hell" without a new government.

Foreign donors have made clear they will not bail out Lebanon before its leaders agree a new cabinet that must launch reforms.

"I wish I inherited my grandfather’s orchard and didn’t take up the presidency," Jadeed cited Aoun as saying on Wednesday.

African Insurgents Pry Open New Fronts for Jihadist Campaigns
[AnNahar] From the arid expanses of the Sahel into the Sinai Peninsula and now Mozambique, Africa is proving fertile ground for jihadist groups looking to bolster their notoriety by exploiting conflicts that have often festered for years.

Africa accounts for 16.5 percent of all attacks claimed by IS since January 2020, half the 35 percent involving Iraq and Syria.
The fighters who have seized Palma, the Mozambique town near key natural gas projects, are the latest manifestation of a threat that could spread to other weak African nations where corruption is often rife.

The insurgency is linked to the Islamic State
