Sudanese authorities investigate alleged refugee involvement in RSF-led fighting
[SUDANTRIBUNE] The Commission for Refugees (COR) in Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
has initiated an investigation into allegations that refugees from neighbouring countries have been fighting alongside the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) against the Sudanese army.

COR has confirmed that it is closely monitoring reports and video footage circulating online that appear to show refugees participating in the armed conflict with the RSF, which has been engaged in festivities with the Sudanese army since mid-April 2023.

In a press statement issued on Thursday, COR emphasized that international law grants host countries the authority to revoke refugee status if individuals violate national or international laws.

The statement underscored that COR will not hesitate to take legal action against refugees who engage in activities outside of refugee camps, particularly those that are hostile to the host country and involve fighting against its people and army.

Similar reports surfaced last October, indicating the presence of South Sudanese fighters wielding heavy artillery within the RSF ranks, particularly in the Khartoum Bahri area. Previous reports also suggested the involvement of Æthiopian snipers among these forces.

Libya releases four Hamas members it had jailed at US’ request
[IsraelTimes] Libya has reportedly released four Hamas

members in an apparent gesture of solidarity with the terror group amid the war in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. The four men — Marwan al-Ashqar, his son Baraa, Mouayad Abed and Nasib Choubeir — were detained by Libyan police in 2016 at the request of the United States.

They were convicted of trafficking weapons and sentenced in 2019 to jail terms ranging from 17 to 22 years.

But following the outbreak of the war, Hamas began calling on Libya to release its members.

Libya — which just months ago was in talks to normalize ties with Israel — heeded the call and freed the four members.
They made their choice. Now they’ll get to live with the consequences.
The four were photographed on a private jet to Istanbul earlier today. From there, they were expected to fly to Qatar

Caucasus/Russia/Central Asia
Number of Palestinians arriving in Chechnya has reached 167
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] The second group of immigrants from Palestine arrived in Chechnya, including 59 adults and 57 children. It was decided to place them, like the first group of Palestinians, in a health camp in the village of Avtury.
May these refugees from Gaza be all that you hope for and naught that you fear, instead of the other way round. Be kind to them — they won’t be accustomed to either your winter or your level of cleanliness, order, and natural surroundings.
As the Caucasian Knot" wrote, on November 29, the first group of 51 Palestinian residents, including 27 children, arrived in Chechnya . It was decided to place them in the children's health camp "Gorny Klyuch".
Where they'll demand welfare and bitch and moan with no productive elements
A working group has been created in Chechnya that is preparing to receive 250 refugees from Palestine; places have been prepared for them in the children's health camp "Gorny Klyuch" in the village of Avtury, Shalinsky district, the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Chechnya reported on November 21.

The second group of displaced people from Palestine arrived at the Grozny railway station today. There are 116 people in this group, 57 of them are children, Chechnya Today reports.

The first group of displaced people from the Gaza Strip is located in the village of Avtury on the basis of the children's health camp "Mountain Key". The second group is also planned to be provided with similar conditions, Grozny-inform writes today.

Let us recall that on November 15, the Chechen authorities reported collecting 68 million rubles as part of the charity event “Children of Chechnya for the Children of Palestine,” which will be used to purchase humanitarian aid for the Palestinians. According to local government officials, Chechen officials had to spend  up to a third of their monthly salaries buying children's crafts during the campaign. On November 18, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that a Ministry of Emergency Situations plane had arrived in Egypt with 30 tons of humanitarian cargo from Chechnya for residents of the Gaza Strip.

On November 21, the Dagestan authorities also announced that they were ready to accept up to 200 refugees from Palestine, and 8.2 million rubles had been allocated for their accommodation. From November 25 to 27, three groups of Palestinians arrived in Makhachkala. IDPs from Palestine will receive refugee status , the government of the republic announced.

Residents of Palestine who arrived in Dagestan asked to be provided with cellular communications and the Internet, as well as to issue documents. Some of them said that they intend to obtain Russian citizenship. All displaced people are being housed at a recreation center near Makhachkala, government officials said.

Mayor of Karachaevsk announces the arrival of refugees from Palestine

Karachay-Cherkessia is preparing to receive refugees from Palestine, the mayor of Karachaevsk announced today.

The authorities of Karachay-Cherkessia have begun preparations for the reception of Palestinian refugees, Mayor of Karachaevsk Marat Urusov announced today following the results of the first meeting of the working group on reception, accommodation, arrangement and provision of other assistance to citizens of Russia and other countries evacuated from Palestine. “Refugees from Palestine are expected to arrive in our republic in the near future. In this regard, government authorities need to ensure the reception and accommodation of evacuated citizens, provide them with humanitarian, medical, psychological and other necessary assistance,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Urusov did not name the number of refugees who are planned to be accommodated in the republic. According to him, the working group is headed by the deputy chairman of the government of Karachay-Cherkessia, Janibek Suyunov.

By 16.50 Moscow time, the head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov and the government of the republic had not announced on their websites and Telegram channels their intention to accommodate groups of Palestinian refugees in the republic.

In addition, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Krasnodar Territory reported that a family of eight Palestinian refugees who arrived on November 30 were staying with relatives. In total, since the beginning of the aggravation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, 31 refugees from Palestine have arrived in the Krasnodar region , they are being supported, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

15 New York synagogues hit with false bomb threats
Probably more elsewhere, or will be. Keyboard Jihad is cheap, easy, and much safer than strapping on a bomb vest. Not to mention that this could be a personal Jew hatred or harassment to order for pay. Back before the New York City police department was defunded, they used to be pretty good at tracking such people down.
[IsraelTimes] Bomb threats were made against 15 synagogues in New York State early this morning, according to a Jewish security agency in New York City.

Threats were made against five synagogues in Manhattan, two in Brooklyn, one on Long Island, two in Westchester County and five in other parts of upstate New York, according to the Community Security Initiative, which coordinates security for Jewish institutions in the New York City area.

The threats were made as part of a campaign intended to interrupt synagogue operations, and there did not appear to be any actual danger to the targets, says CSI Director Mitch Silber.

This morning’s campaign, mostly sent through synagogue websites’ contact forms, appeared similar to dozens of bomb threats that have been made against Jewish institutions since the summer.

Many of those threats were sent via email and all of them were deemed not credible after investigation by law enforcement. In some cases, threats on synagogues have caused Shabbat services to be evacuated.

"There are multiple explosives inside the synagogue," reads one of the threats sent today via email. "These explosives will go off in a few hours and I will make history. I will make sure you all die."

Today’s threats also come amid a spike in antisemitic hate crimes in New York City and across the United States following the October 7 Hamas

onslaught on Israel and the ensuing war in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. . Jews are consistently targeted in hate crimes more than any other group in New York City, with over 230 antisemitic incidents reported to police so far this year.

The New York Police Department says it had responded to threats against synagogues on the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side and in Washington Heights and Inwood. One of the calls reporting the threats came in at 5:29 a.m, a police spokesperson said.

The spokesperson confirms that coppers responded to threats against at least two Orthodox synagogues, one on the Upper West Side and one in Washington Heights. Officers swept the premises, deemed the locations safe, and both congregations resumed operations.

There is no other immediate information available about the locations that may have been targeted.

Iraq
Blinken calls on Iraqi PM to protect US personnel in Iraq
[Jpost] US Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani to protect installations hosting American personnel, the State Department said on Friday.

Blinken spoke with al-Sudani after a series of attacks on US forces in Iraq that US officials have blamed on Iran-aligned groups.
I wonder if Blinken knows that "shmuck" means?

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Report: Truce fell apart after Hamas proposed new talks to release male hostages instead of freeing remaining female abductees
And then they shot off rockets, so clearly they’d had as much peace as they could handle.
[IsraelTimes] The truce reportedly collapsed this morning after Hamas
...a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
refused to release ten female hostages and instead sought to free abductees from other categories.

This violated the terms of the agreement, which specified that Hamas would first release all women and kiddies being held in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
in exchange for Israel agreeing to a truce for as long as nine days, the Walla news site reports, citing three Israeli officials.

Hamas failed to send any list of hostages in the final hours of the truce, instead sending a message through Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. i and Egyptian mediators that it was prepared to release male hostages.

Israel responded by saying that it knows Hamas is still holding roughly 17 more women and kiddies and that it would not hold talks on other categories of hostages until they are released.

Mossad chief David Barnea warned Hamas through mediators overnight that the IDF would resume its fighting if another group of women and kiddies weren’t released.

Hamas responded by firing a rocket at Israel roughly one hour before the truce was slated to expire at 7 a.m.

Senior Hamas official Osama Hamdan told Al Arabiya that Israel was responsible for the truce collapse, claiming that Jerusalem sought to include female soldiers in the list of hostages it wanted released and refused all other Hamas proposals.

Two Israeli officials told the Walla news site that Hamas recognizes the importance of the remaining female hostages and therefore is trying to hold onto them for longer in order to extract more for their release.

Another Israeli official tells Walla that Hamas doesn’t want to release the remaining female hostages because it doesn’t want them speaking publicly about what they endured on October 7 and during their time in captivity.

The Israeli officials tell Walla that the talks to restart the truce will still take place, albeit under fire.

The officials said that Israel plans to exert significant military pressure on Hamas, which it believes will coax the terror group into releasing more hostages as they say was the case before the truce.

Blinken: Truce came to an end because Hamas reneged on commitments, fired rockets at Israel

[IsraelTimes] US Secretary of State Antony Blinken
...71st United States secretary of state and a leading light of the corrupt and inept Biden administration. He previously served as deputy national security advisor from 2013 to 2015 and deputy secretary of state from 2015 to 2017 under the corrupt and inept Obama administration. He advocated for the 2003 invasion of Iraq while serving as the Democratic staff director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 2002 to 2008. He was a foreign policy advisor for the Biden 2008 presidential campaign. During his tenure in the Obama administration, Blinken helped craft B.O.'s policy on Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the nuclear program of Iran. We all saw how well each of those worked. After leaving government service, Blinken moved into the private sector, co-founding WestExec Advisors, a lobbying firm...
places the blame for the truce coming to an end this morning squarely on Hamas.

“It’s important to understand why the pause came to an end. It came to an end because of Hamas. Hamas reneged on commitments it had made," he tells news hounds before departing from Dubai where he was in town for the day to attend the COP28 climate conference.

"In fact, even before the pause came to an end, it committed an atrocious terrorist attack in Jerusalem, killing three people and wounding others, including Americans," Blinken continues. "It began firing rockets before the pause ended, and as I said it reneged on the commitments it made in terms of releasing certain hostages."

Israel says Hamas failed to provide a list of hostages it intended to release by 7 a.m. as stipulated in the truce agreement that had been in place since last Friday.

Blinken clarifies that the US remains committed to getting all of the remaining hostages home and discussed the matter with foreign counterparts while in Dubai.

Mansour Abbas calls on armed Palestinian factions to throw down their weapons, work with PA to establish state
[IsraelTimes] Ra’am chairman MK Mansour Abbas
...political head of the political arm of the Southern Branch of the Islamic Movement, the Muslim Brotherhood in Israel. Like Muslim Brotherhood parties elsewhere, they will ride the train down the iron rails of democratic politics and charity until the train reaches their station at the formation of the Caliphate, avoiding as much as possible all that messy bloodshed until afterward. It’s also important to check his public statements against what he says in private in Arabic, just in case taqqiya is involved...
becomes the first Arab party leader in Israel’s history to publicly call on the armed Paleostinian factions to demilitarize and work with the Paleostinian Authority in order to establish a Paleostinian state through non-violent mostly peaceful means.

"In order to move forward, the Paleostinian Death Eater groups need to throw down their arms. They need to work hand in hand with the Paleostinian Authority in order to realize a national movement that will aspire for a state of Paleostine in a peaceful solution alongside the state of Israel," Abbas tells CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...
in a rare interview with international media.

Abbas, whose Islamist Ra’am party was the first independent Arab-majority faction to join an Israeli coalition — the 2021-22 Naftali Bennett-Yair Lapid government — begins the interview by reiterating his condemnation of the October 7 massacres.

"Any action that is taken against innocent people — against women, children, elderly — is inhumane and it goes against the values of Islam as well. We categorically condemn this. This cannot be discussed or cannot be justified because it goes against all human values and religious values as well," he says.

"But at the same time, we cannot forget that there is a political struggle that is happening," Abbas continues.

"But the actions that the gangs have decided to take and to use violence in order to achieve their means looking at the past have always failed. The victim of each and every one of those Death Eater attempts have been the Paleostinian people who were the ones who paid the price. In this current conflict, we look at the number of people killed we’re talking about over 15,000 Paleostinians who bit the dust," he laments.

The Ra’am party issues a clarification after party leader MK Mansour Abbas became the first Arab leader in Israel’s history to publicly call on armed Palestinian factions to demilitarize and work with the Palestinian Authority in order to establish a Palestinian state through non-violent means.

However, on Saturday, the party clarifies that “the intention of MK Mansour Abbas in his CNN interview was that the Palestinian state that will be established will be the body to disarm the factions as part of its establishing its rule.”

Israel’s Channel 12 says the statement comes after his remarks sparked widespread anger in Palestinian and Arab circles.

Strip as part of a ceasefire agreement with Hamas
...a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
was halted after the terror group violated the truce this morning, the Defense Ministry’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories says.

In response to a query by The Times of Israel, COGAT confirms that only dozens of trucks with humanitarian aid entered Gaza today.

The aid included only medicine and food but not fuel, COGAT says.

During the temporary ceasefire, some 200 trucks, including four tankers of fuel and four tankers of cooking gas, entered Gaza each day.

"After the Hamas terror organization violated the agreement and in addition fired at Israel, the entry of humanitarian aid was stopped in the manner stipulated in the agreement," COGAT says.

COGAT says the trucks that entered Gaza today included only water, food, and medical supplies. The trucks were checked by Israeli authorities at the Nitzana crossing before entering Gaza via Egypt’s Rafah crossing.

#1  Dozens of aid trucks are dozens too many.

#2  I don't know, Grom. A strike on a semi filled tanker could make a good hypobaric, particularly the cooking gas truck.

Israel had Hamas’s October 7 battle plan for a year but dismissed it — NYT claims
Frissons all around! The New York Times has been known to ignore important facts and/or just make things up in order to present a narrative that fits how they wish things were. Judge for yourself how much of what the Old Grey Lady reports this time is actually true, dear Reader.
[IsraelTimes] A bombshell report in The New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

alleges that Israel obtained Hamas
...a regional Iranian catspaw,...
’s plans for its assault on October 7 over a year before the devastating attack, but despite the document being seen by several bigwigs, it was not acted upon.
Did the document say they would spend a year feinting various parts of the plan to accustom the IDF to the idea that there would be no follow through? Grom has told us the name for the psychological term for this, but I’ve already forgotten. Then there’s the fact that they were trained for two years in the Syrian desert, if I recall correctly, by specialists from the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps, which nobody including the Americans seems to have remarked on, though whether they didn’t notice or did not take it seriously goes unmentioned.
According to the report, the 40-page plan, dubbed "Jericho Wall," laid out almost exactly how Hamas
...the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,...
eventually wound up carrying out the attack.

The Times writes: "The document called for a barrage of rockets at the outset of the attack, drones to knock out the security cameras and automated machine guns along the border, and button men to pour into Israel en masse in paragliders, on cycle of violences and on foot — all of which happened on Oct. 7."

The document also showed that Hamas had access to sensitive Israeli military information, but officials determined that the terror group was incapable of carrying out an assault of such a large scope, or possibly unwilling, and dismissed concerns about it.

The Times claims that in one instance, a soldier noticed that a Hamas training exercise appeared to dovetail with plans detailed in the report, but a commander said that the drill was part of a "totally imaginative" scenario and did not point to actual battle plans.

#2  Let me get this straight: a newspaper whose staff is so heavily tilted in favor of Jewish people (over 50%) that it is known as the Jew York Times is going to publish antisemitism?

As the commenter said above, it's all about killing and destroying housing so these people can never come back.

#3  a newspaper whose staff is so heavily tilted in favor of Jewish people (over 50%)

Eh? Even during World War II, when the family’s German-Jewish cousins were being persecuted by the Nazis, the NYT very carefully published nothing that might suggest to the reader that they cared anything about Jews at all. I know, because my mother’s first husband was one of those German-Jewish cousins — they got no help escaping the Nazis, and no support after they made their own way to America.

Since then, the family has become Episcopalian.

Israel drawing up plans for global campaign to assassinate Hamas leaders — report
They see you when you’re sleeping
They know when you’re awake,
They know if you’ve been bad or good
...So life is about to get quietly very interesting
...for goodness sake.
[IsraelTimes] Israel is planning to hunt down Hamas
...a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
leaders around the world once it shifts away from fighting the group in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Spy agencies have been ordered by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to draw up plans to assassinate the group’s top leaders outside of Gaza, who live in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
, Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...
and elsewhere, the paper reports, citing Israeli officials.

In the 1970s, Israel embarked on a years-long campaign to assassinate Paleostinian holy warriors involved in the Munich Olympics massacre.

According to the report, some called for Israel to immediately assassinate Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal and others following the October 7 attack. However,
a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth...
doing so on Qatari or Ottoman Turkish soil could have strained or torpedoed diplomatic efforts to free hostages, and the idea was pushed off.

Netanyahu hinted at Israel’s plans for liquidations abroad in an address in late November, to the ire of some who preferred to keep the future campaign under wraps, according to the WSJ.

The paper also reports that Israel is looking into the possibility of expelling lower-level Hamas fighters from Gaza to shorten the war.
Courtesy of Skidmark, the Daily Mail adds:
Hamas group's members are known to hide across the Middle East. In fact, Hamas terror chief Ismail Haniyeh was spotted cheering for joy from the safety of his Qatar office during the October 7 terror attacks.

But not everyone is on board with the plan as former Mossad director Efraim Halevy reportedly described the plan as 'far-fetched'. He added: 'Pursuing Hamas on a worldwide scale and trying to systematically remove all its leaders from this world is a desire to exact revenge, not a desire to achieve a strategic aim.'
Another ankle-biting nay-sayer from the Never-Bibi contingent, I suspect.
Le Figaro reported that Qatar received assurances from Israel that Mossad will not eliminate terrorists on their soil.
Possibly this is even true, as opposed to an attempt to shape perceptions and limit permissions.

☺ Pass it around ☺
Mossad plans to use the USA Open Border situation to enter, capture/kill HAMAS leadership members in the USA and then use the Open Border to escape.

Once that becomes general knowledge.
I am sure the LSD's will quickly demand the USA borders be under control again.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Lebanon is offered 'Israeli pullout' in return for 'Hezbollah pullback'
[An Nahar] French Special Presidential Envoy for Leb
...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
Jean-Yves Le Drian has called on Lebanon to "implement" U.N. Security Council Resolution 1701 by "ending the presence of armed appearances within a 30-kilometer-deep area so that it serves as a buffer zone," a media report said on Friday.

If Lebanon does not comply, Le Drian has warned that the resolution would be amended so that the U.N. forces become "more effective in their military jurisdiction" and that the international community might resort to Chapter 7 of the U.N. Charter to implement the resolution "by force," the Nidaa al-Watan newspaper reported.

"The international pressure for the implementation of the resolution has reached Lebanese officials from several international sides, not only from Le Drian, and it is something expected to happen, especially that the settlers of the Israeli north are refusing to return to their homes without security guarantees starting by the withdrawal of armed appearances from the area south of the Litani River," diplomatic sources told the daily.

"International pressure on Lebanon will intensify as time passes with the aim of rearranging the situations in the border area, seeing as it will be difficult to return to the pre-October 7 situation," the sources added.

"That’s why the stances of the Lebanese forces are being explored regarding the issue of delineating the land border after Israel’s withdrawal from the occupied areas and the 13 contested points while halting its violations, in return for pulling back armed appearances from the area south of the Litani River," the sources said.

Berri rejects any modification of Resolution 1701
[An Nahar] Parliament Speaker Nabih Knobby Berri
...Speaker of the Lebanese parliament, head of the Amal Shiite party aligned with Hezbollah, a not very subtle sock puppet of the Medes and Persians...
has stressed that Leb
...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
"has been and is still committed to Resolution 1701 and its implementation."

But "Israel has violated this resolution thousands of times," Berri lamented, in remarks to al-Joumhouria newspaper published Thursday.

Rejecting any modification of the resolution, Berri added: "No one can impose conditions, amendments or new arrangements on Lebanon, and any step in this direction would be rejected and confronted by us."

"What’s only needed is for them to implement the resolution and nothing other than that," the Speaker went on to say.

"Whenever someone raises this issue with us, our answer would be clear and unequivocal: the international border is known and clear. There are 13 (border) points of which some have been settled and some other points remain to be settled, all the way to the Shebaa Farms, the Kfarshouba Hills, the northern part of the town of al-Mari and the B1 point," Berri added.
