Ok in a nutshell. This is going to the Supreme Court. Where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale. It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote. This is where it gets good.
The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans. and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place. This is The law.

The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen So stop watching the fake news and don’t let your heart be troubled and live your life knowing this will all work out. Another fun fact, they call Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And two people that were part of that decision was none other that new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed.

This is a encouraging opinion piece.
We should not concede to Democratic voter fraud.
It is important to verify that every ballot is a valid vote. The Democrats have perfected how to bypass and prevent the ballot verification process.
There must be a national standard integrity requirements of which in person voting and same day voting and canvassing is best.
I know there will be scream of voter suppression and every voter should count.
Ours should be no voter disenfranchisement or cancellation by voter fraud.

This is not Bush vs Gore Here it's about ten or even hundred thousands of votes..
This is EXACTLY why we must "go there."
Those are not real votes. No one with a head on his shoulders instead of a cabbage can believe that these half-million ballots represent the actual votes cast be actual registered voters.
Statistically, what we are seeing is impossible.
A hundred thousand or so absentee ballots, all for Biden and only Biden, with no down-ballot votes whatsoever, in each of four swing states and only in those swing states, every one of them run by Democrats who have a history of fraud?
This is 100% fraudulent.
This is as valid as Biden's claim that Hunter Biden is a brilliant and honorable man.
To ask us to accept this after an election in which the media suppressed real and dispositive evidence of the Biden family's corruption by not just Ukrainian, Russian and Central Asian thieves but actual Chinese military and political elites is the political equivalent of rape.
We will never accept these atrocities.
We will preserve our democratic republic.

Philadelphia's Judge of Elections, a creep named Domenick DeMuro, just pled guilty a few months ago to fixing thousands of ballots in dozens of races over three different years. In May 2020. In Philadelphia. The judge of elections admitted to rewriting ballots.

Don't go there. Concentrate on the two remaining Senate seats, take back the House in 2022, and you are set for 2024.

Some points to add. If the demoncrats cheat during the run off and get the senate, they will stuff the Supreme Court and all that nice redistricting that currently favors the Republicans hugely will be ruled away.
If the demoncrats take everything, this Republic is finished. But it might be finished regardless.
If Trump loses his court battle, half of the country will see Biden as illegitimate and a cheat. Expect all sorts of mostly non-violent resistance, until he tries to force people to do things by executive action.
If Trump wins, half of the country, the media, the tech elites will see it as stealing the election and expect 4 years of making the last 4, especially 2020 seem like the halcyon days of our youth.
Either scenario I see states push for and may actually succeed. Highly possible with the red states if the demoncrats win everything.

The only way we can preserve our democracy is to do the ejection over and force EVERY SINGLE VOTE to have complete, effective, total chain of custody, supervised by at least two electoral observers, one from each party, in a public setting. No mail-in bullshit.
Real people, in public, observed and verified by one D official and one R official, actual verified registered voters actually inserting their ballot marked in a public polling place but also private , and placing it into an envelope and manually inserting it into a ballot machine that does not electronically display their preference for all to see.

Nobody is talking about invalidating legit votes.
What is needed is to confirm the legit votes made. Each fraudulent vote is an act of violence against not only Trump voters in said states, but nationwide.
Using the force of a deliberate lie to control behavior is violence. Those who really believe in Palosi's Mandate or AOC's Make a List should know what the real score is, and that happens with a confirmation and re-count.
Wouldn't that be a surprise, putting on your Blamtifa Boots, leadership is all "yeah, not only do we outnumber them, but they are all old fat people." Only to find out all those nominal allies you thought you had are like, "Nah, parents fled your type, I won't" and really outnumbered maybe 2:1. Why do you think I've been so depressed since last Wednesday? If we can't have free and fair elections, we can't have democracy so we might as well have war. I don't want war. I don't even have a gun. I would want to fight but if I did, if I was allowed at my age, I would most likely die and it would certainly tear my family apart.
But I don't want to live in a totalitarian, Chinese vassal state.
So I went to our virtual church on Sunday and I prayed for America. I believe my prayer was answered because that's when I remembered we now have a Supreme Court that will at least give Trump a fair hearing.
Think about it: How is it that RBG died and was replaced so quickly by Amy Coney Barret? Was that coincidence, luck or Providence?
If Trump can prove his case to the Supreme Court then he might yet win. If he can't then I will have no choice but to accept that Biden won. We have a system in this country and I must trust it. The joker in this deck is the military but I must have faith that they will also trust the system. Then I started to feel a bit better.
EC, Rantburgers will remind you that blue city Democrats would be at an extreme disadvantage in a war and I believe it is beyond their capabilities to organize a real army the way Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee did. There may be riots but if it gets to the point where real bullets start flying en mass I think their survival instincts will prevail and they will stop.

Trump should absolutely fight for every legal vote. Even if he were to have no chance of overturning the presidential election he should continue to ensure the Senate seats are judged on fair vote and to expose the corruption that would put a nasty taint on the Biden Presidency that would carry over to 2022 and 2024 elections.
Even if Trump doesn't win he can destroy the Democrats by exposing the machine in these cities and getting people locked up.

The choice for each of us seems to be one of the following:
A. Shrug, accept, fall back on a default mode of civilized irony. "Corruption happens." Hey, Nixon won in 1960 and didn't contest it because it would have ripped the country apart. Better part of valor and all that. This is the pragmatic approach that you find in cynical Old European capitals -- call it the VIENNESE-IRONIC option.
B. Raise hell, make noise, join the convoy and camp out in front of the state Capitol. Try to use lawfare plus civilized pressure a la the 2000 election's "Brooks Brothers Riot." This is the PALM BEACH-COWBELL option.
C. Go to ground, close your window blinds, create anonymous accounts at Parler etc and fire away as a keyboard warrior. This is the CARACAS-SAMIZDAT option.
None of the above options A-C -- not the Viennese-Ironic, nor the Palm Beach-Cowbell or the Caracas-Samizdat models -- not one offers any hope of restoring something like a normal democracy with free speech, rule of law and honest elections.

There is no need to be depressed. You are part of 70 Millions of votes.
Unite with other fellow supporters and fight, talk, tell people how Democrat/Marxists want to forbid almost everything.

Instead, multiple sources tell "The Dan O'Donnell Show," municipal clerks and vote counters across the state simply filled out witness signatures themselves. Acting on false and unlawful advice from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), these clerks may have inadvertently invalidated thousands of absentee votes.
"The statute is very, very clear," said retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who worked as a poll watcher in Milwaukee on Election Day. "If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it's not valid. That ballot is not valid."

[American Defense News] Anonymous Chinese donations totaling $22 million to the recently opened Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) are raising national security concerns. The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education flagging the donations.
Federal law requires universities disclose the source of any donations over $250,000. According to NLPC, as reported by Newsmax, the largest anonymous donation from China of $14.5 million to the Biden Center came in May 2018. Even more money was donated to UPenn once Biden announced he was running for president in late 2019.
According to NLPC, UPenn received more than $70 million from Chinese sources between 2013 and 2019. Of that amount, about $22 million was identified as coming from anonymous sources in China.
With only a week until the election, the university has refused to identify its anonymous donations and the Department of Education is so far unwilling to force the university to comply. Newsmax reports that NLPC attorney Paul Kamenar questions why the university "isn’t coming clean" on the anonymous donations.
"Why aren’t you releasing this information so we can see who these Chinese sources are and how much money is being funneled to the Biden Center?"
"The University of Pennsylvania and the Penn Biden Center are particularly vulnerable to China government influences due to the large amounts of China donations and contracts," the complaint argued.
Highlighting the national security dangers, the complaint also referenced the 2020 Penn China Research Symposium held on Jan. 31, just as the Wuhan coronavirus was spreading globally.
The event, "China and the Future of Healthcare and Biotechnology" featured a Penn Biden Center representative and Ambassador Huang Ping, the consul general from New York’s Chinese consulate general (also known as a major Chinese spy hub) as panelists.
