[ZH] Events have been so frenetic over the past few years that it may be difficult for some to remember, but at the height of the covid panic there was a massive media campaign to destroy the image of any celebrity that publicly refused to take the vaccine. They could be TV or film celebrities, famous scientists, politicians or even sports figures; it didn't matter. Anyone with a "platform" and an audience was expected to toe the line on the government covid narrative, or suffer the consequences.
One could argue that the mandates and vaccines were more a loyalty test than an effort to save lives: Those who complied were considered devout collectivists or at least people who could be controllable, and those who refused to comply immediately stood out as a potential threat. This is how a world-class tennis player from Serbia, Novak Djokovic, was treated when it was revealed that he was not vaccinated when he entered the Australian Open in early 2022.
Djokovic was subsequently removed from the tournament and had his travel visa revoked. Keep in mind the player had a clean bill of health at the time, but his example of defiance of the jab was considered unacceptable by Australian authorities. What would follow was an endless attack on his character and intelligence on social media, which a number of corporate journalists joined in on.
One of the lead instigators of this attempt at cancellation was Mike Dickson, a prominent British sports journalist working for the Daily Mail. Dickson is noted as being relentless in his criticism of Djokovic, calling the player "arrogant and deplorable" for refusing to submit.
This week, Mike Dickson is reported to have collapsed and "died suddenly" this week at the age of 59 while covering the Australian Open. The cause of death has been kept confidential.
Despite Dickson's attempts to paint Novak Djokovic as a global villain, the player had only kind words for the journalist upon news of his passing, offering his condolences. Contrary to all the accusations, very often it's the covid cultists that act like villains while the people they criticize display character and honor. A spectator recently yelled "Get vaccinated" at Djokovic during a match the other day. I wonder if it was this moak.

Zelensky is already setting the stage by saying Russia will blow up a nuclear reactor. The Russians are no doubt keenly aware that the target will be a reactor in western Russia and it will be Ukrainian saboteurs who undertake the mission.

Relaying an exchange with a reporter on X, Higgins reasoned that the Biden administration was "staging a civil war," so Texas would be within its right to ignore the ruling from the nation’s highest court.
"Media: ’Congressman Higgins, the Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the Biden Admin over the State of Texas, saying that the federal government can remove physical barriers at the border put in place by Texas. What are your thoughts?'" Higgins recalled being asked.
"Me: ’My thoughts are that the feds are staging a civil war, and Texas should stand their ground,'" he wrote.
The controversial statement was in response to a 5-4 ruling from the Supreme Court on Monday. The court ruled in favor of a Jan. 2 request by the Justice Department to intervene in a dispute between the Biden administration and Texas, coming after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit stopped the federal government from cutting wire set up by Texas to deter immigrants from illegally crossing the border.
The Supreme Court said the administration should be able to remove physical barriers set up by the state of Texas.

I actually agree with SCOTUS as a matter of law, but that's beside the point. The law only works in a healthy society where everyone is playing by the rules. That is clearly not the case. It's probably time for Texas to secede. And then I need to start working on my immigration application.

Well, since Biden has chosen to ignore SCOTUS on student loan 'forgiveness', why should anyone else not ignore. The Blue states have been hot and heavy, after the clear signal by SCOTUS on the 2nd Amendment, with another onslaught of obviously unconstitutional acts.
Today I'm here to tell you that the Western world is in danger. And it is in danger because those who are supposed to have to defend the values of the West are co-opted by a vision of the world that inexorably leads to socialism and thereby to poverty.
Unfortunately, in recent decades, the main leaders of the Western world have abandoned the model of freedom for different versions of what we call collectivism. Some have been motivated by well-meaning individuals who are willing to help others, and others have been motivated by the wish to belong to a privileged caste.
We're here to tell you that collectivist experiments are never the solution to the problems that afflict the citizens of the world. Rather, they are the root cause. Do believe me: no one is in better place than us, Argentines, to testify to these two points.
Thirty five years after we adopted the model of freedom, back in 1860, we became a leading world power. And when we embraced collectivism over the course of the last 100 years, we saw how our citizens started to become systematically impoverished, and we dropped to spot number 140 globally.

However, just like DC Swamp has in the past, staged, tried or done with every great US President that challenged their agendas. There is little doubt the DC Swamp controllers, having tried various other ways to remove Trump, will eventually resort to a JFK type scenario.
The question is how quickly will a "☻ Peaceful ☻" Political or Wealth ranking solution be applied by the masses, if it were to happen to Trump.

I think that they know that Americans have had enough. Trust in institutions used to be a brake on our tempers. If they tried something with real intent, not as a message, it would have to look like a medical issue. Uncertainty would be what they would be looking for.

[American Thinker] The Biden administration deceives itself and others by proclaiming the possibility of resolving the conflict between Palestinian Jews and Palestinian Arabs on the basis of two states for two peoples.
Its proposal, covered in a thick layer of historical dust and a fog of lies, has become the American operational plan for resolving a conflict that has been consistently abandoned by both sides.
On Nov. 29, 1947, the UN decided to form a Jewish and Arab ("Palestinian") state.
On May 14, 1948, the birthday of the State of Israel, all the then-existing Arab countries and Palestinian Arabs started a war to destroy the newly formed Jewish state in order to create an Arab state on the entire territory of Western Palestine.
Israel accepted the UN decision to divide the territory into a Jewish state and an Arab state. The Arab countries and the Arab inhabitants of Palestine did not accept this partition because they considered the concept of two states for two peoples historically unjust and wrong: another solution loomed before them - one, Arab state for one, Arab Palestinian people.
The Arabs never had a state in Palestine, but did not accept its partition into Arab and Jewish parts, proposed to them by the British Peel Royal Commission in 1937, and later proposed to them by the UN in 1947. For nineteen years (1948-1967), the "Palestinian problem" was not solved by the Egyptians, Jordanians and the Palestinian Arabs themselves as a Palestinian problem, or rather it was not solved at all, for there was no demand for a Palestinian state.
The Palestinian problem was born after the crushing victory of the Israelis in the Six-Day War and their seizure of lands that were not part of the territory of the Jewish state according to the UN resolution of Nov. 29, 1947. The Palestinian problem crystallized envy of the victor who had formed a strong, prosperous state and the desire to destroy it, as well as the fantasy of peace in Palestine in the case of two states for two peoples.
"Palestinians" have become the "chosen" people, for they intend to replace the state of the chosen Jewish people with their own state.
The formal recognition of Israel by the Palestinian Authority is belied by the anti-Israeli education of its children and the monetary encouragement of the murder of Israelis - pay to slay. The fantasy of peace if the two-state solution for two peoples is realized expresses a genuine historical "disproportion." This is a nice example of a fact that is completely true and is either misleading or adds nothing to the discussion.
