#8 So the Russian equivalent of the GSA is taking inventory - maybe not a bad idea with all the chatter about seizing Russian assets abroad - and that gets turned into Putin wants Alaska back. Sure, whatever.

The first question to ask is Why? Russian is currently busy frying some bigger existential fish, but it never hurts to whip up a little hysteria, right? The second question is How? Look at a map before you answer.
