Impeaching does no good at this point. First of all, only the party that has 50% + 1 seats in the House can initiate it — the Democrats at this point — and only with a 2/3rds majority in the Senate can there be conviction. This was the Democrats’ error both times they impeached President Trump to no avail... but presumably they assumed he would resign from the embarrassment of the thing, which showed they definitely did not understand their man.
I haven’t heard anything to suggest that the Republicans will win enough seats in the Senate to get a 2/3rds majority, either in November or in 2024. Have I missed any new developments?

“Let’s roll up,” commanded a commando officer. And the entire calculation quickly leaves the position until it is covered by enemy artillery.
On the way, I stop by an old friend - the commander of a cannon division with the call sign "Tobol". The last time we saw each other was in May, when he was standing near Rubizhne. Now, with his artillery, he ensures the advance of the troops in the most difficult direction - Artemovsky and Soledarsky.
What has changed in these two months?
“Resistance has dropped noticeably,” says a young LNR lieutenant colonel. - It is, but not as desperate as in Severodonetsk or Popasnaya. They use urban buildings, and that, of course, is sad. People will need to go back somewhere. Not everyone can be explained that it was not the troops of the Russian Federation or the LPR who used the housing stock as firing points. Well, the enemy began to use NATO weapons. Quite unpleasant, but we have established a fight with them.

Luhansk army captured an American howitzer
In a huge concrete hangar of a glass factory, which is on the way from Lisichansk to Seversk, it flew right into the roof, breaking the floors and bringing down tons of concrete on an American armored tractor with a howitzer standing inside.
The calculation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was discovered by aerial reconnaissance at the positions from which Ukrainian artillerymen fired at Rubizhne and Severodonetsk. It was decided to trace the route of the M777, which brought our weapons to this hangar.
