[New Jersey Herald] New Jersey police officers will be barred from using physical or deadly force against civilians except as a last resort and must intervene if they see another officer going too far, according to sweeping new changes to the state's policy on when police can use force.
New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said Monday that his office's yearlong effort to overhaul the state's 20-year-old policies was meant to protect citizens, build community trust and reframe the way officers approach exchanges with the public.
"We're going to preserve the sanctity of human life, we're going to preserve the rights and liberties of our residents and we're going to try to resolve every interaction in a peaceful and respectful manner," Grewal said in an interview.
"We're going to try to de-escalate — that's a duty we have," he said. "And if we have to use force, it's going to be a last resort that's reasonable, necessary and proportional."
How about adding a mandatory fully served 6 month jail time for resisting arrest but avoidance (running) delay using aggressively verbal confrontations during arrest cycle.
Then 18-36 months for physically resisting arrest.
With another 5 years for assaulting a Law Enforcement Officer added as appropriate.
ALL IF... clearly seen on the LEO or other body cam video doing so?
[PJ] During a special session of the Oregon legislature called by Democrat Gov. Kate Brown, protesters descended on the building to attempt to enter. Several police agencies responded with officers in riot gear, MRAPs, and pepper spray to enforce the governor’s order to close the building due to concerns about the Wuhan CCP coronavirus pandemic. Patriot groups organized a gathering to protest the continued draconian lockdowns across the state, as well as the unconstitutional legislative session that excluded public oversight.
State Rep. Werner Reschke (R-Klamath Falls) tweeted that keeping the people of Oregon out of the session violates the state constitution:
Multiple witnesses reported the police force included Oregon State Police, several county sheriff’s deputies, and the Salem Police Bureau. This kind of riot line and equipment deployment seemed to be utterly missing from riots caused by antifa and Black Lives Matter throughout 2020 in multiple cities across Oregon. Yet when the people of Oregon try to exercise their constitutional rights to watch in person as their representatives do the business of the people, however, an army of police came out.

"Old people and women assaulted by OSP. I am waiting on a call back from an internal affairs official... The OSP was out of control at that time. I got pepper sprayed. It was bad. OSP….Kate’s goons."
If you unconditionally "Back The Blue" the police is incentivized to screw you in order to appease those whose support of the police is very much conditional.
President Biden, should that actually happen, will somehow manage to give hardly any of it to Israel, or give almost all of it to the Palestinians — after all, they have an “embassy” in Washington, DC to reopen.
President Trump in his second term, should that be the outcome, will get $5 billion of value from Israel in exchange.

what is the value of an American soldier's life?
Trump is the only recent US president who did not start a war. Surely that achievement owes something to his Mideast policy

I can't bear to read the story, either, let alone the over 5000 pages of the actual pork-filled bill. But I wonder how much is ear-marked for "green" companies, like the ones that failed miserably during the Soetoro regime.
[American Defense News] DISINFORMATION ALERT — Deliberately ignored by the establishment media — handwritten notes by former CIA Director, John Brennan, and a CIA investigative referral to FBI Director James Comey and fired FBI official Peter Strzok, declassified in October by the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), show that the CIA was concerned that the Russians knew of Hillary Clinton’s anti-Trump collusion smear operation.
Not only that but the CIA assessed that the Russians were "potentially manipulating Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s plans to smear Donald Trump as a Russian agent," notes The Federalist.
CIA officials were so concerned that they personally briefed President Barack Obama in 2016 and requested that the FBI investigate Russian involvement in Clinton’s "Russia-collusion" smear campaign against Donald Trump.
Worse still, notes Sean Davis, co-founder of The Federalist, CIA Director Brennan clearly knew that the effort to tar Trump with the Russia collusion myth was hatched by the Hillary campaign. As Brennan’s notes from a White House meeting show:

Everything - EVERYTHING - these fucks said about Trump was false about him, and actually true of themselves.
If they want us to accept their Truth & Reconciliation Commission, then it has to start by trying, convicting and sentencing the actual traitors who actually did enlist foreign agents to spy on US persons, who took millions from CCP front organizations, who slept with and were compromised by Chinese MSS spies, and who brazenly hud all the above while accusing Trump of their own crimes.
[Free Beacon] As an Iranian national, Trita Parsi probably cannot get security clearance, say experts
A coalition of progressive foreign-policy groups is pressing President-elect Joe Biden to hire an Iranian national accused of lobbying for the Islamist regime for a senior administration role that a non-U.S. citizen would likely be ineligible to hold.
As Biden forms his future cabinet, groups on the Democratic Party's far-left flank are organizing to pressure him into hiring a roster of individuals who would typically be left out of the White House. The roster includes foreign-policy hands who have pushed for increasing American diplomacy with Iran and reducing cooperation between the United States and Israel. The list of more than 100 staff recommendations was first reported by Politico, which declined to publish it in full. The Washington Free Beacon obtained a full copy of the list.
[AlAhram] The incoming Biden administration is considering a plan to shield more than a million immigrants colonists from Honduras and Guatemala from deportation after the countries were battered by hurricanes in November, three people familiar with the matter told Rooters.
U.S. President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020... ’s transition team is weighing whether to grant them Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The program allows people already in the United States at the time of the designation to stay and work legally if their home countries have been affected by natural disasters, armed conflicts or other events that prevent their safe return. The designations last six to 18 months and can be renewed.
TPS covers both immigrants colonists in the United States illegally and those on legal visas. The program bars certain applicants with criminal convictions and those deemed security threats.
The sources stressed that no decisions were expected until after Biden takes office on Jan. 20 and staff are in place to conduct formal evaluations.
"They’re looking into TPS the same way they’re looking into a number of things to decide on the right course of action," said one of the people, all of whom requested anonymity. "Circumstances on the ground certainly warrant that."
A transition team front man declined to comment.
If Biden’s Democratic administration does grant TPS to Hondurans and Guatemalans, it would represent a major expansion of the program and the biggest use of that authority in decades.
The discussion of the TPS humanitarian protections represents a sharp departure from the administration of Republican President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... Trump attempted to phase out most enrollment in the TPS program, arguing the countries had recovered from natural disasters that happened years or decades ago, but the terminations were slowed by federal courts and the protections will remain in place at least until October 2021.
Biden’s campaign website called Trump attempts to roll back TPS "politically motivated" and Biden has said he would not return enrollees to unsafe countries.
If the Biden administration ultimately offers new TPS protections to Hondurans and Guatemalans, it could enthuse liberal Democrats but would risk criticism from Republicans who back Trump’s tougher approach to immigration, making it more difficult for Biden to pass the immigration bill he plans to introduce at the start of his term.
[PJ] Democratic candidates for the U.S. Senate Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are keeping some curious company. The two candidates will appear at a get-out-the-vote event with Dr. David E. Marion, chairman of Howard University’s National Pan-Hellenic Council of Presidents. It just so happens that Dr. Marion initiated Louis Farrakhan into his fraternity — Omega Psi Phi — in 2019.
Farrakhan heads up the Nation of Islam, a hate group noted for its nauseating anti-Semitism and racism. That anyone of any color, creed, or race would "honor" Farrakhan with anything should disqualify them from being accepted by any political group — except maybe the Nazis.
It’s interesting that black politicians no longer feel the need to distance themselves from Farrakhan. As the black community is becoming more and more radicalized, looking for scapegoats becomes acceptable. Who better to scapegoat than Jews? And Farrakhan becomes the perfect messenger for that scapegoating because he places his anti-Semitism in terms of fighting for civil rights.
[Breibart] American taxpayers still reeling from coronavirus lockdowns will be shelling out billions to foreign countries if Congress passes a $2.3 trillion spending bill unveiled Monday.
The 5,593 page budget-busting bill was posted online Monday afternoon, only hours before House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said a vote would be held.
Five thousand-some pages of payoffs, bailouts, pet projects and grift. I do believe I am becoming
cynical.
While I have not read any of the bill, I'd bet a big pile of your money that there are some major allocations to help the Blue states deal with their unfunded pension obligations.

Biden just said he is ready to piss away even more. Globalism means the Dims will allow the world to pick the bones of the American taxpayer like vultures on roadkill.

Poor kids. Already getting a third world education; now tganjs to lockdowns they've fallen so far behind, and they'll be yoked to so much debt, that they will never ever have a shot at a decent life. No wonder they're going mad.

$450 Million to Ukraine, Rush just said so they can continue paying Hunter.
Money to illegals and their families and it's retroactive so they'll also get the $1200 given out earlier.

Not sure how far the ChiComs were willing to push their manipulation of their surrogates here before the election in the massive cheating to steal the election and put a friendly Biden administration in ace, but the chaos that has followed has made me think they are now going all in for every subversive tool in their toolbox.
[Big League Politics] For years, Republicans have bragged about the quality, rule-of-law judges being appointed to the bench by President Donald Trump at the behest of the Federalist Society.
Now, those same judges are refusing to hear electoral integrity cases in the court of law, dismissing cases without considering evidence, and hiding behind legal fictions in order to abdicate their duty to overturn massive voter fraud. A long-time favorite of the Federalist Society is even boasting in the mainstream media that the organization has duped Trump and his supporters this entire time.
David French, the ’Never Trumper’ who defends drag queen predators grooming child victims in public libraries, wrote an op/ed in Time Magazine championing the Federalist Society for its judges who are rolling over and allowing the most grotesque crime in U.S. history take place unabated.

Howie Carr covered this subject two days before French wrote his column. Methinks French aped this column and went the other way with it - how original!
