[Breitbart] A handful of black Americans, residing in New York City, have filed a federal lawsuit against the city’s Board of Elections for a local law that would allow nearly a million foreign nationals to vote in citywide elections.
As Breitbart News has chronicled, Democrats on the 51-member New York City Council approved a plan last month that allows more than 800,000 foreign nationals with green cards, visas, and work permits the opportunity to vote in citywide elections so long as they have resided in the city for at least 30 consecutive days.
Four black Americans — Phyllis Coachman, Deroy Murdock, Katherine James, and Anthony Gilhuys — represented by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) have now filed a lawsuit in federal court that mimics their lawsuit filed in New York state which challenges the law on the grounds that it violates the 15th Amendment and the Voting Rights Act.
Racial discrimination, the latest lawsuit alleges, is behind the New York City law as it seeks to dilute the votes of black Americans by adding hundreds of thousands of Hispanic and Asian immigrants to the voting rolls.
The lawsuit states:
Local Law 11 violates the Fifteenth Amendment and Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act because it was adopted with impermissible racial intent. It was the explicit intent of the Law’s sponsors to increase the voting strength of certain racial subgroups while simultaneously decreasing the voting strength of other racial subgroups. An election law enacted with any racial intent or purpose is unconstitutional under the Fifteenth Amendment and Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. As the Supreme Court of the United States has stated, “There is no room under the Amendment for the concept that the right to vote in a particular election can be allocated based on race.” [Emphasis added]

According to data from the 2020 American Community Survey of the United States Census, there are approximately 1,300,000 foreign nationals residing in Bronx, Kings, New York and Queens Counties. Of that total, approximately 495,000 are Hispanic and 348,000 are Asian. [Emphasis added]

New York City has approximately five million active registered voters. The addition of approximately one million foreign-citizen voters could potentially make up almost 20 percent or more of the electorate in future New York City elections. This is greater than the margin of victory in many municipal elections. [Emphasis added]
The lawsuit cites former Councilmember Ydanis Rodriguez (D) as “consistently” advocating for the law “with an explicit racial purpose.”
“Throughout the September 20, 2021, New York City Council public hearing, Council Member Rodriguez spoke in favor of the Bill in racial terms … many of his statements referred to the race of the foreign citizens who would be granted municipal voting rights,” the lawsuit states.
In June, the New York Supreme Court struck down the law as “illegal, null, and void” because “it is clear … that voting is a right granted to citizens of the United States” after the New York Republican Party filed suit in the state.
The federal lawsuit brought by black Americans is the third to challenge the law but the first that asks the federal courts to intervene in blocking its implementation.
The case is Coachman v. the City of New York, No. 1:22-cv-05123 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Thousands of miles of electrical lines, pipelines, roads and bridges, rail lines can not be protected. If you thought the shortages of April 2020 were crippling, you haven't seen anything yet.
To all those Lefty Yahoos out there. The police at all levels and to a large extent the military live among the civilian population and especially their civilian employees and contractors. They are vulnerable, they know it. It's a major reason why police in any hot spot in the world are generally ineffective. They want to live another day.

Now that mask mandates are over except for a few extreme leftist enclaves like Cali, NY and so forth, the answer to mask wearers is simple. Act like you can't hear or understand what they are saying. Ignore them or tell them outright you are not even going to try to listen to them until they take off the mask.
This even works at the drive thru, where the order taker can see on camera that some idiot is wearing a mask.

There a people wearing masks throughout our country. They probably have reasons. Some may even have specific good reasons. In my book those reasons are private and don’t really interest me now that the mandates are mostly irrelevant to my life. It is kind of the same with people driving carts through Walmart. Have they had a knee replacement? Are they just lazy? Not any of my business. That’s America.

Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Tim Thibault was reportedly escorted out of the bureau on Friday, amid whistleblower allegations that he showed political bias in his handling of politically sensitive investigations.
The Washington Times reported eyewitness accounts that "Mr. Thibault was seen exiting the bureau’s elevator last Friday escorted by two or three 'headquarters-looking types.'" The article appears to have been updated and now states that Thibault "abruptly resigned" but that he was "forced to leave his post" and cites two unnamed former FBI officials.
Just the News was unable to independently confirm the Times' report.
Whistleblowers alleged that Thibault concealed the partisan nature of evidence from FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland ...Attorney General of the U.S., who classifies indignant parents as domestic terrorists. The is the respected legal scholar Obama nominated for the Supreme Court... to secure their approval to open an investigation into former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... in 2020 unrelated to the raid, according to information made public by Sen. Charles Grassley.
Those whistleblower allegations have raised questions about the bureau as it also deals with the fallout of the raid on Trump's home earlier this month.
In that matter, the public release of the affidavit that accompanied the search warrant revealed the warrant application relied heavily on information from news articles, including a CBS Miami piece titled "Moving Trucks Spotted At Mar-a-Lago" and a Breitbart News article in which former Trump adviser Kash Patel discussed the classified status of documents the bureau previously removed from the estate on behalf of the National Archives.
Grassley confirmed to Just the News prior to the raid that Thibault had been removed from his post and reassigned to an unspecified position.

Arizona is one of the states that, in the aftermath of the 2020 election, decided that statutory reforms were needed to make it easy to vote, but hard to cheat, to increase public confidence in the election result.
A good choice.
Under the Arizona Constitution, laws passed by elected legislatures can be overridden by ballot initiatives. Many of these initiatives impose measures that politicians reject after careful consideration. One such example of a left-wing initiative was Arizona’s forced taxpayer funding of political campaigns, which the U.S. Supreme Court struck down as an unconstitutional violation of the First Amendment in Arizona Free Enterprise Club’s Freedom Club PAC v. Bennett (2011).
Billionaire activist muppet George Soros largely funded the latest effort to override the elected legislature in the Grand Canyon State as his Open Society Foundation, as well as another activist muppet group called Way to Win — which claims credit for Democrat victories in 2020 — funded a ballot initiative through a left-wing group with the euphemistic name: Arizonans for Free and Fair Elections. The well-financed activist muppets submitted over 475,000 signatures.
Conservatives challenged the validity of these signatures. After a round of litigation, the Arizona Supreme Court sent the matter back to a Maricopa County judge for a final assessment. The trial judge held last week that the organizers had barely met the necessary 239,926 signatures, clearing that hurdle by only a couple thousand votes.
Almost 50% fake? That’s ambitious, even for Soros drones.
But on appeal again to the Arizona Supreme Court, the justices held on Thursday that they were "unable to verify the validity rate used by the trial court" and ordered the trial judge to explain his calculation by midday Friday. When the trial judge failed to justify his calculations, the Arizona Supreme Court concluded that the ballot initiative did not have enough legal signatures to proceed to November’s election.

"The irony is rich, because signature verification is a standard election integrity requirement," former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, chairman of the Center for Election Integrity at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), exclusively told Breitbart News. I think Hunter is being protected but I don’t think Biden is coherent enough to be executing a coherent plan. The record of his entire administration stands as evidence that executing a coherent plan is anathema to Joe. I think Hunter is being temporarily protected by Obama’s orders. I expect Hunter will soon be loaded into a pumpkin chucker to signal the end of Biden’s puppethood.
