I'll Believe It When I See It: Jeffrey Epstein Docs to Be Unsealed
[GatewayPundit] Dozens of documents connected to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s associates will be released to the general public following a judge’s ruling on Friday that the public interest overrides the right to privacy, Daily Mail reported.

This morning Judge Loretta Preska (in the civil suit of Giufre v. Maxwell) ordered the unsealing of dozens of Jeffrey Epstein-related documents. Judge Preska is a senior judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

This latest ruling came in response to efforts by eight (8) "John/Jane Doe" third parties who petitioned the Court, demanding that scores of records be sealed and kept from the public to preserve the "Does'" reputations.

#3  If you really want to know what old Jeffrey was up to, read Vol-II of Webb's book "One Nation Under Blackmail." Webb has done an absolutely amazing deep dive with reference links at the end of each chapter.

Judge Preska's order will likely produce very little if anything. In a nutshell, Epstein, Maxwell, Randy Andy, and the Clinton's were in the information sharing, blackmail, bribery, guns and whores business on a global level.

#10  It feels like Lucy pulling the football away each time, but realistically Charlie Brown is not very athletic. Eventually he would kick Lucy in the head accidentally over 50 years or so of futile attempts. Once Lucy is lying unconscious in a pool of her own blood the game sort of changes. Hopefully, the analogy makes sense. My description is colored by my hatred for the Lucy football strips.

Government Corruption
Sam Bankman-Fried and FTX Cronies Gave $300k to House Committee Members Investigating Him
[WFB] House Financial Services Committee chair Maxine Waters has dodged questions about crypto titan's donations

Sam Bankman-Fried and executives at his cryptocurrency firm contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to members of the House committee that will hold hearings next month on the company’s collapse.

Bankman-Fried and his co-founders at FTX contributed $300,351 to nine members of the House Financial Services Committee, according to Federal Election Commission records. Some of the largest contributions were to Democrats on the committee’s Digital Assets Working Group, which worked on regulation of the crypto industry. Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.), who chairs the committee, announced a probe this week into FTX’s collapse after the company declared bankruptcy, wiping out billions of dollars in customers’ portfolios. The Justice Department and Securities Exchange Commission are reportedly investigating Bankman-Fried for potential misuse of customer funds.

Bankman-Fried’s donations to committee members could raise concerns that the lawmakers will not adequately investigate the crypto kingpin, who spent millions on advertising, lobbying, and philanthropic causes to burnish his company’s image as an ethical crypto company in an industry rife with scam artists. Of the nine committee members who received contributions from Bankman-Fried, only Rep. Chuy Garcia (D., Ill.) has said he would return a $2,900 contribution from the billionaire. While Waters said the committee will investigate FTX’s "collapse," the Democrat has no apparent plans to look into Bankman-Fried’s efforts to buy favor in Washington.

Waters dodged questions this week about whether she is concerned about Bankman-Fried’s political donations. "Well, I don't want to get into that. As a matter of fact, both sides, Democrats and Republicans, have received donations," she told Fox Business.

While Bankman-Fried has donated to Republicans, more than 95 percent of his contributions have gone to Democrats and Democratic committees. Along with top FTX executives, he contributed to seven Democrats and two Republicans on the Financial Services committee. They gave to five members of the committee’s Digital Assets Working Group, which Waters launched last year to "support responsible innovation that protects consumers and investors" and to craft regulations for the industry. To date, the Digital Assets Working Group has not proposed regulations for the industry, which some lawmakers say would have blunted the impact of FTX’s bankruptcy on its customers.

Garcia was the biggest recipient of Bankman-Fried cash. Bankman-Fried’s political action committee, Protect Our Future PAC, spent $199,851 on ads supporting Garcia, who serves on the committee’s Digital Assets Working Group. Bankman-Fried contributed another $2,900 to Garcia’s campaign.

Bankman-Fried and his associates gave to four other members of the Digital Assets Working Group, Reps. Ritchie Torres (D., N.Y.), Josh Gottheimer (D., N.J.), Jim Himes (D., Conn.), and Sean Casten (D., Ill.).

Bankman-Fried and his brother Gabriel gave $40,300 in all to Torres’s campaign and two of his political committees, the Torres Victory Fund and La Bamba PAC. Bankman-Fried and the head of FTX’s regulatory division gave $16,600 to Gottheimer, while other Bankman-Fried associates contributed $500 to Himes and $9,100 to Casten.

Casten has another link to the embattled crypto titan. Gabriel Bankman-Fried, who directs his brother’s political outreach, worked as a congressional aide for Casten until last year. He visited the White House on March 7 along with an adviser to the Democracy Alliance, the progressive network funded by Democratic billionaire donors.

Bankman-Fried contributed $11,600 to House Financial Services Committee members Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D., Mass.) and $5,000 to the super PAC for Rep. Cindy Axne (D., Iowa), an apparent violation of her self-imposed pledge to reject campaign donations from corporations.

His intensive lobbying campaign appeared to pay off before his company’s demise. He supported legislation proposed by Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D., Mich.) and Sen. John Boozman (R., Ark.) that would have subjected the crypto industry to regulation by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, not the larger and aggressive Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bankman-Fried donated $5,800 to Stabenow’s campaign in February and $20,800 to her joint fundraising committee in January. Bankman-Fried gave $5,800 to Boozman in January and $5,800 to committee member Sen. John Hoeven (R., N.D.) in June. He gave a combined $31,000 to campaigns and joint fundraising committees tied to Sens. Cory Booker (D., N.J.), Tina Smith (D., Minn.), Dick Durbin (D., Ill.), and Kirsten Gillibrand (D., N.Y.), who serve on the Senate Agriculture Committee.

The 30-year-old entrepreneur donated $5 million to a super PAC that supported President Joe Biden in 2020 and $40 million this cycle, largely to Democrats. He contributed $6 million to the House Majority PAC, $1 million to the Senate Majority PAC, and nearly $900,000 to the Democratic National Committee.

The donations secured him White House meetings and appearances earlier this year at Democrats’ annual retreat in Philadelphia. Bankman-Fried visited the White House three times this year with lobbyists from his company, the Washington Free Beacon reported. They met on April 22 and May 12 with Steve Ricchetti, one of Biden’s closest advisers. Bankman-Fried testified before the House Financial Services Committee on Dec. 7, where he said his goal in starting FTX was to "have a positive impact around the world." He appeared on a panel with Waters at the Democratic retreat in Philadelphia in March and was photographed arm-in-arm with the committee chairwoman after the event.

Waters’s office did not respond to questions about Bankman-Fried’s donations to committee members.

#4  Years ago, I think maybe maybe the mid 90's a guy got shafted pretty badly on an oil deal, impoverished really. He was an Okie and this wasn't his first rodeo but the chicanery was public and blatant to the point of being arrogant. That and increasingly threatening to the pigeon in our tale.

Turns out the newly broke investor was not happy with his role as pigeon and waited until the boys were having a board meeting, south of Tulsa towards Okmulgee. He decided to join the festivities and even had the presence of mind to bring his .357.

He shot at least one of them and I think more if memory serves. All non-life threatening wounds predominantly to the calf region. Of course a .357 to the calf at close range has it's own difficulties.

He then called the law, put the gun down and waited. He was arrested alright but when he got his day in court the judge heard him out, decided it was his only recourse and he walked with some kind of admonition to the effect that shooting people wasn't a very nice thing.

I dunno, something just made me think of it.

Illegal Ballot Harvesting Allegedly Caught on Camera in Maricopa County (video)
[WesternJournal] Video footage of a drop box location in Arizona’s Maricopa County during the 2022 election appears to show numerous people potentially engaging in illegal ballot harvesting.

What’s interesting is that for many of the people captured on camera, the stacks they are placing into the drop box appear to have roughly the same amount of ballots.

Some were captured on video taking pictures of the multiple ballots they were depositing in the drop box.

Also, some of the people wore medical masks in their car, and one man even had a coat hood drawn tight over his head. He pulled a box of ballots out of his trunk.

Another man wore what looked like a bigfoot suit.

According to the time stamp shown on the video, which does match the format of the surveillance footage on the Maricopa County “Live Video Feed,” these instances of what may have been illegal ballot harvesting took place throughout the early voting period and on Election Day itself.

Arizona law permits a family or household member or a caregiver to deliver a ballot on behalf of someone else to a drop box or polling place.

What is odd about many of the instances captured on video is the sheer number of ballots many of the people were delivering. If they were family member or housemate ballots, one would think they would be dropping off two or three ballots, not a stack.
Video can be seen at the link.

#1  “Fuentes and a second woman were indicted in December 2020 on one count of ballot abuse, a practice commonly known as ‘ballot harvesting’ that was made illegal under a 2016 state law,” the AP reported.

And nothing came of it, so it's really no big deal. Not all tips have icebergs underneath.

Garland appoints war crimes prosecutor Jack Smith as special counsel to oversee Trump probes
[Independent] Attorney General Merrick Garland
...rejected by the Republican-controlled Senate when President Obama submitted his name for the Supreme Court, as President Biden’s attorney general he daily demonstrates the wisdom of that decision...
has appointed Jack Smith, a former head of the Department of Justice public integrity section who previously served in prosecutorial roles at the International Criminal Court and the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, as a special prosecutor to consider whether former president Donald Trump should face criminal charges stemming from a series of ongoing probes into his conduct.

Mr Garland announced his plans at a news conference at Justice Department headquarters on Friday.

"Throughout his career, Jack Smith has built a reputation as an impartial and determined prosecutor, who leads teams with energy and focus to follow the facts, wherever they lead. As special counsel, he will exercise independent prosecutorial judgment to decide whether charges should be brought," said Mr Garland, who added that Mr Smith would be returning to the US from The Hague, where he has been serving as a chief prosecutor for the special court charged with investigating and prosecuting war crimes.

Mr Garland also said the appointment of Mr Smith as a special counsel would not slow completion of the investigations under his purview.

#4  Their strategy will work perfectly as long as peoples perception of the Biden regime is that it is honest, stable and serving the public interest. Alternately, the Biden will appear to be John Candy competing in a log roll with Chuck Norris. It will be one of these two realities.

War Room: MTG says She Talked to Kevin McCarthy and There Will be NO FUNDING for latest Special Counsel Investigation of Trump (VIDEO)
[Gateway] RINO weakling Kevin McCarthy is hoping to take the gavel from Nancy Pelosi in the upcoming Congress. But McCarthy does not have the votes to win the Speakership. According to Gateway Pundit sources, there are 10 Republican holdouts who WILL NOT vote for Kevin McCarthey precisely because they do not believe he is a fighter and up for the job of Speaker of the House.

On Friday the Biden regime announced a new garbage Special Counsel probing into President Trump on charges that he left the White House with documents that he unclassified and that he led an unarmed insurrection into the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 with FBI operatives leading the charge.

On Friday, Marjorie Taylor Greene texted Steve Bannon on The War Room after the announcement of a new Special Counsel investigation. MTG told Steve Bannon she spoke with Kevin McCarthy and he will not fund another garbage special counsel investigation of President Trump.

Steve Bannon: By the way, MTG just texted me. She talked to Kevin McCarthy and wanted to report that Kevin McCarthy said "100%" there will be no funding for a special counsel. Zero funding for a special counsel.

#5  Constitutionally, a felony does nothing even if it was legitimate which it isn’t. Eugene Debs ran for the presidency from prison.

Realistically, McCarthy will cave under pressure from McConnell. Dems will develop a new respect for both of them as we give them both the Liz Cheney treatment.
