Derrick Van Orden: Pentagon Prioritizes ‘White Rage,' ‘Pronouns,' Coronavirus Data over Military Suicides
[Breitbart] Rep.-elect Derrick Van Orden (R-WI), a retired Navy SEAL,
...continuing to serve this country, now on a new battlefield...
said on Thursday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily that the Pentagon prioritizes political nonsense for military servicepersons — including “white rage” and “pronouns” — over addressing suicides among veterans and active-duty military personnel.

Van Orden remarked, “The secretary of defense and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff are worried about white rage, and they’re trying to figure out the pronouns that servicemen and women should be using.”

He said Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley are not prioritizing veteran suicides as a crisis to be addressed. He stated, “The pronouns the Department of Defense [and] General Milley [and] General Austin needs to start thinking about — the pronouns should be ‘dead’ and ‘widow’ and ‘fatherless child.’ Those are the pronouns they need to be focusing on.”

While testifying before the House Armed Services Committee in June of 2021 regarding the Pentagon’s fiscal year 2022 budget request, Milley said, “I want to understand white rage, and I’m white.” He also defended the integration of racial “critical race theory” propaganda into military training and policy.

“Nobody … that I’m aware of at the Department of Defense has ever been held accountable for their troops committing suicide,” he added. “They’re listing how many of [our] troops were affected with COVID on these people’s reports, but [they’re] not listing the amount of troops that committed suicide on their watch. It doesn’t make any sense.”

Van Orden noted how suicide statistics among active duty military personnel are not commonly known among senior officers, reflecting a lack of prioritization of military suicide prevention coming from top leadership.

“I don’t think they are taking it seriously,” he determined. “When they say it’s Lloyd Austin’s priority to prevent this, I don’t believe that to be true. I spoke to so many active-duty officers and senior enlisted guys. I’m like, ‘How many people have killed themselves on your watch?’, and they’re like, ‘I’ll get back to you.’ That means it’s not priority.”

He went on, “When I was a paramedic in the SEAL teams, I could name doses and routes for medications. I could do blast formulas for making different charges. I could recite things about ballistics off the top of my head, because those are important to what I was doing specifically as a job function.”

“Any commanding officer of any unit of any size that cannot — off the top of his or her head — tell you exactly how many men and women have committed suicide on their watch should be fired immediately,” he said. “It’s time to take the kid gloves off of this stuff and take it very, very seriously.”

He added, “If you have troops on your command committing suicide, your career needs to be looked at. Your leadership style needs to be looked at.”

The member-elect from Wisconsin said he would prioritize policies seeking to collect and organize key data and statistics regarding suicides among active-duty and retired military servicepersons upon his assumption of office.

Van Orden implored veterans in need of help to contact the Veterans Crisis Line, which can be contacted via phone call, text, and online chat.

“I’m going to urge my brothers and sisters in uniform not to make a permanent solution to a temporary problem,” he concluded.

Fetterman Has Not Given A Public Interview Since Election Night-His Wife Does Regularly
[PJMedia] Senator-elect John Fetterman (D-Penn.) is still hiding from the media, nearly two months after being elected.

For many months now, there have been issues raised regarding Fetterman’s fitness for office. In fact, his disastrous debate performance had many convinced that his campaign was over. But thanks to his keeping a low profile during most of the campaign and banking thousands of votes via early voting, Fetterman managed to defeat Dr. Mehmet Oz last month.

Despite winning a six-year term in the U.S. Senate, Fetterman apparently still isn’t comfortable enough speaking to the media. He hasn’t given a single interview since winning his election—despite the outstanding questions about his physical fitness for office.

His communications team and his wife, however, have been giving plenty of interviews, according to Fox News Digital. This, of course, makes Fetterman’s absence even more suspect. Fetterman assured the voters of Pennsylvania that he was fit for office, providing a doctor’s note—not even a legitimate medical record—from his physician, who just so happens to be a big-time Democratic donor who coincidentally also gave money to Fetterman’s campaign.

John Fetterman is letting his wife and communications team handle public appearances for him more than six months after his stroke and nearly two months after his election. So, it stands to reason that Fetterman is hiding something. Perhaps he’s not recovering as he claimed he would—which means that, in all likelihood, the same bumbling, confused man we saw on the debate stage in October will be trying to represent the people of Pennsylvania come next month.

How long is Fetterman going to last in the Senate before he resigns for health reasons?

-War on Police-
Police Officers leaving Democrat-Led cities in droves
[Daily Caller] Droves of officers left at least six Democrat-led major cities’ police forces in 2022, with many moving to different departments, multiple outlets reported.

Scores of officers resigned from police departments amid low morale, a continuing violent crime wave and higher paying police jobs in other places, according to multiple reports. Texas Christian University Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and policing professor Johnny Nhan told the Daily Caller News Foundation that low morale has become a major problem in many police departments. (RELATED: A Years-Long Law Enforcement Crisis Is Hindering Homicide-Plagued Portland, Experts Say)

"Patrol officers these days feel like they’re not getting the support that they once got by the public," said Nhan, who has become a reserve police officer himself. "It’s anything from apathy to hostility that they’re facing. They’re afraid of accusations of being racist or being brutal, they’re filmed all the time, so that does something to the officers. They’re feeling like, ’Hey, there’s a lot of legal risk being a cop these days.'"

About 1,225 officers in their first five years of service resigned from America’s largest local police force, the New York City Police Department (NYPD), in the first 11 months of 2022, according to New York City Police Pension Fund data cited by The New York Times.

"Other communities are recognizing the talent and are poaching our members," New York City Police Benevolent Association President Patrick J. Lynch told the outlet. "If we pay our police officers a market rate of pay, they will stay here."
A market rate of pay AND support from the political class and society at large.
Y’all may get the pay, but the support won’t happen until things get much, much worse.
A spokesperson for the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information’s office told the DCNF that the department has hired "approximately 2000 individuals" in 2022.

Robberies and aggravated assaults across 70 law enforcement agencies’ jurisdictions respectively rose by about 13 and 2.6% in the first half of the year compared to the same part of 2021, while homicides fell by roughly 2.5%, according to a Major Cities Chiefs Association report.

San Diego Police Department (SDPD) Police Union President Jered Wilson said the department lost more than 50 officers between July 1 and Sept. 29, according to Fox 5 San Diego. More than 60 officers who had resigned from the SDPD from July 2021 through June 2022 moved to different law enforcement agencies, The Los Angeles Times reported.
And how many were because they were unvaxxed?
"They see the urban decay that is really occurring in San Diego, and they are fleeing with their families, they are fleeing with their careers," Wilson said, according to Fox 5. San Diego County hit its highest mid-year violent crime rate in ten years by the end of June 2022, accompanied by a 4% spike in homicides and a 15% increase in robberies, SANDAG reported.

#5  It is the Waffle House effect on a grand scale. Criminals know that there are very few cops, neighborhood people won’t be giving cops info and DAs are more likely to prosecute cops than thugs. Cops will make as few arrests as possible if they are trying to just get to retirement. When an arrest is made, the broken relationship with the public results in zero leads and a stack of unsolved cases. Good young cops realize that there is little chance of them navigating the toxic environment all the way to retirement and test the Free Agent market. It is sort of like the military recruiting situation but with less hope for a solution.

Government Corruption
FBI Sent Scrambling By Republican Accusation
[Republic Brief] The FBI has been under scrutiny and Republicans have had enough, calling out the agency. Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan has accused the FBI of intentionally purging conservative employees from its ranks under President Joe Biden’s administration.
Could it be that not everyone is fully on board with top floor decision making ?
Conservative Brief reported that Jordon, who is poised to become chairman of the House Judiciary Committee when Republicans take control of the chamber on Jan. 3, sent several letters to the FBI alleging the agency removed critics of Biden and his administration from their posts.

Last week, Jordan argued that he believes there’s been a seismic shift regarding the ongoing federal investigation of President Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
Wonder where he might have discovered that ?
In an interview on Fox News with host Sean Hannity, the Ohio Republican suggested "something is up" with the probe because of a new interest in the story by many of the same media outlets that initially dismissed reports of corruption evidence stemming from materials and emails obtained from a laptop he reportedly abandoned at a computer repair store in Delaware in 2019.

"Well, what happened to that is you had 51 intelligence officers sign a letter saying that this Hunter Biden story was Russian misinformation when it wasn’t, and that changed — I think anyone can make a credible argument that that altered the outcome of the election and we no longer have Donald Trump in the White House because he was doing that, he was pushing back on China for the first time. And now, we have Joe Biden there and it’s exactly the opposite direction," Jodan said.

Jordan has requested that Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and other high-ranking Biden administration officials voluntarily testify before the committee.
Best of luck with your effort there.
They can always refuse to fund the things and approve the nominations and promotions of the people they want until compliance is achieved...
"Under Jordan, the committee is set to continue an investigation into the Biden administration’s ’misuse of federal criminal and counterterrorism resources to target concerned parents at school board meetings’ after Jordan said whistleblowers shared information that the White House ’colluded with the National School Boards Association to manufacture a pretext for the use of federal law enforcement authorities against parents,’" Fox News reported.

#3  They are exposed and don’t like it. It is basically a wedgie level annoyance but not one they ever expected. The scenario where somebody forks out $4B for an unprofitable shell company that is really a government psyop for the purposes of making it worth less by exposing it’s collusion and corruption was beyond unlikely. In the end everyone in the FBI has lost prestige which was also leveraged for high compensation in the private section.

The Supreme Court case Gregory vs Helvering(1935) said that you don't have to increase your taxes. Despite what liberals seem to think, Trump is entitled to every deduction, exception, etc. that is legal. As others have pointed out, Trump probably does not use TurboTax - he has an army of accountants and lawyers to go through his taxes.

Trump used loss carryforwards!!!!!! Oh, the horror! As if everyone in the US isn't going to do that after the stock market meltdown this year.

Trump had overseas bank accounts!!! As does just about everyone (including me) who ever managed overseas operations for their company.

But, as always, CNN counts on the ignorance of their audience to be shocked and horrified by these goings-on. I'll believe that Mr. Licht is changing CNN when there is even the slightest effort to educate their viewers with just a little context and definition instead of hystercal use of nonfamiliar terms.
