The Supreme Court case Gregory vs Helvering(1935) said that you don't have to increase your taxes. Despite what liberals seem to think, Trump is entitled to every deduction, exception, etc. that is legal. As others have pointed out, Trump probably does not use TurboTax - he has an army of accountants and lawyers to go through his taxes.

#9 I saw the scary headlines on CNN this morning while a captive audience at the gym.

Trump used loss carryforwards!!!!!! Oh, the horror! As if everyone in the US isn't going to do that after the stock market meltdown this year.

Trump had overseas bank accounts!!! As does just about everyone (including me) who ever managed overseas operations for their company.

But, as always, CNN counts on the ignorance of their audience to be shocked and horrified by these goings-on. I'll believe that Mr. Licht is changing CNN when there is even the slightest effort to educate their viewers with just a little context and definition instead of hystercal use of nonfamiliar terms.
