BREAKING: Tucker Carlson suggests Donald Trump may be assassinated after the impeachments, indictments and slander campaigns all failed in hurting his popularity.
Wow…
“We're speeding toward assassination, obviously, and no one will say that…”
“They fabricated a lot about what happened on January 6th in order to impeach him again. It didn't work. He came back, then they indicted him. It didn't work. He became more popular. Then they indicted him three more times, and every single time his popularity rose.”

There are those of us on the Rant who are surprised it hasn't happened already in the last four years. Maybe someone with one ounce of intelligence understands it would be an Archduke Ferdinand moment.

I think even dim bulb dems get that the one thing assassinating him would not do is humiliate him or his supporters.

I just don't feel like risking the attention to say what I really think. It's not bad or advocating anything, it's just I don't want someone thinking I have knowledge of something I don't. Only suspicions.

All pretense of a legitimate government would be lost if they had Trump whacked. There is very little pretense left anyway. Everybody would know who did it. Everybody would know for certain that this is now a banana republic, a Third World dictatorship with nukes.

/\ All pretense of a legitimate government would be lost
It was "lost" when Trump lost the State of Georgia in the last presidential election.

If the CIA is smart they won’t make an attempt, although attempts were probably made while he was in office. Remember there were cases of Secret Service agents getting food poisoning etc.. At this point with the JFK info being partially out of the bag, an assassination attempt, successful or not, will make 40 percent of Americans ungovernable. That is a much higher percentage of folks than were actively in revolt in Revolutionary Times.
That is too many to suppress. The goal of the globalists that are controlling Biden and the rest of the Uniparty are to subjugate us in piecemeal fashion, not to create a general revolt.
If they cannot block Trump from office, and they can’t, they will have another by-the-book meeting to create a plan to hamstring his administration again with infiltrators, career bureaucrats, and the majority corrupt legislators. At this point, Trump can count on about 50 Reps and 10 Senators. It will be war for 4 years, a war we need to have.

Fact is, I haven't trusted our government since JFK was assassinated in 1963. I could never believe there was the least bit of legitimacy in Lyndon Johnson. Maybe Nixon was OK, maybe not. He was a Boy Scout compared to LBJ but look what happened to him. Reagan was a breath of fresh air but then we got Bush the Globalist, endless wars, trillions in debt, inflation, plastic crap from China, etc., etc. Something is most definitely rotten in the United States.

Kennedy, Kennedy, Reagan, and we don't think they are willing to end Trump?? Tucker says what we are all thinking. I just wonder what country or group they will blame it on...

I'm surprised they haven't done so already. Guess they are hoping first to push one of the crazy leftists off the edge to do their dirty work for them.

Our gummint hasn't won a war since Operation Desert Storm. That was a short one with actual well-defined goals against a woefully inferior opponent. The current bunch of losers have no idea just how difficult running a wartime gummint would be, and their friends at the letter agencies will all be too busy working their own escape plans to be much help when it goes pear shaped.
And those new recruits who are supposed to be ready and willing to shoot US citizens on command? They will sorta stand out when they don't get sent to fight the Bear in eurineland. They will probably be a big disappointment to their DC masters.

This is all foggy territory, assassination could be committed by any number of actors. We have become so divided the outcome would be the same.
Hot war is interesting: Responding to a question in casual talk at a Ceremony an O7 tells a new O5 our greatest threat is China, hot war is coming, we will instill the draft in 2-3 years, fight the war there not here and for every 26 planes we send 6 will come home. Civ present says Trump we wouldn't have this problem if Trump was still Pres. O7 responds Trump is the worst thing for our country, he would sell us out to China the moment the war started for his own benefit. The military is doing everything it can to make sure he never returns to office.
Foggy indeed
Who is going to show up? Jimmy Carter killed that decades ago. Student Loan forgiveness? You ain't seen nothing yet. They have already killed the 'family tradition' of service just like they killed Bud Light. The woke talk loudly about slavery that ended over a hundred and fifty years ago. They're going to eat it as the newer generation will look at a draft as nothing less than slavery - involuntary servitude. Once you indoctrinate the hatred for your country, why would anyone want to die to defend it.

Thanks for that, too, and to badanov for recent air guitar post (which I ended up not watching, instead knocking out me bi- or triennial Shonen Knife binge). Also...
Push 1619, please, and plenty!
Though those who appease you are many,
Keep effin around
And find out that you're bound
Where you witches will get 1620.

Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
