Sec. 3. National Influenza Vaccine Task Force. (a) There is hereby established a National Influenza Vaccine Task Force (Task Force). The Task Force shall identify actions to achieve the objectives identified in section 2 of this order and monitor and report on the implementation and results of those actions. One big help in the "amazing" US GDP numbers are the rise in government workers which means they are double-counted for GDP purposes. All is rosy in the USSA!

Civil Service as suppose to be a apolitical bureaucracy in which the members received a modest salary and pension in return for job protection. It has delivered a very politicized bureaucracy that makes far more in wages and benefits than the average American along with near impossibility of being fired.
Never seen a GS-1. Remove any protection for anything above a GS-10.
