Government Corruption
Biden Security Adviser Jake Sullivan Tied to Alleged 2016 Clinton Scheme to Co-Opt the CIA and FBI to Tar Trump
A taste:
[RealClearInvestigations] White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan figures prominently in a grand jury investigation run by Special Counsel John Durham into an alleged 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign scheme to use both the FBI and CIA to tar Donald Trump as a colluder with Russia, according to people familiar with the criminal probe, which they say has broadened into a conspiracy case.

Sullivan is facing scrutiny, sources say, over potentially false statements he made about his involvement in the effort, which continued after the election and into 2017. As a senior foreign policy adviser to Clinton, Sullivan spearheaded what was known inside her campaign as a “confidential project” to link Trump to the Kremlin through dubious email-server records provided to the agencies, said the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Last week, Michael A. Sussmann, a partner in Perkins Coie, a law firm representing the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of making false statements to the FBI about his clients and their motives behind planting the rumor, at the highest levels of the FBI, of a secret Trump-Russia server. After a months-long investigation, the FBI found no merit to the rumor.

The grand jury indicated in its lengthy indictment that several people were involved in the alleged conspiracy to mislead the FBI and trigger an investigation of the Republican presidential candidate -- including Sullivan, who was described by his campaign position but not identified by name.

The Clinton campaign project, these sources say, also involved compiling a "digital dossier” on several Trump campaign officials – including Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, and Carter Page. This effort exploited highly sensitive, nonpublic Internet data related to their personal email communications and web-browsing, known as Internet Protocol, or IP, addresses.o

To mine the data, the Clinton campaign enlisted a team of Beltway computer contractors as well as university researchers with security clearance who often collaborate with the FBI and the intelligence community. They worked from a five-page campaign document called the "Trump Associates List."

The tech group also pulled logs purportedly from servers for a Russian bank and Trump Tower, and the campaign provided the data to the FBI on two thumb drives, along with three “white papers” that claimed the data indicated the Trump campaign was secretly communicating with Moscow through a server in Trump Tower and the Alfa Bank in Russia. Based on the material, the FBI opened at least one investigation, adding to several others it had already initiated targeting the Trump campaign in the summer of 2016.

The indictment states that Sussmann, as well as the cyber experts recruited for the operation, "coordinated with representatives and agents of the Clinton campaign with regard to the data and written materials that Sussmann gave to the FBI and the media."

One of those campaign agents was Sullivan, according to emails Durham obtained. On Sept. 15, 2016 – just four days before Sussmann handed off the materials to the FBI – Marc Elias, his law partner and fellow Democratic Party operative, "exchanged emails with the Clinton campaign’s foreign policy adviser concerning the Russian bank allegations," as well as with other top campaign officials, the indictment states.

The sources close to the case confirmed the "foreign policy adviser" referenced by title is Sullivan. They say he was briefed on the development of the opposition-research materials tying Trump to Alfa Bank, and was aware of the participants in the project. These included the Washington opposition-research group Fusion GPS, which worked for the Clinton campaign as a paid agent and helped gather dirt on Alfa Bank and draft the materials Elias discussed with Sullivan, the materials Sussmann would later submit to the FBI. Fusion researchers were in regular contact with both Sussmann and Elias about the project in the summer and fall of 2016. Sullivan also personally met with Elias, who briefed him on Fusion's opposition research, according to the sources.

Sullivan maintained in congressional testimony in December 2017 that he didn’t know of Fusion’s involvement in the Alfa Bank opposition research. In the same closed-door testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, he also denied knowing anything about Fusion in 2016 or who was conducting the opposition research for the campaign.

"Marc [Elias] ... would occasionally give us updates on the opposition research they were conducting, but I didn't know what the nature of that effort was – inside effort, outside effort, who was funding it, who was doing it, anything like that," Sullivan stated under oath.

Jake Sullivan's December 2017 House testimony may put him in perjury jeopardy.

Lying to Congress is a felony. Though the offense is rarely prosecuted, former Special Counsel Robert Mueller won convictions of two of Trump’s associates on charges of that very offense.

Democrats in Congress Try to Abolish Space Force
[ET] Some Democrats in Congress are trying to abolish the Space Force at a time when China and Russia have been doubling down on expanding their military capabilities in space.

On Wednesday, Rep. Jared Huffman (D-Calif.) introduced a bill named No Militarization of Space Act, trying to abolish the Space Force, a new military service branch created under former President Donald Trump.

"The long-standing neutrality of space has fostered a competitive, non-militarized age of exploration every nation and generation has valued since the first days of space travel," Huffman said in a statement. "But since its creation under the former Trump administration, the Space Force has threatened longstanding peace and flagrantly wasted billions of taxpayer dollars."

The Space Force was established in December 2019 and has been deemed by some to be one of Trump’s signature achievements. But its origin can be traced back to the beginning of the Cold War.

"Our mission must be to support the American people, not spend billions on the militarization of space," Huffman added.

Huffman’s bill was co-sponsored by Reps. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.), Jesús García (D-Ill.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), and Maxine Waters (D-Calif.).

The bill comes as Congress moves to pass the National Defense Authorization Act, the annual bill that authorizes funding for the military.

FBI probes financial records and manifests of veteran groups working to evacuate people from Afghanistan to make sure they did not violate federal laws
[MAIL] The FBI has contacted veterans' groups which helped evacuate Americans and at-risk allies left behind after the chaotic Afghanistan evacuation last month to make sure they did not violate federal laws.

Agents have enquired about financial records and flight manifests, and visited at least one group leader at home, Politico reported.

Members of 'Task Force Pineapple' and 'Task Force Dunkirk', as well as others, have been contacted by agents with a number of queries.

Agents are reportedly looking at whether any groups solicited money, offered bribes, or hired for-profit contractors for security and escort services.

The controversial private military contractor Erik Prince, who founded Blackwater, offered to safely evacuate people for $6,500 each, sparking allegations of profiteering. It is unclear if Prince has been contacted by the FBI.

Dozens of private groups made up of veterans and workers with experience in Afghanistan cropped up to aid those looking to flee the country.

Many were coordinated over messaging apps like WhatsApp, and some have continued their work since American military forces left the country for good on August 31.

Very likely. Salena Zito's on the case, interviewing the Republican Rep. Gonzalez from the border district:

Gonzales said he asked the chief of Border Patrol, Raul Ortiz, at a Homeland Security Committee hearing about its surge of agents to Del Rio. “Those agents are coming from somewhere," he said. "And my worry is other sectors are going to be weakened, thus creating a national security crisis, putting us at risk in other sectors, because everyone is focusing on Del Rio. ...

“Today, we're talking about Del Rio, but tomorrow, it'll be Laredo or Brownsville or Eagle Pass or El Paso. This problem is not going away.”

NY preps for staff shortages with health care vaccine mandate
Here comes the new boss, same as the old boss.
[FoxNews] New York City officials were temporarily blocked from enforcing a similar vaccine mandate for its teachers and other school workers.

Gov. Kathy Hochul said Saturday she is prepared to call in medically trained National Guard members, retirees and workers outside New York to address potential staffing shortages created by an approaching vaccine mandate for health care workers.

If necessary, Hochul said, she will declare a state of emergency through an executive order designed to address staffing shortages in hospitals and nursing homes once the mandate takes effect Monday.

Many health care workers have still not received a required first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine days before the deadline, leaving the prospect of potentially thousands of health care workers being forced off the job next week.

The order would allow health care professionals who are licensed in other states or countries, are recent graduates or are formerly practicing health care professionals to practice in New York, Hochul said, noting she is exploring ways to expedite visa requests for medical professionals.

The governor said she also has the option of deploying National Guard members and partnering with the federal government to deploy Disaster Medical Assistance Teams.

"I am monitoring the staffing situation closely, and we have a plan to increase our health care workforce and help alleviate the burdens on our hospitals and other health care facilities," she said in a prepared release.

As the state made its preparations, New York City officials were temporarily blocked from enforcing a similar vaccine mandate for its teachers and other school workers. The city mandate was set to go into effect Monday, but a federal appeals judge granted a temporary injunction Friday and referred the case to a three-judge panel on an expedited basis.

Hospitals around the state have been preparing contingency plans that included cutting back on elective surgeries. Many nursing homes were limiting admissions.

"We’re roughly about 84% statewide vaccinated right now, so any initiatives that the governor could advance to increase the workforce is welcome and needed," said Stephen Hanse, who represents nursing homes statewide as president of the New York State Health Facilities Association and the New York State Center for Assisted Living.

Hochul, a Democrat, has resisted calls to delay the mandate, and her 11th-hour announcement could ratchet up pressure on vaccine holdouts. She said workers terminated because of refusal to be vaccinated are not eligible for unemployment insurance without a doctor-approved request for medical accommodation.

Trump invites Marine who pulled baby over Kabul wall onto stage at rally prompting 'USA!' chants
[FoxNews] Former President Donald Trump praised a U.S. service member who was photographed pulling an Afghan baby across the Kabul airport wall during the Afghanistan withdrawal and brought him onstage at a rally Saturday.

"We’re also honored to be joined by one of the Marines who bravely served in Kabul during the withdrawal and helped evacuate children over the airport and over the airport wall," Trump told a crowd of thousands gathered in Perry, Georgia. "You saw him, he did a great job, Lance Corporal Hunter Ian Clark. Lance Corporal get up here!"

Lance Corporal Clark walked up to the stage accompanied by cheers, and Trump referred to him as a "handsome guy" during his approach.

"Hey, my name is Lance Corporal Hunter Clark, and I’m here from Warner Robbins, Georgia," Clark told the crowd. "I am the guy that pulled the baby over the wall, and it’s definitely probably one of the greatest things I’ve done in my entire life."

Clark appeared to be choked up, adding, "I just want to thank all the support from all y’all. It really means a lot and I’m glad to be home now."

Clark then shook the former president’s hand and walked off stage to chants of "USA! USA! USA!"

During his speech, Trump repeatedly slammed President Biden’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, calling it the "most appalling display of incompetence."

In the front row, Trump left 13 empty seats with roses placed atop them to pay tribute to the 13 U.S. service members who lost their lives during an ISIS-K suicide attack as the military was attempting to evacuate.

"In their memory tonight we have 13 empty seats of honor right here in the front row," Trump told the cheering crowd. "Our hearts go out to the families of every service member that we have lost, and I’ve spoken to a lot of them. These are great, great people."

'Reform California' chairman slams bill to allow illegal immigrants to serve on county central committee
[FoxNews] Newsom signed a bill ending the use of 'alien' to describe non-citizens.

"Reform California" chairman Carl DeMaio on Saturday criticized California Gov. Gavin Newsom's signing of a bill that allows some illegal immigrants to serve on county central committees -- one of a number of bills signed to benefit those who entered the country illegally.

"These bills are not just symbolic wokeness, this is a fundamental redefinition of who gets to be elected to office in California, and they're starting small but this is absolutely the first step," DeMaio told Fox News.

The bill, was one of a number of bills that Newsom’s office described as "expanding the state’s humane immigration policies by protections and support for immigrants" and included a law ending the use of "alien" to describe non-citizens.

Included was a bill that amends California election code to allow what Newsom's office described as "aspiring citizens" to be appointed and elected members in a county central committee. Proponents have specifically mentioned "DREAMers" or recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) -- which protected illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children from deportation.

The bill says it will "permit a person who is not a United States citizen, but who would be eligible to register to vote if the person were a United States citizen, to serve as a member of the committee."

Those committees are governing bodies of county parties and involves budgetary matters and other business at county level for those parties.

"This is a election that's on the official ballot that every voter receives, so illegal immigrants' names will be printed on ballots with all the other offices, all the way from president to school board," DeMaio said.

He claimed it was part of a bigger push to get illegal immigrants on ballots, and said that in other parts of the state there had been successful pushes to get them on to elections for school boards.

“They want to normalize the practice of illegal immigration and that’s what they’re doing by changing words -- words have meaning."

The governor also signed legislation identifying attacks on migrants due to their immigration status as hate crimes and affirming protections for unaccompanied migrant children.

Israeli troops kill four Hamas members in West Bank raids: military
[NYPost] RAMALLAH — Israeli troops killed at least four Hamas militants in gun battles during raids on Sunday against one of the group’s cells in the occupied West Bank, an Israeli military spokesman said.

Israeli officials have long voiced concern that Hamas, which runs the Gaza Strip, intends to gain strength in the West Bank and challenge its rival there, the Western-backed Palestinian Authority (PA), heightening security risks for Israel.

The incidents in the early hours of Sunday marked the most serious confrontations between Israel and Hamas in the West Bank in months and threatened to raise tensions in the territory and along the Israeli border with Gaza.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, whose Fatah party lost control of Gaza to Hamas in internal fighting in 2007, accused Israel in a statement of "field executions against our people."

Hamas called on Palestinians in the West Bank "to escalate resistance against the occupier in all areas" in the wake of the raids. A Hamas spokesman said all the men were members of the group, which Israel and the West regard as a terrorist organization.

An Israeli military spokesperson said troops carried out five raids in the West Bank "in order to stop a Hamas terrorist organization cell from operating" and launching attacks.

"Three Hamas terrorists were killed in crossfire in the village of Biddu, southeast of Ramallah" in the central West Bank, the spokesperson said. "During the attempted arrest of a wanted suspect in the village of Burqin, a shootout evolved. One terrorist was killed."

Four others were arrested, the spokesperson said.

The Palestinian health ministry said four Palestinians had been killed in two shootouts in the central and northern West Bank.

En route to New York, where he addresses the U.N. General Assembly on Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said the operation was aimed against Hamas men "about to carry out terrorist attacks."

He said the Israeli forces had "engaged the enemy, and we back them completely."

Israel captured the West Bank and Gaza in a 1967 war. It withdrew troops and settlers from the Gaza Strip in 2005.

The PA, which seeks a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza, exercises limited self-rule in the territory under interim peace deals with Israel

Government Corruption
Kidnapping, assassination and a London shoot-out: Inside the CIA's secret war plans against WikiLeaks
[Yahoo via Flipboard] In 2017, as Julian Assange began his fifth year holed up in Ecuador’s embassy in London, the CIA plotted to kidnap the WikiLeaks founder, spurring heated debate among Trump administration officials over the legality and practicality of such an operation.

Some senior officials inside the CIA and the Trump administration even discussed killing Assange, going so far as to request "sketches" or "options" for how to assassinate him. Discussions over kidnapping or killing Assange occurred "at the highest levels" of the Trump administration, said a former senior counterintelligence official. "There seemed to be no boundaries."

The conversations were part of an unprecedented CIA campaign directed against WikiLeaks and its founder. The agency’s multipronged plans also included extensive spying on WikiLeaks associates, sowing discord among the group’s members, and stealing their electronic devices.

While Assange had been on the radar of U.S. intelligence agencies for years, these plans for an all-out war against him were sparked by WikiLeaks’ ongoing publication of extraordinarily sensitive CIA hacking tools, known collectively as "Vault 7," which the agency ultimately concluded represented "the largest data loss in CIA history."

President Trump’s newly installed CIA director, Mike Pompeo, was seeking revenge on WikiLeaks and Assange, who had sought refuge in the Ecuadorian Embassy since 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden on rape allegations he denied. Pompeo and other top agency leaders "were completely detached from reality because they were so embarrassed about Vault 7," said a former Trump national security official. "They were seeing blood."

Disturbing photos show rampant drug use in broad daylight among the homeless around Penn Station as crime spikes 41%: Streets are 'littered with broken crack pipes, trash, urine, and feces'
[MAIL] Disturbing photos show homeless people in New York City's storied Garment District near Penn Station shooting up and dealing drugs in broad daylight as the crime in the area has spiked 41 percent since last year.

Homelessness in the area has been a years-long issue but has become more rampant in recent months, with people not even trying to hide their drug use.

Photos taken by DailyMail.com show one man with what appears to be drug paraphernalia in his hand, and another slumped over in a wheelchair.

Neighbors say police presence remains scarce, and outgoing Mayor Bill de Blasio has been criticized for 'coddling addicts' and not working to get the drugs off the streets.

Crime in the Midtown South Precinct, which includes the Garment District, is up 41 percent this year through Sept. 19 compared to the same period in 2020, according to NYPD crime data.

The most eye-popping spikes are in the number of robberies - which increased 189 percent from 97 to 280 - and felony assaults - which increased 151 percent from 131 to 329.

The number of shooting victims jumped from one to 10 and hate crimes are up from three to 27.

Europe
In love with the Resistance: My mother-in-law's war
[BBC] On a moonlit night in March 1944, two agents floated down on parachutes into the Languedoc highlands east of Castres, in southern France.

One was Pierre Haymann, a Parisian Jew who had been trained in sabotage and partisan warfare in the UK. The other was Bernard Schlumberger, a Protestant from Alsace, who was to be the Free French army's envoy in the Toulouse region of south-west France.

Their brief was to unite the scattered local Resistance militias behind Free French leader Gen Charles de Gaulle, from a base in the tiny town of Vabre where they had been guaranteed protection by local partisans.

But before starting work, Pierre travelled 400km to the city of Lyon to find his girlfriend, Marion Muller, from whom he had been parted 15 months earlier.

It was a risky journey as the SS in that city knew him well. Marion and Pierre were both members of the Resistance, and in 1942 Pierre had been captured and taken to the notorious Hôtel Terminus, where SS commander Klaus Barbie - the "butcher of Lyon" - tortured his victims.

Pierre managed to escape, but then had no choice but to flee over the Pyrenees into Spain in midwinter.

When they were reunited in 1944, Marion dyed Pierre's hair red in an attempt to disguise him, but the paramilitary police soon tracked him down. There was a shootout, in which Pierre was injured, then the couple hurried to safety in Vabre.

23-year-old Erick Salvador Hernandez Bonilla is on Interpol's "100 Most Wanted List" and is a known violent MS-13 gang member.
Pelosi's "spark of humanity"
Hernandez Bonilla was arrested in Lady's Island, South Carolina after a "red notice" was issued by the international law enforcement organization known as Interpol.

Authorities sought to capture the gang member for the murders of six individuals in El Salvador and terrorist threat charges.

Law enforcement was tipped off about where Bonilla was hiding out, thanks to an anonymous source, the Bluffton Police Department said.

It is still not clear how Bonilla got into the United States.

Britain
Britain to issue up to 10,500 temporary visas to ease chronic staff shortages
[France24] Britain will issue up to 10,500 temporary work visas to lorry drivers and poultry workers to ease chronic staff shortages, the government announced Saturday, in a U-turn on post-Brexit immigration policy.

The short-term visas, to run from next month until late December, come as ministers grapple with a huge shortfall in drivers and some other key workers that has hit fuel supplies and additional industries.

A tanker drivers shortage has caused large queues at petrol stations in recent days, as people ignore government pleas not to panic-buy fuel after some garages closed due to the lack of deliveries.

The decision to expand the critical worker visa scheme is a reversal by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, whose government had tightened post-Brexit immigration rules insisting that Britain's reliance on foreign labour must end.

Grocery prices expected to remain high as pandemic roils supply chains
[Washington Examiner] No, you're not imagining things. That piece of steak really is pricier than usual — and so are your eggs, bacon, and other household staples.

Grocery bills have been steadily rising in the United States as the coronavirus pandemic has continued to wreak havoc on supply chains and as businesses have faced worker shortages in recent months. Those disruptions have been exacerbated by higher demand, droughts, and major storms that have decimated crops and halted food production in some areas.

Never Say Neigh: FDA Lists 'Horse Drug' As Approved COVID Treatment
[ZERO] While the media has spent more than a year ridiculing the widely-prescribed drug Ivermectin to treat Covid-19 - branding it a 'horse dewormer for idiots,' they've kept oddly silent about another widely prescribed drug that's also used in horses, which is being pushed by official bodies worldwide to treat the disease.

The NIH, CDC, WHO and FDA have all recommended dexamethasone - a corticosteroid which has shown efficacy in the treatment of severe covid. It's also a commonly used drug to treat allergies in horses.

The difference? One can be used to treat billions of mild-moderate cases - or as a prophylactic, while the other has a much more narrow use - those suffering from severe Covid.

Rare Solar Superstorm Could Prompt ‘Internet Apocalypse' Lasting Several Months
[ET] The "black swan" event of a solar superstorm directed at earth could prompt an "internet apocalypse" across the entire globe that could last for several months, new research (pdf) has warned.

University of California Irvine assistant professor Sangeetha Abdu Jyothi presented the new research, titled "Solar Superstorms: Planning for an Internet Apocalypse," last month during the Association for Computing Machinery’s annual conference for their Special Interest Group on Data Communication (SIGCOMM).

"One of the greatest dangers facing the internet with the potential for global impact is a powerful solar superstorm," Jyothi wrote in the new research paper.

"Although humans are protected from these storms by the earth’s magnetic field and atmosphere, they can cause significant damage to man-made infrastructure. The scientific community is generally aware of this threat with modeling efforts and precautionary measures being taken, particularly in the context of power grids. However, the networking community has largely overlooked this risk during the design of the network topology and geo-distributed systems such as DNS and data centers," he continued.

Anti-Defamation League demands Fox's Carlson be fired.
[Patriot Alerts] Since Trump has left office, Tucker Carlson has become the new face of liberal rage. He triggers them unlike anyone else in the news media, and for good reason.

Carlson has the #1 rated cable news show in the country and millions are glued to the truth he gives on a nightly basis. And since the left hates truth, they have tried to attack Tucker at every angle.

During a new podcast, Megyn Kelly asked Tucker for his response to the ADL’s demands, and his answer was gold.

"Oh, f*** them," Carlson said. "The ADL was such a noble organization that had a very specific goal, which was to fight anti-Semitism. That’s a virtuous goal. I think they were pretty successful over the years. Now it’s operated by a guy who’s just an apparatchik of the Democratic Party."

#3  Mr B, you must have visited Powell's Technical Book Store in the annex overlooking a park a couple blocks from the main store. That place was divine. It had a good run from 1990-2010 before they closed it and move (some of) the contents to the main store. I spent thousands there.

I haven't been to the main store since 2019. I suspect the staff culture has been mostly destroyed since the mass firing in March of 2020 and ongoing Portland pandemic/political inanity.

Egyptian court bans use of mosques for political purposes
Here’s hoping that works, guys. Seriously.
[AlAhram] Egypt's Supreme Administrative Court issued on Saturday a final verdict banning the use of mosques for political purposes and upholding the state's right to supervising them.

The ruling upheld a previous decision by the minister of Awqaf to place 42 mosques in Beheira governorate under the ministry's supervision, stating that the government should control the mosques by all legal means.

This comes as part of the country’s efforts to control the religious discourse and teaching methods within worship houses.

Police say driver tried to ram cops in Kiryat Ata, wounding 4; suspects arrested
[IsraelTimes] Officers lightly hurt; police opened fire toward vehicle until it overturned during chase in northern city; officers say Airsoft pistol was found in car when it was searched.

Police said on Saturday that two men were arrested after a driver allegedly tried to ram a group of officers in the northern city of Kiryat Ata overnight, hitting and damaging a number of vehicles in the process.

Four coppers were lightly injured.

Police said in a statement that the incident occurred when officers tried to carry out a check on the vehicle and its driver. It was unclear what had raised their suspicions.

Police said that the driver then began to move the vehicle erratically, trying to hit the officers who were in the car’s path and damaging nearby vehicles.

The coppers on the scene chased the vehicle and opened fire toward it until the vehicle overturned. Neither of the suspects were maimed.

Police said that during a search of the car, an Airsoft pistol was discovered and sent for forensic testing.

Airsoft guns are toy firearms that fire spherical rounds, typically made of plastic, at a low velocity. They are often replicas of actual guns and are used for recreational purposes. They are, for the most part, not dangerous if used with eye protection.

The incident came just days after a police volunteer was killed and an officer seriously maimed in a ramming in the northern city of Nahariya. Hossam Zaghir, 32, a Druze father of two, had been volunteering since 2016, police said. He and Amir Abu Rish, a police officer, were seeking permits from workers at a construction site when they were hit by the vehicle inside the site. Zaghir was killed, while Abu Rish was injured. The main suspect, Nasim Sah, 44, from the Lower Galilee city of Arraba, reportedly confessed to the ramming. His remand was extended by eight days on Wednesday.

province.

Eyewitnesses said the blast was due to a mine placed in a street vase.

Provincial hospital officials said one person was killed and seven others were maimed and all were transferred to the hospital. They did not give any details about the identity of those killed and maimed.

Those maimed said the earth-shattering kaboom happened when a Taliban

Local officials have not been reached for comment.

Eyewitnesses said civilians and Taliban members are among those maimed.

The explosion comes as over the last two days eight bodies have been found in different areas of Jalalabad city.

No group has grabbed credit for the attack.
But it’s probably the local branch of ISIS — they’ve claimed recent kabooms in Jalalabad.
Al Ahram adds:
Taliban spokesperson Mohammad Hanif said the person wounded in the attack is a municipal worker.

An official at Nangarhar provincial hospital said the bomb killed a Taliban militant and wounded seven others, including four civilians. He spoke on condition of anonymity as he was not allowed to speak to media.

Hezbollah 'locked and loaded' if Israel attacks - Nasrallah deputy
[JPost]"Kick our ass" he threatened from under his daughter's bed
Hezbollah Deputy Secretary-General Naim Qassem warned on Friday evening that any attack by Israel on Lebanon will be met with a response, and that its weapons are 'locked and loaded.'

"Any Israeli attack on Lebanon will be met with a response from Hezbollah. Even if [Lebanon] is dragged into a war, we will face the war. Our weapons are locked and loaded. If we need more, we have our ways to rearm ourselves," he said, according to reports on Twitter.

"We are waiting for the Lebanese government’s position on the indirect negotiations with [the Israeli enemy] regarding the border issue, and when our turn arrives, we will do our duty," he said.

"We will continue to bring oil as long as Lebanon’s central bank and Lebanese fuel companies do not supply Lebanon’s oil/fuel needs," he added.

Qassem's statement came on the backdrop of Lebanese President Michelle Aoun's speech at the United Nations General Assembly earlier on Friday.

In his speech, Aoun called for a resumption of the indirect talks on Lebanon's maritime dispute with Israel.

Hezbollah's Ordeal Unlocks New Possibilities
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Despite the oil tankers coming from Iran, supermarkets with Iranian goods, and all the Iranian-made medicine flooding its pharmacies, Hezbollah is still failing to maintain the Shia support and loyalty. Despite all efforts to shield the community from major shifts in public opinion and politics, an increasing number of Shia are turning against Hezbollah.Hunger, shortages of basic needs, and the lack of accountability, have all hit the Shia communities in the same way they’ve hit others. One thing is certain, every Lebanese person is looking for alternative politicianship.

Take the Iranian fuel as an example. All of Hezbollah’s propaganda and broadcasting machines were dedicated to portray the event as another divine victory against a "US siege," which does not exist.

Its social media army, WhatsApp groups’ managers, and popular websites, all geared their efforts to prepare and cover the event of the oil tankers crossing the Syrian-Lebanese borders last Thursday.

Protesters in eastern Sudan shut oil pipeline carrying crude oil to Khartoum
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Protesters in eastern Sudan shut a pipeline that carries imported crude oil to the capital Khartoum, but there are enough reserves for the country’s needs for up to ten days, the ministry of energy and oil said on Saturday.

Khartoum oil refinery, which produces fuel for domestic consumption, is still working normally, the ministry added in a statement.

Another pipeline used for exporting crude oil from neighboring South Sudan is still working but it is vulnerable to freezing and damage because the protesters are blocking a vessel from loading the oil, it said.

Oil depots at Bashayer oil terminal port in eastern Sudan will be fully filled after ten days at the most if the blockage of exports continued, the ministry said. That would in turn cause South Sudanese oil fields to halt production.

Protesters from the Beja tribes in eastern Sudan are shutting ports and blocking roads in protest at what they describe as poor political and economic conditions in the region.

The ministry appealed to the protesters to end the shutdown within a week to spare the country huge financial and technical losses.

Christian candidate says minority seats in Iraqi parliament are being hijacked
[Rudaw] A Christian candidate in Nineveh province says the biggest obstacle to the minority’s representation in Iraqi parliament comes from non-Christian political parties using a loophole to hijack their seats.

The Iraqi parliament consists of 329 seats, the last nine seats are reserved for minorities, including five seats for the Christians. While the country is divided into 83 individual districts, voters-Christians and others-can vote for the five Christian seats anywhere in the country. This means the entire country is open only for those five seats.

Sami Awshwan, a Christian candidate running for Iraqi parliament in Nineveh on the ticket of the Hamurabi Alliance, told Rudaw's Ranj Circle - a program dedicated for election debates among candidates - that they remain fearful of interference in the seats reserved for Christians.

Kash Patel: Length of Sussmann Indictment Indicates More Indictments on the Way
[Breitbart] More indictments from United States Attorney John Durham are likely on the way, said Kash Patel, former top Trump administration national security official, during a recent episode of Kash’s Corner on Epoch Times TV published Friday.

"For me, I think the 27-page indictment is the biggest signal that more is coming because when you issue an indictment for lying to the FBI, like they did with Sussmann, it’s two to five pages max. It’s unheard of to be 27 pages," Patel told co-host Jan Jekielek.

The indictment also alleged Sussmann’s false statement misled the FBI and deprived it of information that might have allowed it to uncover the origins of the allegations, including the identities and motivations of his clients.

Patel told Jekielek:

So why put all that information out there? It’s exactly for that reason, to put it out there. The public can now go and read the indictment and see what John Durham has been working on. It’s a way to announce pieces of investigation. By name, by title, all the six to eight individuals in the indictment that they identify that were working with Sussmann or on behalf of Sussmann, and who was paying Sussmann and where the information was going because people are gonna figure out who those individuals are.

He also noted that there are many more figures to Durham’s investigation who have not yet been indicted, which could mean they are cooperating co-conspirators. Patel said:

Who hasn’t been charged and is cooperating? Are the Peter Strzoks of the world cooperating? Are the Lisa Pages of the world cooperating? James Baker, is he cooperating? He hasn’t been charged, but he’s been a central figure in all of this. Remember he was the one who had to sign-off on the fraudulent FISA warrant.

So are those people cooperating? Are there people at Perkins Coie cooperating? What about at the Hillary campaign? This indictment cites individuals who are in communication at the Hillary campaign, the Hillary Clinton campaign Manager, the Communications Director and one of their advisors were all in contact directly with Sussmann for the indictment about all this Alfa Bank stuff. So have they been talked to?
"I would imagine, you put all those people in grand juries for interviews and you obtain documents, and I think that’s what’s coming."

Palestinians mock Abbas ‘ultimatum' to Israel
[JPost] Even the Paleos know he's a bag of Fail. Follow-up to yesterday's story
PA President Mahmoud Abbas called on Israel to withdraw to the pre-1967 lines in one year

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s call on Israel to withdraw to the pre-1967 lines in one year has elicited jeers from several Palestinians, who renewed their appeal to him to resign.

Abbas issued his ultimatum to Israel on Friday in a pre-recorded speech before the United Nations General Assembly’s 76th session in New York.

Referring to his plan to convene an international peace conference under the auspices of the Quartet members — the US, European Union, Russia and the UN — Abbas said: "To ensure our initiative is not open-ended, we must state that Israel, the occupying power, has one year to withdraw from the Palestinian territory it occupied in 1967, including east Jerusalem, and we are ready to work throughout this year on the delineation of borders and solving all final status issues under the auspices of the international Quartet and in accordance with United Nations resolutions."

Abbas warned that if the demand is not met, the Palestinians will revoke their recognition of Israel and go to the International Court of Justice.

Addressing Israeli leaders, Abbas said: "Do not oppress and corner the Palestinian people and deprive them of dignity and the right to their land and state, as you will destroy everything. Our patience and the patience of our people have limits. This is our land, our Jerusalem, our Palestinian identity, and we shall defend it until the occupier leaves."

Senior PA officials and the ruling Fatah faction heaped praise on Abbas, describing his speech as "courageous, unprecedented and historic" and saying it represented a "milestone" in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

PA Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh hailed the speech and said it "placed the international community in front of its responsibilities to end the Israeli occupation."

Shtayyeh described the speech as a "road map to end the occupation within a year," adding that it should lead to "either a [Palestinian] state on the borders of 1967 or a state on the borders of 1947 in accordance with [UN] Partition Resolution 181."

He was referring to the UN General Assembly resolution that called for the partition of the British-ruled Palestine Mandate into a Jewish state and an Arab state. The resolution was accepted by the Jews in Palestine, but rejected by the Arabs.

Several Fatah officials, including Jibril Rajoub, also praised Abbas’s address and said that his statements expressed the wishes of all Palestinians.

Many Palestinians, however, scoffed at Abbas’s speech, especially his one-year ultimatum to Israel to withdraw to the pre-1967 lines, including east Jerusalem.

The PA president did not say anything new in his address to the UN General Assembly, they argued.

Bomb blast goes off in Mogadishu, several feared dead
[Garowe] A huge explosion was reported in Mogadishu, the Somali capital on Saturday morning, in an attack that comes amid ongoing elections and sharp dispute between outgoing President Mohammed Abdullahi Farmaajo and PM Mohammed Hussein Roble.

Witnesses said the earth-shattering kaboom took place in the vicinity El-Gab of Mogadishu close to the checkpoint of the Presidential Palace. It's not clear who was the immediate target but the area is near Villa Somalia, which hosts President Farmaajo and his staff.

Some witnesses reported that a kaboom from a boom-mobile near a checkpoint leading to the Presidential Palace in Mogadishu hit a number of vehicles moving towards the busy checkpoint, manned by security forces

Multiple casualties have been reported but at the time of going to the press, the exact number of those who died and, or suffered serious injuries could not be established. Rescue teams have arrived at the scene to evacuate civilians and members of security forces

Russian authorities had nothing to do with Mali's cooperation with private companies
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[RT] The Russian authorities have nothing to do with Mali's cooperation with private military companies in the fight against terrorism in the African country, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during a press conference at the UN.

Lavrov recalled that these issues were previously raised by French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and EU High Representative Josep Borrell.

The minister noted that the transitional authorities in Mali are making efforts to return to life according to constitutional order, prepare elections and return to a civilian form of government.

"They clearly emphasize - I mean the transitional authorities of Mali - their adherence to international obligations, they are fighting terrorism," Lavrov stressed.

He added that the authorities approached a private company from Russia in connection with the fact that, according to available information, France "wants to significantly reduce its military contingent", which was there and "had to fight the terrorists who settled there in the north" in Kidal area and "still run the show there."

"Since the Malian authorities assessed their capabilities as insufficient without external support, and as external support is dwindling from those who have pledged there to help eradicate terrorism. We have nothing to do with this, this activity is carried out on a legal basis and concerns relations between the host by the side - this is the legitimate government - and by those who offer services through foreign specialists," the head of the Foreign Ministry said. Lavrov's speech was broadcast by the TV channel "Russia 24."

At the same time, through the state, Russia also contributes to ensuring the defense capability of Mali, its combat readiness to eradicate terrorist threats, the minister said.

Lavrov also added that it would be better to synchronize the actions of the European Union and Russia with regard to the fight against terrorism not only in Mali, but also in the Sahara-Sahel region.

As Mali Foreign Minister Abdoulay Diop said earlier, at a meeting with Sergei Lavrov, only bilateral cooperation between Bamako and Moscow was discussed between them.

The Kremlin also noted that there were no representatives of the Russian armed forces in Mali, and they did not have data on possible negotiations between the Mali authorities and private companies.

Two dozen ships anchor off coast of New York waiting to dock in the country's second-largest port - adding to US supply chain crunch which has forced FedEx to reroute 600k packages a day
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Nearly two dozen cargo ships and oil tankers are waiting to berth off the south shore of Long Island on Saturday as surge of imports and short-staffed ports have caused a logjam sea

  • Earlier this year, Port of New York and New Jersey became the second busiest port in the country behind Los Angeles, according to recent shipping data

  • Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach, which normally moves 40% of containers in US, has 62 cargo ships waiting to dock, satellite images show

  • Backup brought on by a combination of it being peak shipping period and a pandemic-induced buying boom and labor shortage

  • The ports serve as the entry point for a third of imports to the US, and are the main import point for goods coming from China

  • FedEx announced that about 25 per cent of packages going into it shipping hubs, like the one in Portland, Oregon, are being diverted

  • The hubs are operating with 65 per cent of their usual staff as the shipping company struggles against the national labor shortage

  • Costco announced Thursday it was bringing back limits on purchases of items like toilet paper, paper towels and bottled water

  • Transportation issues are causing delays in deliveries to stores despite suppliers having enough stock

  • Pandemic-driven port congestion and labor shortages have forced retail chains including Costco to spend more on transportation

#5  Read a report last night that stated the administration was set to order the LA/Long Beach port to a 24 hour a day operation to unload the 60- something ships waiting. No mention of any ground-based increase in getting the boxes moved so chokepoint moves from the water to the land. Increased congestion will cause more delay due to multiple handling of containers. Also in the works will be a system of fines for truckers that fail to meet their gate times.

Iraq
Iraqi Kurdistan conference pushes for Baghdad-Israel normalization
The official response to yesterday’s story on the subject, which can be summarized as “Ewwwww! Jew cooties are icky!”
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] More than 300 Iraqis, including tribal leaders, attended a conference in autonomous Kurdistan organized by a US think-tank demanding a normalization of relations between Baghdad and Israel, organizers said Saturday.

The meeting was held without the approval of the region government, according to an Al Arabiya report.

Al Arabiya sources added that the country’s interior’s ministry said the conference does not reflect the government’s position on the matter and that it will take necessary steps to follow up on how the meeting took place.

The first initiative of its kind in Iraq, where Israel’s sworn enemy Iran

The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. Afghanistan
'Damages our status': Taliban warns fighters against fun activities, taking selfies
Not just a buncha damned silliness. Russian and Ukrainian soldiers in the ongoing Ukrainian civil war found out that free wheeling use of social media was a means your enemy could use the data to grid for artillery or air attacks. And with the net centric NATO forces remaining in the area such posts could provide valuable intel.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] The Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
warned its fighters in Afghanistan against sightseeing at tourist attractions and taking selfies to post on social media, stressing that it damaged the group’s status, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Thousands of Taliban fighters were deployed to the capital Kabul after the group seized control of Afghanistan on August 15.

"When not on duty, they sightsee, picnic and visit amusement parks, in a tangle of guns and turbans. Taliban fighters from elsewhere in Afghanistan have also come to gawk at Kabul on tourist trips," the Wall Street Journal reported.

The Taliban government’s Defense Minister Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob scolded the fighters for their behavior.

"Stick to the tasks you have been assigned. You are damaging our status, which has been created with the blood of our deaders," he said.

He specifically warned fighters against taking selfies with Taliban leaders when they come across them and posting the pictures on social media as it betrays information about the location and activities of group members.

The minister also criticized the way Taliban fighters dressed, ordering them to bring their beards, hair and clothes into line with the group’s harsh interpretation of Islamic rules.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Is AOC's deplorable Iron Dome move a shift for the Democrats?
[JPost] This week, Democratic Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Betty McCollum
...D-MinneapolisSt. Paul, Democratic House Whip, seriously Progressive former social studies teacher...
pressured the Democratic party to remove $1 billion for Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system from a bill to keep the US government-funded. This is a particularly sinister move. These funds were intended to replenish Israel’s stock of these defensive receptors that protect our civilian populations and were depleted when Hamas fired 5,000 missiles and rockets at our towns in May. (Democratic leadership announced later in the day it will bring to the House floor a stand-alone vote on $1 billion in emergency funding for Iron Dome.)

This move followed Ocasio-Cortez’s introduction last week of an amendment to the US defense budget bill which would suspend the transfer of $735 million worth of Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM) to Israel. JDAMs are kits that convert unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions.

#14  I'm curious as to what made AOC change her vote from "no" to 'present'

I understand she had a direct order from Nancy Pelosi. But the New York Times had a different take, according to Jewish Journal (I avoid giving the New York Times et al any clicky attention if I can avoid it):

The New York Times appeared to remove a line from a September 23 article stating that Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) had changed her vote from “no” to “present” on the Iron Dome funding bill because of “influential lobbyists and rabbis.”

The article stated that Ocasio-Cortez “tearfully” decided to change her vote after a meeting with her fellow Squad members, which the article initially said “underscored how wrenching the vote was for even outspoken progressives, who have been caught between their principles and the still powerful pro-Israel voices in their party, such as influential lobbyists and rabbis.” It was subsequently changed to say that the matter “underscored how wrenching the vote was for even outspoken progressives, who have been caught between their principles and the still powerful pro-Israel voices in their party.” As of this writing, the article does not provide an editor’s note explaining the change.

Clashes between Yemen's Rebels, Government Forces Kill 35
[AnNahar] Fighting flared up this week between Yemen

...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...
rebels and pro-government forces in the country's southern province of Shabwa, killing 35 from both sides, tribal leaders and security officials said.

Clashes are now in their third day in several districts of the largely government-controlled province, including Bayhan and Usaylan, said the officials and the elders. Dozens have been maimed on both sides, they said.

Yemen has been convulsed by civil war since 2014 when the Iran-backed Houthis captured the capital, Sanaa, and much of the north of the country, forcing the internationally recognized government to flee to the south, then to Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Fifteen of the nineteen WTC hijackers were Saudis, and most major jihadi commanders were Saudis, to include Osama bin Laden. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman quietly folded that tent in 2016, doing terrible things to the guys running it, and has since been dragging the kingdom into the current century...
A Saudi-led coalition entered the war in March 2015, backed by the United States, to try restore the government to power. Despite a relentless air campaign and ground fighting, the war has tanked largely into a stalemate and spawned the world's worst humanitarian crisis.

In Shabwa, government forces regained control of some of the areas that Houthis had captured earlier this week, the officials said. The officials and the elders spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to brief the media.

The rebel offensive on Shabwa is believed to be aimed at disrupting a key line of communication through which pro-government reinforcements are sent to the central province of Marib, where fighting has been raging for several months.

The rebels have accelerated their push to take Marib in recent months, while escalating cross-border attacks on Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile,

Government Corruption
Mayorkas Tells Migrants How to Get Through Title 42 Border Barrier
[Breitbart] Alejandro Mayorkas, the nation’s border security chief, used his White House press conference on Friday to tell migrants how to get through the Title 42 coronavirus emergency rules.

Federal law allows border officers to exclude migrants because of the Title 42 emergency rules for the coronavirus epidemic.

But Mayorkas spotlighted some of the Title 42 exceptions that he grants — including the little-known exception for people who claim to be afraid of torture in their home country.

Number one [exception] is if an individual has an acute vulnerability, such as an urgent medical care. And [number] two, if, in fact, our operational capacity is such that we are not able to execute the Title 42 authority ... I should also say that there is a [third] Convention Against Torture exception if someone claims torture.

In case any cellphone-linked migrants do not hear the torture exception, Mayorkas repeated it:

If someone is not subject to Title 42 expulsion for the three reasons that I explained — acute vulnerability, operational capacity limitations, or a Convention Against Torture exception — then the individual is placed in immigration proceedings. That means they [can stay and work in the United States] until [they] go before an immigration judge in an immigration court.

Mayorkas’ advice will be a useful guide to the many economic migrants from Chile, Brazil, and other stable countries who are trying to get Americans’ jobs and housing.

Under Mayorkas, migrants do not need to persuade a judge that their fear of torture is true. Merely making the claim to Mayorkas’s officers gives them the opportunity to walk through the Title 42 barrier, get jobs, and stay in the United States.

Pentagon: No Need to Coordinate Airstrikes with Taliban

s in Afghanistan.

Kirby at a presser said the United States needs to carry out air attacks on turbans in Afghanistan, and there is no need to talk with the Taliban about the strikes.

"We retain all necessary authorities to execute over the horizon counterterrorism operations and we remain confident in these capabilities moving forward without speaking to specific rules of engagement surrounding airstrikes. There is currently no requirement to clear airspace with the Taliban and we do not expect that any future over the horizon counterterrorism strikes would hinge on such a clearance," he said.
Airstrikes against who, specifically?
Officials from the Cultural Commission of the Ministry of Information and Cultural meanwhile said the United States should not intervene anymore in Afghanistan. "We expect the United States to not make irresponsible remarks. They conducted an airstrike in Kabul and killed civilians including children," said Javad Sar, a member of the commission.

On August 29, the US carried out an airstrike in Kabul claiming to have targeted ISIS fighters while later it was discovered that the victims were civilians. The Pentagon later apologized for the attack.

Taliban officials in Herat told TOLOnews the four men had kidnapped a businessman with his son, and the men whose remains were on display had been killed in festivities with Taliban forces.

The officials said the men’s bodies were hung up at the crossroads to be a lesson for other kidnappers.

The rescued businessman and his son were not willing to speak to TOLOnews, but relatives said they were kidnapped in Herat’s PD12 from outside their fuel shop.

Kidnapping has been a big problem in Herat, according to residents, who urged the Taliban to crackdown on the activity.

The Taliban said they will crackdown on kidnappers.

Last week Taliban forces rescued a boy from kidnappers in Herat city.

And Tommy has a history of getting involved with Ponzi scams. It's a wonder he has time for anything else.

#9  ^ You somehow win an election because you are going to "represent the people" and then companies and foreign governments offer your kids huge amounts of money who can't help but jump at the "opportunities" and then the kids realize they are supposed to now "influence" the parent to do special favors for even more big bucks.... ("everyone else is doing it, right?")

Then you go under the table and accept a percentage and then you realize they got you so you have to stay in office to hide your corruption by working with other corrupted souls to bring in voting corruption. Now the only thing that can get you out of power is death itself, hopefully well into old age...

#11  ^^ Point of Order: the Constitution states the President must be "natural born". That doesn't mean born in the U.S. It has been interpreted as meaning a candidate must be a U.S. citizen through either birth in the U.S. or through citizenship of one or both parents. McCain - born overseas - acquired U.S. citizenship at birth through his parents and was considered "natural born".

Palestinians urge Sudan to hand over confiscated assets
So the PA wants to be given confiscated Hamas assets? A bold ask.
[JPost] Hamas - a bitter rival of Abbas - said on Friday it had no links to companies and individuals targeted by Sudan's crackdown, saying the seized assets belonged to Palestinian investors and businesses.

Sudan was long an ally of Hamas under former President Omar al-Bashir but since he was overthrown in 2019, Sudanese authorities have taken control of investments and companies they say channeled funding to the Islamist group for years.

"We hope that the state of #Sudan, which has always been a supporter (people and a government) to #Palestine, to hand over the movable and immovable funds that were confiscated to the State of Palestine and its Government," Hussein Al-Sheikh, a senior Palestinian official close to President Mahmoud Abbas, said on Twitter.

Senior Hamas official Moussa Abu Marzouk accused Sheikh of "fishing in troubled waters."

"What happened in #Sudan is a conflict between the civilian and military parts in #Hamdok's government to win US support. A cheap game using the name of the movement as a slander," wrote Abu Marzouk on his Twitter account late on Saturday.

In Khartoum, a senior official in the taskforce overseeing government-led asset seizures did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
“Hahahahahah — oh wait, he’s serious?? Hahahaha!”

Republicans and conservative groups are raising concerns about Syed's board position with Emgage Action, a Moslem-American advocacy group that has described Israel as an "apartheid" state and lobbied against legislation that would penalize U.S. companies for boycotting Israel.

Turkish Camp targeted with Missiles in Nineveh, Iraq
[EN.ALGHADEERTV.NET] A security source reported that a Ottoman Turkish army camp was attacked with missile strikes on Friday. The source told Alghadeer that five missiles targeted the Zilkan camp north of djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
in which the Ottoman Turkish Army is stationed.

The source explained that only three of the missiles went kaboom! without knowing the losses.

It’s noteworthy that the Camp has already been targeted several times in the past months.
...without, somehow, appearing in our archives, or perhaps it’s there under a different spelling.
