No toilet for returning SpaceX crew, stuck using diapers
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) — The astronauts who will depart the International Space Station on Sunday will be stuck using diapers on the way home because of their capsule’s broken toilet.

NASA astronaut Megan McArthur described the situation Friday as "suboptimal" but manageable. She and her three crewmates will spend 20 hours in their SpaceX capsule, from the time the hatches are closed until Monday morning’s planned splashdown.

"Spaceflight is full of lots of little challenges," she said during a news conference from orbit. "This is just one more that we’ll encounter and take care of in our mission. So we’re not too worried about it."

After a series of meetings Friday, mission managers decided to bring McArthur and the rest of her crew home before launching their replacements. That SpaceX launch already had been delayed more than a week by bad weather and an undisclosed medical issue involving one of the crew.

SpaceX is now targeting liftoff for Wednesday night at the earliest.

Knifeman 'shouting religious slogans about the Prophet' is shot and wounded after attacking police in Cannes who were saved by their bulletproof vests
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Knifeman is shot and wounded after attacking three police officers in Cannes

  • Threatened staff outside main Police Commissariat 'in the name of the Prophet'

  • Investigating source says he 'pulled open car door and started stabbing' at 6am

  • Assailant identified as 37-year-old Algerian who 'wanted to kill a cop', police said
The attacker was from the Algerian port of Skikda, and entered France through Italy.

‘He obtained a residence permit in Italy and he came to France to commit his crime,’ said David Lisnard, the Mayor Cannes.
Update from MSN at 6:40 p.m.
French interior minister Gerald Darmanin added that the assailant is a 37-year-old Algerian passport holder who arrived in Europe around 2009-10 and has been in France since 2016, having traveled from Italy where he had a residence permit.

Darmanin said the attacker had been trying to obtain a French resident card for "several weeks" but had not been granted one.
And there we have the motive for his attack on a uniformed unbeliever.
The assailant suffered unspecified injuries and is currently "between life and death" at Cannes hospital. He had no previous criminal record in France, said Darmanin.

Duchess of Cornwall on Biden Farting at Climate Summit ‐ ‘Long and Loud and Impossible to Ignore'
[GP] The Duchess of Cornwall met President Joe Biden at a climate summit on Monday, but the emissions she was left talking about had little to do with the environment, according to a new report.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, Biden passed gas while chatting with Camilla at the COP26 Summit on Monday — and she can’t stop talking about how gross it was.
"Why the long face?"
"It was long and loud and impossible to ignore," the source said. "Camilla hasn’t stopped talking about it."

The Mail report says, "the President met the Duchess during a reception on Monday at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, attended by Prince Charles, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Boris Johnson."

#1  Instant Karma ("Bad Boy")

Karma means action, work, or deed.

The term also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect, often descriptively called the principle of karma, wherein intent and actions of an individual influence the future of that individual: Good intent and good deeds contribute to good karma and happier rebirths, while bad intent and bad deeds contribute to bad karma and bad rebirths.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Why is Israel labelling Palestinian rights groups ‘terrorists'?
[Aljazeera] Ramallah, Occupied West Bank — On October 22, Israel designated six prominent civil society and human rights groups in Palestine as "terrorist" organisations.

The designation was widely condemned by the international community and rights groups as "unjustified" and "baseless".

Five of the organisations are Palestinian: Addameer Prisoners’ Rights group; Al-Haq rights group; the Union of Palestinian Women Committees (UPWC); the Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC); and the Bisan Center for Research and Development.

The sixth is the Palestine chapter of the Geneva-based Defence for Children International organisation.

Some of the organisations conduct critical human rights work — including documenting Israeli human rights abuses, providing legal aid to detainees, conducting local and international advocacy, and working with the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the United Nations.

Others, such as the UAWC, provide hands-on aid to Palestinians, including by rehabilitating land at risk of confiscation and helping tens of thousands of farmers in Area C — the more than 60 percent of the occupied West Bank under direct Israeli military control, and where all illegal Israeli settlements and settlement infrastructure are located.

Civil society organisations, which obtain most of their funding from donor states, are a key pillar in the social and economic development of Palestinians living in the 1967-occupied territories.

Israel’s October 22 move came under the pretext that these groups are affiliated with the left-wing Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), claiming they "constitute an arm of the [PFLP] leadership, the main activity of which is the liberation of Palestine and destruction of Israel". The PFLP’s armed wing was active as an organised body during the Second Intifada, and carried out attacks against Israeli targets.

IDF blacklists 6 Palestinian rights groups, enabling Israel to act against them
The Israeli view:
[IsraelTimes] The Israel Defense Forces officially designates six Paleostinian rights groups as "unauthorized organizations," the military legal equivalent of terrorist organizations, following a similar decision by Defense Minister Benny Gantz last month, despite international criticism against the move.

Israel maintains that the six Paleostinian organizations — al-Haq, Addameer, Defense for Children International-Paleostine, the Bisan Center for Research and Development, the Union of Paleostinian Women’s Committees and the Union of Agricultural Work Committees — serve as fronts for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Paleostine terror group, something that the groups have repeatedly denied and that has been questioned by their European and international funders.

Last month, Gantz declared them terrorist organizations, a designation with comparatively little immediate impact, as the groups operate within the West Bank and thus officially outside of Israel’s jurisdiction.

Today, however, the head of the IDF Central Command, who has formal legal authority over the West Bank, has also now outlawed the groups "after he was presented with copious, varied and reliable information that indicates that these organizations represented a wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Paleostine terror group," the military says.

With this official designation, the military now has the power, among other things, to shutter the organization’s offices and arrest its members.

It is official: The biggest public health threat right now are "fully vaccinated" people, whom the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now warns are super-spreaders polluting society with Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) "variants. It’s the Lancet, james, always suspect given their history. At a quick glance I see no mention of how many of the vaccinated did not have breakthrough infections — is that what you meant? I seem to recall that a study of breakthrough infections by the Israeli army showed only something like 10% of those who had previous infections subsequently tested positive for the thing, and of that 10%, something like 10% of them actually showed symptoms... or possibly actually felt ill enough to matter. Though the Israeli study was about reinfection and contagiousness among those previously infected, as I recall, not among the vaccinated as that was before vaccines had become available.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Palestinian activists hacked by Israeli firm NSO spyware
[Aljazeera] Spyware from the Israeli surveillance company NSO Group was detected on the mobile phones of six Palestinian human rights activists, in the first known instance of Palestinian activists being targeted by the military-grade Pegasus spyware.

The non-profit Frontline Defenders disclosed its findings on Monday in a joint technical report together with Amnesty International and the University of Toronto’s Citizen Lab, which independently confirmed the results.

It is not clear who placed the NSO spyware, which surreptitiously gives intruders access to everything a person stores and does on their mobile phone, including real-time communications.

Three of the hacked Palestinians work for civil society groups. The others do not, and wish to remain anonymous, Frontline Defenders says.

Among those hacked is Ubai Aboudi, a 37-year-old economist and US citizen who runs the Bisan Center for Research and Development in Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank. The group is one of the six slapped with terrorist designations by Israel last month.

The Irish-based Frontline Defenders considers Israel the main suspect. The first two intrusions were identified shortly after Israeli Defence Minister Benny Gantz declared the six Palestinian civil society groups to be "terrorist" organisations.

China-Japan-Koreas
Satellite images show China built mock-ups of US warships
[10 News] Satellite images show China has built mock-ups of U.S. warships in its northwestern desert, possibly to practice for a future naval clash.

China is massively upgrading its military, and its capability and intentions are increasingly concerning to the United States.

The images captured by Maxar Technologies show the outlines of a U.S. aircraft carrier and a destroyer at a desert location in Xinjiang.

The independent U.S. Naval Institute says the mock-ups are part of a new target range.

China has emphasized countering other naval forces in building up its military and has concentrated its vessels in the South China Sea.

The U.S. Navy remains predominant, but its ships are spread across several regions where U.S. interests lie.
Much easier to practice attacking an aircraft carrier that doesn't move, has no support vessels/aircraft, and doesn't fire back
And when none of the parties to this farce are in water...

Gov. Newsom Cancels All Scheduled Appearances, Hasn't Been Seen in Public Since Getting Covid Booster Shot on October 27

[AP] A week after abruptly canceling plans to attend the United Nations climate summit in Scotland, California Gov. Gavin has receded from public view to deal with unspecific family obligations.

When the surprising announcement was made Oct. 29, his office said Newsom planned to participate virtually in the conference this week. But he did not. Spokesperson Erin Mellon now says he will appear virtually next week.

Newsom’s last public appearance was Oct. 27, when he received a coronavirus booster shot. His office did not respond to questions Friday about what the governor has been doing this week.

Afghanistan
Afghans facing 'hell on earth' as winter looms
[BBC] This is a country which is starting to feel the very real fear of hunger.
Did I just read about high exports of...Afghan food?
The weather is turning from early autumn warmth to a sharp chill. Several areas are reporting drought, which adds to the sense of growing catastrophe.

At Maidan Wardak, 50 miles west of Kabul, a crowd of several hundred men had gathered in the hope of getting flour from an official distribution point. The flour was provided by the World Food Programme.

Taliban soldiers kept the crowd reasonably quiet, but people who were told they weren't eligible for a hand-out were angry and frightened.

"The winter is nearly here," said one old man. "I don't know how I'll get through it if I can't make bread".

The WFP is faced with having to raise its supplies to Afghanistan to help more than 22 million people.

If the weather is as bad as experts are predicting this winter, the expectation is that large numbers will be threatened with acute hunger and widespread famine.

-Great Cultural Revolution
Billionaires Not Morally Qualified to Shape Civilization
[Consortium News] Human civilization is being engineered in myriad ways by an unfathomably wealthy class who are so emotionally and psychologically stunted that they refuse to end world hunger despite having the ability to easily do so.

The United Nations has estimated that world hunger could be ended for an additional expenditure of $30 billion a year, with other estimates considerably lower. The other day Elon Musk became the first person to attain a net worth of over $300 billion. A year ago his net worth was $115 billion. According to Inequality.org, America’s billionaires have a combined net worth of $5.1 trillion, which is a 70 percent increase from their combined net worth of under $3 trillion at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.

So, we’re talking about a class which could easily put a complete halt to human beings dying of starvation on this planet by simply putting some of their vast fortunes toward making sure everyone gets enough to eat. But they don’t. This same class influences the policies, laws, and large-scale behavior of our species more than any other.

“It's not what you gather, but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived.”

#1  As I recall, in general the food issue is not so much a problem of supply as that war, lawlessness, corruption, and poor roads prevent moving to where it’s needed before it rots. Those were lacks the Americans — and even the Chinese, with their belt & whatchamacallem projects — have been attempting to supply, sadly to less avail than hoped. I’m not sure how these very multi-billionaires are supposed to effectively accomplish such things instead.

But I strongly agree they lack the moral fiber, or the philosophical understanding. As C.S. Lewis wrote, “ Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.”

CIA Torture Finally Rebuked, By Military Jury
[Consotium News] The New York Times reported last week that a military jury at the U.S. prison at Guantanamo issued a sharp rebuke against the C.I.A.’s treatment of al-Qaeda prisoner Majid Khan, calling the Agency’s torture program "a stain on the moral fiber of America."

The jury recommended that Khan receive a 26-year sentence, the shortest possible under the court’s rules. Seven of the eight jurors—all U.S. military officers—then hand-wrote a letter to the military judge urging clemency for Khan.

The sentencing hearing, and Khan’s two hours of graphic testimony, marked the first time that details of the C.I.A. torture program were laid bare in public.

Khan testified that during the course of his interrogations, after he was captured in Pakistan in 2003, he told the C.I.A. "literally everything" he knew. He was truthful with the information, but "the more I told them, the more they tortured me." Khan said that his only alternative was to make up information about threats, anything to get his interrogators to stop torturing him. When the information then didn’t pan out, Khan was tortured yet again.

Government Corruption
House Democrats Tuck Vape Tax Into $1.85 Trillion Spending Bill
[Free Beacon] House Democrats on Wednesday added a tax on vapes to their $1.85 trillion Build Back Better Act, which experts say would target poor Americans and boost a dangerous black market.

The plan would tax vape products at a rate of $50.33 for every 1,810 milligrams of nicotine they contain. If passed, the tax would make vapes more expensive than cigarettes, which are taxed on a per-product basis. The tax would disproportionately hurt poor Americans, who are more likely to use vape products. President Joe Biden has pledged to not tax anyone who makes less than $400,000.

House Democrats had scrapped an earlier plan to tax all tobacco products in order to pay for Biden's trillion dollar spending bill. Tim Andrews, director of consumer issues at Americans for Tax Reform, said Democrats reintroduced a nicotine tax to pay for their proposed State and Local Tax reduction, a $500 billion tax cut for the wealthy.

"This is literally a case of reverse Robin Hood," Andrews told the Washington Free Beacon. "This is taking from the poor to give to the rich."

Andrews emphasized that taxing vape products would push nicotine users toward more dangerous tobacco products. Taxing vapor products at the same level as other tobacco products could deter more than 2.75 million smokers nationally from quitting, according to a 2019 study from the National Bureau of Economic Research.

"This is completely immoral," Andrews told the Free Beacon. "It will lead to more people smoking—it will lead to more people dying."

#1  As one researcher pointed out.

The Middle Class is carrying the Tax burned.
We are now at about 33% Federal, about 8% to 12% in State and some cities also have 3.0% to 3.8% for income taxes. Then about 15.3% FICA, property taxes take between 0.31% and 2.13% also.

These all are collected on top of state and city sales taxes, gas tax, a handful of hidden taxes, Utility taxes, “Misc. fees" and the mandatory ObamaCare tax mandate.

Heck my county even has a Rain Tax... seriously no joke, we do.

So many of us are already paying taxes well over 60 cent out of every paycheck dollar we earn or take in.

Leaving us LESS THAN 40 cents out of every dollar our families and ourselves. Even Kings and Rulers only inflicted such high tax burden on their subjects during time of War.

So, I guess Vaper's will have to suck it up and eat a little less ☺.

Science & Technology
German engine technology found in Chinese warships — report
[DW] Engines developed in Germany can evade export control bans due to their status as a so-called dual-use technology, a German media investigation has revealed.

Several types of Chinese navy warships are powered by engines that were either developed or built by German manufacturers, an investigation by public broadcaster ARD and the Welt am Sonntag newspaper revealed Saturday.

The two companies involved are MTU in Friedrichshafen and the French branch of the Volkswagen subsidiary MAN, according to the report.

Both companies told the media they have always complied with export control regulations and have put into the public record that they have been involved with China's military.

The details on MTU's engine deliveries in China were found on the publicly available website of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).

SIPRI catalogs arms deals and weapons transfers for publications and reports.

DUAL-USE TECHNOLOGIES FALL INTO A 'GRAY AREA'
According to SIPRI, MTU was a regular supplier of engines for Luyang III class missile destroyers through a licensed production plant in China until at least 2020.

Additionally, MTU reportedly supplied engines that were used in China's Song-class submarines.

However,
you can observe a lot just by watching...
the company's headquarters told ARD and Welt am Sonntag that they had "definitively stopped" supplying engines for the submarines.

The company claims it had not "entered into any contracts with the Chinese Defense Ministry or armed forces."

Yet, with the establishment of a joint venture in China in 2010, the head of the company known as Tognum at the time had noted deliveries of "marine engines for the Chinese navy and coasties."

Likewise, in 2002 SEMT Pielstick, the French subsidiary of MAN, published news of its delivery of PA6 engines manufactured for a new frigate generation under license in China on the company website. That item can still be located on the site's archive pages.

SIPRI noted that the MTU engine installed on China's warships is a so-called dual-use technology not requiring an export license.

"There's a gray area there," said Siemon Wezeman of SIPRI.

EU'S TOOTHLESS ARMS EMBARGO
The Chinese navy is commissioning more Luyang III destroyers this year. Ships in this class come equipped with surface-to-air missiles and cruise missiles.

China commissioned the Kaifeng in July to commemorate 100 years since the founding of the ruling Chinese Communist Party.

Following the massacre of students and others protesting for democracy in Tiananmen Square in 1989, the EU imposed an arms embargo but with limited binding effect.

Sebastian Rossner, a Cologne
...the largest city in North Rhine-Westphalia and the fourth populated city in Germany....
-based lawyer and export expert, told Germany's ARD public broadcaster: "Because the EU arms embargo on China was not formally decided in accordance with the European treaties, certain exports of ship engines may also be permissible for the Chinese navy."

"If you want to change this, the EU must either amend the Dual-Use Regulation or formally impose an arms embargo," he added.

China has aggressively asserted territorial claims to disputed islands in the South China Sea in recent years, raising tensions with the United States and its European allies.

German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas warned one year ago of "rapidly increasing arms dynamics" in the Indo-Pacific region.

In August, the German frigate Bayern set off from Wilhelmshaven for a six-month journey to the Indo-Pacific.

Germany has sought to strengthen its presence in the region, and a Chinese stop was meant to help defuse tensions over the naval mission. But in September, China denied Germany's request to allow the Bayern to make a port call in Shanghai.

AK Gov. Mike Dunleavy sez 'NO CAN DO' to Biden JAB mandate
[Anchorage Daily News] Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy issued an administrative order Tuesday prohibiting state agencies from assisting with a proposed federal vaccination requirement for large employers. It also requires Alaska’s attorney general to review all federal vaccination mandates and determine whether the state can challenge them in court.

Those measures are two of six points in the order, which the governor said is intended to "guard the Constitutional rights of individual Alaskans from federal overreach."

The restrictions on state agencies do not apply to the University of Alaska, which announced Tuesday that it will require some employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 starting Dec. 8.

UA President Pat Pitney said the requirement is necessary to keep the university eligible for competitive federal grants, and while she personally opposes the federal mandate, she said she does not see an alternative.
It’s about money, not following the science. But at least she is honest about the transactionality of the thing.
An official at the Alaska Railroad, which faces a similar problem and rejected a mandate, said it is waiting for further legal guidance.

China-Japan-Koreas
Taiwan says 16 Chinese warplanes enter air defense zone
[DW] Taipei has said it is one of the largest Chinese incursions into Taiwan's air defense identification zone since early October, coming right after an EU delegation visited Taipei to work on building ties.

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense on Sunday said 16 Chinese fighter jets had entered its Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) a day earlier.

The number of aircraft sent into the ADIZ is one of the largest since early October, when the People's Liberation Army (PLA) sent around 150 warplanes into the air defense zone in separate maneuvers over five days.

The ministry said it issued radio warnings and monitored the aircraft on Saturday using air defense systems. The jets entered the ADIZ off Taiwan's southwestern coast, following a path similar to previous incursions.

WHAT IS TAIWAN'S ADIZ?
The ADIZ extends hundreds of kilometers from Taiwan's coast and even includes parts of mainland China. It is much larger than Taiwan's sovereign air space, which only extends 12 nautical miles from the coast.

The ADIZ is airspace designated for national security purposes but is not delineated in international treaties. Taiwanese authorities reserve the right to order aircraft entering the ADIZ to identify themselves and their purpose.

Although China has flown regular incursions with smaller numbers of aircraft into the ADIZ over the past several weeks, the warplanes have not entered Taiwan's sovereign airspace.

EU DELEGATES VISIT TAIWAN
The Chinese flights into the ADIZ on Saturday came a day after a European Parliament delegation wrapped up a three-day visit to Taipei.

The seven politicians on the parliament's committee on foreign interference in democratic processes visited last week, following up on a resolution last month calling for the body to "intensify EU-Taiwan political relations."

EU parliamentarians said the visit was not aimed at provoking China, which sees self-governing Taiwan as part of its territory and usually considers any attempt at building bilateral ties between Western nations and the government in Taipei as a provocation.

More than 190 ISIS-affiliates leave al-Hol camp
[Rudaw] More than 190 people affiliated with the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(ISIS) have left the al-Hol camp in northeastern Syria (Rojava) to return to their homes in eastern Syria on Sunday, according to a conflict monitor.

A group of 194 people from 48 families was allowed to exit the camp, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported, adding that most of them are originally from Deir ez-Zor province.

The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) arrested thousands of ISIS fighters and their wives and children when they took control of the group’s last stronghold in Syria in March 2019. Most of these people are held at al-Hol, which is home to more than 60,000 people — mostly women and kiddies from different nationalities.

According to the Hawar News Agency (ANHA), a Kurdish administration-affiliated news outlet, 8,690 people from 2,314 families have moved out of the camp so far. This is the 43rd group of people to leave the camp since the summer of 2020.

Afghanistan
Afghan Exports Have Increased This Year: ACCI
[ToloNews] Officials at the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI) said that the exports of Afghan domestic products has increased this year compared to recent years.

According to the officials, carpets, rugs, dried fruits and fresh fruits are the exported goods on the rise.

According to the officials, the export of domestic products has reached $823 million this year, while last year the export of these products reached $700 million.

"The current time is the peak of our exports of vegetables and fresh fruits. In 2021, we exported more than $800 million, and most of it was dried fruit that went to Pakistain," said Khan Jan Alokozai, a member of the ACCI.

On the other hand, a number of traders said that since the political change in August, they have not been able to export their products to the global markets due to the problems at Afghanistan-Pakistain crossings.

"In general, our exports had problems this year. During the export season of the fruits, the Spin Boldak and Torkham crossings were blocked which made it difficult for the traders to export their goods to Pakistain," said Mirwais Hajizada, a member of the Chamber of Agriculture and Irrigation.

In the meantime, some economists said that the increase in exports is beneficial for the country’s economic growth and the level of exports should continue to increase.

"Increase in exports and imports means that the countries have relations with each other. The trade which carries the message of peace will lead Afghanistan to having a political engagement with other countries," said Sayed Massoud, an economist said.

Meanwhile,
...back at the laboratory, Igor and Oleg were discussing what the quickest way might be to deal with the monster...
officials at the ACCI said that imports to Afghanistan have dropped to $6 billion this year, while last year it was $7 billion.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
In first, government approves small quota of tech work permits for Palestinians
[IsraelTimes] Pilot project aims to issue documents for 500 West Bank Paleostinian workers by 2024; many Paleostinian tech graduates are already subcontracted to Israeli firms, entrepreneur notes.

Until now, the Israeli government has largely only approved permits for Paleostinian workers in construction and agriculture. Around 130,000 Paleostinians work in Israel and West Bank settlements, according to Defense Ministry statistics.

Some Paleostinians are already employed in Israel at technology firms, but largely on a case-by-case basis, rather than as a matter of government policy.

"There are plenty of young Paleostinians from the West Bank at Google and Amazon and Mobileye... so the phenomenon already exists, but on an individual basis," said Paleostinian entrepreneur Mahmoud Khweis, who runs two startups in Jerusalem and Ramallah.

The Israeli technology sector is facing a serious labor shortage, leading firms to seek programmers abroad in Eastern Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
and India. Khweis said that Paleostinians could fill some of that gap, and that some Israeli firms already outsource labor to Paleostinian coders in the West Bank and Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
"In the West Bank, we have 3,000 to 4,000 tech graduates every year. Many work for Paleostinian firms that contract with Israeli companies," said Khweis, who called Paleostinians "more culturally close" to Israelis than other potential partners.

The Israeli government — which ranges from pro-settler Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to left-wing Meretz plus an Arab party — has vowed to take steps to prop up the Paleostinian Authority. Earlier this year, the cabinet approved around 15,000 new permits for Paleostinian workers in construction.

At the same time, the cabinet on Sunday raised the number of standard work permits for West Bank Paleostinians in Israel by 8,600, to take effect in January 2022. Another 3,600 permits will be issued for the Atarot Industrial Zone, which lies north of Jerusalem in the central West Bank.

Letter Allegedly by Ex-NDS Members Denies Allegiance With Daesh
[ToloNews] A letter allegedly released by former members of the National Directorate of Security
...the Afghan national intel agency...
denies their engagement with ISIS.

The letter also said that former intelligence members are being hunted down by the forces of the Islamic Emirate.

The alleged letter was released in reaction to reports about collusion between security and intelligence forces of the former government with ISIS.

"Currently, hundreds of personnel of the National Directorate of Security are faced with severe economic challenges. And the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
is looking for them every day to recognize them and eliminate them," the letter said. "The United Nations
...where theory meets practice and practice loses...
should resolve the issue between former members of the NDS and the Taliban, otherwise, (you) will witness the killings of NDS members."

The Islamic Emirate, however, denied that its forces have been chasing the former security and intelligence forces.

"No military personnel are under investigation or threat. A general amnesty has been announced but those who committed crimes after the amnesty will be held accountable," said Saeed Khosti, the interior ministry’s front man.

The Wall Street Journal earlier reported that some former members of the Afghan security and intelligence forces joined the ISIS group due to personal threats.

Deputy Minister of Information and Culture Zabiullah Mujahid said that the Islamic Emirate is not threatening former security forces.

"We call on all military personnel who worked for the former government to (stop worrying). This concern is false and spreads among the people--there is no threat for anyone by the Islamic Emirate," he added.

Three People Killed In Two Blasts In Nangarhar
[ToloNews] At least three people were killed in two separate blasts in Jalalabad, the capital city of eastern Nangarhar
The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country..
, local officials confirmed on Sunday.

According to the officials, the blasts took place on Sunday morning in PD 2 of Jalalabad.

Nangarhar has recently seen a surge in hit-and-run killings as well as with other security incidents.

The provincial residents urged the current government to form a proper plan to take security measures in the province.

"The people are very upset by the existence of gangs. If they (gunnies) get into a rickshaw, they should face legal action," said Bahir, a resident.

A video went viral on social media showing a number of button men firing from a rikshaw at passengers in a car.

The provincial governor’s office in a statement instructed the rikshaw-drivers to not transport armed people, including the forces of the Islamic Emirate. The statement warned that those who violate the order would be punished.

"The rikshaw drivers should avoid transporting gunnies. Those who violate the order will face legal actions," said Qazi Mullah Adel, the provincial governor’s front man.

"This is a good step. The documents of the rickshaw should be checked and the security forces should also wear a uniform," said Naseer, a rikshaw driver.

The Islamic Emirate officials said that many ISIS plots were thwarted in Nangarhar. Dr. Basheer, head of the provincial intelligence department, said that nearly 250 ISIS affiliates surrendered to the government over the past two months in Nangarhar.

"Approximately 250 ISIS fighters surrendered to the Islamic Emirate," he said.

province have asked Raksha (Taxi) drivers not to transport other button men other than the Taliban affiliates.

Nangarhar’s provincial office in a statement asked the drivers around the province to give them hand in ensuring the security of the province and acknowledged them to prevent transporting other button men.

The statement has also asked the people of Nangarhar province to cooperate with them and inform them after they see suspected button men in Raksha taxis.

Though the statement did not name any specific group of krazed killers, they apparently aim at the ISIS-K fighters who are reportedly more active in the eastern provinces of Afghanistan than other parts of the country.
Other rebels, like the reborn Northern Alliance, must not be mentioned lest they turn out to be still very active, of course.
It comes as the number of targeted liquidations has risen recently that has worried the local residents.

Residents of Nangarhar province say that they often see people hanged from trees or their heads cut early in the morning but have no clue about the victims nor the perpetrators.
A hard people, the Afghans, who prefer more permanent solutions when the West does not have them tightly leashed.

Commission Begins Military Reforms in Afghanistan's North
[ToloNews] Islamic Military officials said Sunday that a commission had been established to purge the ranks and bring reforms within the military in northern Afghanistan.

The head of the corps in Mazar-e-Sharif, Attaullah Omari, said the commission has pledged to work on recognizing and punishing those who misuse the name of Islamic Emirate in the north.

Officials attended the conference held in the Balkh governor's office and said the commission will work to prevent infiltrators into the Islamic Emirate forces from ISIS.

"Let us take the first step, let us check these 500 forces, 'who are these forces and where were they in the past?'," said Attaullah Omari.

"The commission is formed [with representatives from] three military organizations, the provincial head of intelligence will lead the commission in every province, because the purging is the duty of intelligence," said Shir Mohammad Sharif, the general director of borders at the Ministry of Interior.

"We want to purge the military ranks of corrupted people, the people who have bad backgrounds, and those who are aiming to defame the government," said Latifullah Hakimi, head of the commission.

The establishment of the commission comes as the residents of Mazar-e-Sharif recently complained that different groups identifying themselves as Islamic forces started house-to-house searches in the city.

The residents of Mazar-e-Sharif also claimed that assassinations have increased in the city, saying at least ten civil society activists allegedly have been killed.

At the conference, officials said those who are trying to defame the Islamic Emirate will soon be recognized.

Cyprus charges six with terror for alleged plot to kill five Israelis
[IsraelTimes] Indictment classifies planned attack on Israeli targets as terror; main suspect, from Azerbaijan, allegedly had Hezbollah-related images on his phone; trial to start in December

Cypriot authorities filed charges Friday against six suspects for allegedly planning to attack Israeli targets on the eastern Mediterranean island.

Among those charged was the main suspect, Orkhan Asadov, a 38-year-old Azerbaijani national. He and three Paks indicted in the case are accused of plotting to visit Cyprus to commit acts of terror.

All but one of the suspects allegedly planned to kill five Israelis who live in Cyprus, according to the Politis daily.

The vast majority of the charges in the indictment are against Asadov, including for using forged passports and money laundering. The indictment alleged he received $40,000 earlier this year to carry out terrorism.

According to Politis, in an interview with police before he received legal representation, Asadov reportedly told Sherlocks that he received the money from a man named only as "Mohammed," who told him to go to Cyprus and intimidate Israeli businesspeople who owed him large sums of money.

However,
if you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning...
Asadov also was allegedly found to have images on his phone relating to the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.

One of the Pak suspects, who allegedly helped recruit the others, was accused of having links to an Iran-backed militia of Shiite Paks fighting on behalf of the Assad regime in the Syrian civil war. Both Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites....
and its proxy Hezbollah are closely aligned with Syrian Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad
Horror of Homs...
The newspaper report said one of the other suspects holds Cypriot citizenship, as his parents had moved to the country, but did not specify from where. There was no identifying information about the sixth suspect.

A judge ordered the suspects be kept in jug until the end of proceedings. The trial is due to begin in early December.

News of the alleged attack plans broke in early October after Asadov was arrested on suspicion of planning an attack against Israelis. Asadov reportedly was in possession of a gun and silencer when he was arrested.

While the Israeli government said the attack was linked to "Iranian terror," Cypriot officials have previously rejected the idea of Tehran’s involvement.

Reports have indicated that the plot was directed at Israeli businessman Teddy Sagi, though Israeli authorities — and Sagi himself — have denied that he was targeted specifically.
An Nahar adds:
The six face charges of conspiracy to murder, participation in a criminal organization, terrorism, illegal possession of firearms and circulating fake documents.

Although police have not identified the suspects, four are said to be food delivery drivers from Pakistain and a Cypriot of Lebanese origin, according to local media.

The case reportedly began with the late September arrest of another suspect, an "Azeri national" hitman according to local media, found with a pistol and silencer in his car.

The alleged hitman was arrested on September 27 while crossing from the Ottoman Turkish occupied north through a Nicosia checkpoint, where coppers intercepted him after being tipped off.

Other arrests came in the following weeks after police accessed the main suspect's telecommunications data.

Iran Urges 'Vigilance' after Drone Attack on Iraqi PM
[An Nahar] Iran
...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence...
on Sunday said it condemned a drone attack targeting Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhemi and urged "vigilance to foil plots aimed at the security and development" of his country.Iranian foreign ministry front man Said Khatibzadeh directed blame at the United States, which led the 2003 invasion of Iraq and toppled dictator Saddam Hussein, kicking off years of sectarian conflict.

"Such incidents are in the interest of those who have violated the stability, security, independence and territorial integrity of Iraq over the past 18 years," said Khatibzadeh.

"They have sought to achieve their sinister regional goals by creating terrorist groups that seek to cause sedition," he added.

The overnight drone attack, which was not immediately claimed, was the first to target the residence of Kadhemi, in power since May 2020, who was not harmed.

It comes at a time when political parties are negotiating to form parliamentary coalitions based on the preliminary results of October 10 legislative elections.

WH senior adviser Richmond: Biden is 'in the loop' on money to illegal immigrants, despite conflicting remarks
[Fox News] Cedric Richmond claimed that Biden is informed, but the DOJ will make its own decisions

White House Senior Adviser Cedric Richmond would not confirm nor deny that the Biden administration would be making payments to illegal immigrants who were separated from their children under the Trump administration, but insisted that President Biden is up to speed on the situation despite seemingly contradictory comments on the subject.

On Wednesday, Biden had denied that a report about possible $450,000 payments to people separated from their families was real, leading the ACLU to claim that he "may not have been fully briefed" about what the Department of Justice was doing. On Saturday, the president came out in support of payments.

"The president’s in the loop," Richmond told "Fox News Sunday," noting that Biden said all along that his Justice Department would be independent.

Biden's claim that the payments were not real came in response to a question from Fox News' Peter Doocy, who asked whether they would incentivize illegal immigration.

"If you guys keep sending that garbage out, yeah. But it’s not true," Biden responded.

On Saturday, however, Biden said an immigrant — legal or illegal — would "deserve some sort of compensation no matter what the circumstances" if they were separated from their child.

Richmond claimed that this was not a contradiction because when Biden responded to Doocy’s question, he was really saying that "it was an absurd question from the beginning" because "no one’s coming somewhere to lose their child." This, despite Biden stating that "yeah," it would be an incentive if it were true, insisting that it was false.

When asked by "Fox News Sunday" guest host Bill Hemmer how much the payments would be, Richmond said did not have that information, nor would he confirm that there would even be any payments.

"That’s for the Justice Department to decide," he said, "if it shows that it saves taxpayers money, if it rights a wrong, and the Justice Department determines that there is compensation that should be paid. That is an independent Justice Department."
Read elsewhere that the payments could total $1 billion. Cloward-Piven on steroids.
Can the executive branch just pay out the money at will, or do they need a bill passed into law by both Houses of Congress in the usual way, given that Congress has the power of the purse?

They can’t impeach until the Republicans have veto-proof majorities in both House and Senate, Merrick dear. Nor anything else except refuse to along in the House, and line up with Senator Manchin to block votes in the Senate. The Republicans simply don’t have the numbers to do more.

So if you want President Biden impeached you’ll need to help get more Republicans elected, even the ones you don’t like.

#5  I'm not against electing Republicans. Go Youngkin. Hurrah. Now is the time for all good men, etc.

But this party spirit, rally round the GOP approach ignores a simple overwhelming fact: our elections are now easily rigged by local state and national Democrats.

As I type, the ludicrously corrupt Democrat leader of the New Jersey state Senate is touting the miraculous addition of some 12,000 undiscovered absentee ballots -- as FrankG pointed out yesterday, that would be about 16% of the total -- four days after the polls closed.

None of our certifying bodies, not the Jeague of Women Voters, not the OSCE observers, not Jimmy Carter and his crew-- no one competent and honest would certify this country's electoral practices as worthy of a first-rate republic that has rule of law.

Do you now see why millions of people no longer trust this system?

#6  We need to run elections just like football games and horse races. Here's the finish line. There's the clock. When the deadline hits, any additional "ballots" found go in the shredder immediately. I do tend to agree that absentee ballots are overused. How bout the same strict scrutiny being applied to COVID mask and vax waivers for individuals be applied to requests for mail in ballots? You must prove you are really too sick to go to the polls or that you will be out of town on election day. And, as for "early voting," if you feel so strongly about casting a vote, then get your a$$ to the poll between 8 am and 8 pm on election day. The federal election need not be a national holiday, but any employer who actually has someone working a 12 hour shift on election day should be required to let those employees take as much time as they need that day to arrive late to work or leave early or even take the whole day if necessary to get to the polls. What you do about corrupt elections officials is bring in the guys who run the counting rooms at large ca$inos to oversee the count and "back room" anyone caught screwing with ballots.

Palestinian women honored for role in terror – on national Palestinian Women's Day
[Paleo Media Watch] belated, sorry, it was Nov 4th
  • PA Minister of Women’s Affairs cites female mass murderer and "female Martyrs" as proof of gender equality in Palestinian society

  • PA Governor of Ramallah: "The Palestinian women... have always been the spearhead alongside the men in defending our national rights... They have been self-sacrificing fighters, fighters, expelled, wounded, prisoners, and Martyrs"

  • "The proof that the women are continuing to fulfill their pioneering role is the fact that 40 lauded women from among the Palestinian people are in the Zionist enemy’s prison" — column in official PA daily

Speaking on occasion of national Palestinian Women’s Day last week, PA Minister of Women’s Affairs Amal Hamad highlighted "female Martyrs" and a mass murderer as proof that there is gender equality in Palestinian society.

Going back to the Arab Riots of 1929, the female minister first highlighted the fact that "the women were partners in the battle of resolve and defiance, and nine female Martyrs died." Then Minister Hamad singled out mass murderer Dalal Mughrabi who led the killing of 37 Israeli civilians, among them 12 children, in 1978. As a third example, the minister mentioned the fact that "there are also female prisoners in the occupation’s prisons." These examples served the minister as proof of gender equality in Palestinian society and that men and women are "going hand in hand"

Government Corruption
Wisconsin Assembly Speaker names special counsel to expand probe of 2020 election
[Just the News] Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos on Friday appointed a retired Supreme Court justice as special counsel to oversee an expanding investigation into the November 2020 elections in that battleground state.

Vos said former Justice Michael Gableman would have the resources and authority to conduct a "top-to-bottom investigation" after retired law enforcement officials who were hired part-time said they did not have enough resources to do the job.

"Many questions have been raised about the November election that expose weaknesses and faults in our current election system," Voss said. "... To restore full integrity and trust in elections, we have decided to change direction, giving more authority and independence to Justice Gableman."

Vos said the probe should be wrapped up in the fall and its goal was to "ensure there is confidence that every vote will be counted, and laws concerning future elections will be faithfully and uniformly followed."

The Kenosha Secret
What good journalism looks like.
[CitizenFreePress] The mayor who let Kenosha burn, the DA, and the lead detective in the Kyle Rittenhouse case are all members of the same family.

Kenosha Mayor John Antaramain has been mayor since 2016 and was elected in 2020 for his sixth term until 2024. He also served as mayor from 1992 to 2008. After this term, he will have been mayor for 24 years. Many sources have told us he will not be seeking a seventh term because of the immense backlash from the Kenosha Riots of 2020. Most Kenosha residents view his response as very poor — he is the chief executive of the city, including the police department. We didn’t hear from him. He didn’t lead. Many joke that he was hiding in his basement. Some tell us he was hiding in Lake Geneva. We don’t know for sure — he wont tell us. John has a lot at stake in the Rittenhouse trial. He wants Kyle convicted. He wants Kyle to take the blame and distract us from his failures as our leader. Lucky for John, he has a lot of powerful family members in charge here in Kenosha.

First off, the lead detective in this case is Benjamin Antaramian, his nephew. Benjamin wants Kyle convicted. Benjamin was very thirsty to connect Kyle Rittenhouse to the "Kenosha Guard" Facebook page. He grilled Dominic Black about if they had seen the page or not. They desperately wanted to connect the two. They could not. Mark Zuckerberg
...the Peewee Herman clone who owns Facebook. He's got more money than Croesus and thinks he should be regulated by the government because it does such a nifty job with all the other stuff it regulates. Until it does, he's not going to stop doing the things he sez need regulated...
of Facebook told this to the public twice, once on a Facebook Q and A and again in front of the U.S. Senate. This is a common myth that is repeated by the media and naive folks. Kyle came to Kenosha of his own accord on the 25th — to volunteer removing graffiti. Law enforcement at the federal level, Facebook, and other forensic reviews have determined there was no such connection. The "Kenosha Guard" was simply a plea for help when our local leaders like John the Mayor and Tony the Governor would not help. Benjamin will be sitting at the prosecutor’s table for every day of the trial. Today, he held up the rifles that were carried by Rittenhouse and Black, Kyle’s friend

The mayor’s cousin is the Kenosha City Attorney, Ed Antaramian (D). His nephew is the Kenosha City Judge Michael Easton (D). His other nephew is Thaddeus (Tip) McGuire (D), State Representative. His other cousin is Laura Belsky (D) County Board Supervisor.

Iraq
Al-Kadhimi: we know who the perpetrators are; Rasool: we know where the drones took off
[SHAFAQ] The head of the caretaker government, Mustafa al-Kadhimi, said that he knows the responsible for the liquidation attempt he was subjected to, and will expose them. al-Kadhimi said in an extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers, "We will pursue those who committed yesterday's crime, we know them well and we will expose them, and the hand of justice will reach the killers of the martyr Colonel Nibras Farman, an officer of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service."

PM al-Kadhimi added that his government prevented Iraq from, "slipping into a regional war", noting, "we maintained security in the country, but still, some are trying to tamper with Iraq's security and want it to be a gang state."

The prime minister reiterated the government's success in, "meeting the demands of the people, the religious authority and the demonstrators to hold early elections, and to provide all that the commission requested," pointing, "the results of the elections, complaints, and appeals are not the government's responsibility. However,
the way to a man's heart remains through his stomach...
the government's duty focused on providing the elections' financial and security requirements."

He indicated that he had instructed opening immediate investigation into the events that took place in front of the Green Zone on Friday, to put any trespasser behind bars and bring him to justice.

The site from which the drones took off had been determined, Rasool confirms
[SHAFAQ] The front man for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasool, announced that the security forces have identified the launching site of the booby-trapped drones that targeted PM Mustafa al-Kadhimi's residence.

Al-Kadhimi announced earlier today that he survived an liquidation attempt after his house was targeted by drones.

Rasool confirmed to al-Iraqiya channel, "The site from which the drones took off had been determined."

"The two drones flew at a low altitude that prevented them from being detected by radars," noting, "the liquidation attempt included a second explosion via a drone that was shot down before it went kaboom!."

Al-Kadhimi chairs and extraordinary session of the Council
[SHAFAQ] Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi chaired today an extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers.

The news was announced in a brief statement issued by al-Kadhimi's office.

The meeting comes hours after the Prime Minister announced that he had been subjected to an liquidation attempt at his residence in the Green Zone, while the security authorities indicated that the attack was carried out through three drones, two of which were shot down.

La Belle France, which supports Miqati and rejects the government's resignation, has meanwhile failed to ease the stern Saudi and Gulf stance on Lebanon, the sources added.

MP Ali Darwish of Miqati's parliamentary bloc for his part told al-Anbaa that "Miqati's behind-the-scenes domestic and foreign contacts" are what led to the vaporous Arab League delegation's visit to Lebanon.

The delegation will seek to "lower the levek of tension and start working for a settlement," Darwish added.

Iraq
Resistance Factions: Sunday's attack is a strike to the majority's most important achievement
[SHAFAQ] The consortium of the Iraqi Shiite "Resistance®" factions deplored the liquidation attempt against the Iraqi caretaker Prime Minister, Mustafa al-Kadhimi, earlier on Sunday, calling for a transparent investigation into the circumstances of this transgression.A blurb released on Sunday deemed the attack a strike to "the Iraqi state that we built with our blood, because this position exclusively is one of the most crucial institutions of the state. It is the most important achievement of the majority in the post-dictatorship era."

"This deed is not concordant with our allegiance to building the Iraqi state since the fall of the dictatorship in 2003," the statement continued, "whoever perpetrated this deed is attempting to shuffle the cards; particularly as we demand a fair investigation that reveals the killers of our deaders who demonstrated peacefully on Friday."

"The making of such an incident will not prevent us from our insistence upon punishing the culprits and the big parties involved in the Iraqi bloodshed."

The statement called for "forming a committee with the participation of al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Forces-PMF) to investigate this incident and announce the results."

The Resistance® Factions warned of "a series that encompasses more of these acts that aim to confuse the Iraqi street and pass the results of the rigged elections to push Iraq into dangerous stages of its political, economic, and security future."

In a blurb issued earlier today, Sunday, the head of al-Fatah alliance, Hadi al-Ameri, called on the security forces to investigate the circumstances of the attack and reveal the perpetrators as soon as possible.

Al-Ameri warned that a "third party" has executed the drone attack on the Prime Minister's office.

A drone laden with explosives targeted al-Kadhimi's residence inside the Green Zone, downtown the Iraqi capital Baghdad, early on Sunday in what the Iraqi military deemed an attempted liquidation, but said al-Kadhimi escaped unhurt.

A source told Shafaq News Agency earlier that the residence of the Iraqi Premier was targeted by a rocket.

The attack, which security sources said injured several members of al-Kadhimi’s personal protection team, came after protests in the Iraqi capital over the result of a general election last month turned violent mostly peaceful.

No group immediately grabbed credit for the attack on al-Kadhimi’s residence in Baghdad’s fortified Green Zone, which houses government buildings and foreign embassies.

Supporters of Iran-aligned gangs which have grown their power in parliament and government in recent years have protested the results of the October election.

Demonstrations by their supporters turned violent mostly peaceful on Friday when protestors pelted police with stones near the Green Zone, injuring several officers.

The police responded with tear gas and live gunfire, killing at least one demonstrator and wounding hundreds, according to security and hospital sources in Baghdad.

rebels over the previous 24 hours in raids near the government stronghold of Marib.

The coalition, which has militarily backed the internationally recognized Yemeni government since 2015, has reported strikes on a near-daily basis with high tolls each time.

The Houthis rarely comment on the strikes but have continued their advance towards Marib, the last remaining government stronghold in the north.

AFP cannot independently verify the corpse counts — well over 2,000 since the strikes began in October.

"Seventeen military vehicles were destroyed and 138" rebels have been killed during the air raids on al-Jubah, south of Marib, and al-Kassara to the northwest, according to a coalition statement reported by the official Saudi Press Agency.

[The Post Millennial] Cortez Rice, the nephew of the now-deceased St. George Floyd
...the patron saint of Minneapolis, a sterling example for our children and indeed for us all. St. George was martyed by the Devil's agents in blue while standing on a street corner preaching tolerance and racial justice or something like that...

"I ain’t even gonna name the people that I know that’s up in the Kenosha trial. But it’s cameras in there. It’s definitely cameras up in there. There’s definitely people taking pictures of the juries and everything like that," said Rice in a video.

"We know what’s going on, so we need the same results, man. We need the same results," added Rice, who went on to name a list of people for whom he demands "justice."

It is to be assumed that the members of the jury could possibly come across Rice's tweets, as they are not currently sequestered.

#8  Why hasn't the State AG or US DOJ already brought him in for questioning / Arrest for this?

Connect the dots:

1. Neither the Dem states nor the Feds do anything to stop BLM/Antifa/mutant riots

2. So vigilantism becomes the go-to response to defend home/person/livelihood

3. Once there's sufficient armed fighting between both sides, the Feds/Blue states step in heavy and "neutralize" both sides, declaring a "National Emergency" with suspension of Habeas Corpus and that pesky Bill of Rights thing.

The only bright spot in this will be the look on Antifa/BLM faces when they get a dirt nap from their gov't "friends" and enablers.

#24  The wakandan thing (and the word it may or may not imply) is to me a reaction to steady evaporation of moral ideals for those people. They *chose poorly* when it came to what to do after the untimely death of MLK. MLK was not a perfect person, but his chosen path was to integrate based on the content of one's character.

What came after his demise was an endless stream of shucking and jiving race baiters and grifters. Rather than encourage their people to better themselves and embrace the game that society had in place, these worthless hustlers attacked the game and virtually the entirety of the white population.

I'm not a racist. But I won't support any cause that believes the whiteness of my skin makes me an automatic problem. I despise that 11-15% of the United States population now believes EVERYTHING should be *about* THEM with no corresponding belief and exhortation to outstanding character.

I won't play the game. I know who the race hustlers are and I know the bullshit they're peddling. If that community wants to be treated with respect, rise up and select better leadership, and with it better messaging.

Sudan security forces fire tear gas against protests
[AlAhram] Sudanese security forces on Sunday fired tear gas at multiple anti-power grab rallies, with protesters in several cities joining a call for two-days of civil disobedience against last month's military takeover.

Hundreds of protesters rallied Sunday in the capital Khartoum, as well as in its twin city of Omdurman, Wad Madni to the south, and the northern city of Atbara.

"The authority belongs to the people", protesters chanted, calling "no, no to military rule", and demanding a "civilian government".

Antifa rioters gathered for a direct action today in Boston to oppose an anti-mask/vaccine mandate rally
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

The rally was organized by Super Happy Fun America and the Refounding Fathers Coalition, with the event being aimed to "resist vaccine passports, face diapers, mass layoffs, and unconstitutional mandates."

The rally started at around noon, with a coinciding counterprotest featuring a brass band to overpower speakers at the rally.

Green Monster Antifa tweeted out a flyer ahead of the event, urging members to attend the event to "tell this whole load of violently misogynistic fail sons to get the hell out of town."

The flyer stated "Mask Up Against Hate, tell the capitol rioters to get out of Boston!"

Antifa members held up banners featuring the faces of Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, and other Communist leaders of the 20th century, as well as a "Death to Fascism" sign, as rally attendants yelled "let's go Brandon."

At one point during the rally, a UHaul brought by the protestors was damaged as they attempted to leave the area. Antifa members shouted "Nazis out" as the van sped away. According to NBC 10, the driver of that van was reportedly arrested.

The rally concluded at around 2pm.

#12  From Raj’s Boston Herald link — sometimes articles behind paywalls can be read in the Reader View, which also reduces ads and stops videos:

Counterprotesters pushed through barricades and clashed with anti-maskers on Boston Common in a showdown that left two arrested and others rubbing pepper spray out of their eyes.

The two groups clashed around 11:30 a.m. Sunday as projectiles flew overhead and ralliers pushed past police, kicking through fencing.

“We came here to peacefully protest when we were violently attacked by a mob that pepper-sprayed us, attacked us and refused to allow our van to leave,” said Super Happy Fun America organizer Brandon Navom, who would identify himself only as “Super Happy Brandon,” to a Herald reporter.

Navom said his group — which is behind the controversial straight-pride parade — was conducting a “pro-freedom” protest on Sunday afternoon to speak out against mask, vaccine and other coronavirus-related mandates when the chaos caused police to cut power to the speakers, effectively shutting down the protest.

Eamon Kavanagh and other members of Boston First Responders United — an organization formed by firefighters, police officers and medics to push back on state-imposed COVID-19 mandates — piggybacked on Sunday’s rallies.

Holding a sign about Gov. Charlie Baker that read, “Baker is a liar,” Kavanagh said first responders “are against the mandates” requiring workers to get COVID-19 shots or lose their jobs.

“We’re just advocating for our freedom, our medical freedom and to keep our jobs,” Kavanagh said.

Counterprotesters organized by Solidarity Against Hate/Boston turned up in force outnumbering Super Happy Fun America ralliers by the hundreds.

“We don’t want that in our city: Anti-vaxxers, people who don’t believe that COVID is real, people that put other people in danger, racist transphobes and people that hate other people for the way they are — that’s not OK,” said Rifka Handelman, an Emerson College student who attended Sunday’s counter-protest.

“They can be really loud and they can get a lot of attention, but this kind of thing is just not welcome in the community and the fact that there are more of us than there are of them is evidence of what the community really is,” Handelman added.

Dozens of police officers, clad in full riot gear and carrying Billy clubs, stood in formation around the Common throughout the afternoon as they worked to keep the crowds separate. A unit of state troopers strapped in helmets and holding shields held a line near the Soldiers and Sailors monument as counterprotesters danced and played music on the hill above.

Boston Police made two arrests during the mid-afternoon protests, officials said.

William Turbitt, 39, of Providence, R.I., was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with police. Ronald McCarron, 68, of Wakefield, was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and driving to endanger after police say Turbitt drove a van through a barrier.

Both will be arraigned on Monday at Boston Municipal Court.

Mossad thwarts Iranian attacks on Israelis in Africa - report
A smiting may be in order
[JPost] Iran has been seeking to harm Israel or Israelis at sea, using cyberattacks and overseas attacks.

The Mossad has thwarted multiple attacks by Iran
...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence...
has been seeking to harm Israel or Israelis at sea, using cyberattacks and overseas attacks. against Israeli tourists and businessmen in at least three African countries, Channel 12 reported on Sunday night.

According to the report, the targets were Israelis visiting Tanzania, Senegal
... a nation of about 14 million on the west coast of Africa bordering Mauretania to the north, Mali to the east, and a pair of Guineas to the south, one of them Bissau. It is 90 percent Mohammedan and has more than 80 political parties. Its primary purpose seems to be absorbing refugees...
and Ghana.

Five suspects, all with African passports, have reportedly been arrested.

Iran has been seeking to harm Israel or Israelis - at sea, using cyberattacks and by attacking Israelis overseas.

There is an ongoing shadow war between the countries going back decades, but Iranian efforts spiked since November 2020, after the Islamic Theocratic Republic’s top nuclear scientist, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, was assassinated, allegedly by the Mossad.

In addition, Iran has accused the Mossad of sabotaging its nuclear facilities in July 2020 as well as in April and June of this year.

The Jerusalem Post and foreign outlets have also reported on Israeli intelligence assistance in the US’s liquidation of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force Chief Qasem Soleimani in January 2020.

In early October, some Israeli officials accused Tehran of trying to assassinate Israelis in Cyprus, something Tehran also attempted in 2012.

Around the same 2012 period, there were Iranian plots to target Israelis in Thailand, India, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kenya.

In January, Iranian proxies attempted an attack against Israeli diplomats in India.

Israeli intelligence officials have estimated that the Islamic Theocratic Republic will continue to target Israelis and Jews in spots where they believe security is weaker, at least until they feel like they have achieved some amount of Dire Revenge and deterrence against Israeli attacks on Iran.
The Times of Israel adds:
The five were recruited by Iran’s Quds Force expeditionary arm of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, according to the report from Channel 12 news, which did not attribute the information to a source.

The five were arrested in the African countries by local intelligence, who were working off information obtained from "Western" spies, the channel said.

According to intelligence information cited by the channel, the five were given special training and unspecified materials in Lebanon Hezbollahstan
...In 2006 unknown persons blew up Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, the car he was traveling in, the road he was traveling on, and a few innocent bystanders of no account whatsoever. The person or persons unknow weren't Hezbollah, you can bet on that. Really. Even though there was an international tribunal that said it was them...
and then sent back to Africa with a cover story of being religious students, where they were given the mission of finding Jewish and Israeli targets to attack.

Among the top targets were Israeli tourists on safari in Tanzania, the channel said.

All five suspects were arrested before they could take any action, according to the report. It did not say when the arrests took place, but indicated they were still being questioned.

Though the report credited the Israel’s Mossad spy agency with foiling the plot, its role in the affair was not mentioned.

There was no immediate confirmation of the report from authorities in Israel or the three African countries. The channel said Iranian officials denied any allegations against it, calling them "baseless."

Reports of Islamic Emirate Mediating Between TTP, Pakistan Govt
[ToloNews] Asked about reports over the Islamic Emirate’s mediation between the Tahrik Taliban
...Arabic for students...
Pakistain (TTP) and Islamabad, Kabul said that it would support any process where it could be influencial.

According to reports, the acting interior minister, Sirajuddin Haqqani
...son of Pashtun warlord Jalaluddin Haqqani, still titular head of the Haqqani Network....
hosted talks between the two sides for the past two weeks in the southeastern province of Khost
...which coincidentally borders North Wazoo and Kurram Agency...
The Islamic Emirate didn’t confirm the reports but said that it would play its role.

"The stance of the Islamic Emirate is that it will act in a role to resolve problems that are important," said Bilal Karimi, deputy front man of the Islamic Emirate.

There are different views over whether the mediation of talks would be a in the interest of Afghanistan or not.

Rooters reported earlier that the TTP insisted on the release of its prisoners as a precondition for ceasefire. Earlier, Pakistain Prime Minister Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who ain't the brightest knife in the national drawer...
said that his administration was involved in negotiations with the TTP.

"Pakistain wants to cheat on us ... It is not a proper action and Pakistain should know its limits," said Gen. Wahid Taqat, former member of the security forces.

Neither the Islamic Emirate nor the Pak government has officially made any comment on the matter.

"The Taliban wants to show their influence to regional countries. It means that they have the ability to solve the concerns of the groups that threaten these countries," said Javid Javid, a political analyst.

The leader of National Solidarity Movement, Sayed Ishaq Gailani ,said that the ongoing negotiations are considered an achievement for the Islamic Emirate.

"If Sirajuddin Haqqani facilitated the negotiations, it is an honor for the people of Afghanistan" he said.

TTP has been active in several parts of Pakistain since 2007. The group fights against the Pak government.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Al-Rahi Slams 'Some Judges' for 'Impeding Port Probe'
[An Nahar] Maronite Patriarch Beshara al-Rahi on Sunday lamented that "some judges are increasing suspicions over the judiciary by taking part in impeding, suspending or freezing the probe into the port bombing or by questioning the work of the investigative judge."

His remarks are apparently targeted against Court of Appeals judge Habib Mezher who on Thursday suspended Judge Tarek Bitar's probe in a controversial move. Mezher is reportedly close to Hizbullah
...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory...
and the Amal Movement, which are both strongly opposed to Bitar's work.

"It is a crime when some judges turn the judiciary into partisan and sectarian squares, especially in the port and Ain al-Remmaneh cases," al-Rahi decried in his Sunday Mass sermon.

He added: "In the face of the legal violations that we are witnessing, we wonder whether some judges act at the request of some officials, parties and sects."

"What's happening regarding the probe into the port bombing is really deplorable: an appeal after an appeal, a recusal request after a recusal request and a suspension after a suspension, as the souls of the deaders wait, as the families of the deaders wait and as the world waits," the patriarch went on to say.

"Why is there such disregard for the blood of more than 200 victims and 6,000 maimed people, for the destruction of half of Beirut and its suburbs and for the displacement of hundreds of families?" al-Rahi wondered.

Caucasus/Russia/Central Asia
Zakarova said the US must act first to resolve visa crisis
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[REGNUM] US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, who visited Moscow in October, went to Washington with a specific assignment to rectify the situation that has led to a dead end in Russian-American relations.

This was announced on November 7 by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova on the air of the TV channel "Russia 1".

Answering the question whether there is a chance that it will be possible to resolve the visa crisis and other problems with the United States, Zakharova said: "This is not a chance, this is a specific task with which Mrs. Nuland left the territory of the Russian Federation."

"If they want to move further, into any future of bilateral relations, normal, including along this line, they must take a number of practical steps. To unblock the situation, which they themselves led to a dead end," explained the representative of the ministry.

Earlier, the US State Department ranked Russian citizens as "homeless nationalities" who cannot obtain an American visa on the territory of their country. In addition, Washington has blocked access to Russian diplomatic property in the United States, refusing Moscow to resolve this issue.

#1  This is absolutely insane. The USSA is punishing up to a million of its own citizens, and by implication another million citizens of Russians, for ... what, exactly?

Why on earth are we provoking a nation which doesn't threaten us in the slightest? Whom are we punishing? Not Putin -- you could take away 97% of his fortune and he'd still be a billionaire.

You're just punishing ordinary Russians. Cruelly, blindly, madly. For nothing. To no end. And creating an enemy where none exists, or need exist.

China poses 100x the threat to us and our democracy that Russia poses.

Iraq
Al-Hakim leads a movement to contain the repercussions of al-Kadhimi's assassination attempt
[SHAFAQ] The head of al-Hikma (Wisdom) Movement will hold a series of meetings with the Iraqi President, Parliament Speaker, and Prime Minister in the country to discuss the parliamentary election results and the recent attack on PM Mustafa al-Kadhimi's residence.

The leading figure of al-Hikma movement, Raheem al-Aboudi, told Shafaq News Agency that al-Hakim's meetings will also include the head of the Supreme Judicial Council and the leaders of Kurdish, Sunni, and Shiite political parties in the country.

"Targeting the Prime Minister does not revolve around someone by himself. It is related to the political situation in the country. It has dimensions that might topple the entire political and democratic process in Iraq. Therefore, a unified dialogue shall be held in the presence of all the parties."

"The dialogue shall be held within 24 to 48 hours because the political condition is very critical," he continued, "some parties are trying to tamper with the security of the country, shuffle the cards, and drag Iraq into the abyss."

"The meeting will discuss the repercussions of the early parliamentary election, the reactions to it, and the attack on the Prime Minister's residence amid reports about a terrorist group orchestrating the entire operation and the failure of the U.S. embassy's C-RAM system. Was the attack executed by drones or rockets?"

Al-Khadhimi survived an liquidation attempt that targeted his residence inside the heavily fortified Green Zone in the Iraqi capital earlier on Sunday.

Al-Abadi condemns the assassination attempt al-Kadhimi was subjected to

[SHAFAQ] Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi received today the head of the victory coalition, Haider al-Abadi.

During the meeting, al-Abadi condemned the attack that the PM was subjected to, describing it as an attempt to drag Iraq into chaos, according to a statement by al-Kadhimi's office.

For his part, al-Kadhimi reiterated, "proceeding with the reform project and everything that would enhance the state and the law's power", and praised, "the serious national positions denouncing the attack, issued by various international and national bodies."
