India-Pakistan
Jammu and Kashmir: Security Forces Neutralise Two Terrorists In Anantnag Saturday
[OneIndia] Two bad boyz were potted in a clash with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
's Anantnag district on Saturday. The encounter began near Halkan Gali in the Shangus-Larnoo area of south Kashmir. Of the two murderous Moslems killed, one was foreign and the other local. Their group affiliations remain unconfirmed, according to unnamed officials cited by news agency PTI.

The operation is ongoing, with further updates awaited, officials stated.

Simultaneously, another encounter is underway in Srinagar's Khanyar area. So far, there are no reports of casualties on either side, according to authorities.

"A cordon and search operation in Khanyar area of district Srinagar has resulted in an exchange of fire. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow," Kashmir Zone Police posted on X.

On Friday, an encounter had also erupted between security forces and murderous Moslems in Bandipora district. In a post on X, the Indian Army on Saturday said that murderous Moslems opened fire on personnel before fleeing into the jungle.

"On 01 November 2024 late evening, suspicious movement was spotted, in gen area Panar of Bandipora, by alert troops. On being challenged, murderous Moslems opened indiscriminate fire and escaped into the jungle. Search Operation underway," Chinar Corps, Indian Army posted on X.

This was the fifth terror attack in Kashmir Valley since a new government was formed in the Union Territory last month.

On 24 October, two soldiers and two Army porters bit the dust, with another porter and a soldier injured, in a terrorist attack on an Army vehicle six kilometres from the popular tourist site of Gulmarg.

Earlier on the same day, murderous Moslems shot and maimed Shubham Kumar, a labourer from Uttar Pradesh, in Pulwama's Tral area.

On October 20, murderous Moslems killed a local doctor and six non-local labourers at a tunnel construction site in Ganderbal's Gagangir area. Two days prior, a labourer from Bihar was fatally shot by murderous Moslems in Shopian district.

Jammu And Kashmir: Terrorists Kill Two Migrant Workers From Uttar Pradesh In Budgam
[OneIndia] In a distressing development from Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district, two migrants hailing from Uttar Pradesh became the latest victims of terrorism. They were targeted by gunmen while engaged in work related to the Jal Jeewan Project. Fortunately, their conditions have been reported as stable following the attack. This incident adds to a series of terror-related events that have shaken the Union territory over the past few months, underscoring the volatile security situation in the region.

The attack in Budgam is part of a disturbing trend of violence aimed at disrupting peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir. Only days before this incident, terrorists associated with the Pakistan-backed Jaish-e-Mohammed group ambushed an ambulance that was part of an Indian Army convoy in the Akhnoor sector. The relentless efforts of security forces, however, led to the neutralization of three terrorists during counter-terrorism operations, showcasing the ongoing battle between state forces and militants.

Brits advising Harris must register as 'agents of a foreign principal,' election watchdog tells DOJ
[JTN] Center for Countering Digital Hate, the bane of Elon Musk, is registered in U.S. as 501(c)(3), but "there is no material separation between it and the original entity of the same name" in U.K., America First Legal says.

A U.K. group that purports to police disinformation may have to register as "agents of a foreign principal" for alleged election interference, based on its interactions with U.S. policymakers including the attorney general of Connecticut, according to a federal complaint Thursday.

America First Legal formally asked the Justice Department to review the Center for Countering Digital Hate under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, noting its connections to the U.K. and Scottish Labour Party, the Parliament of each, and the White House.

Nine days earlier, former Senate Finance Committee investigator Paul Thacker and Twitter Files journalist Matt Taibbi released their investigation based on leaked documents into CCDH's written plan to "kill [Elon] Musk's Twitter," now X, which was so important to the group it has been listed as "first item in the template of its monthly agenda notes" since January.

CCDH's founder Morgan McSweeney, reportedly "the brains" behind U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer's rise to power and his new chief of staff, is even advising the Kamala Harris presidential campaign, Politico reported when she took over the top of the Democratic ticket this past summer.

McSweeney set up the Labour Party's affiliated think tank Labour Together at the same time as CCDH, in the wake of Labour's 2017 election gains, with 30 new members of Parliament.

"McSweeney is lionized, not just for a [Clinton campaign advisory James] Carville-style rightward tilt within the party, but for mastery of fundraising and dark money," Thacker and Taibbi wrote, and Labour Together "has been operating in the U.S. for several years through CCDH."

DOJ has not responded to a query on AFL's request by Just the News on Friday.

CCDH is already the subject of a House Judiciary Committee probe for the Biden administration using its "Disinformation Dozen" list to pressure social media to censor Robert F. Kennedy Jr. among others. AFL previously showed Biden counterterrorism officials sought CCDH's counsel.

CCDH also beat a lawsuit by X earlier this year alleging it illegally scraped tweets to document an increase in supposed hate speech since Musk's purchase and rebranding of Twitter, driving away its advertisers in the process.

It may have more trouble avoiding FARA, at least if a second Trump administration materializes.

"While CCDH is registered to operate in the United States as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, there is no material separation between it and the original entity of the same name established in the United Kingdom," AFL said Thursday. Tax records show three U.S. board members are also on the U.K. board and a fourth, an MP, stepped down from the latter July 11, the FARA letter notes.

Florida Drug Dealer Gets 30 Years Behind Bars for Baby's Fentanyl Death
A drug dealer in South Florida has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison after distributing fentanyl that led to the overdose death of a baby in 2022, NBC6 reported this week.

Darnell Mendez, 36, was sentenced Tuesday and will have five years of supervised released in addition to his prison sentence, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.

Both Mendez and his girlfriend, Samantha Yi, pled guilty in the case. Yi is facing at least 20 years in prison, with her sentencing scheduled for Jan. 9, the report states.

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies had responded to a 911 call on March 31, 2022, for an infant in distress. When they got to the scene, they found a 10-month-old who had ingested fentanyl.

The baby taken to a Boynton Beach hospital and then transferred to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood. She died days later on April 5, 2022.

An autopsy revealed that the baby’s cause of death was fentanyl intoxication. The medical examiner ruled the baby’s death a homicide, according to the report.

The baby’s parents were drug addicts who abused fentanyl regularly in their apartment, authorities said. Investigators found fentanyl when searching the apartment.

“It was also learned that the baby was teething and had ingested the fentanyl while in the care of her mother and while her father was at work,” according to the report. “The mother was arrested and charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child by culpable negligence.”

The Drug Enforcement Administration worked with authorities to identify the dealers who sold the fentanyl that caused the baby’s death.

Investigators identified Yi as a dealer upon examining months of electronic communications about drug transactions between Yi and the baby’s mother, according to the report.

Investigators further found that the baby’s mother bought fentanyl from Yi on March 30 — the day before the baby ingested it, authorities said.

Officials said investigators found that Mendez was also involved in the distribution of fentanyl. An undercover operation ultimately led to the arrest of Yi and Mendez at their home in Lake Worth in March, the report states.

Officials said they had 14 firearms in their home at the time of their arrests, despite being convicted felons.

Authorities said Mendez has a long rap sheet, including a history of controlled substance and violence crime offenses, and may qualify as a career criminal.

Economy
Biden/Harris Deliver More Migrants than Jobs in October
[Breitbart] President Joe Biden’s border deputies invited four times more migrants in October than the number of extra jobs created by CEOs, according to data obtained by NewsNation.

Business groups created 12,000 additional jobs in September, amid an economic slowdown at the strike at Boeing. The 12,000 number was one-ninth of the 112,500 new jobs that were expected.

But Biden’s deputies also invited 49,840 more parole migrants to fly or bus into the U.S. for jobs during October. Those “parole migrants” are welcomed by the Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the ports of entry along the border.

An additional 56,580 migrants– including many women and children – crossed the border illegally and were registered by the Border Patrol. Some will be deported.

Biden’s deputies also welcomed at least 150,000 legal immigrants, foreign temporary workers, and refugees.

The more-migrants-than-jobs news prompted jeers from Americans who want more jobs and higher wages for Americans.

“More illegal aliens crossed our border last week than jobs added for all of October,” said a tweet from Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI). “That’s Kamalonomics,” he added, as he blamed Kamala Harris who dodged an oversight over over migration in March 2021.

The new migrants will inflate the nation’s consumer economy and create more jobs, say migration advocates.

The migrant workers will trim wages, raise profits, and so incentivize U..S. CEOs to create more jobs. The additional women and children migrants will act as consumers, creating more jobs and profits at retail stores, groceries, and schools, they argue.

All of the migrants will need shelter, either at taxpayer-funded progressive shelters or in apartments owned by landlords. The gusher of new migrant renters will push up rents and encourage investors to build more apartments, say migration advocates.

The migrants are poor — especially because their wages are low and their rents are high — so their arrival will also pump up the hiring of government aid workers, such as social workers and welfare approval officers, say advocates.

Britain
Slavery reparations not about transfer of cash
[BBC] When they say it's not about the cash? It's all about the cash
UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy has said the concept of reparations for former colonial nations affected by slavery "is not about the transfer of cash".

In his first comments since 56 Commonwealth leaders signed a statement saying the time had come for a conversation about reparations, Lammy told the BBC that was not "the debate people are wanting to have".

The UK government previously ruled out paying reparations for slavery and Downing Street said its position included "other forms of non-financial reparatory justice too".

Lammy said the UK would instead look to develop relations with African nations through sharing skills and science.

What form could reparations for slavery take?

UK will not pay out over slavery, says Reeves

During his first visit to Africa as foreign secretary, Lammy said reparations were not about money, "particularly at a time of a cost of living crisis".

Reparations are measures to make amends for past actions deemed wrong or unfair, and can range from the financial to symbolic.

Caribbean nations have made a 10-point plan for reparatory justice in which they call for a full formal apology, education programmes, healthcare and direct monetary payments.

Speaking in Lagos, a Nigerian port city once central to the transatlantic slave trade, the foreign secretary said the period was "horrific and horrendous" and had left "scars".

"I am the descendant of enslaved people, so I recognise that."

Lammy said it was right that an apology had been made "and we commemorated the abolition of the slave trade" when Labour was last in power.

The UK has never formally apologised for its role in the slave trade, though in 2007 then-Labour Prime Minister Tony Blair said: "Well actually I have said it: We are sorry. And I say it again now."

The British government and the monarchy played a key role in the centuries-long slave trade from 1500, alongside other European nations.

Britain also had a key role in ending the trade, through Parliament's passage of a law to abolish slavery in 1833.

Lammy's remarks followed the discussion of reparations at a summit of Commonwealth leaders in Samoa in October.

Amid growing calls from Commonwealth heads of government to pay reparations for the country's role in the slave trade, Downing Street had insisted the issue would not be on the table.

But Sir Keir Starmer later signed a document calling for talks on "reparatory justice" alongside other Commonwealth leaders - though he said there had been no discussions about money at the meeting.

Lammy said he believed developing nations would benefit as part of that through things such as the transfer of technical skills and science expertise from the UK.

Britain
Russian spies 'almost certainly' tried to derail Moldovan election votes in the UK with failed 'bomb threat' plot at polling stations in Northampton and Liverpool, Brit spymaster warns - but pro-Putin candidate is still set to LOSE
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Russian spies have been accused of trying to derail Moldova's election with a failed 'bomb threat' plot at British polling stations for Moldovan ex-pats.

Moldova went to the polls yesterday in a knife-edge election, which the pro-Western president Maia Sandu appears to have narrowly won.

However, the campaign was marred by alleged election meddling by the Kremlin in an apparent attempt to skew the vote towards Ms Sandu's more Putin-friendly opponent, intelligence experts last night feared.

That interference has not taken place exclusively within Moldova, with the nation's foreign ministry claiming polling stations for ex-pats in the UK and Germany had been targeted by bomb threats that were 'intended only to stop the voting process.'

In the UK, election centres in Liverpool and Northampton were reportedly impacted, with the Liverpool location being forced to move to Manchester over security fears.

Now a former British spymaster has claimed Kremlin operatives working as part of the secretive GRU agency in Russia may well have been behind the hoax threats.

Washington D.C. braces for civil unrest by erecting riot fences and boarding up business prior to Election Day
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Businesses are boarding up in Washington as the capital braces for Tuesday's knife-edge presidential election - and any potential repeat of the shocking violence that erupted in the wake of 2020's vote.

City authorities have warned of a 'fluid, unpredictable security environment' in the days and possibly weeks after the polls close, adding that they do not expect a winner between Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump to be declared on Election Day.

The specter of January 6, 2021, the day that Trump supporters stormed the US Capitol, seeking to overturn the former president's election loss to Joe Biden - hangs heavy over the preparations.

Rings of fencing now envelope the White House, U.S. Capitol building and Vice President Kamala Harris's residence.

'Honestly, it's just fear,' Jones said. 'I'm getting constant emails and text messages because people are really engaged. … People would rather be overprepared and have nothing happen, as opposed to the alternative.

'At a time when we are trying to revitalize, especially our downtown core, what we don't want is destruction of property that discourages folks from coming back to the city, or that creates a situation where we are trying to rebuild those areas,' Jones said.

Around the corner from the White House workers have been hammering fresh-smelling plywood into place at several businesses along Pennsylvania Avenue and Treasury Department complex.

Some businesses and property owners are bracing for the worst and reinforcing windows and entrances at street-level in case there's any looting or rioting.

A 8ft high security fence cuts across leafy Lafayette Park, in front of the presidential mansion, with barricades stacked up behind it as construction workers have been laboring in unseasonably warm fall weather to build the stand that will form part of the ceremonies for the inauguration.

The work usually begins in November but during the Capitol riot, workers had to flee as Trump supporters swarmed the steps of the seat of Congress.

This year, the National Park Service said, construction began a month early 'to accommodate additional time needed for a safer and more secure environment for construction activities.'

Rodriguez, speaking during the city council briefing, warned especially of disinformation on social media in the days and weeks to come that could impact safety in the capital city.

International events such as Israel's war in Gaza add a 'layer of complexity... which could yield political violence,' he said.

The FBI said it was setting up a command post to monitor threats, while the Secret Service -- the agency tasked with protecting presidents, their families and high-level officials -- said it would 'enhance our security posture if necessary.'

'The Secret Service is working closely with federal, state and local partners in Washington, DC and Palm Beach County, Florida to ensure heightened levels of Election Day safety and security,' the agency said in a statement on Sunday.

Government Corruption
Shady Election Group Dumps 90,000 Ballot Registrations in Maricopa County Before Sign-Up Deadline Ends – At Least 40,000 Damaged, Thousands Incomplete
[GATEWAY] In case you have not been paying attention — leftist groups around the country have been caught corrupting our elections by dumping tens of thousands of bogus ballot registrations into our voter rolls. This is taking place in state after state.

PENNSYLVANIA
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania city officials announced eight days ago that they were investigating a massive fraudulent voter registration operation investigation involving thousands of fraudulent voter registrations. At least 2,500 ballot registrations were in question.

On Saturday, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania announced that they were also investigating hundreds of fake ballot registrations that were turned in recently by a questionable voter registration group. Lancaster, Monroe and York Counties in Pennsylvania have reported similar criminal acts and they are investigating. At least two counties reported that Field+Media Corps was behind the thousands of fraudulent registrations. The ballot registration harvesting group is based in Arizona.

MICHIGAN
The Gateway Pundit reported extensively about the leftist group GBI Strategies, a Democrat-linked group that received funding from Joe Biden and the Democrat Senatorial Campaign, that was caught dumping thousands of fraudulent ballots into the 2020 election in Michigan. GBI Strategies had “canvassers” working in several black-majority cities in Michigan, including Flint, Benton Harbor, Ypsilanti, Inkster, Southfield, Muskegon, Lansing, and Saginaw.

The FBI took over the GBI investigation in where it went to die.

An official with GBI, Brianna Hawkins, admitted to police that the group turned in hundreds of fake registrations and was operating in several states and Washington DC.

OHIO
In August 2024, The Hamilton County Ohio Board of Elections turned over several suspicious voter registration applications Ohio Secretary of State’s Public Integrity Division. According to Hamilton County Board of Elections members, the voter registrations in question were recently turned in by the self-described “progressive” voter registration organization Black Fork Strategies. Hamilton County Director of Elections Sherry Poland held up a large stack of voter registrations during a local meeting about an inch thick to show how many registrations one canvasser from Black Fork Strategies turned in with that all appeared to have the same handwriting. The investigation was turned over to the Secretary of State.

ARIZONA
This now leads us to Arizona. According to the far-left media outlet, Arizona Central, Maricopa County officials reported that 90,000 registration forms were turned in by a third-party group on the last day of voter registration (October 7) in the state. This tends to be a similar practice to other leftist registration harvesting groups – dumping thousands on state clerks around the cut off date for registering to vote.

According to the Arizona Republic 40,000 of the registrations or almost half of the total were damaged or incomplete and could not be used.

Maricopa Spokesperson Taylor Kinnerup said many forms were dated weeks prior. Arizona state law mandates that third-party groups submit registration forms to election officials “within five days” of collecting the forms from voters. So this was another infraction by the group.

The third-party group that dumped the thousands of registrations on the final day of registering pays their employees by the number of ballots the turn in. So they are incentivizing the fraud.

It should be clear at this point that this is how Democrats are finding their new voters. It appears the majority of these “new voters” may be fake registrations.

#5  If you had an organization that was trying to find and register Democrat voters, you might average about 1 completed registration for every 1 hours of an employee or volunteer talking to people. That is a conservative estimate based on watching people try to hawk cell phone plans at WalMart. 90,000 registrations represents a significant chunk of people hours over an extended period. Those registrations could have been delivered well before the due date, if everything is on the up and up.

Renowned election guru Nate Silver reveals latest forecast for presidential election
[NYP] Renowned election guru Nate Silver called the race for the White House a "pure toss-up" Sunday as he gave ex-President Donald Trump a slight edge over Vice President Kamala Harris in his latest forecast.

Silver’s model shows Trump has a 51.5% chance of clinching the Electoral College while Harris has a 48.1% chance, according to a Substack post on Sunday morning, Mediate reported.

"[New York Times] swing state polls good for Harris but not great. Morning Consult swing state polls good for Trump but not great," Silver tweeted Sunday.

'Fourth Turning' Election Igniting A Firestorm
[ZERO] Authored by Jim Quinn via The Burning Platform blog,

"Imagine some national (and probably global) volcanic eruption, initially flowing along channels of distress that were created during the Unraveling era and further widened by the catalyst. Trying to foresee where the eruption will go once it bursts free of the channels is like trying to predict the exact fault line of an earthquake. All you know in advance is something about the molten ingredients of the climax, which could include the following:

Economic distress, with public debt in default, entitlement trust funds in bankruptcy, mounting poverty and unemployment, trade wars, collapsing financial markets, and hyperinflation (or deflation)

Social distress, with violence fueled by class, race, nativism, or religion and abetted by armed gangs, underground militias, and mercenaries hired by walled communities

Political distress, with institutional collapse, open tax revolts, one-party hegemony, major constitutional change, secessionism, authoritarianism, and altered national borders

Military distress, with war against terrorists or foreign regimes equipped with weapons of mass destruction"

'A Coordinated Effort' To Rig States - Rogan Exposes Democrats' Plan To Destroy American Democracy...
[ZERO] "Undeniably," admits Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman to podcaster Joe Rogan, "immigration is changing our nation."

The two men spoke about a wide variety of political topics ranging from how Donald Trump won in 2016 to how immigration stands as a key issue in the election today.

Specifically, Fetterman played the Democratic Party card, claiming that Republicans in 2024 "had an opportunity to do a comprehensive border-bipartisan-and that went down because Trump, he declared that that's a bad deal after it was negotiated with the other side."
Thanks, Jim Lankford
Rogan then brutally 'fact-checked' the stammering senator, pointing out the reality that that the deal made many concessions that Republicans concerned about the border found to be unacceptable.

"But, didn't that deal also involved amnesty," responded Rogan,"and didn't that deal also involve a significant number of illegal aliens being allowed into the country every year?"

Silence from Fetterman.

Rogan continued:

"I think it was 2 million people. So still the same sort of situation. And their fear is exactly what I talked about, that these people will be moved to swing states and that that will be used to essentially rig those states and turn them blue forever."

Finally, the PA Senator responded

"I've never witnessed those kinds [illegals voting] of a thing... I don't think there's that level kinds of organization."

Home Front: Politix
Sheehy said gunshot records don't exist, as conservative talk show host calls incident ‘confusing'
[Daily Montanan] A national conservative talk show host gave Montana Senate candidate Tim Sheehy a chance to address a gunshot wound records suggest happened in Glacier National Park, but the Republican businessman-turned-politician said happened because of friendly fire overseas during his Navy SEAL career.

Sheehy’s appearance left the host commenting, "so confusing."

On Friday, Sheehy appeared on the Megyn Kelly Show with Kelly asking about the gunshot incident, which has drawn both state and national media attention as one of the defining issues that could also determine which political party controls the U.S. Senate. Sheehy is running against three-term incumbent U.S. Sen. Jon Tester, a Democrat from Big Sandy.

Sheehy has insisted that a bullet in his arm is the result of "friendly fire" overseas, and that he didn’t report the incident to commanders for fears of getting in trouble or having to leave combat.

However, a ticket and interview from former Glacier Park ranger Kim Peach in 2015 detailed that Sheehy was instead cited for discharging a firearm in the park, and was treated at an area hospital for the wound. Sheehy himself wrote a handwritten statement at the time admitting the improperly stored firearm fell and discharged into his arm. Sheehy later paid the fine and the gun, a .45-caliber revolver, was returned to him.

On Saturday, Sheehy was asked repeatedly about the wound, and Kelly told him the interview was an opportunity to clarify what happened as the issue has been repeatedly at the center of the campaign. The Democrats have used it to make their case he’s lying and not to be trusted.

Sheehy said on the program that the friendly fire likely happened because of foreign forces that the U.S. military was helping in Afghanistan, without giving details about when and where the incident happened.

"You’d have Afghans who, either intentionally or unintentionally, would end up shooting friendly forces. You know, sometimes they just start putting their weapons on full auto and start, you know, shooting whatever direction they felt like," Sheehy said.

In his memoir, Sheehy said he was hit by friendly fire from "a total stud who went on to a successful career as a SEAL."

In the interview with Kelly, he said that he didn’t report the incident to commanders because it could break up their team with investigations, and also risked him being sent back for medical treatments, something, Sheehy told Kelly, he didn’t want to have happen.

"You know, we were at about half strength this point in our deployment. We’d have many teammates wounded and sent home," Sheehy said. "And you know me, as a team commander, there was no position to be to be carved off the battlefield. Many of us were injured multiple times. We don’t report that simply because we’re going to stay in the fight, stay with our team. We’re going to finish our deployment and do our job. So unless those injuries are life threatening, of course, you know, if you’ve lost a limb, like some of our teammates had, or there’s a severe injury, you’re going to you’re going to deal with that, because that person has to be cared for, but otherwise you just keep on moving."

Kelly tried redirecting the conversation several times to the incident itself, but Sheehy sidestepped the question, for example, in this exchange:

"No, that was never the allegation that. But the point is, you know, it was a friendly fire ricochet downrange that wasn’t reported at the time and after," Sheehy said.

"I don’t want to harp on this. I just want to give you the chance. I want to give you the chance to explain yourself, because this is their closing message. It’s all about this incident, but voters are confused," Kelly said.

Instead, Sheehy said that when he was hiking in Glacier, he felt the bullet became dislodged and went to the hospital.

"Just to be clear: Did you shoot yourself in the arm?" she asked....

"No, we’ve discussed this at length, repeatedly with every media outlet for the last year. It’s been beat to death," Sheehy said.

However, both national and state media have reported that Sheehy has ducked interviews and not responded to questions surrounding the bullet incident in Glacier National Park.

On two previous occasions, the Daily Montanan has put in requests to the Sheehy campaign for medical records regarding that incident. The Sheehy campaign did not respond to either of those requests.

The Daily Montanan renewed the requests on Sunday morning.

J&K: Grenade Attack At CRPF Bunker In Srinagar Near Flea Market, Several Injured
[OneIndia] A grenade attack in a bustling flea market in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
, left several people injured on Sunday. The incident occurred near the well-secured Tourist Reception Centre (TRC), according to officials.

Following the earth-shattering kaboom, police and paramilitary forces quickly arrived at the scene. Their immediate focus was on evacuating the injured and initiating a search operation to locate the attackers. The blast caused chaos, with shoppers desperately seeking safety.

(LeT) in Khanyar, downtown Srinagar. This recent development has heightened security concerns in the region.

Authorities are on high alert following these events. They are working tirelessly to ensure public safety and prevent further incidents. The situation remains tense as efforts continue to track down those responsible for the attack.

This is an ongoing story, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available. The community is urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to authorities immediately.

IDF reveals commandos captured man in Syria gathering intel on border for Iran
[IsraelTime] Elite forces entered Syrian territory in July and snatched Ali Suleiman al-Asi, who told interrogators he was told to monitor troop movements along border, says military

Israeli commandos carried out a raid in southern Syria where they captured a Syrian man who was allegedly carrying out surveillance operations on the border on behalf of Iran, the IDF revealed Sunday in a rare acknowledgment of a ground operation in its northeastern neighbor.

According to the Israel Defense Forces, the raid in Syria was carried out in recent months by the Egoz commando unit, along with field interrogators of the Intelligence Directorate’s Unit 504. Local Syrian media reported that the incident took place on July 19.

The commandos captured Ali Suleiman al-Asi, a Syrian man who lived in the village of Saida, in the Daraa Governorate.

The IDF said that al-Asi worked on behalf of Iran, and was involved in collecting intelligence on the Israeli military’s operations along the Syrian border "for future terror activity."

The military was "closely monitoring" al-Asi before he was captured and taken to Israel for questioning.

His arrest has "prevented and disrupted a future attack and led to the exposure of the modus operandi of Iranian entities on the Golan Heights front," the IDF said.

The IDF released footage of the mission and also from al-Asi’s interrogation, during which he said that he was approached by a man who told him: "Your area is good, strategic, we can get something from this." al-Asi said that the man was "linked to Iran."

The detained Syrian man told Israeli interrogators that he was instructed by the Iranian-linked source to "just observe the borders," while under the guise of Syria’s military intelligence, and pass on information on Israeli patrols.

He told interrogators that, among other things, he passed on information about troop and tank movements on the Israeli side of the border.

Israel has been carrying out Arclight airstrike

and precision missiles by the Syrian regime and Iranian forces.

The raid was said to have been carried out alongside Israeli air strikes on military facilities in the area that reportedly killed at least 14 people and maimed 43.

Local Syrian media reported at the time that the strikes hit the area surrounding the Scientific Studies and Research Center, known as CERS or SSRC, which according to Israel is used by Iranian forces to manufacture precision surface-to-surface missiles.

Various reports in foreign media claimed that Israeli troops operated on the ground during the action at Masyaf, which lies about 200 kilometers (124 miles) north of Israel, though only about 30 kilometers (18 miles) from Syria’s western coastline.

The reports said that commandos of the Israeli Air Force’s Shaldag Unit rappelled down from helicopters and raided CERS. Israeli troops removed equipment and documents and then laid explosives to destroy the facility.

The IDF has not publicly confirmed the details of the operation.

Militants prevent Afrin’s Kurdish farmers from harvesting olives
[Rudaw] Members of a The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund...
-backed militia group in northwest Syria are preventing Kurdish farmers from harvesting their olives, a local source said.

Commanders of the Sulaiman Shah Brigade have blocked Kurdish farmers from entering their olive orchards in the Kurzele village of Afrin region, a local source to Rudaw on Saturday, speaking on condition of anonymity
... for fear of being murdered...
Seventeen Kurdish families, who have around 4,000 olive trees, have been affected.

The Sulaiman Shah Brigade is based in northern Syria and is accused of numerous human rights
...not to be confused with individual rights, mind you...
violations, especially against Kurdish residents. In 2023, the United States sanctioned the group for "serious human rights abuses committed in northern Syria, including abduction, severe physical abuse, and rape."

Olives are an important economic crop in Afrin.

Abdulrahman Korajo is a Germany-based Kurdish activist from the enclave. He said Arab settlers have confiscated and stolen olives from Kurdish farmers and local authorities have done nothing to stop them.

"The people of Kurzele village have been banned from entering their farms. Arabs affiliated with this brigade harvest the olives in the light of day but there is no one to hold them accountable. Our people of Afrin have been working these farms for years but Arabs have confiscated and stolen them," he said.

Afrin was invaded by Turkey and its Syrian proxies in 2018 after years of Kurdish rule under the People’s Protection Units (YPG).

Human rights groups and the United Nations

Mine explosion injures several in Syria’s Aleppo

They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. (ISIS) sleeper cells.

The incident took place in Tal Qarah village in the Shahba region of Aleppo province that houses hundreds of thousands of Kurds who were displaced from their nearby hometown of Afrin during the 2018 invasion by The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
and its Syrian proxies.

"The improvised mine went kaboom! near an IDP [internally displaced] family from Afrin Friday afternoon while they were going to harvest their olives," Ibrahim Shekho, a Kurdish rights activist, told Rudaw.

He said six people were maimed, including a three-year-old child.

The mine had been laid by ISIS members in the region, according to ANHA news agency, which is affiliated with the local Kurdish authorities. The outlet reported that five people aged between 20 and 50 and all from one family were maimed.

No group has grabbed credit.

US says Iranian-American journalist held in detention in Iran
[IsraelTimes] Reza Valizadeh was arrested last month and faces trial on undisclosed charges; US seeking info on case, says Tehran ‘routinely imprisons US citizens’ for ‘political purposes’

An Iranian-American journalist who once worked for a US government-funded broadcaster is believed to be detained by Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
for months now, authorities said Sunday, further raising the stakes as Tehran threatens to attack Israel.

The imprisonment of Reza Valizadeh, acknowledged to The News Agency that Dare Not be Named by the US State Department, came as Iran marked the 45th anniversary of the American Embassy takeover and hostage crisis on Sunday.

It also followed Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
...the very aged actual dictator of Iran, successor to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini...>
threatening both Israel and the US the day before with "a crushing response" to Israel’s retaliatory strikes on military sites in Iran.

Valizadeh had worked for Radio Farda, an outlet under Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty that’s overseen by the US Agency for Global Media. In February, he wrote on the social platform X that his family members were tossed into the calaboose in an effort to see him return to Iran.
Unexpectedly.
In August, Valizadeh apparently posted two messages suggesting he had returned to Iran despite Radio Farda being viewed by Iran’s theocracy as a hostile outlet.

"I arrived in Tehran on March 6, 2024. Before that, I had unfinished negotiations with the (Revolutionary Guard’s) intelligence department," the message read in part. "Eventually I came back to my country after 13 years without any security guarantee, even a verbal one."
So now both his relatives and he languish in Iranian prison. How is that better?
Valizadeh added the name of a man who he claimed belonged to Iran’s Intelligence Ministry. The AP could not verify if the person worked for the ministry.

Rumors have been circulating for weeks that Valizadeh were tossed into the calaboose. The Human Rights Activists News Agency, which monitors cases in Iran, said that he were tossed into the calaboose on arrival to the country earlier this year, but later released.

He was then rearrested and sent to Evin prison, where he now faces a case in Iran’s Revolutionary Court, which routinely holds closed-door hearings in which defendants face secret evidence, the agency reported. Valizadeh had faced arrest in 2007 as well, it said.
Of course. Since he is a hostage for ransom and/or trade in the age-old Muslim tradition, it absolutely doesn’t matter if he actually did whatever imaginary crime they accused him of.
The State Department told the AP that it was "aware of reports that this dual US-Iranian citizen has been arrested in Iran" when asked about Valizadeh.

"We are working with our Swiss partners who serve as the protecting power for the United States in Iran to gather more information about this case," the State Department said. "Iran routinely imprisons US citizens and other countries’ citizens unjustly for political purposes. This practice is cruel and contrary to international law."
Not for politics. For money and leverage against their enemies.
Iran has not acknowledged detaining Valizadeh. Iran’s mission to the United Nations
...a lucrative dumping ground for the relatives of dictators and party hacks...
did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Voice of America, another US government-funded media outlet overseen by the Agency for Global Media, first reported the State Department was acknowledging Valizadeh’s detention in Iran.

Since the 1979 US Embassy crisis, which saw dozens of hostages released after 444 days in captivity, Iran has used prisoners with Western ties as bargaining chips in negotiations with the world. In September 2023, five Americans detained for years in Iran were freed in exchange for five Iranians in US custody and for $6 billion in frozen Iranian assets to be released by South Korea.
QED.
Valizadeh is the first American known to be detained by Iran in the time since.

Last week, Iran executed German-Iranian prisoner Jamshid Sharmahd, in what the German government called "a murder." Sharmahd, who was a US resident, was accused of behind behind a 2008 bombing that killed 14 people.

Both the US and Germany called his trial a "sham," and human rights
...which are often intentionally defined so widely as to be meaningless...
group Amnesty International said he had been subjected to "enforced disappearance, torture and other ill-treatment" while in prison.

Southern flank: on the Yasnaya Polyana-Konstantinovka line, Russian troops have achieved significant success, liberating the settlement of Maksimovka, where units of the 37th Separate Naval Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were previously located. The enemy, having suffered significant losses, was forced to retreat. The settlement is currently being cleared, which will allow Russian forces to consolidate their new positions.

Northern flank: on the Novodmitrovka-Novoselidovka line, Russian units continue to advance systematically, despite fierce counterattacks by the enemy. In the Ilyinka area, intense clashes are underway, where Russian assault units are actively expanding their control zone, putting pressure on the defensive lines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Eastern flank: Russian troops continue offensive operations from Maksimilianivka in the direction of Kurakhovo and Dalne, increasing pressure on enemy positions. In the Antonivka area, Russian artillery effectively destroys the positions of the 123rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, ensuring the advance of Russian forces deep into the enemy's defense.

18:59 At the training grounds of the Zaporizhia region, servicemen of the assault groups of the Dnepr military groupare working offtactics of action based on the identified strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

18:35 In the Constantinople direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are running under the pressure of the assault aircraft of the 36th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade.

17:49 Destruction of positions of Ukrainian nationalists in the area of Chasov Yar.

UAV and kamikaze drone operators of the separate special forces unit of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the Russian Armed Forces continue to selectively destroy the positions of Ukrainian nationalists; their high efficiency leaves the enemy no chance of resistance.

17:32 A UAV operator from the Aleppo detachment of the 1472nd Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment with the call sign “Crossbow” first spotted a hidden enemy, and then liquidated it.

16:57 Destruction of howitzers 122mm D-30 Armed Forces of Ukraine with high-precision munitions "Krasnopol".

During reconnaissance activities, servicemen of the Sever group of forces identified a 122mm D-30 howitzer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Sumy region. As a result of a precise strike, the weapon of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants was destroyed along with the crew, which is confirmed by objective control footage.

16:31 Explosions thundered in Khar'kov, the Novosti Live publication reported.

15:57 At the training ground in the Kursk region, paratroopers of assault units from Feodosiaare improvingyour skills.

14:52 Assault units of the Russian Armed Forces have advanced into the settlement of Antonovka.

14:47 Footage of destruction of the Stryker armored fighting vehicle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by an FPV drone operator of the North group of forces in the Khar'kov region.

Servicemen of the reconnaissance unit of the North group of forces, using a UAV, discovered an American-made Stryker combat armored vehicle that was transporting Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen in the area of the settlement of Volchansk in the Khar'kov region.

The detected target was attacked by an FPV strike drone. The drone's precise hit on the armored vehicle was recorded by objective control means in real time.

14:05 Russian aviation struck a one and a half ton aerial bomb on a temporary deployment point of Ukrainian militants in Volchansk

13:55 By the Russian Armed Forces Aviation destroyed seven private houses in Terny and positions in the forest occupied by personnel of the 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which indicates that the southern part of the settlement is being prepared for the entry of our assault groups.

13:44 Su-34 crew struck personnel and a stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the border area of the Kursk region. The strike was carried out by aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module.

13:08 War correspondent Kotenok reports on the situation in key settlements in the Donetsk direction:

Around Katerynivka and Antonivka, the enemy is losing ground faster every day. After taking Vuhledar, the Ukrainian Armed Forces seem to be "on skis."

The enemy is morally broken near Kurakhovo. They hold their positions in the settlement itself, but in the surrounding area everything is bad for them.

We practically "squeezed" the enemy out of Ilyinka, took Izmailovka. Novoselidovka is practically taken, artillery is working hard on Voznesenka.

After the capture of Selidovo and Novogrodovka, all forces of the Russian Armed Forces are aimed at Pokrovsk and Mirnograd. The Ukrainian command understands all this and is trying to build a line of defense.

12:49 The Russian Armed Forces recaptured five more strongholds from the enemy in Petrovpavlovka and repelled two counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the northwestern part of the village, Napravilenc po Ukraine reported.

"The personnel of the 114th Terrritorial Defense Brigade, recently brought to the south of Petropavlovka, have been withdrawn to the rear. It is reported that officers of the brigade's command have arrived in Kupyansk-Uzlovaya, probably to conduct reconnaissance," the channel's message says.

11:46 Artillerymen of the "West" group of troops in 24-hour mode struck exposed positions, equipment and manpower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of the special operation.

11:19 In the village of Malinovka in the Khar'kov region yesterday, Russian forces used two Iskanders to destroy a training camp for the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Ukrainian army suffered 120 irretrievable losses. According to intelligence, the militants were going to be sent to the Kursk region, the Ukrainian Directorate reported. The survivors were taken to the Khar'kov military hospital, 5 Kultury Street.

09:35 Continuous blows of FPV drones of the Russian Armed Forces on equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Kamikaze drone operators of the "Southern" group of the Russian Armed Forces continue their successful campaign to destroy equipment and personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants. Accurate and precise strikes by FPV drones systematically deprive the enemy of both vehicles and combat resources, significantly reducing its combat potential and effectiveness on the battlefield.

09:24 In the footage of "Solntsepek"burns out" temporary deployment point of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Seversk area. The crew of a heavy flamethrower system "covered" the positions of one of the nationalist motorized rifle brigades.

09:12 FPV drone operator from the Sever group in the Khar'kov region destroyed Ukrainian Armed Forces vehicle.

08:12 In the area of the settlement Novosergeevka, Zaporizhia region, there was destroyed a multifunctional radar RADA "ieMHR" of Israeli production.

"The Russian Armed Forces took control of Kurakhovka, Shakhtyorskoye, and also advanced near Maksimilyanovka, Verbovoye, Novoselidovka, in Volchenko and Maksimovka, and also restored and improved their position near Sheptukhovka."

08:04 New tactics of Russian troops are forcing Ukrainian militants to leave their positions en masse, Vladimir Rogov reported.

According to him, the Russian Armed Forces have stopped using frontal attacks and are outflanking Ukrainian Armed Forces groups, forcing them to flee, abandoning equipment and weapons.

Cab company owner, 2 drivers charged with ferrying gunmen to deadly Jaffa terror attack
[IsraelTimes] Indictment reveals that two terrorists had initially considered attacking sports stadium, before carrying out shooting at light rail station in south Tel Aviv, killing 7 civilians

The owner of a taxi company and two taxi drivers were indicted on Sunday for driving into Israel the perpetrators of the October 1 terror attack in Jaffa, in what the State Attorney’s Office described as a precedent.

The indictments also revealed new details of the planned attack, including that the holy warriors — who killed seven civilians at a light rail station — had considered attacking a nearby sports stadium.

In the stabbing and shooting attack, Mohammad Mesek, 19, and Ahmed Himouni, 25, from Hebron in the West Bank, murdered seven people and injured 11. Mesek was killed at the scene and Himouni was maimed. Hamas
..the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,...
later grabbed credit for the attack — one of the worst in years.

The three individuals indicted on Sunday are accused of driving the terrorists, who they knew didn’t have entry permits into Israel, across the Green Line, from East Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. The indictment is on charges of causing death by negligence and causing death by recklessness.

According to the indictment, the taxi company had started up a business illegally ferrying Paleostinians from the West Bank into Israel who did not have permits to enter. On the day of the attack in Jaffa, the indictment said, the company’s owner received a request to take 13 Paleostinians without entry permits into Israel, including the two terrorists.

The owner, who knew the individuals did not have entry permits, instructed one of his drivers to take the business, when they both knew that the Paleostinians’ "entry into Israel was forbidden and in order to make money, while taking an unreasonable risk that the company [might be] giving taxi services to terrorists," the State Attorney’s Office wrote in the indictment.

According to the indictment, the driver told the Paleostinians who got into his taxi to turn off their cell phones and to draw the curtains in the rear windows of the vehicle. The holy warriors were said to have worn black clothes — unlike the other Paleostinians who were being transported — and had two backpacks: one holding a dismantled M-16 assault rifle, and another holding knives and ammunition.

After crossing into Israel, the first driver had some of his passengers, including the two terrorists, change to the second driver’s taxi, "because of his fear of police inspection," the indictment said. It noted that the second driver was not an employee of the company, but worked in cooperation with it.

According to the indictment, the holy warriors had originally planned to carry out their attack at a crowded venue, such as a sports stadium. While passing by the Bloomfield stadium, one of the holy warriors asked the driver if there was a game on that evening, ostensibly to see if he could carry out a mass terror attack at the venue. There was no game being played that night.

Before carrying out the attack, the holy warriors entered Jaffa’s al-Nuzha Mosque, stashed their bags in the mosque’s bathroom, and threatened worshippers not to leave.

Then they boarded the Tel Aviv light rail, attacking civilians on board, before getting off and continuing on foot and shooting and stabbing people on Jerusalem Street in the city.

The seven civilians murdered in the attack were Victor Shimshon Green, 33, Revital Bronstein, 24, Shahar Goldman, 30, Inbar Segev Vigder, 33, Nadia Sokolenco, 40, Ilia Nozadze, 42, a Georgian citizen and Jonas Chrosis, 26, a Greek citizen.

The attack came amid heightened tensions in Israel, as the Israel Defense Forces announced a ground incursion into Leb

Iran fears Trump win would bring Israeli strikes on nuclear sites, Western sanctions

are concerned that Trump could well triumph on November 5 and this could spell more trouble for them.

Iran’s main concern is the potential for Trump to empower Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to strike Iran’s nuclear sites, conduct targeted liquidations, and reimpose his "maximum pressure policy" through heightened sanctions on its oil industry, according to Iranian, Arab and Western officials.

They anticipate that Trump, who was president in 2017-21, will exert the utmost pressure on Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
...the very aged actual dictator of Iran, successor to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini...>
to cave in by accepting a nuclear containment deal on terms set by himself and Israel.

This potential change in US leadership could have far-reaching implications for the Middle East balance of power and might reshape Iran’s foreign policy and economic prospects.

and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

However,
by candlelight every wench is handsome...
Trump’s stance is perceived as more detrimental to Iran due to his more automatic support for Israel, they added.

"Trump will either put very tough conditions on Iran or let Israel carry out targeted strikes on its nuclear facilities. He is fully endorsing a military action against Iran," Abdelaziz al-Sagher, head of the Gulf Research Center think tank, said.

"It’s Netanyahu’s dream day to have Trump back in the White House," he told Rooters.

POISON CHALICE?
A senior Iranian official who declined to be named told Rooters Tehran was "prepared for all scenarios. We have [for decades] consistently found ways to export oil, bypassing harsh US sanctions... and have strengthened our ties with the rest of the world no matter who was in the White House."

But another Iranian official said a Trump victory would be "a nightmare. He will raise pressure on Iran to please Israel... [and] make sure oil sanctions are fully enforced. If so, [our] establishment will be economically paralyzed."

In an election speech in October, Trump stated his unwillingness to go to war with Iran but said Israel should "hit the Iranian nuclear first and worry about the rest later," in response to Iran’s massive ballistic missile attack on Israel on October 1. Iran launched some 200 ballistic missiles at Israel, sending most of the population rushing to bomb shelters and safe rooms. The attack caused relatively minor damage to military bases and some residential areas, and killed a Paleostinian man in the West Bank.

Israel retaliated with Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
s on Iranian military targets, especially missile production sites and long-range air defense systems, on October 26.

Khamenei on Saturday threatened Israel and the US with "a crushing response" to attacks on Iran and its allies. "The enemies, whether the Zionist regime or the United States of America, will definitely receive a crushing response to what they are doing to Iran and the land of the Medes and the Persians and to the resistance front," Khamenei said in video released by Iranian state media.

Iran’s choices are limited going forward, analysts say.

"The reality is: Trump is going to support Netanyahu and give him the green light to do whatever he wants," said Hassan Hassan, an author and researcher on Islamic groups. "Trump is much worse [than Harris] for Iran."

Hassan noted that Washington has delegated a substantial share of responsibility to Israel in the conflict with Iran and its proxies, with Israel leading the way. "The US is involved enough in that it’s backing Israel, maybe more so than before.

"This time it’s just things are really bad for Iran. Iran is seen as a problem by both Republicans and Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
During her campaign, Harris called Iran a "dangerous" and "destabilizing" force in the Middle East and said the US was committed to Israel’s security. She said the US would work with allies to disrupt Iran’s "aggressive behavior."

But Trump’s reelection would be a "poisoned chalice" for Khamenei, according to two regional officials.

If he were to reinstate stringent sanctions, Khamenei may be forced to negotiate and accept a nuclear pact more favorable to US and Israeli terms to preserve theocratic rule in Iran, which is facing growing foreign pressure and has been buffeted by bouts of mass protest at home in recent years.

A US-Saudi defense pact tied to Riyadh’s establishing diplomatic relations with Israel, now in its final negotiating stages, poses a significant challenge to Khamenei too.

This alliance threatens to shift the regional balance of power by creating a more unified front against Iran, impacting its geopolitical standing and strategy in the Middle East.

NEW ARCHITECTURE
Hassan said Israel’s recent retaliatory attacks on Iran and strikes on the leadership of terror proxies Hamas and Hezbollah allies have been widely perceived as a significant success. They offered insights into what a limited strike on Iran might look like, setting a precedent and altering assumptions that military action on Iran would inevitably spark a wider Middle East war.

A senior Arab security official said that Tehran could "no longer brandish its influence through its armed proxies" in the wake of Israel’s deadly strikes on Hezbollah and Hamas leaders.

For its own part, Iran has every reason to fear another Trump term.

It was Trump who in 2018 unilaterally pulled the US out of Iran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers and ordered the killing of Qassem Soleimani
, Khamenei’s right-hand man and criminal mastermind of overseas attacks on US and allied interests.

Trump also imposed punitive sanctions targeting Iran’s oil export revenues and international banking transactions, which led to extreme economic hardship and exacerbated public discontent in the Islamic Theocratic Republic.

He frequently said during his presidential campaign that US President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. The man who made Barack Obama and Jimmy Carter look competent, if only by comparison....
’s policy of not rigorously enforcing oil export sanctions has weakened Washington and emboldened Tehran, allowing it to sell oil, accumulate cash, and expand its nuclear pursuits and influence through armed militias.

In March, Trump told the Israel Hayom newspaper in an interview that Iran could have a nuclear weapon in 35 days and that Israel — which deems Iran’s nuclear activity an existential threat — was in a "very treacherous and dangerous neighborhood."

An Arab government adviser noted that Tehran recognizes there is a "new architecture in the making," but also that Trump, despite his tough rhetoric, realizes there is no alternative to a deal with Iran given its accelerated uranium enrichment program.

"Trump might aim for a new nuclear agreement, he could say I tore up the 2015 agreement because it was incomplete and replace it with a long-lasting agreement, touting it to ’make America great again’ and preserve US interests," the adviser said.

As the 2015 deal has eroded over the years, Iran has escalated the level of fissile purity in enriched uranium, cutting the time it would need to build an atom bomb if it chose to, though it denies wanting to.

Iran Online, a state-run news website, stated that when Trump left office, Iran was capping enrichment at 3.67 percent under the deal, far below the 90% of weapons-grade uranium.

Now, Iran has "enriched uranium to 60% with IR-6 advanced centrifuges" and could achieve nuclear weapons capability "within a few weeks... Completing the nuclear deterrence cycle is Iran’s greatest trump card against Trump," it said.

Arab and Western officials warn that the more Iran hints it is nearing the development of an atomic bomb, the more it incites the need for Israel to strike.

"If Trump reassumes power, he will support Israeli plans to strike Iranian nuclear facilities," a Western official said.

WETM reported:

A Bath man is facing charges after he allegedly attacked a stranger in a grocery store for wearing a Trump hat.

Robert Yott, 60, was arrested following an incident at Tops Friendly Markets on West Morris Street in Bath on Nov. 1. According to the Village of Bath Police Department, Yott became aggressive and started a confrontation with a stranger shortly before 10 a.m. on Friday because the stranger was wearing a Trump 2024 hat.

Police say Yott punched the victim in the mouth and head multiple times. The victim’s teeth broke, and their mouth became bloody because of the attack, which appeared to be a random act of violence. Yott and the victim had never met before the attack.

Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] According to Roshydromet forecasts, heavy snowfall, blizzards in some areas, winds with gusts of up to 12–14 m/s, and icy roads are expected in Moscow from the evening of November 3 until the morning of the following day. This was warned by the press service of the capital's Emergencies Ministry.

In this regard, the agency recommends that when driving in bad weather, you reduce your speed and increase the distance from the vehicle in front. You should avoid sudden overtaking and lane changes, and do not park your car near trees.

Pedestrians are advised not to walk under billboards and shaky structures, and not to take shelter from bad weather under trees. They should also be careful and not leave children unattended, the ministry's website says.

As reported by the Regnum news agency, leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets reported about the imminent warming in Moscow. According to him, at the end of the week the air temperature in the capital will rise to +5…+10°С, instead of snowfalls there will be rain, and all the fallen snow will melt.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand warned that from November 3 to 5, the weather is expected to deteriorate in the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts. According to the forecast, the wind in Kabardino-Balkaria will reach 30 m/s, in other regions - up to 25-27 m/s.

Hezbollah launches missile attack on Israel's Haifa base
[GEO.TV] Hezbollah has announced that it fired a series of missiles at an Israeli military installation located in Haifa, a northern coastal city, Al Jazeera reported.

The group stated that this marks the first time it has targeted the technical base associated with the Israeli Air Force, following its earlier claim of a drone strike on a different military base south of Haifa.

Ukrainian Perspective: Invasion of Ukraine: November 3, 2024
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Worth noting, korrespondent.net has compiled its Invasion of Ukraine series into separate months, beginning May 9th, 2023. Linked in the titl
e.
[Korrespondent] 15:45 Google Maps after updating maps of Ukraine showed the deployment of Ukrainian military systems. As reported by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Kovalenko, Ukraine contacted Google to correct this, but the company responded only after public disclosure.

09:38 Air defense destroyed 66 out of 96 enemy drones (Shahed and unspecified types) in Kyiv, Sumy, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions at night, the Air Force reported. Another 27 drones were lost, one flew to Belarus, two remain in the air. In addition, at night Russia launched a strike with an Kh-59/69 guided air missile, which was also shot down by air defense.

09:34 Russians hit a car with a drone in the village of Bely Kolodets, Chuguevsky district, Kharkiv region, two people were injured, said the head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov.

09:22 Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said the day before that Ukraine is allegedly "effectively sabotaging" the process of exchanging prisoners of war. And Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova called on the Ukrainian side to return to "constructive dialogue" and speed up the prisoner exchange. She also claims that of the 935 Ukrainian servicemen offered for exchange, Ukraine allegedly agreed to take only 279 people.

In turn, Ukrainian ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets said that he wants to receive from the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation all lists of Ukrainian prisoners of war that Russia is ready to urgently return. He emphasized that Ukraine is always ready to accept all lists and all its citizens and is always ready to conduct prisoner of war exchanges, but, as a rule, Moscow slows down these processes and uses this as a method of influencing Ukrainian society.

08:49 Die Zeit writes that Ukraine and Russia are allegedly conducting non-public negotiations to determine possible concessions. According to the publication's sources, the parties are discussing, in particular, mutual refraining from attacks on energy infrastructure, prisoner exchange, the return of Ukrainian children and a grain agreement. The confidential negotiations are taking place at the level of political advisers and concern such issues as the fate of Crimea and the willingness of the parties to compromise.

The publication writes that such meetings were held in Copenhagen, Kyiv, Davos, Jeddah and other places with the participation of the G7 countries and China. Journalists believe that "the question is no longer whether peace talks will take place, but when and how."

08:36 In the Kherson region, over the past day, as a result of Russian shelling, one person was killed and ten were injured, including three children, reported the head of the OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin.

08:27 Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Kovalenko reported that shooting down "shahids" has become more difficult, in particular due to the low altitude of their flight and the change in Russian tactics. He also noted that the Russians are trying to bring drone strikes "almost to a round-the-clock format." Kovalenko explained that such attacks have both military purposes in order to save missiles and reconnaissance ones. In addition, this is an attempt to constantly put psychological pressure on the population in order to break the motivation to resist. "However, new methods of shooting down "shahids" are on the way," Kovalenko added.

08:18 In Donetsk Oblast, two people were killed as a result of Russian shelling on November 2 - in Ivanopol. Another person in the region was injured in the past 24 hours, reported OVA head Vadim Filashkin.

08:13 The General Staff announced the estimated losses of the Russian Federation as of the morning of November 3:

  • personnel - about 699,090 (+1410) people,

  • tanks - 9182 (+12),

  • combat armored vehicles - 18,523 (+36),

  • artillery systems - 20,086 (+10),

  • MLRS - 1244 (+0),

  • air defense systems - 994 (+0),

  • aircraft - 369 (+0),

  • helicopters - 329 (+0),

  • Operational-tactical level UAVs - 18,187 (+70),

  • cruise missiles - 2629 (+1),

  • ships/boats - 28 (+0),

  • submarines - 1 (+0),

  • automotive equipment and tank trucks - 28,160 (+46),

  • special equipment - 3584 (+1).

07:55 Russia attacked Kiev with drones again at night - they were launched mainly from the north-east direction, approached the capital on different courses at very low altitudes, said the head of the Kyiv State Defense Army Sergey Popko. The defense forces neutralized all the drones, falling debris was recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi and Holosiivskyi districts. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the road surface, a lighting pole and power lines were damaged. At least in five buildings, the blast wave damaged the window glazing, no one was hurt.

02:36 Ukrainian OSINT project DeepState reports that the Russian army has occupied Kurakhovka and Shakhtarskoye in Donetsk Oblast, and has also advanced near Maksimilianivka, Verbovoye, Novoselidovka, in Volchenko and Maksimivka. In addition, the enemy has restored the situation near Sheptukhovka in Kursk Oblast.

Army Coyote Drone Hunting Drones Have Scored 170 Combat Kills
[TWZ] In use in CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and EUCOM with 170 successful kills in all those regions.

Coyote interceptors represent a key part of the Army's counter-drone arsenal, which it is still trying to expand to tackle evolving threats.

Army officials highlighted Coyote’s achievements at the Falcon Peak 2025, a counter-drone capabilities demonstration at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado this week, which The War Zone and reporters from other outlets observed. The service currently has Coyotes deployed at 36 unspecified sites outside of the United States.

Operational use of these interceptors, which defense contractor Raytheon produces, in the Middle East has been previously reported. Coyotes were also notably among the defensive capabilities deployed to protect a temporary pier attached to the shore of the Gaza Strip that the U.S. military briefly operated to try to help get more humanitarian aid into the enclave earlier this year.

ISIS kills two regime soldiers in east Syria: Monitor
[Rudaw] At least two regime soldiers were killed in an attack carried out by Islamic State (ISIS) gunmen in Syria’s eastern Deir ez-Zor province, a war monitor reported on Saturday.

“Two members of the 17th Division of the regime forces were killed, and a third was injured with various injuries after being targeted by two ISIS gunmen riding a motorcycle,” said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based war monitor.

The ambush took place near the town of Mahkan, in Deir ez-Zor’s Mayadin district – a stronghold for pro-Iran militias and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

It is the latest in a spate of ISIS attacks in Syria, particularly from the desert regions where jihadist cells maintain a presence.

ISIS rose to power and seized swathes of Iraqi and Syrian land in a brazen offensive in 2014, declaring a so-called “caliphate.”

While the group was declared territorially defeated in 2017 and 2019, respectively, it still continues to pose serious security risks through hit-and-run attacks, bombings, and abductions, especially across the vast expanses of the Syrian desert as well as several Iraqi provinces.

At least 476 Syrian regime soldiers and pro-Iran militants have been killed by ISIS militants in Syria since the start of the year. The attacks have also killed 58 civilians, according to data from the Observatory.

Russia Monitors US Troop Movements to Benin
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Benin and Togo is monitoring information about the movement of American troops from Niger to Benin. This was reported on November 3 by the head of the Russian diplomatic mission Igor Evdokimov.

“The embassy is monitoring reports of the redeployment of American troops from Niger to Benin... We, unlike our Western colleagues, recognize Cotonou’s right to freely choose its partners in the sphere of defense and security,” he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In late June, US Chief of Staff Charles Brown travelled to Botswana to discuss the possible redeployment of troops from Niger to other West African countries. According to Reuters, the talks included initial talks with Benin, Ivory Coast and Ghana, to discuss the prospects of establishing new US military bases in those countries.

The start of the withdrawal of US troops from Niger was announced on June 8 by the Chief of Staff of the Republic's ground forces, Colonel Mamane Sani Kiau. On September 16, the US Africa Command announced that the withdrawal of troops had been completed without complications by a mutually agreed date.

As reported by the Regnum news agency, in mid-March, the Niger authorities deprived the American military of the opportunity to be on their territory, breaking the military agreement with the United States. As the head of the republic's Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mohamed Toumba, reported, Niger is interested in the country's troops being trained by Russian, not American, military personnel. Russian servicemen entered the territory of the military airbase in Niamey in early May.

OPEC+ countries extend oil production cuts until end of December
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman, members of OPEC+, have decided to extend the voluntary reduction in oil production by 2.2 million barrels per day until the end of December. A statement about this was published on November 3 on the OPEC website.

It is noted that all eight countries have confirmed their agreement to fully compensate for the overproduction volumes allowed since the beginning of 2024 by September 2025.

“The countries also noted the recent statement by Iraq and the joint statement by Russia and Kazakhstan, in which they strongly reaffirmed their commitment to the agreement, including additional voluntary production adjustments and their schedules for compensation for excess production volumes from January 2024,” the statement said.

As reported by the Regnum news agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in May that Russia's cooperation with countries within OPEC+ helps keep oil prices stable. This helps ensure revenues for the state budget, he added.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak noted in September that Russia had exceeded the OPEC+ deal targets by 67 thousand barrels per day, but by the end of August had met its obligations to reduce oil production.

PM spokesman Eli Feldstein suspected of leaking intel that could have hurt hostage efforts
[IsraelTimes] Former Ben Gvir aide and IDF spokesperson reportedly worked closely with Prime Minister’s Office despite failing security clearance; identities of 3 other suspects still under wraps
Is this actually meaningful, or just yet another attack by the Israeli deep state on the man they hate most in all the world? I don’t have a sense of where this falls.
A court partially lifted a gag order Sunday on a case surrounding suspected leaks of classified information by an associate of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, unsealing the name of the central suspect and several other details.

Eli Feldstein, a spokesperson working with the Prime Minister’s Office, is accused of divulging top-secret information with national security implications to European media outlets, according to a ruling published Sunday evening by Rishon Lezion Magistrate Court head Menahem Mizrahi.

The names of three other suspects remain gagged by the court, but it confirmed that they were connected to the defense establishment.

"The investigation began after significant suspicions arose in the Shin Bet and IDF — including as a result of media publications — that secret and sensitive intelligence information was taken from the IDF and removed illegally, sparking concerns of serious harm to national security and a danger to the sources of the information," the court noted. "As a result, damage could have been done to the ability of defense bodies to achieve the goal of freeing the hostages [held in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
In recent days Netanyahu had sought to distance himself from the case, claimed no one from his office was arrested or was under investigation, and pushing back against critics who claimed the leaks had been politically expedient for him. The premier had downplayed the affair and had publicly called for the gag order to be lifted.

According to multiple outlets, however, Feldstein had functioned as a PMO employee in all but name over the past year, and was frequently in the premier’s close orbit. He is seen beside Netanyahu in various photos over the past year. Kan news reported that Feldstein was technically working for the PMO’s director-general and not the office itself due to failing a polygraph test, which made him ineligible for the security clearance required to work at the PMO, but was in close contact with the premier regardless.

The leaked documents are said to have formed the basis of a widely discredited article in the London-based Jewish Chronicle — which was later withdrawn — suggesting Hamas
..the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,...
had planned to spirit hostages out of Gaza through Egypt; as well as an article in Germany’s Bild newspaper that said Hamas was drawing out hostage talks as a form of psychological warfare on Israel.

Israeli media and other observers expressed skepticism about those articles, which appeared to serve Netanyahu’s demands in the talks and to absolve him of blame for their failure.

The case first became public on Friday, four days after Feldstein was arrested in an early morning police raid. He was remanded in jug until Tuesday at least, when another hearing is scheduled.

Ynet reported that Sherlocks are examining four separate issues in the case: the leaking of top-secret documents; allowing an adviser without security clearance to access meetings and premises that should have been off-limits to him; negligence in the handling of classified documents; and the use of documents to influence public opinion on a hostage deal.

Some of the suspects in the ongoing investigation could face up to 15 years in prison, Ynet said, citing an official familiar with the details.

Feldstein, 32, had been an officer in the military’s spokesperson unit, serving as front man for the religious Netzah Yehuda battalion and for the army’s West Bank Division. He was at one point an operations officer within the IDF Spokesman’s unit, winning plaudits as the first Orthodox person in the role, according to the Ynet news site.

Following his discharge from the military, the Bnei Brak native briefly worked as a spokesperson for Otzma Yehudit head Itamar Ben Gvir, who is now national security minister.

On Saturday, the PMO did not deny allegations that a document was leaked from Netanyahu’s office, but sought to distance the premier himself from the episode. It claimed that the spokesperson "never participated in security discussions, was not exposed to or receive classified information, and did not take part in secret visits."

"The published document never came to the Prime Minister’s Office from the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate, and the prime minister learned about it from the media," the PMO asserted.

On September 6, Germany’s Bild outlet published a report that cited a document captured in Gaza indicating that Hamas’s main concern in ceasefire negotiations with Israel was to rehabilitate its military capabilities, and not to alleviate the suffering of Gaza’s civilian population. The spring 2024 document, which Bild said it had obtained exclusively, without offering further details. It said the document was found on a computer in Gaza that belonged to then-Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.

The IDF launched a probe into the information leak at the time and said that the document was found in Gaza some five months ago, and was not written by Sinwar but was rather a recommendation paper drawn up by a mid-level Hamas officer.

The PMO called it "ridiculous" to allege that a sympathetic article in Bild "caused any damage to the negotiations for the release of the hostages, or to the security of Israel."

Regarding a debunked September 5 Jewish Chronicle article "Sinwar’s secret plan to ’smuggle hostages to Iran'" — which alleged that a document had been uncovered in the Gaza Strip proving that Sinwar was planning to smuggle himself and some of the hostages out of Gaza and from there to Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites.
— the IDF said it was unaware of any such document actually existing.

The Jewish Chronicle announced in mid-September that it had fired the writer who penned that articles and other, amid doubts about their veracity, and had removed his stories from its website.

Update from the Times of Israel at 8:55 a.m. ET:
An IDF officer has been arrested as part of the investigation into leaked classified documents from the Prime Minister’s Office, according to Hebrew media reports, bringing the total number of suspects in the case to five.

The leaked material was not found by IDF forces in Gaza, according to the Kan public broadcaster, but was uncovered through “another type of intelligence.” The case is being taken so seriously by prosecutors in part because it risks revealing to Hamas key intelligence-collection methods.

[IsraelTimes] Defense Minister Yoav Gallant visits the Ephraim Regional Brigade, which operates around Tulkarm and Qalqilya in the West Bank, and holds an assessment with top commanders, his office says.

In a statement, Gallant says that due to military operations weakening Iran’s proxies Hezbollah and Hamas, the Islamic Republic is now “looking for additional routes for terror, and are pouring everything they can into Judea and Samaria,” referring to efforts by Tehran to arm terrorists in the West Bank.

Israel informs UN that 1967 agreement recognizing UNRWA is void
[IsraelTimes] The Foreign Ministry has officially informed the UN that Israel has ended the 1967 agreement recognizing Palestinian refugee agency UNRWA, after the Knesset passed legislation to severely limit the operations of the agency in Israel and in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

“UNRWA, the organizations whose employees took part in the October 7 massacre and many of whose workers are Hamas operatives, is part of the problem in Gaza, not part of the solution,” Foreign Minister Israel Katz says in a statement. “The UN was provided with countless pieces of evidence regarding Hamas operatives who work in UNRWA, and nothing was done.”
More from the Times of Israel:
FM Katz dismisses idea that no other agency can do UNRWA work, says it handles only 13% of Gaza aid; Israel’s UN envoy says Israel won’t cooperate with groups that promote terror.

Somalia: Land Forces Commander sacked amid stalled Al-Shabaab war
[Garowe] In yet another breathtaking shake-up in security forces, Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has sacked a senior commander in the Somali National Army (SNA), just at the time the country is actively involved in the fight against al-Shabaab
... Somalia's version of the Taliban, functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda...
The al-Shabaab Death Eaters control large swathes of rural central and southern regions, but the recent military operations have significantly dealt them a huge blow, leaving hundreds contemplating joining the government by defecting from the military.

But the efforts to thwart the threats from the group have suffered a huge blow after the army ground forces commander Brigadier General Dayah Abdi Abdulle was dismissed by the president. The ground forces are responsible for the fight against al-Shabaab.

Abdulle, an accomplished soldier, has been leading various battlefronts across the country until his dismissal. However,
man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them...
in the recent past, the war against al-Shabaab has slowed down due to a lack of pressure from the Somali government and allied partners.

He was replaced by Colonel Khalid Abdullahi Omar, former head of the Jubaland Intelligence and Security Agency (JISA). Dayah held the position for one year and has been working with various regional security forces in pursuit of stability in Somalia.

Frequent changes in army leadership linked to ongoing failures in the fight against al-Shabaab in Somalia, observers say. The group has been posing threats to the country's security, often launching small to medium-scale sporadic attacks, targeting government troops and innocent civilians.

The Somali National Army is set to take over security responsibilities from the allied forces, who are set to leave the country by the end of 2024. However,
man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them...
a new mission dubbed the African Union

Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM) is set to take over.

Somalia's government has, however, rejected possible participation of the Æthiopian National Defense Forces, after the country accused Addis Ababa of plans to annex parts of Somalia. Æthiopia signed a disputed MoU with Somaliland
...Republic of Somaliland is an unrecognised sovereign state in the Horn of Africa, recognised internationally as a de jure part of Somalia. It is located in the southern coast of the Gulf of Aden with approximately 5.7 million residents as of 2021. The capital and largest city is Hargeisa. The government regards itself as the successor state to British Somaliland, which united from 1960 to 1991 with the Trust Territory of Somaliland (the former Italian Somaliland) to form the Somali Republic. Under the Siad Barre regime, Somaliadestroyed ninety percent of Hargeisa Per international law, once you're in, you gotta stay in, no matter how bad it smells....

Somali Intelligence Forces Kill 27 Al-Shabaab Militants in Middle Shabelle Operation
[ShabelleMedia] Somali security forces successfully executed an operation in the Yaqle area of the Middle Shabelle region, resulting in the deaths of 27 al-Shabaab
... Somalia's version of the Taliban, functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda...
holy warriors, the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) reported on Saturday.

The operation, which spanned over 12 hours, also injured several other murderous Moslems, according to NISA’s statement.

The targeted strike was aimed at a known gathering point for al-Shabaab, including senior commanders, as part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the group’s infrastructure and prevent attacks on civilians and government forces. NISA highlighted that the mission was a significant blow to al-Shabaab’s operations in the region.

However,
denial ain't just a river in Egypt...
there has been no independent verification of these claims, and some security experts express caution about the figures provided by NISA, noting that al-Shabaab’s statements often differ significantly from government reports.

Despite this, the operation underscores the continued military engagement against al-Shabaab, which has maintained a presence in Somalia despite years of international and local efforts to eradicate the group.

The Middle Shabelle region has been a focal point for such military actions due to its strategic importance and the presence of al-Shabaab activities. This operation is part of a broader strategy to secure rural areas and disrupt the holy warrior group’s plans to destabilize the government and carry out attacks.

Iranian authorities arrest female student who stripped to underwear to protest harassment
[IsraelTimes] Iranian authorities arrested a female student yesterday after she staged a solo protest against harassment by stripping to her underwear outside her university, reports say.

The woman, who has not been identified, had been harassed inside Tehran’s prestigious Islamic Azad University by members of the Basij paramilitary force who ripped her headscarf and clothes, according to reports by several news outlets and social media channels outside Iran.

She then took off her clothes in protest and sat outside the university dressed in just her underwear before defiantly walking in the street to the astonishment of passersby, videos posted on social media show.

Under the dress code mandatory in Iran, women must wear a headscarf and loose-fitting clothes in public.

The footage appeared to have been shot by onlookers in a neighboring building. Another video showed her being bundled into a car by men in plainclothes and driven off to an undisclosed location.

The Amir Kabir newsletter alleges she was beaten during the arrest.

“Iran’s authorities must immediately and unconditionally release the university student who was violently arrested after she removed her clothes in protest against abusive enforcement of compulsory veiling by security officials,” Amnesty International says.

The London-based rights group, which has in the past years chronicled allegations of abuse against women in Iranian prisons, adds: “Pending her release, authorities must protect her from torture and other ill-treatment and ensure access to family and lawyer.”

It adds that “allegations of beatings and sexual violence against her during arrest need independent and impartial investigations.”

Iran’s conservative Fars news agency confirmed the incident in a report, publishing a picture with the student heavily blurred out.

It says the student had worn “inappropriate clothes” in class and “stripped” after being warned by security guards to comply with the dress code.

Citing “witnesses,” it says the security guards spoke “calmly” with the student and denied the reports that their action had been aggressive.

Near-nationwide protests erupted in 2022 following the death in custody of Mahsa Amini, an Iranian Kurdish woman who had been arrested for an alleged breach of the dress code.

Turkey presses UN for arms embargo on Israel in joint letter with 52 countries
Pay attention to MEEEE!!!!
[IsraelTimes] Russia, China, Iran among signatories of missive, which comes a month after Erdogan’s similar demand to UN; Turkish FM: ‘Selling arms to Israel means participating in its genocide’

The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire...
’s foreign minister said Sunday that it had submitted a letter to the United Nations
...where theory meets practice and practice loses...
, signed by 52 countries and two inter-governmental organizations, calling for a halt in arms deliveries to Israel.

"We have written a joint letter calling on all countries to stop the sale of arms and ammunition to Israel. We delivered this letter, which has 54 signatories, to the UN on November 1," said Hakan Fidan at a presser in Djibouti, where he was attending a Turkey-Africa partnership summit.

"We must repeat at every opportunity that selling arms to Israel means participating in its genocide," said Fidan, adding that the letter is "an initiative launched by Turkey."

Among the signatories were Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula, largely made up of sand and oil rigs. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual haj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Formerly dictatorial and steeped in Olde Tyme Religion, deferring to Salafist holy men on all issues, it has now done a 180 and is making a serious effort to modernize, so as not to be left in the sand by its Gulf Arab neighbors. The holy men have been shoved to the background and the nation is now still dictatorial but somewhat Frational. That doesn't make them trustworthy, but it's a start...

called on the UN to impose an arms embargo on Israel. He said the measure would be an "effective solution" to end Israel’s war on Hamas
..the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,...
in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
, which was sparked when thousands of Hamas-led Death Eaters stormed southern Israel to kill some 1,200 people and take 251 hostages.

Erdogan has been a harsh critic of Israel throughout the war in Gaza, at one point appearing to say he would invade Israel to end the war. In May, he banned trade with Israel, ending the two countries’ robust economic ties.

Erdogan also met with Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh

in Istanbul in April, several months before he was slain in a kaboom in Tehran widely attributed to Israel. Government officials told The Times of Israel earlier this year that Hamas’s leadership had briefly moved from Qatar

They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...
to Turkey that month amid tensions with Doha.

Some of Israel’s allies have also floated restricting arms deliveries to the country. French President Emmanuel Macron said last month that an arms embargo is the only way to end the war in Gaza. In September, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer halted the delivery of some weapons out of fear they could be used to commit war crimes, but stopped short of calling for a full embargo. Canada’s Foreign Minister Melanie Joly also announced in September that she was suspending some 30 permits for arms shipments to Israel, saying Ottawa would not have "arms or parts of arms be sent to Gaza."

Israel’s two largest arms sources, the United States and Germany, have resisted calls for an embargo on Israel, though each has been accused of withholding certain arms during the war.

Iraq
Report: Israel warns Baghdad it may target Iran-backed militia; Tehran attempting to transfer missiles to Iraq
[IsraelTimes] Israel has identified targets in Iraq it will strike if Iran-backed militia continue to attack Israel from there,
”Hey you! You there, in the black beard —- yes, you! Just to let you know that you are now a target if your idiot friends have any more missile s3x, so make sure they knock it off!”
and has warned Baghdad, the London-based Saudi Elaph news site reports.

Unnamed officials apparently tell the outlet that satellites have monitored Tehran working to transfer ballistic missiles and related equipment from Iran to Iraqi territory, with the presumed goal of using them in an expected upcoming attack on Israel.
Satellites have monitored… *Snicker*
The report says Israel is monitoring and identifying targets belonging to the Iran-backed militias, as well as Iraqi state targets, and has warned Baghdad that it must rein in the militias and stop them from using its territory to launch attacks.
Good luck with that. The government of Lebanon has been warned for decades to control Hezbollah, but they, too, consider themselves hopeless.
Iraqi sources are said to have expressed concern that Iran is using Iraq to shift the fighting away from its own territory.

Iranian officials are increasingly threatening to launch yet another strike against Israel in response to Jerusalem’s October 26 attack on the Islamic Republic that targeted military bases and facilities and which Iran said killed at least five people.
Yes, yes very scary. Remember that these are the people who staffed Iran’s counter-Mossad department in the IRGC… with Mossad agents. Who dutifully hunted for Mossad spies for years, providing the senior generals with regular reports until one day desks sat empty — it was later said they’d all decamped for Israel.
Israel’s retaliatory strikes on Iranian military facilities came weeks after the Islamic Republic’s October 1 attack, in which Iran launched some 200 ballistic missiles at Israel, killing a Palestinian man in the West Bank.

Any further attacks from either side could engulf the wider Middle East, already teetering over the Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip and Israel’s ground operation of Lebanon, into a wider regional conflict just ahead of the US presidential election on Tuesday.

Man charged for throwing torches at police during anti-government protest
[IsraelTimes] The State Attorney’s Office files an indictment against an anti-government protester who allegedly threw torches at coppers during a demonstration in Jerusalem in April, on charges of obstructing a police officer under aggravated circumstances and committing an act of recklessness and negligence.

According to the indictment, Tel Aviv resident Roy Gordon
…an architect by trade, he’s an Israeli Black Bloc/Antifa cadre, currently protesting about the hostages in Gaza. He’s in the Rantburg archives for showing up for a meeting at Jewish Voice for Peace’s New York City offices shortly after 10/7 for a meeting between the leaders of the anti-Bibi protesters and a bunch of rich, Progressive entrepreneurs looking to invest in social change buy the remaking of Israel to their preferred specs…
threw a burning torch at a police position during a demonstration close to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s private home on Azza Street in Jerusalem on April 2.

The torch did not hit anyone and was extinguished by a police officer after it hit the ground.

Several minutes later Gordon threw another torch, which had gone out but reignited as it flew through the air and eventually hit the horse of a mounted police officer, before being extinguished as it fell to the ground.

The protest in which the incident took place generated furious response from government officials at the time, after some protesters tried to break through police lines to get closer to the prime minister’s home.

Police used tough riot control methods at the time, dragging away protester Ayala Metzger, daughter-in-law of Hamas hostage Yoram, and spraying skunk spray from water cannons at others.

Spanish King's retinue pelted with mud during visit to flooded Valencia
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

The peasants are revolting!

Why are they yelling at him? As I recall, the king of Spain, like the monarch of Britain, reigns rather than rules. So he gets to sign off on things and preside over things, but he doesn’t actually get to decide or order anything. It seems a thoroughly frustrating existence compounded by a very tight schedule and entirely too many clothes changes.
[Regnum] Residents of the settlement of Paiporta in Valencia, who survived a massive flood, threw mud at the King of Spain Felipe VI, his wife Letizia, the country's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and the officials accompanying them. This was reported on November 3 by the ABC television channel.
Ah. Yelling at the prime minister is reasonable —somehow politicians and officials are always to blame, whether by acts of commission or of omission.
It is noted that the region was one of the most affected by the natural disaster. More than 60 people died there.

"Get out! Get out!" and "Murderers!" were among the insults heard from the crowd.

Bodyguards held up umbrellas to protect the royals and government officials from flying mud, and mounted police had to intervene to restore order.

The king, with dirt on his face, attempted to calmly communicate with individual residents. One man appeared to cry on his shoulder, after which the monarch shook the man's hand.

One of the residents complained to the Queen about the lack of water. The article notes that in Paiport, with a population of about 30 thousand people, some of the blocks are still filled with garbage, broken cars and dirt.

As reported by the Regnum news agency, storm Dana hit Spain on October 29. The heaviest rainfalls occurred in Valencia, Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia. The Spanish National Meteorological Service called the level of precipitation "extraordinary".

On October 31, the country declared three days of official mourning in connection with the loss of life as a result of the massive flooding that hit the country. As of November 2, 211 victims of the cataclysm are known. Russia expressed condolences to the Spanish people who suffered from the massive flooding.

World Weather Attribution, an organization that studies the impact of climate change on extreme weather events, linked the scale of the floods to fossil fuel emissions warming the planet. It was the largest in 30 years.

Fulton County Did Not Inform Georgia Secretary of State They Would Count Ballots Over the Weekend
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] As reported earlier, the RNC filed a lawsuit on Saturday after four Georgia counties extended their election office hours and decided to accept absentee ballots over the weekend in violation of state law.

Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett counties are refusing to allow Republican poll watchers in to observe the process, according to the Republican National Committee.
The answer is for the state secretary of state to refuse to record the votes of any county or precinct that refuses to properly follow all rules and regulations. Let ‘em try again for the next election, by which time they may have learnt the necessary lesson.
"This is a blatant violation of Georgia law... which states ’all drop boxes shall be closed when the advance voting period ends,’" the Georgia Republican Party said in a statement on Friday. "To make matters worse, the four election office locations are situated in areas of the county that will clearly favor Democrat candidates."

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said Democrat officials are playing fast and loose with election law.

According to Georgia state senator representing Forsyth County Greg Dolezal, The Fulton County Registration Manager ordered the staff not to allow GOP observers in the building.

"Do not let them in the building. If they want to observe from the parking lot, you can’t stop that but they are not allowed to sit in the building," the Fulton County Registration Manager said in an email.

Russians attacked Nikopol region
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Korrespondent] The enemy shelled Dnepropetrovsk region.

Russian troops attacked the area with heavy artillery. And they also targeted a kamikaze drone and dropped ammunition from the UAV.

As a result of the shelling of Nikopol, Marganets and Pokrovsk communities in Dnipropetrovsk region, private houses, the administrative building of a sanatorium and power lines were damaged. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak on Sunday, November 3.

Russian troops attacked the area with heavy artillery. They also hit it with a kamikaze drone and dropped ammunition from a UAV.

"The sanatorium's administrative building, a dozen houses, three outbuildings, and the same number of greenhouses were torn apart. Power lines were also damaged. No people were affected," Lysak noted.

Also, private buildings caught fire due to the shelling. Rescuers subsequently extinguished the fire.

Let us recall that yesterday Russian troops launched two missile strikes on a police station in one of the districts of Kharkov.

Also, on the night of October 31, Russian troops attacked the Cherkasy region.

Britain
Palestinian terror enthusiasts destroyed another piece of art
[X]

Palestine Action destroys a Balfour painting.
We had a report back in March of this lot destroying the portrait of Lord Balfour hanging in the University of Cambridge’s Trinity College. It looks like this the same event, though they did have another protest yesterday.
Pro-Palestinians stage protest over Balfour declaration
November 3 2024
[Varsity] Demonstrators burned a copy of the declaration which which announced British support for a homeland ‘for the Jewish people’

Pro-Paleostinian protesters burnt a copy of the Balfour declaration yesterday evening (02/11) — a document which announced British support for a homeland "for the Jewish people".

The protest, which took place outside Trinity College, was organised by Cambridge for Paleostine.

Demonstrators condemned Lord Balfour, the former British Prime Minister and Trinity alumnus, who signed the declaration on 2 November 1917.

One protester told Trinity to "taste the fire you inflict upon the Paleostinian people" as the declaration burned. "Cambridge is the belly of the beast" and "is complicit in the genocide in Paleostine," protesters said.

They called on Cambridge to divest from Israeli weapons manufacturing, and said they "will not forgive and forget for this imperialist university".

The Balfour declaration announced the support of the British government for the establishment of a "national home for the Jewish people" in Paleostine, which was then an Ottoman region with a minority Jewish population.

It was signed 107 years ago yesterday (02/11), prompting what protesters called "107 years of genocide".

Last night's protest was not the first in Cambridge to target Lord Balfour. In March, a pro-Paleostinian activist slashed a painting of the former Prime Minister held at Trinity College. Paleostine Action, who organised the protest in March, said Lord Balfour "gave away the Paleostinians’ homeland — a land that wasn’t his to give away".

Yesterday evening protesters celebrated the "brave activist" involved in slashing the artwork, who "painted his portrait with the blood that remains on his hands today".

Yesterday, pro-Paleostinian activist students also sprayed the University Institute for Manufacturing with red paint, over their links to companies with ties to Israel.

Paleostine Action, the group responsible, targeted the front of the building, after stating that the Institute was a "centre of complicity". They said Cambridge had painted "blood on the institution’s walls for blood on the institution’s hands".

Afghanistan
Pakistan steps up deportation; over 400,000 Afghan migrants since last November; in Iran they’re deporting 3,000 Afghan migrants/day
[KhaamaPress] Pak officials have announced an increase in the deportation of Afghan migrants colonists, with over 400,000 individuals returned to Afghanistan through the Torkham border crossing alone.

According to the Pak newspaper Dawn, this surge in deportations began on November 1, 2023. Officials have emphasized that the number of voluntary returns by Afghan migrants colonists has also risen during this period.

This development comes amid heightened responses to the deportation and detention of Afghan migrants colonists from both Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
and Pakistain. The process of expelling 1.7 million undocumented Afghan migrants colonists from Pakistain officially started on November 2, 2023.

According to statistics from the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, over 680,000 migrants colonists had returned to Afghanistan from Pakistain by July of this year since the start of the deportation process.

It is important to note that the forced deportation and detention of Afghan migrants colonists in Iran and Pakistain have consistently drawn international criticism.

The significant increase in deportations highlights ongoing challenges faced by Afghan migrants colonists in the region. As both Pakistain and Iran intensify their enforcement measures, the humanitarian implications for returning migrants colonists cannot be overlooked.

Over 3,000 Afghan migrants deported from Iran daily

[KhaamaPress] Hossein Sharafati Rad, the director of the Bureau of Foreigners and Immigrants in Khorasan Razavi, Iran, stated that more than 3,000 undocumented Afghan citizens are arrested daily and subsequently returned to Afghanistan through the Dogharoun border after legal procedures are completed.

According to the state-run news agency IRNA, Sharafati Rad reported that he recently visited proposed sites for the construction of a camp for “undocumented Afghan nationals.” He emphasized that this camp is planned to be built on 20 hectares of land in Taybad, Iran, near the Dogharoun border.

The Iranian official highlighted that identifying undocumented foreign nationals across the country and facilitating their return to their home countries is one of the Ministry of Interior’s top priorities by the end of the year. This reflects a broader strategy to manage immigration and border security more effectively.

Statistics from the Bureau of Foreigners and Immigrants in Khorasan Razavi indicate that Mashhad, after Tehran, has the highest number of foreign migrants, with nearly 400,000 of them holding identification and residency documents. However, the trend of arresting and deporting Afghan migrants from Iran has noticeably increased.

Taybad is located 225 kilometers southeast of Mashhad, making it a significant point for managing border crossings. As Iranian authorities intensify their efforts to regulate immigration, the implications for Afghan migrants seeking refuge or work in Iran become increasingly complex.

The Iranian government’s heightened focus on the deportation of undocumented Afghan migrants underscores ongoing challenges in managing cross-border migration.

The establishment of camps and increased enforcement actions reflect both security concerns and the broader socio-political dynamics in the region.

Arabia
UN experts say Houthis exploited Gaza war to boost regional status, aided by Iran
[IsraelTimes] Yemen rebels get ‘unprecedented’ outside military support, in particular from Iranians and Hezbollah, making them a potent force, according to report presented to Security Council

It said joint operations centers have been set up in Iraq and Leb with Houthi representatives "aimed at coordinating joint military actions of the Axis of Resistance®."
Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
’s Iran's Houthi sock puppets
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...
rebels are transforming themselves into a "powerful military organization" due to "unprecedented" military support from outside sources, particularly Iran
and Hezbollah, according to a UN report published Friday.

The Iranian-backed Houthis have exploited the Israel-Hamas
..a regional Iranian catspaw,...
war in Gazoo and worked to enhance their status in Iran’s self-described "Axis of Resistance®," which includes Hamas and Hezbollah, to gain popularity in the region and beyond, the experts monitoring sanctions against the Houthis said in the 537-page report to the UN Security Council.

Since the beginning of the war in Gaza last year, the Houthis, who have controlled large swaths of war-torn Yemen for a decade, have "exploited the regional situation and enhanced cooperation with the Axis of Resistance®," the UN experts said.

The panel noted "the transformation of the Houthis from a localized gang with limited capabilities to a powerful military organization, extending their operational capabilities well beyond the territories under their control."

The report, which analyzed the period from September 2023 through July 2024, said such a transformation was aided by the transfer of military materiel and financial support.

The rebels also benefited from training and technical assistance provided by the Quds Force, the foreign operations arm of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, as well as Hezbollah and pro-Iran groups in Iraq, the UN experts said.
All Iran’s little puppets train together. And just look what Hamas got out of it!
It said joint operations centers have been set up in Iraq and Leb with Houthi representatives "aimed at coordinating joint military actions of the Axis of Resistance®."

"The scale, nature and extent of transfers of diverse military material technology provided to the Houthis from external sources, including financial support and training of its combatants, is unprecedented," the report warned.

The report is based on testimony from military experts, Yemeni officials and sources close to the Houthis. Experts found that the rebels themselves lack the ability to "develop and produce complex weapon systems," such as the missiles they have used to target ships in the Red Sea.

But they also said some of their weapons bear similarities with equipment used by Iran and Iran-backed groups.

To support Hamas — which led the cross-border attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023 that sparked the war in Gaza — the Houthis have been attacking vessels in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, disrupting global shipping in a key geopolitical area. They have also directly attacked Israel with ballistic missiles and drones.

Despite Houthi claims that they would target ships linked to Israel, the panel said its investigations revealed the rebels have been targeting vessels indiscriminately.

Its analysis of data from the International Maritime Organization, the US and the United Kingdom revealed that at least 134 attacks were carried out from Houthi-controlled areas against merchant and commercial vessels and US and UK warships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden between Nov. 15, 2023 and July 31, 2024.

"The group’s shift to actions at sea increased their influence in the region," the UN experts said. "Such a scale of attacks, using weapon systems on civilian vessels, had never occurred since the Second World War."

The attacks have seriously disrupted a route that carries 12 percent of global trade, triggering reprisal strikes by the United States and Britannia against rebel targets in Yemen. Israel has also twice bombed Houthi targets in retaliation for ballistic missile and drone attacks, including one that killed a man in Tel Aviv.

Houthi fighters are being trained outside Yemen, either in Iran or at Hezbollah training facilities in Lebanon, the panel said.
It’s like an all-inclusive vacation… with flaming hoops and everything.
Hezbollah was named as one of the Houthis’ "most important supporters" due to the terror group’s involvement in rebel decision-making, support for assembling weapons systems, financing, "ideological guidance" and propaganda efforts.
Can we call them Little Hezzy and Big Hezzy now?
The report said the Houthis have carried out a vast recruitment project, resulting in a force that numbered 350,000 in mid-2024, as compared with 220,000 in 2022.
More bodies to feed, to clothe, to keep motivated when they inevitably become bored with flaming hoops — how can the Houthis afford it? And what will they do with them? At best they'll make a superior kind of cannon fodder, I suspect. But even Hamas and Hezbollah are falling like sheaves of wheat to IDF sickles, while the IRGC appear helplessly unaware as Israeli commandos and Mossad sneak in and out unnoticed.
"While the panel has not been able to independently verify the number of newly recruited fighters, a large-scale mobilization would be a matter of concern," it said.

The Houthis also have been recruiting large numbers of Yemeni youths and children as well as exploiting Æthiopian migrants colonists, forcing them to join the fight against the government and engage in trafficking narcotics, it said.
Mighty Æthiops but not Somalis? Are they really that different?
Exploiting high illiteracy rates, particularly in tribal areas, they have reportedly mobilized boys as young as 10 or 11, often despite parental opposition," they said. "Recruitment sermons and weekly classes on jihad are reportedly delivered in schools."

Child recruitment reportedly increased after the war in Gaza started and the US and UK Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
s in Yemen, the experts said. Yemen’s government said it received 3,298 reports of child recruitment in the first half of 2024, with youngsters reportedly used as human shields, spies and in combat — and for planting landmines and explosives, reconnaissance and as cooks.
Ten year old cooks? Look for dinners of burnt hotdogs with s’mores for dessert, and cold cereal with milk for breakfast — assuming the economy has improved to the point of supporting both hotdogs and milk…
The Houthis have been engaged in a civil war with Yemen’s internationally recognized government, backed by a Saudi-led coalition, since 2014, when they took control of the capital Sanaa and most of the north.

The Hamas-led attacks in October last year killed 1,200 people in Israel, mostly civilians. The day after the Hamas attack, Hezbollah began firing rockets from Lebanon into northern Israel, also saying it was supporting Gaza, and eventually escalating into a broad conflict that has included an ongoing, limited Israeli incursion into southern Lebanon.
For a given value of limited that involves eradicating all signs Hezbollah was ever there.

Israeli attacks kill at least 31 people in Gaza

Paleostinians said the new aerial and ground offensives and forced evacuations were "ethnic cleansing" aimed at emptying two northern Gaza towns and a camp of their population in order to create buffer zones. Israel denies this, saying it is fighting Hamas Lions of Islam who launch attacks from there.

Medics said at least 13 Paleostinians were killed in separate attacks on houses in Beit Lahiya town and Jabalia, the largest of the enclave's eight historic refugee camps and the focus of the army's new offensive.

The rest were killed in separate Israeli Arclight airstrike
