#2 Well maybe the "black, black, black suspects" should stop committing crimes?

Crazy idea, but then the APB going out wouldn't have BLACK in the suspect description.

#3 The 'we refuse to clean our own house' complaint. Amazing, back during segregation how this wasn't such a problem as much of the behavior wasn't tolerated among the community. After 50 years of blaming someone else for their own problems, they just want to hide it rather than deal with it directly. However, they'll blame everything else on the Klan, or the Tea Party, or whatever for the actions of a few in the other community and demand action be taken.
