#4 I'd like to replace most 'Western' textbooks here in our own universities as well. They're doing a fine job of destroying our educational value.

#5 Color me surprised that they didn't do this in the 50s. I had always imagined they took western textbooks and rewrote them in the translation process to remove anything objectionable to the party.
