#3 The CA DoJ Division of Law Enforcement, the actual LE Special Agents with Badges and firearms, is deeply compromised by politically biased leftists and minority-friendly, SEIU union influence. This is almost certainly theater and sound-bite bluster to offer cover. The Prosecutorial lawyers of the CA DoJ are far worse politically. My extensive exposure with them in policy, planning and operational enforcement operations is more than 10 years old, but I cannot imagine it got better since I retired...
