#3 That'd be the Aussies from a day or two ago who claimed to have erred ordering online ("Twenty cases? We ordered twenty rolls!" or somesuch). Quickest skim left me thinking like Lex: speculators after free advertising. Although... heh... could they be morons who didn't get as gouged as they hoped to?
