I'm a little unclear on exactly what the problem is here. Are Florida hospitals some sort of No Sex zone? Or is it a civil engineering matter where you aren't supposed to do it on a sidewalk?

#14 One of my favs. We've had to retension support cables periodically and replace the lead wraps on the main cables (under the support cables). Softer metal keeps the supports from abrading the main cables
