#4 ASBO. However, if a criminal had shot someone with it, the bullet would be immediately discharged from police custody, and the victim would be fined or imprisoned for "Interfering with the momentum of a projectile."

And possibly fined for "creating a public nuisance", by bleeding on the sidewalk, instead of the "human fluids only" recycling bin.
