#2 Question: Why is it State's, with the least restrictive gun controls, have fewer of these school and public place mass shootings? In fact, those states have the highest citizen on the spot deterrent rate of success also?

Colorado was ranked 14th in the nation for strictness. and holds the record for mass shooting in any state.
