#1 Civil War I ended when the USA was legally recognized by the UK as independent and when the Loyalists were dispossessed and exiled from the new USA. Civil War II ended with the last organized Confederate resistance, after April 1865. Civil War III is now in process. I don't spare to specify when CW III started, I will leave that to others.
Dostoyesky's novel "The Demons" predicted current events rather well IMNSHO.
