Only a Liberal Democrat would think write a law saying it is ok to steal up to $25,000.00

But remember if it is ok steal $25K from 1 place by law. Then the next lawyer will be arguing a person arrested for stealing private property is innocence (Shoplifting, looting, car thief, etc.)
