Intoxicated (implies) Alcohol. Correct?
Isn't drinking one of those Crimes against Mohammad things? Right there in Sharia Law as one of those unforgivable sins with maximal bad result for the sinner?
So why isn't the perp tied in the square getting the prescribed in the Koran penalties applied to him?
