#2 It seems likely to me that there are multiple strains of different morbidity, which when combined with population density and underlying conditions will lead to 'emerging hotspots.'

#4 We are in a rural area (unincorporated) and our hospitals are within 40 miles..

I remember the Hong Kong Flu having two waves...the second killing more than the first.I have more concern about that.
