So this judge thinks Impersonating a Federal Law Enforcement Officer is "Making a mountain out of a molehill..."

I guess the judge has never read 18 U.S. Code § 912?

Then they add
The two were tipped off of the investigation by a member of the Secret Service itself.

This has Political CYA written all over it.

maybe they will make a break for it and can be charged with something that will stick

#9 Perhaps the Judge was influenced by someone high up in the Biden administration, who thought the case might interfere with the planned agreement with Iran to allow it nuclear weapons.
